The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The rental is very clean and has everything you would need. The kitchen is well stocked. The furnishings were very nice and the decor had a cute nautical theme. The view is incredible. The building is well-maintained with a nice pool. The beach is beautiful, not crowded, and very walkable. The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is just down the road and restaurants and shopping are close by. We would love to stay here again! Sheree has good communication and you can tell that she truly cares.

My wife and I come to Daytona every year from Wisconsin. We have stayed at many beach front condos in the area. This by far is the best one. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing. Great sunrises every morning. It was everything the listing promised. Eric was a great host, he was friendly and communicated very well. We will definitely stay here every time we come down if possible. We would highly recommend this property.

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. We had the best time. The condo was nice, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect…right in front of the crosswalk to the beach. Jeff was an amazing host. He provided helpful information and quick responses. We’re definitely looking forward to booking with him again.

Bree’s condo exceeded our expectations-the location is beautiful and the building is great! Very convenient to Port Orange and Daytona. The unit itself is exactly as pictured, very clean and well-appointed. Bree is extremely responsive and sends directions that are clear and easy to follow. We loved it, and definitely plan to be back!

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

My family and I enjoy 603. Started our day with a cup of coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. Easy walk to Flagler street for shopping and places to eat. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The condo was clean, very well done and up to date. Close by grocery store for shopping and the kitchen was very useful. Drove to Orlando one day to visit a park and easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. Note to bring your own beach towels (provided towels are for pool only) and there are daily chair rentals and umbrellas if needed. Hope this review helps to make this place be an easy pick to enjoy New Smyrna beach.

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, and so comfortable! I loved having a very well-equipped kitchen, and Erica provided lots of conveniences that made the trip super enjoyable.
