The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

The attached studio has a separate entrance, a kitchenette & outdoor patio. The main bed is a queen and the second is a twin that is a futon love seat with ottoman. If there is a third person it would be best to be a child. The space can accommodate a small family of 3 in this way. Best for 1-2 people.
