We cannot accomodate early check-in or late check-out. Please know check-in starts at 3p, check-out is a firm 10a, no exceptions. Up to 4 guests allowed, no more. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

The newly remodeled Little Farmer House has 2 bedrooms. It's super cute, cozy, and the best place to relax before and after your scheduled events. The window views are peaceful and this house has its own large yard, a grill and chill patio, and the cutest little miniature horses and donkey just next door at the Superhost's house. Dogs only. Located east of Athens/ 10 -12 minute drive to I-65 and Hwy 72/ 15 minute drive to Madison/30 minutes to Huntsville/Extra parking available.

Megan's Lodge

Peaceful country setting, just 3 miles from downtown Rogersville . Close to several boat launches plenty of space to park with boat or trailer. Joe wheeler state park is 7 miles away. You can sit on the side deck, watch the horses eat, and listen to the frogs at night. A short walk across the field and you can be fishing in Plato Branch. Cozy cabin with two queen beds. One private bedroom, second bed in the Loft. Pets are allowed with approval and $50 fee. See notes.
