The pictures was perfect to show how the place looked. They look the exact same. It was clean. The location was pretty good. I will definitely stay there again.

We loved this home. Our hosts were amazing and friendly. It was so peaceful we felt like the only people there.

The place was just what we needed for a girls getaway! We had an issue the first night with the hot tub cover, I message him the next morning and he gave simple instructions to correct it! The hot tub was amazing and there were plenty of dishes and cooking supplies, if you don’t like baths, I bet you will after taking one in the beautiful bathroom! All in all it was the perfect getaway!

We just returned from a perfect spring break getaway in Derby, NY, just outside of Hamburg, and we’re already missing it! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with partial views of the lake that made sunrises and sunsets feel extra special. The hot tub was definitely a highlight—so relaxing and totally worth it! We were also so grateful that our dog Frankie was welcomed. The fenced-in yard gave him the freedom to roam, sniff, and unwind right alongside us. Our daughters loved having their own bedrooms (and their own TVs!), and the streaming subscriptions included were a great touch for cozy evenings in. The home was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and we felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. Truly wonderful superhosts—thank you for sharing your space with us! We’d love to come back!

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

We had an excellent stay! The house was clean, lovely, great location, felt like home. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. It was easy to get to and easy to access and navigate the home. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was amazing for visiting Canada and Niagara Falls. We were even able to see the beautiful pink moon right from the hot tub in the back yard. Highly recommend.

Matthew’s place was a cute and quaint getaway with a modern twist. Close to the Main Street and private enough to feel cozy and comfortable. Will be booking this again in the future!
