In the heart of old Batumi, in an old green courtyard, with two large verandas, we offer a small studio-type apartment, with a separate bedroom and bathroom. 100 meters from the boulevard and the beach. three-story house is in the old historical part, but the rooms are new, clean and newly renovated. You can enjoy a cup of coffee on your own veranda or in Europe Square. there are cafes, restaurants, bars etc. To get to the apartment, you need to go up the stairs.
