Views will take your breath away! The off-grid lodge is nestled into a ridge & completely private, you have it all to yourselves. Sleeps up to ten people. More if guests bring their swags. Large dining table, couches, full-size fridge, air conditioner, wood heater, BBQ & pool table. It is very pretty & private. Everyone who stays seems to enjoy themselves, but don’t expect a serviced town-style motel room or apartment. Bring your own pillows, sheets/quilts, or sleeping bags, & towels.

Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Equipped with modern amenities , Fully equipped kitchen, heating/cooling , Wi-Fi and Swimming pool , promises a relaxing holiday experience. Eildon Village /splash park a stone‘s throw away, granting easy access to all the area has to offer.

Take a break at our newly renovated home, conveniently located within walking distance to the main street of Eildon township, and 5 minute drive to the lake. This cosy two bedroom home features a large kitchen and outdoor bbq, plenty of sitting space, a new bathroom, a comfy lounge room with sofa bed to accommodate for extra guests and fireplace. Kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, fridge with filtered cold water and ice dispenser.

ON THE POINT offers comfort and luxury from its prime location in Taylor Bay, Lake Eildon . This cozy retreat captures north facing breathtaking 180 degree water views and provides direct lake access, allowing you to easily launch your small vessel right from your property and tie up to your own private jetty. Downstairs has a vibrant entertainment area including a billiard table and a stylish bar, opening to a private space on the point. Sleeps 7 up stairs and 5 down stairs.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Oberon Lodge Merrijig is a fully renovated farm stay retreat, offering panoramic mountain views, native bushland, and olive grove. Ideally suited to large family, friend, or work groups. It features 3 kitchenette-living areas, 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms sleeping up to a maximum of 20 people. It has a large outdoor space with BBQ, outdoor seating and firepit. It is close to the regional town of Mansfield (15mins) & Mt Buller Ski resort(45mins).

The actual area of the estate spans over one square kilometre, with the shoreline extending 7km. You can stroll around all the vast areas around the house.
