good peaceful stay with an amazing area to swim fish and enjoy

James is a great host. I needed an early check in & he made it happen. It was perfect for the Work I had to do out if town. The river is right there. Lovely views. It's dog friendly. The internet was a little dicey. I knew other people staying in the Arizona Oasis that had problems with their internet as well, so it's not localized to James's place. I was surprised that I was asked to strip bedding & gather towels after I paid $100 for a cleaning fee. It could have been much cleaner; cobwebs in kitchen & dirty bathroom floor. Great place overall!

Lisa and her husband were AMAZING hosts! They allowed for early check in if needed. They were super responsive when messaging them. They even put some extra goodies out for our kids that they loved! The house was clean! We loved that they had so many extras. They had stocked bathrooms in each room with toiletries for guests which was SO nice! They had a stocked kitchen which made it so easy to cook in with spices/ cook wear/ coffee/ some items already in the fridge! Just super convenient since the store was in blythe! Even had ice in the freezer which helped so much since we had coolers. Our kids loved taking a bath in the big tub and we enjoyed the big living space to relax in after a long day with the entire family. We will definitely be back during the summer!

This is a great place to break your drive to Arizona. The place is not fancy but it’s clean which is what is most important. I had a very good night’s sleep. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great in April. There were complimentary bottles of water and a few snacks which is always nice.

My co worker and I were working in Blythe. We enjoyed the little house nice place to rest after a day of work.

Great Quartzsite experience. Stayed for a couple of nights during the January shows. Location was quiet yet super convenient to shops and shows. The rv was very clean and had everything we needed.

I booked this day halfway to Tucson.Arizona which was our final destination and this location in Quartzsite Was better Then the One I booked in tucson. It's so cute And cozy. Everything You need to sustain For a weekend Or even a week. The property Is cute And the neighborhood is so quiet. I believe the host is a fireman so that made me even feel more at ease than I was in a great space. I recommend this listing to stay if you're In the need of a halfway point.

It was a family trip for our nephews bday and this home was big enough for all of us, everything was exactly how it is described, if anything they had more in home then what they said which was amazing. When I had an issue (operator error lol) with the tv she was on it and was great! This was the perfect home for us, we had 5 kids and was definitely kid friendly which is huge for me, my son is autistic and I didn’t have to worry about him here. 100/10 recommend. We plan on coming back next year!!

This Place was very nice relaxing, spacious and very clean beautiful backyard and grill bar area . We Had an amazing experience we will definitely consider coming back.
