Queen bed, kitchen, closet, beautiful light, private deck with forest views. In January 2026, we refurbished this apartment with soundproofing insulation. No pets. This includes service animals. This listing is not suitable for children or infants. No smoking or vaping.

If you want, or need, there’s an abundance of shopping within a 15 mile radius - from thrift stores to big stores. Great food abounds in this beautiful area. There’s no kitchen, yet there’s a mini fridge and freezer as well as a coffee maker and electric kettle.

The Catskills are the destination for hiking, art, skiing, swimming or checking out the local food scene and breweries - all within minutes. Guests have the second floor to the home with no shared spaces with host. Outdoor seating with grill, barn with bocci and other yard games. King size bed, day bed with plush bedding. Spacious new bathroom with tiled shower and skylight.

The Carriage House: Garden Apartment

We offer a private apartment located on the first floor of this wonderfully restored 2 unit carriage house, built in the early roarin' 20's! It offers a blend of modern decor and amenities, with more traditional countryside accents. The design, using the original carriage doors in the architecture, allows light to pour through the apartment, while making adjustments for sleeping in easy. This truly unique space is a perfect place to take a weekend to relax, and even enjoy our grounds!

Woodstock Private Suite: Ensuite Bath/Patio

Spacious and flooded with daylight, this spacious room has a comfortable king sized bed and a roomy ensuite bathroom. Two sets of sliding patio doors let in lots of daylight and lead out to your patio space and a backyard. You'll enjoy a picturesque view of trees and wildlife. The suite is situated on the ground/lower level of my home and is a peaceful and comfortable spot to land. It's located on a quiet tree lined residential street 2 1/2 miles away from Woodstock's center.

Sunny and Spacious Studio - a serene getaway

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Guest suite in home of long-time Woodstock artist and resident. Separate entrance off 2nd story deck with meadow and mountain views. Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)

One bedroom private English basement apartment located in the Town of Esopus adjacent to Kingston, in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the Hudson River. Walk to the nearby park with a boat and kayak launch, popular with birders, and enjoy sweeping views of the Roundout Creek, Kingston’s historic Rondout waterfront district (minutes away by car), and the Hudson River.

This space offers a romantic getaway for couples looking to enjoy the scenic Hudson Valley. If you are traveling solo, this cozy space is a private oasis for relaxation and leisure. Centered in the heart of Marlboro wine country, this space is right in the middle of several local wineries, breweries, farms, restaurants, and is just a short drive to the Shawangunk Mountains.
