The place was exactly as described. Furniture was comfortable, and the house was perfectly clean. It is also in an excellent location with a grocery store, restaurant, and pizza place all within a two minute walk. Adam is also an excellent host as he actively reached out to check in that everything was going smoothly. Would highly recommend staying here both for the quality of the place itself, as well as the location.

Such a lovely spot with a beautiful view of the ocean and the bridge which lights up at night! Beautiful views from every floor with nice outdoor balconies and tennis and pickleball right outside the front door. The beach feels vast and provides many great walks.

Mike was a very friendly, responsive host with detailed email information and texts. He was great about responding back quickly regarding any questions we had. He was also generous in offering to extend the normal 10 am check out time to 5 pm! We found it very helpful that Mike and Lexi had labels on kitchen cabinets, drawers and light switches so we could easily find what we needed.

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

Beautiful house. We only stayed one night for wedding, but it would be perfect place for a family beach vacation!

We enjoyed our stay, the neighbors are very friendly. The community pool was very nice, not crowded at all. We able to find small fish es and crabs in the lake, lot of great photo opportunities there. My kids loved it. Location is great, close to most of the attractions. Helen is an excellent host, very responsive and catered to all of our needs. Would stay here again next time coming to this area.

This is a great place for a getaway to the Virginia Beach area. Easily walkable to the beach and with a large kitchen and living room area. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of 6. It’s an easy drive to Virginia Beach proper and to restaurants and other activities.

Audrey was extremely helpful and communicative. Place was great and close enough to the beach without any of the craziness that goes with it.

A+ stay. Super nice host. Perfect location and size for family of 6. Bunk beds were huge, beds very comfy. Towels are very nice and high quality. Pantry stocked with cleaning stuff but everything was pristine. Ample seating and seating areas. All tvs have the ability to stream Netflix. Lots of extra games (but we had brought our own). Kitchen was stocked - if you have small kids maybe bring small plastic cups. The garage with the ping pong table was a HUGE hit. Will 100% stay here again.

Traci was an excellent host. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. My family stayed here for a couple weeks during a move and it was perfect for us. Very quiet neighborhood, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Traci even provided a new crock pot just before our arrival after I had asked if one was available.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is comfortable, and provides a lot of amenities, including lots of beach gear. We appreciated that it was clean, as well as an easy drive to anything in Rehoboth. Would definitely recommend!

Steve’s place is wonderful! Soo much more spacious than the pictures show. We had a full house and everyone was still able to have a good amount of privacy. Having 3.5 bathrooms makes all the difference when staying with large groups. Overall the house was clean and inviting, with plenty of parking. This was our first time staying in West OC as opposed to downtown and I was nervous but it was easily walkable or a quick 3 min ride to the OC park and ride or 10 minutes straight to the beach. For any questions that came up, Steve and Rita were just a message away! We had a blast and would recommend booking this place again and again!

Denise’s place was incredibly clean and spacious. The place was well stocked with all the essentials and was in the perfect location.

My stay at this Airbnb was so wonderful me and my family really enjoyed our stay and I really appreciate that I was able to add 2 additional nights I would come back to this airbnb next year if I choose to come back to VA.

I had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at this comfortable, clean, and adorable place. From the start to the finish my experience was wonderful. The host was very responsive before, during, and even after our stay. The place was well stocked, the beds were so comfy, and it felt like a home away from home. The host made sure you knew they were available. We cant say enough great things about our experience.

My family and I had an amazing trip to Virginia Beach and loved Stephanie's rental. The rental made us feel at home, it was extremely clean and had plenty of room for all of us; not just bedroom or bathroom space but the kitchen area and family room were very accommodating. There were so many amenities I didn't have to buy a whole lot to prepare for the trip. Stephanie was extremely responsive and fast if I had questions or needed assistance. She was great at taking care of us. I really appreciate how well she takes care of her guests. We hope to come back in a few years and stay again! Thank you for everything!

It is our tradition to visit a beach during Thanksgiving! Each year we choose a different location! We have been to OC many many times but this is our first winter stay and we absolutely LOVED it!! We visited the Winterfest of Lights and while it was super cold and a bit windy it was definitely worth getting out the house for! The home itself was gorgeous and the location was perfect! Although it is at the top of winter there were many establishments still open and plenty of people around!! The neighborhood is filled with locals enjoying the winter quiet without so many tourists around- we loved that for them!! We had an amazing time and will be back again in the future!!
