Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

Annexe with Private Courtyard, Short walk to Town

Located in Faversham, enjoy the local area at the house with its own private courtyard and access, a short walk from many great pubs and restaurants in town. Downstairs there is a sofa bed which can pull out to form a small double bed (best suited for kids). Smart television, microwave, electric hob (no oven provided), kettle and fridge in the kitchenette area. Separate shower room with King sized bed upstairs. With your own private courtyard, there is space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The beautiful Grade 2 listed Manor house of Painters dated 1547 which has lent its name to the surrounding village recently teased back to its historic best revealing the nooks, crackles & crannies of its 500 years. Filled with an eclectic array of antiques and quirky finds, the house can accomodate up to 12 folk available for families, friends & corporate holiday stays.
