This is a very comfortable, fully renovated, private 2-br apartment in a side-by-side duplex. Good location in Edgewater, 10 minutes from downtown Denver! Take Uber straight into downtown, LoDo, LoHi, RiNo, Five Points, Highlands, Tennyson for great night life, restaurants, bars and museums. My place is very close to beautiful Sloan's Lake, with easy access to the breathtaking Rocky mountains, 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater and Golden and 30 minutes from Boulder.

Just 3 miles from downtown Denver, the city is quite accessible, as are the Rocky Mtns. Our cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Full kitchen. Off-street, covered parking. WiFi & AC.

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.
