Access to the lake is a minute walk across the street. The One acre of land is a shared space. 2 Fire pits on site, picnic tables and huge yard with a creak. 32ft of dock space. Close to the snowmobile trails!!

Relax on the screened in porch or a quiet evening by a nice fire in the private back yard.
