Dennis’s proactive communication left me with no questions preparing for our stay. He provided helpful and clear information. The place was wonderful, very clean, great location. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the area.

We had such a great time. Cindy's condo was perfect for the two of us. Estero Beach was our favorite beach from the whole vacation, and what was best it was right outside!! We found so many shells,and saw dolphins. It's a great place to stay. Cindy was always just a text away,and responded right away. We would definitely stay there again!

Short walk to beach. Large pool. Clean condo and surroundings. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes etc. They also had beach towels, wagon, chairs for the beach since we flew here. Would stay here again!

Thomas was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and see on the island. The condo was clean and spacious and the location is convenient to the restaurants and shopping. The ocean view was amazing!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Beach View Getaway at Gullwing Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, Lisa proved to be the best host anyone could ask for. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met promptly and efficiently. The property itself exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a perfect home away from home. There was construction still going on but that didn’t stop the overall charm of the condo, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. We had an opportunity to stay at Michelle's incredible condo over spring break (3 adults and 2 young kids). The pictures do not do it justice - the condo is best described as beachy-chic. It is immaculate, the location is wonderful, and Michelle is an incredibly kind and gracious hostess. The proximity to the beach is wonderful - and they have so much fun equipment. Our kiddos also really loved the pool!! We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!

We had a great stay in the condo. Very close to Lovers Key and the views are just superb. Condo has everything you need. The beach is a bit of a walk but still very nice. We stayed with two children and had plenty of space.

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Nancy was very communicative from the start. Her space was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being a two minute walk to the beach without having to cross over any major roads.

We stayed at Lisa's place for 5 nights and it was perfect for my husband, me, and our daughter! It is clean, quiet, in a great location, with all the amenities you need. Very close to gorgeous beaches. Lisa was proactive with communication and gave us the information we needed to just relax and enjoy.

Very nice home- like atmosphere! Quiet, great bed and bedding. Tanya is extremely quick to respond and was very helpful. We would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful home and Cynthia was very friendly and responsive! It was the perfect location for our dog show and it and she was very accommodating of our dogs and even had a crib for my five month old daughter. ❤️

It was a very smooth experience from beginning to end. We had one thing we were missing and Keith got on it immediately. Very responsive. One more note that’s not reflected in my ratings - the reference to a dishwasher in listing and on guidance in the unit should be removed! Also modify listing of utensils, baking sheet, S&P.

We had a lovely vacation at this condo! Location on the beach & so close to the pool was perfect. Condo itself was clean & nicely updated. Had what we needed to cook a few simple meals & enough towels for pool and beach fun. Location allowed for easy walks to coffee, small quick mart type stores, and a few restaurants.

If you are considering Island Too for your next vacation, don’t hesitate and book it! The place is gorgeous with such attention to detail. The views of the Gulf were absolutely breath taking. We loved spending our evening on the balcony couch watching the sunset. The building itself is located on the south side of Fort Meyers beach which is great because it’s quiet yet just a short bike ride or car ride to more of the action. We used the building bikes every morning and enjoyed stopping at the MoJoe’s food truck for coffee and breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful time and we would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

My only hesitation in writing a good review is that I don't want anybody else to find out about this gem! From even before booking, the team was responsive and helpful and it never stopped. The place is not only beautiful, but well appointed. Was not left wanting for anything. and you certainly can't beat the location. Can't wait to visit again!

The studio was clean and walking distance to everything, provided beach chairs and umbrella to take my elderly mom to the beach. we walked to St Annes church every day for mass. Amazing stay I will be back next year. Owner allowed us to check in early which was great we changed and went right to the beach. Thank you.
