My family and I recently stayed at Ivy's charming home in Springfield, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were delighted to find the house exactly as pictured — clean, quaint, beautiful, and inviting. The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet, except for the occasional train, making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Downtown is a short walk from the home. Otherwise, there is plenty of convenient parking all over town if you wanted to drive in. One of the highlights of our stay was the refreshing, serene, and clean pool, which provided a wonderful way to cool down and unwind after a day of exploring. Parking at the home was never an issue, as there was plenty of space available on the lot. Ivy, our gracious host, was kind and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This home is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a delightful retreat in Springfield. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Tara is a great host and her listing provided accurate photos and list of amenities. The home is a new build, exceptionally clean with comfortable beds. Tara also provides a manual with important instructions regarding the home, her contact information, and things of interest in the area. Communicating with Tara was easy and she was very helpful in offering assistance or to answer questions. Her responses are timely. The neighborhood is family oriented and peaceful. All the amenities one could ask for were available with a fantastic play area and pool for kids. The neighborhood itself is new and easily accessible with just a short hop to get on I95. It also provided a relatively easy drive to get to downtown Savannah as well.

A very nice home, the pictures don’t do it justice it looks much nicer in person and the location is great with easy way to get to downtown Savannah in less then 30min.

I cannot say enough nice things. Probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve had. We were alerted about an issue with the refrigerator before arrival. Brandon did everything during our stay to make sure it didn’t inconvenience us. Like way above and beyond. He and Travis were there checking on anything we needed without imposing. We ended up chatting quite a bit. They were so sweet and knowledgeable. They are locals so they had the scoop on where to get great seafood. It felt like we went to visit old friends. We had our 2 dogs with us. This rental isn’t just “pets allowed” it’s SUPER dog friendly. It’s all safely enclosed, even the parking area can be gated for an extra level of safety. We were able to truly relax and not worry. I don’t think the dogs wanted to come home; they loved the outdoor area. Everything was very clean and well maintained. You can tell how much hard work Brandon has put into the remodeling and amenities. We would love to stay there again!

Lovely home.. Very spacious… Great location and enjoyed the view from the screened in patio…Communicate in a timely manner. Informative throughout our stay. Definitely recommend anyone to stay.

Stay was great, water pressure was a little low, and could use more wash cloths and towels, we had a stay of 9 people. The place was nice, beds comfy, tv in all rooms, loved the family gathering areas, neighborhood was great, everything was close by. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved Destinee’s house! It was the perfect location for us as we were in town for a Savannah Bananas game and we were about 30 minutes from Grayson Stadium. We also took advantage of being 45/50 minutes from Tybee Island and enjoyed a wonderful beach day! The house itself was beautiful and looked exactly like the listing. The complimentary snacks and Nintendo Switch were awesome touches that the kids enjoyed very much! The jetted tub was my personal favorite part of the house! The backyard was nice as well, equipped with a grill and corn hole boards. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt right at home!

Our stay at Robert’s property was great! It’s very spacious with ample closets!! Kitchen is very well maintained and it has everything that we needed. We suggest that adding a water filter in the kitchen will be helpful For guest, as there is no fridge water This property is in a peaceful neighborhood. We loved our morning walks. Our dog loved the backyard.

Euegene’s place was perfect for our group. It was so nice having the back yard and it was in a great location just minutes from downtown Savannah. He was great at communicating and making sure we had what we needed.

The house was very beautiful and the right size for us. It felt like home. I would definitely stay here again. Not too far from what we wanted to do.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay , very peaceful and beautiful location . We will absolutely be staying again as Joshua is a great host and very easy to contact. If looking for a peaceful quiet location we highly recommend this one , you will not be disappointed. .

House just as photographed, in a subdivision but peaceful. We enjoyed our time there!! Would recommend. Just need to specify there’s no full bathroom on the main floor. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great location quiet beautiful neighborhood

This place was wonderful. The house was much better than the pictures advertised. Very clean. The house even smelled nice. My girls even asked if we could live here. Yvette was an excellent host. 10 out of 10 all the way.

Teresa and Marty are incredible hosts. Their home is comfortable and clean on a beautiful, well maintained property. Lots of space to enjoy the view or relax with coffee and a book. Teresa made some great recommendations for local food in Pembroke and made us feel right at home. They really deserve 6 or 7 stars!

Had an amazing stay for a wedding in Savannah. Very accommodating location. Beautiful, spacious, comfy and relaxing home. Perfect for 8 people. Hosts were amazing and very accessible. Can’t wait to visit again!
