Completely renovated, 70’s ranch-style retreat with a spectacular northwestern view from the Shawangunk mountain top. There’s a wooden deck facing the overlook or a stone terrace gazing upon a vast lawn. The main bedroom has a King-sized bed, another bedroom has a matching Queen, while a single office has an XL Twin and there’s another XL Twin downstairs where the TV is located.

Looking to connect with nature in a calm, quiet, and stylish loft? Look no further than the Pangri-La! You'll have privacy, mountain views, and more. You will enter through a private entrance, go up a flight of stairs, and you'll find our airy open-concept loft. It's equipped with a king-sized bed as a well as a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. We are dog friendly, situated close to Minnewaska State Park for hiking and swimming, and only a 5 min drive to access amenities in Ellenville.

Shingle Gully Cottage

Shingle Gully Cottage is located on over 40 acres of privately-owned land bordering Sam’s Point Preserve. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Ellenville, situated at the base of the rolling Catskills within the Shawangunk valley. There is a pellet stove that will be lit on chilly nights, upon request. During the summer months, there is air conditioning available making a cool and cozy retreat from the heat of the summer. There are two additional cottages on the property.
