This adorable cottage is a newer build Downtown. Featuring an open concept living room connected to a full size kitchen. Overlooking this space you will find a cozy loft w/ a comfy king mattress. Further into the space you’ll find a washer & dryer then the bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Finally you’ll have plenty of space to unpack in the bedroom before drifting off in the inviting queen bed. Enjoy mountain view’s from the entire cottage, deck, or anywhere in the beautifully landscaped yard.

Tesla's Cottage

Built in 1899, Nikola Tesla attended parties here, and some guests have suggested his presence can be felt late-at-night in the yard. Comfortable (420-friendly) cottage with hot tub, outdoor lounging, and patio dining areas; centrally-located in the heart of Colorado Springs, near the Garden of the Gods (3.5 mi), and some of the best food and breweries in downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City. 55” HDTV with Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Showtime, HBO Max, & Peacock. Wabi Sabi Tiny House - No Cleaning Fees!

I designed and built this Tiny House a few years ago! As such, it's still an ongoing work in progress and so not quite as picturesque as the finished homes you may see on TV, but it's still fully functional, cozy, and homey. To sleep, you'll have the choice of a queen size loft bed (must climb narrow stairs to access) or a queen size (comfortable!) sofa bed on the ground floor. Located in Woodland Park, CO you have an AMAZING view of Pike's Peak and close proximity to so many adventures 🤗
