Der Kaminofen als Highlight und die Fußbodenheizung sorgen für behagliche Wärme auch an kalten Tagen. Die „JULIA“ kann für bis zu 2 Personen + 2 Aufbettungen im Salon gebucht werden. Das Hausboot liegt fest im Heimathafen der Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg und ist nur 7 Kilometer vom Alexanderplatz entfernt. Sie benötigen keinen Bootsschein, das das Hausboot nicht bewegt werden kann.

Mit einer Größe von 13,5 x 4,5m bietet es jede Menge Platz und von der Dachterrasse aus habt ihr einen tollen Uberblick ueber die Rummelsburger Bucht.
