Gastvrij genieten, dat is ons motto. U bent welkom in onze luxe, zeer complete B&B: 'Tussen Broek en Duin'. Onlangs vernieuwd met airco en nieuwe harde vloeren. Wij maken zeer goed schoon. Bij een boeking vanaf 2 volwassenen heeft u privégebruik van twee kamers met eigen badkamer en apart toilet. Heel kindvriendelijk. Geniet ook van onze tuin. Uitzondering: boekt u voor 1 persoon dan heeft u een privékamer met TV, koelkast, magnetron. Maar heel misschien moet u badkamer en apart toilet delen.

Een ideale plek om de drukte van het dagelijks leven even achter je te laten en tijd te maken voor jezelf en je gezelschap. Meeuwen/ Oudsbergen is een landelijk dorp. Je verblijft op 50m van fietsroutenetwerk. Je kan er eindeloos wandelen. Kaarten gratis ter beschikking. Op wandelafstand vind je (afhaal)restaurants, café's, warenhuizen, bakker, ... Centraal gelegen accommodatie. Er is een aparte ingang en via de trap kom je in alle ruimtes.Een nieuw ingerichte keuken met allerlei voorzieningen en aansluitend de zitruimte met TV en WiFi. Er is een aparte slaapkamer, een badkamer met douche en ligbad en een aparte wc. Het verblijf is centraal gelegen met op loopafstand een supermarkt, ontbijtgelegenheden, restaurant. Er zijn er diverse wandelroutes en fietsroutes, fietsen door de bomen en in het water. Fietsen kunnen in een gesloten ruimte.

Completely renovated in 2020, the apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With a balcony and a sun-terrace, you will also enjoy beautiful views of the St. Catherine's Church. The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the living room features a quality sofa bed, to accommodate up to 4 people. It is an eco-friendly apartment, as sustainable products are being used.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. The apartment is located opposite a cosy and lively town square with several restaurants. The health, safety and well-being of my guests is a top priority.

The train station and the city center are about a 25-30 minutes walking distance, 15 minutes by bus and 12 minutes by bike.

Vanuit deze perfect gelegen thuisbasis ligt alles binnen handbereik. Binnen ongeveer 25 minuten lopen bent u in het stadscentrum, op het hippe Strijp-S of in een groen park. Terrasjes, gezellige eetgelegenheden en winkels zijn vlakbij. Terwijl alles zo dichtbij is, is de straat toch rustig met vrijwel alleen bestemmingsverkeer.
