Very characterful place to stay right in the best bit of Hastings Old Town. All amenities worked well, comfort in abundance, all in all a delightful stay.

I recommend this place for a short stay..Small Esso garage and mini Morrison 2 min walk!! perfect for essentials. Very quiet day and night! lovely manager..all amenities cared for . Will def book again ..Zx

Fantastic place to stay. Would recommend to anyone! They were so efficient whenever I needed any help or information. The whole process of checking in and out was made so easy. Great facilities and fantastic value for money!

Had a wonderful stay! The studio apartment was spacious, with a great layout that made it feel very comfortable. It was just a 5 minute walk from the station. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth, and i was able to extend my stay easily. The only downside was that the apartment got quite warm during the day, even with the blinds down, so a fan would have been a nice addition. Overall, a great experience!

Great central location to East Grinstead and surprisingly quiet considering so. Parking was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, great location for the station, which was what I needed and within walking distance to the main high street and a large Sainsburys.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente, spazioso, pulito e comodo. La posizione, alla Marina di Brighton, è molto tranquilla ma comunque ben servita: c’è un grande supermercato e molti negozi e ristoranti. A pochi passi da casa partono gli autobus per tutte le destinazioni, sia per il centro città che per raggiungere punti di interesse lungo la costa. Kamila è stata gentile ed è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Everything was great, a special thank you to the host for being responsive. The flat was in great condition, clean with loads of great instructions. Great bathroom and a huge tv. It was great

Lovely lower ground floor apartment, everything was very clean and tidy, as listing mentioned the parking space is narrow but our Yaris for fine. There's a coop on the next street and it's about 3 minutes walk to the pier and sea life centre (we didn't use the car at all during our stay). Jenny sent real clear instructions to access the parking space and apartment which took the stress out of arriving.

Mark and Mandy gave us such a lovely B&B experience. They are warm and welcoming people, their home is a beautiful old period property, and the room they gave us was clean, comfortable and stylish, with a spotless ensuite shower room. The location is very peaceful and there is plenty of parking space too. Mandy also served us a delicious breakfast. Thoroughly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Franceska’s home in Forest Row! We were holidaying with our young children and my parents and all three generations loved the facilities and found the house very comfortable. The garden is lovely and enclosed so fab for the kids to play in and adults to sit in. The house was beautiful but also set up for family life which suited us perfectly. The playroom had loads of toys which our 2 and 4 year olds really enjoyed. The very easy access to the Forest Way right from the house made walking or cycling into Forest Row very safe and quick with the kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment for cooking at home which was what we did most nights. The beds were comfortable and the living area downstairs was more spacious than we expected from the photos. Forest Row is a good base for exploring locally with small food shops, pubs, and a playground. We easily visited Wakehust Place, the Bluebell Railway, and Ashdown Forest. We would definitely stay again!

Suzanne est une personne très accueillante et elle prend soin de ses hôtes. Par exemple on a pu goûter la glace qu’elle a préparée le matin. La glace était excellente. On a pu se reposer dans son jardin & elle nous a donné des bonnes recommandations de quoi faire à Newhaven. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez elle. Merci!! ☺️

We have just arrived home after spending three wonderful days at Jason’s place . And we could not speak highly enough of the accommodation , the pictures do not do it justice it’s even more fantastic . The stocked fridge , the communication the beautiful gardens and incredible beds . Thank you for a great stay

Chris’s house is really lovely and Lewes is fantastic. Spacious house, comfortable beds and great coffee machine. All the things you’d want - including a surprise sauna! Would highly recommend.
