Custom built Rustic Cabin in the Flint Hills of Kansas near Howard, KS. We have an abundance of deer and turkeys. THERE IS LOTS OF WALK IN HUNTING AND FISHING. Our little Poke Daniels Lake has some of the best fishing. We are 45 minutes from El Dorado lake. There are many sites close to us. We are 45 minutes from the big Bluegrass Festival in Winfield KS. It is held in September for 3-4 days. Howard has many specialty shops and some of the best eating places you can find in these parts.

The Eagle’s Roost is a 48x14 cabin with a spacious loft. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 full beds and a twin in the loft, a twin daybed on the main floor and 2 rollaway beds. This bunkhouse is perfect for being close to town but experiencing the country life. This sits close and on the same property to the Lodge of South Owl, our other Airbnb, which are both down a dead-end road. Pets are welcome but with a $25 pet fee.
