QUIET, RUSTIC AND SERENE, THE COTTAGE IS LOCATED AT SEA SHELL AVENUE, A ROAD LEADING TO THE BEACH OFF THE EAST COAST ROAD AT AKKARAI. OUR SURROUNDINGS ARE VERY PEACEFUL AND GREEN. THE BEACH IS UNSPOILED AND PERFECT FOR TAKING LONG WALKS AND DIPPING YOUR FEET (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SWIMMING, THOUGH). BUILT IN A CORNER OF OUR PROPERTY, THE COTTAGE IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO UNWIND THERE IS SPACE FOR PARKING A SINGLE VEHICLE. WE ALSO HAVE IN HOUSE SECURITY.

The house is located in a safe area and away from the hustle & bustle of the city and nestled in the sub urbs of the IT highway . It has ample windows and 2 balconies. It is very spacious and very calming . Lots of sunlight and great air flow. All necessary amenities are available including smart TV , fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, high speed wifi, CCTV etc. You will feel like its a home away from home.
