Also, 3 minutes walk from the Lycée Français du Caire, which is the French International School in Cairo. It is 35 kilometers away from airport and downtown. It takes around 10-15 min by car to go to Cairo festival city mall, also 15 min from the Salah Eldin Citadel. It's easy to go to any where in Cairo, go downtown, to museums & historical places, to pubs.

The apartment is very well located a short walk from our home to the shopping mall ( Carrefour Maadi City Center ) with a good selection of many restaurants and cafés and supermarkets and 30 minutes to Cairo international airports. I speak Arabic ,French, and English .

My apartment is a one bedroom apartment inside a compound in Kattameya, New Cairo. There are security guards available 24/7. There are gym, restaurants, cafes, markets in the compound.
