The property features 4 spacious quadruple cottages (16 beds total) and a main lodge, all reserved for your private use. It’s a peaceful, secluded retreat just a 2-min walk from a private beach ideal for children, with gently sloping waters and smooth pebbles. We provide loungers, 4 kayaks, and 2 SUPs. The village of Rovies is only a 3-min drive away, offering shops, bakeries, and mini markets. Other beaches are also within walking distance. Pets are welcome. Breakfast is available upon request.

The village has laid back vibes for plenty of peaceful moments.

Auf der Insel Euböa befindet sich das malerische Dorf Styra. Am oberen Dorfrand liegt unser Ferienhaus von wo man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer hat. Das Haus mit seinen 100 m² und ca. 130 Jahre alten Mauern haben wir 2021 von Grund auf renoviert. Auf der kleinen, schattigen Terrasse lässt sich der Tag mit einem schönen Frühstück beginnen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man dann den Blick auf Dorf, Meer und dem Berg im Rücken – Ideal für den Sundowner.

Ένα παραθαλάσσιο πέτρινο αυθεντικό σπίτι φτιαγμένο με πολύ μεράκι μόλις λίγα βήματα από την θάλασσα με μαγευτική θέα και απόλυτη ηρεμία σας περιμένει. Το σπίτι προσφέρει δύο υπνοδωμάτια με άνετα κρεβάτια, στρώματα, μαξιλάρια και λευκά είδη όλα με την υπογραφή της GRECO STROM . Δύο μπάνια λειτουργικά και ένα ενιαίο σαλόνι κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Μια όμορφη αυλή με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ για εύκολη και ασφαλή στάθμευση.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
