This house is a bit of a unicorn. A gorgeous, restored/updated carriage house on a 1-acre urban farm/garden just a block from one of the hippest neighborhoods in Denver (1.5 miles from downtown). You can walk to dozens of top-notch restaurants and shops and come back home to utter tranquility as you sit on your porch overlooking our gardens, orchard, and vineyard. Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.
