Welcome to the Master Kat Studio! This private, modern, and spacious 450 sq/ft space is located right in the heart of Eugene’s historic Whiteaker neighborhood. With four professional food trucks, a natural food store, restaurants, breweries/wineries/distilleries, a pizzeria, and coffee shops, all right outside your door or within a few blocks! Please keep in mind this is a livelier part of town, with night-life and train tracks nearby. Most have no issues but very light sleepers should be aware.

The cottage is also conveniently situated on a central street just a few minutes from the Market District, the river path, the University of Oregon, and downtown. Come stay in our small guest home and enjoy the custom wood details, vintage pieces, and Japanese influence complementary of Oregon's natural beauty. Everyone is welcome to stay here.

Central location steps from great restaurants such as Cornucopia, Bar Pierlu, Cocina 1960, Bier Stein, Brails, Claim 52 Kitchen, Newman's Fish Market. One block to bus line, bike share service, and a short walk to Downtown Eugene. Charnel Mulligan Park is a block away and just a couple more blocks to Washington park and College Hill.

Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

Douglas Fir Cottage - peaceful getaway near U of 0

Architecturally designed backyard cottage located one mile south of the University of Oregon adjacent to Eugene's historic Masonic Cemetery. This contemporary Northwest space includes a spacious living area with a new king-sized bed, smart TV, WiFi, kitchen, bathroom, private sauna and hot tub, and a spacious deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets.​​ Located within walking distance to the University, coffee shops, Amazon Pool, and neighborhood stores. Enjoy dedicated parking and a beautiful setting.

The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

River Road Refuge

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. We are a retired couple, not a corporation in the Airbnb business.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the River Road area. Close to the Willamette River bike paths, the Whit, Riverbend Hospital, downtown, Autzen Stadium and the the airport. The house has a private entrance and lots of off street parking. Full size washer and dryer. Enjoy a fully fenced private yard where you and your dog can hang out around the fire-pit and stargaze. If you are bringing your pets, please add them to your reservation, so we can prepare for them.
