Great place to stay while visiting manitou springs! Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable!

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The house was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, just down the street from Memorial Hospital Central, making it very convenient to go back and forth. Everything was well set up, and check-in was smooth.

Very comfortable for a family of 4 (two teenagers, so they had their own rooms). The host recently installed individual air-conditioners in all the bedrooms which kept each room very comfortable to each person’s liking. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. She greeted us on arrival and provided additional instructions, when needed and answered any questions we had. The home was conveniently located near our family’s home as well as centrally to many restaurants, the interstate and Academy Drive.

The house match the description and photos. It was spacious and comfortable for me and my kids. The rooms were spacious and the amenities made the stay even easier. The location was perfect with lots to do, walking distance from a strip of local shops, and restaurants. The scenery surrounding the neighborhood is something out of a movie, walking out of the house to the view of Pike's Peak is something we will never forget. Being a 5 minute drive from The Garden of the Gods was also extremely convenient. Highly recommend this property!

Tanya’s townhouse was exactly as described. We had a great stay in a very clean, comfortable and quiet home. Communication was easy via text. Check in/out was easy. Amenities included everything necessary for a comfortable stay ( including a washer/dryer, garage door opener, coffee pot). The bottom line is we felt right at home and would gladly stay here again!

My wife, two kiddos, and I really enjoyed our stay. The townhome was clean and met our needs. It was located within a short distance of all the activities we enjoy in Colorado Springs. The hosts were very professional, responsive, and provided clear instructions. Would highly recommend.

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by picturesque views in one direction and restaurants in the other. Close to hwy access for ease of getting around. Patio, laundry, kitchen with all the things to cook and eat meals, garage for parking a perk. Plenty of table and living room seating. Pool table downstairs.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed the arcade game, which was a fun addition to our evenings and the host allowed for us to check in a bit early since we arrived ahead of schedule. However, we did find that there were not a lot of kitchen utensils available, so keep that in mind if you plan to cook. Also, if you're planning to visit local attractions like Garden of the Gods, be aware that it's a bit of a drive. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Laura has a beautiful, well kept up property in a very nice area. There were many restaurants and other stores within 2 blocks and the property is only a mile from the main freeway that leads to all the attractions in the area. We would definitely consider staying at this property again. Laura was also very prompt in responding to our questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic layout. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of supplies, making it easy to prepare meals. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our booking due to an Airbnb error. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and hospitality. We had a wonderful 4 night stay in Woodland Park. Zach's place is a quiet comfortable place to stay. The location is perfect for so many outdoor activities in the area. We could walk to the local restaurants. The view of Pikes Peak is spectacular as you sit in the livingroom or on the spacious balcony. This clean home has everything you need including a great host. We hope to stay here again. Thank you, Zach!

First impression: wow this place is clean. Chris has runs a great Airbnb! We were very comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood was friendly and perfect distance for all adventures. Chris does an amazing job stocking his Airbnb with essentials. From makeup remover to cheese grader, he had it! We had one minor issue with WiFi, and Chris had great communication and even when as far as contacting the internet company. Turns out the router was just unplugged and WiFi was super speedy. Thank you for all of your thoughtfulness, Chris!

Our family absolutely loved this rental. Our party of 2 adults and 2 kids (3 and 8) fit perfectly in the rental. The kids loved the living room and the hot tub and the property is close to a lot of restaurants and downtown Colorado Springs. The living areas and the beds were also super comfortable. The hosts, Brian and Stephanie, were incredibly friendly and responsive, and offered some great recommendations for restaurants nearby. We also accidentally left a jacket at the property and they were more than happy to help ship it to us. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for being amazing hosts, Brian and Stephanie!

Check in was super easy. Hedi had clear instructions. The place was easy to find and I was able to get into the place right away. There was plenty of parking space. The place itself was gorgeously decorated. It had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space for 4 people. The couch and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spacious. There is a small little backyard area that is fairly private and had a grill that is handy for a little cookout. The bathrooms were very clean and nice. The location of this place cannot be beat. You are walking distance from cool little shops, restaurants, bars and brewery. I have not been to the area before and Hedi took the time to actually show me around the area and recommend some shops I may like to go to. We were going to the incline the next day and this place is only a few minutes away. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I think it is a cute little place for a getaway. Hedi is an awesome host.

I stayed at Julian’s Airbnb for 4 months and it was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Julian was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my entire stay. I had an exceptional experience staying at Lane’s place in Colorado Springs CO. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The communication with Lane was seamless, and they provided clear instructions for check-in, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The accommodation itself was immaculate and exactly as described. It was evident that a lot of care and attention to detail went into maintaining the space. The exceeded my expectations. Every amenity I needed was available, making my stay incredibly comfortable.

This was such a nice townhouse!! It was very clean, including the bathrooms. My husband talked about how nice it smelled every time we walked into the house. The view of Pike's Peak from the deck was even better than the pictures. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We only used the upstairs bedroom, as their were only two of us, and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were quick to respond if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we are back in the area.
