This Funky 3 room Flat overlooks natural bushland with distant views to the ocean. The space is a private half house with enclosed sunroom adjoining the flat as well as large open outside deck with 2 lounges. All well behaved dogs BY APPROVAL are welcome. Loud or boisterous dogs are not suitable. If your dog is a massive "shedder" of fur, they will not be considered suitable for this accommodation Cleaning fee of $100 will apply in this case. The flat is unsuitable for children of any age.

The Palms Apartments is in a prime location on Main Street, spotlessly clean, and has been recently renovated to give a sleek, modern aesthetic. We are just a 5 minute stroll from Merimbula's town centre where you will find restaurants, pub, clubs & boutique shopping as well as our closest beach at Spencer Park & children’s playground. Each apt sleeps up to 4 guests. We have 3 apts on the ground floor which over look the pool and 3 on the first floor which have water views.

A two bedroom ground floor apartment offering complete privacy with exceptional views of Merimbula's emerald ocean and lake. Self contained unit, including fully equipped kitchen and Weber BBQ facilities. Ideal location, on your doorstep is access to the new lake view elevated board walkway enabling a 5 minute walk to Bar Beach (with seasonal kiosk + BBQ facilities) and 15 minute walk to the main high street. A 5 minute drive away is the Merimbula boardwalk.

Polehouse Mudbrick (Adobe) 1BR Flat

The Polehouse is located on the outskirts, with abundant bird life and outstanding views. The 2-storey 1br unit is architect-designed in Moroccan style. The upper bedroom has a deck, with a covered patio below. GUESTS NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINEN (Towels plus pillow slips and Q/S UPPER AND LOWER SHEETS - no doona contact with skin). If they can't, they can usually buy it cheaply at op shops along the way.

Surf & Single Track.

The accommodation is one large self contained apartment attached to the main home with a private entrance. Its open layout has the beds, lounge room and kitchenette in one large open space. It borders Tathra's famous mountain bike tracks which can be accessed in a few pedal strokes. The beach and local shops are within a short walk. Tathra itself is surrounded by the Mimosa and Bournda National Parks.
