My home is in the Bushnell's Basin/Perinton part of Pittsford. .5 miles to 490, 4 mi to I-90 and 15 minutes to U of R. Erie Canal is a short walk away. The 17 mi Crescent Trail head is 100 yards away. Fantastic restaurants. The large indoor pool is open year round with new filter and pool heater. A stream is in the fenced backyard. 50 trees provide privacy and shade. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and 21/2 baths ensure no waiting! 2 decks. Golf, Finger Lakes, wineries, & breweries are close.

Peaceful place is centrally located within 3 miles of both the 590 and 490 entrance. Cook meals in the robust tiny NY city style kitchen, w/a Cuisinart micro/oven & cookware to prepare meals, a coffee maker, hot pot, toaster, single burner cooktop. Work in the dedicated workspace. The large shower/sink & dressing room are separate from a private toilet room. Queen mattress was replaced on June 9, 2026 . The tv area has a pop up table for dining. The laundry room is free to use. PERFECT😊

Studio apartment with large living/sleeping area. Sleeping area has a king bed that can be set up as twin beds, if requested. The space includes a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, large toaster oven, dishwasher and coffee maker; a large bathroom, with corner tub and shower. It does not offer a stove or washer/dryer. There is a separate private entrance, and parking area. WIFI is also included. Note that all sanitization protocols are followed to prepare the apartment for guests.
