The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

Ich habe mehrere Woche in diesem Apartment verbracht. Die Lage ist großartig. In der Wohnung ist alles funktional. Die Nachbarn sind allerdings sehr laut, besonders am frühen morgen. Ich hab mich hier aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt!

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for over a month. It is a very nice apartment and we were very comfortable. The apartment is large and well equipped. Bed is comfortable, good shower with lots of hot water. There is cleaning once per week included, and they have large bottles of water you can purchase. The host is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

the place looks like in the picture. situated near to dong xuan market just 5 minutes walk, very convenien. especially for me as a Muslim traveler, the hotel is very near to halal restaurant.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement ! L’hôte a été très arrangeant et nous a permis de prendre le logement un peu plus tôt après 15h de voyage avec deux enfants. Donc un grand merci ! Par ailleurs Hanoi est une ville exceptionnelle

Absolutely fantastic stay & Thao was a fabulous host who went way beyond what we'd expect. She took us to the nearby market, ordered some cooking items online & had them delivered, & is an all-round lovely host. Thao provides a very useful guide to the local area & was always on hand to answer questions we had. The apartment is ideal for a couple, it has everything you need & is quiet & peaceful. We prefer the location to the more obvious tourist area around Hoan Kiem lake - it's a busy neighbourhood, packed with all kinds of cafes, pubs & restaurants from plastic stools in the street to high-end & it's very much a 'locals' area so you see life as it's lived by Hanoi residents & it's just a 15-20 minute walk to the lake. We loved our stay here, & I can't recommend this apartment & Thao as a host highly enough. Thank you

My husband and I stayed for 2.5 weeks in this apartment. It was a great base for exploring Hanoi and the area. The apartment feels spacious and the kitchen was good for light cooking. The wifi was generally fast and reliable. Though there was construction nearby, which we were informed of on the day we arrived, it wasn't too disruptive most days. The location is walkable to Hoan Kiem Lake in one direction and Thong Nhat Park in the other, which was a great place for my husband to run. The host was always responsive to messages, but we had a couple of small miscommunications about a plumbing issue when we arrived and with scheduling housekeeping. Both worked out eventually.

The place is wonderful. Neat and clean. Everything is perfect except for the stairs we had to take with our 3 luggages (our room was in 5th floor) 😄 i wish there was an elevator. My fault also for not checking. Still we had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much ☺️

They were very responsive and very friendly. An na even took the initiative to ask if we needed help with washing our clothes. We couldn't have made it because we arrived late, so she washed them for us. It was in a very peaceful area and it wasn't difficult for the grab to find the adress. When we come back to hanoi we'll be staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. first time i lived above a coffee shop which is very special for a coffee lover! very welcoming atmosphere and a great neighborhood for walking and close to old quarters. I will definitely stay again if I'm in Hanoi!

New and sophisticated space. The view from the balcony and large windows is amazing! Every detail is clean and tidy, and the hospitality is excellent. Especially the hot bathtub and private sauna every morning are the best.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. L'appartement etait spacieux, cozy, propre et bien équipé. TV avec Netflix, Youtube etc. Hôte réactif, bonne communication, check in autonome sans difficulté. Emplacement parfait, à 2 minutes du petit lac et 10 minutes des rues les plus animés du vieux quartier. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Great spot! Apartment is nice and super clean. It had everything needed and felt very comfortable. Van is easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Yet another lovely stay at Thanh s apartment. It fulfils everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Location is close enough to walk to most of the popular spots but also in a quiet location at night . Hotel standard with lovely helpful reception staff without the costly price tag. Look no further you wont be disappointed

La stanza era molto bella e pulita, aveva tutto il necessario e il Wi-Fi era ottimo. Zona piena di ristoranti e comoda da spostarsi a piedi.
