Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. In 100 Metern ist eine Bushaltestelle um schnell ins Zentrum zu kommen. Zu Fuß sind es rund 15 Minuten. Ein Leihfahrrad steht zur Verfügung. In 350 m Entfernung beginnt der schöne Kraichgau. Die Wohnung wird nach jedem Aufenthalt mit einem Delphin Wassersauger nass gereinigt.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines frei stehenden modernen Hauses. Kostenloses, sicheres Parken in der Sackgasse. S-Bahn-Haltestelle und Dienstleistungszentrum, Netto-Markt mit Bäckerei, Pizzeria und Apotheke ist nur ca. 150 m entfernt. Die ruhige, direkte Waldlage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Joggen oder für Fahrradtouren durch den Hardtwald, die grüne Lunge von Karlsruhe. Auf Wunsch kann ein abschließbarer Fahrradraum zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung „hevianna“ (ca. 70qm) befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im alten Ort in Leopoldshafen und in der Nähe des KIT Campus Nord. Sie verbindet den Charme eines alten Fachwerkhauses mit den Annehmlichkeiten einer modernen Wohnung (wie z. B. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Induktionskochfeld). Wir freuen uns darauf, euch bei uns einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und Zeit zur Entspannung bieten zu können.

Hat 1 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett 1,80 m x 2,00 m), offenes Ess- u. Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch (ausziehbar), Küche, sowie Bad. Die Whg ca 68 qm, befindet sich im EG. Im Naturschutzgebiet vor der Tür, kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Auch Naturliebhaber haben hier ihre Freude.

Our apartment is nestled in the old town center of Leopoldshafen with a beautiful view to the south. Karlsruhe is easy to reach by tram. In summer, you can relax and refresh yourself after sightseeing or working in the nearby lake. The apartment is a spacious, bright 1-room apartment with a kitchen and bathroom. You sleep on a gallery with a view to the south. A small sofa bed is available for a third person.
