Was our first time renting an Airbnb and was such a great experience would do it again! Corey’s place is exactly as described, comfortable,clean and accessible. She communicated very quickly on all of my questions! Beds were very comfortable and had all amenities we needed and more. Hopefully it is available next year for us!

Lisa's place was perfect for the weekend and she was a thoughtful and responsive host! She was very flexible with our check in time and knew that we'd be arriving late so she turned on the lights and heat for us so that it was easy to find and cozy when we arrived. We'd definitely stay there again if we are back in the area!

Great little place to stay for anyone looking to do some activities in the high peaks/Keene area. Place had everything you needed. Just as an awareness - the shower is for shorter individuals. I'm 5"2 and I was still a little too tall for it. The mattresses are basically couch cushions. Not the most comfortable, but I was able to sleep. These were definitely not deal breakers but something I felt compelled to share for people looking at places to book.

This was our 4th time staying with Roy and Karen. This property never disappoints! Peaceful with stunning views in a great location. We look forward to returning for a 5th trip.

The house was exceptionally clean - one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed at! It’s set in a quiet forest area but still close to town, which made it convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and each room had its own thermostat, so we could easily adjust the temperature. The Adirondacks table map and the 46 High Peaks poster were a nice touch. Overall, a very comfortable and spotless place to stay. Highly recommend this place for a spotless and comfortable stay!

We loved our stay. Everything is exactly as pictured and described. I loved the 2 living rooms space. Plenty of space for sure! 👍 it was actually more space then than we needed. Thank you for everything Peter! See you next season for a weekend for sure

The cabin was beautiful, exactly as described. Location was awesome, would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the water. Robert is a wonderful host! Very friendly & accommodating. Definitely would stay there again!

Victor was a great host- the place was very cozy and great for a getaway. We went in a snowstorm and he ran the snow blower and had it all clear for us when we got there. I’ll Definitely look to stay there again,

We loved the accommodations but were not aware that owners were upstairs. That made us feel a bit uncomfortable in case we may have been too loud. This happened to us several years ago while in Maine. The owner showed up from out of no where and stayed in our presence for hours. We felt intruded upon. Just a personal preference--to have an Air B&B as a single residence for complete privacy.

Nice place for a couple to stay in the center of town. We came to Ticonderoga to visit the Star Trek museum, and it was just a few blocks away.

We always love staying at their place! Very clean and neat. The bonus is my grandson lives very close to the Airbnb.

Jamie’s place was an absolute delight! The apartment was impeccably clean, incredibly spacious, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a restful stay. It was easy to find, and thoughtful touches, like the window curtains and charming antique pieces, added a unique character that made exploring the space enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; I slept like a princess, which rarely happens for me in new places! Jamie went above and beyond with a lovely selection of teas and coffee for breakfast, showing real thoughtfulness and care. A small kettle for hot water would be a nice addition, but truly not a major concern. I couldn’t recommend Jamie’s place more highly!

This was a great little cottage for 2 people. We loved the location and the wood stove kept us nice and cozy! The bathroom is quite spacious and it had everything we needed! Thank you for a nice weekend get away!

This is our third stay at Ampersand Bay, all were fantastic. They let us check in early and the place was just as described. We will be back Memorial Day weekend to enjoy another stay.
