The Platte River jogging trail is just down the hill, and the central business district and Union station are a 1.5 mile easy walk through cute historic neighborhoods. Our dog friendly property offers a fenced in area and Montair Dog Park is 1 block away for our furry guests! We use sustainable, non toxic cleaning supplies and provide paraben free personal care items. The Queen bed is dressed with cotton sheets, feather and memory foam pillow for side sleepers. STR24-051

Take Uber straight into downtown, LoDo, LoHi, RiNo, Highlands, Tennyson or Five Points for great night life, restaurants, bars and museums. My lovely home is located 20 minutes from Red Rocks and Golden, 30 minutes from Boulder and 40 minutes from the breathtaking Rocky mountains offering great skiing, snowboarding and sunny hiking trails! A convenient distance to everything!

Cozy cottage near the lake

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.
