My wife, 13 year old daughter and I stayed at this house for 10 days in April 2025. The house was very clean and it was appreciated that there are amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, water, etc. in the house on our arrival. The beds are noted as two singles and two doubles but we felt that the bed sizes were larger. The third floor appears to have a king bed and the 2nd floor has a queen bed. Also, it is clear that the owner spent money on nice mattresses as the beds were very comfortable and hotel quality. We were very pleased with the hot water in the house. We never ran out of hot water in the shower and the water was very hot. Also, we used the washing machine and this worked well for us. The instructions and information provided by the owner were detailed and thorough. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations. We did not use the air conditioner or the heater but there are five in the house. The house was clean and we would stay here again. Thank you!

The pictures do this place no justice! It is such a beautiful place. The grounds are spectacular! So much room to entertain and the views are stunning! You can see the water from anywhere in the home. It was so magical. The beds were comfortable. Plenty bathrooms and space. Great restaurants in walking distance. The people in the town were amazing. AnnaMaria was very sweet and helpful. Would love to return on our next trip back to Conca.

The welcome was exceptional and hosts most helpful in arranging assistance to get our luggage and wedding outfits (for 5 of us) from our motorhome parked 2km away to the accommodation. The accommodation was spacious so we never felt on top of each other. The location was perfect for us attending a wedding at the castle. Local bars and restaurants of exceptional quality. Sitting out in the garden watching the boats coming and going was lovely with the mountains as a backdrop. All in all we would recommend this character property to future guests

What a wonderful, inviting, homely yet funky home. We celebrated a birthday with a group of friends and it was perfect. Every room was beautifully laid out, the cinema room was brilliant, the kitchen was equipped and the bar was brilliant. Monique and Sally were fantastic, giving us a brilliant recommendation of the coastguard arms which we walked to along gorgeous coastline. Deal town was buzzy with a market on, on the Saturday which we walked through. It was everything I hoped for and more when I booked!

Die Lage und der Gastgeber sind mehr als top und absolut zu empfehlen. Auch wenn die Unterkunft erst vor 5 Jahren renoviert wurde, hat das maritime Klima hier und da Spuren an der Einrichtung hinterlassen.

We had a great stay. The space was very modern and comfortable and in a very walkable location. We took the opportunity to buy a great bottle of wine for under 4 Euros at the grocery store and enjoyed it on the rooftop patio in the early evening! Thanks for a lovely stay. Carol

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung, die der Beschreibung völlig entsprach. Die Wohnung liegt in der fünften Etage (mit dem Aufzug erreichbar) direkt am Meer. die Wohnung ist stylisch und mit allem aus geborgt startet was man braucht.

It was beautiful and host had a great communication, we had troubles with the location because the street was closed, no elevator and the water was cold but other than that it was a great stay. It was clean and a beautiful apartment not far from the center by car

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was clean and provided enough space for my family. We loved the view and the extra goodies they left at the house for us. They both responded at an extremely fast rate to any issue we had and were overall amazing hosts. I would definitely stay again and recommend this house to anybody visiting Barcelona. I rate it 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at Mafalda's place - much above our expectations. The location is incredible - walking distance to all city sightseeing. The apartment is charming and clean, with very comfortable beds. Inside the apartment you will find anything you may need to stay there. Il s’agit sans doute d’un 5* +! Le logement est impeccable et conforme aux photos. Décoré avec goût et chaleureux. Il ne manque de rien, Valerija a pensé à tout pour vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. La terrasse est un luxe ! Buller confortablement installé dans son canapé avec vue sur la marina, un rêve. L’environnement est très calme et sans les hordes de touristes; c’est tellement reposant d’y faire une ballade dans la végétation, au bord de l’eau, ponctuée de pauses cocktail …excellent restaurant au pied de l’appartement. Le bus pour la vielle ville est à 5 minutes à pied, le long de la marina. Si vous avez une voiture, il y a un garage privatif grand et sécurisé avec surprise ! N’hésitez pas à demander le transfert de l’aéroport, vous ne trouverez pas une meilleure voiture, une meilleure conduite, ni un meilleur prix. Aussi ils ont préparé des guides des principales villes de Croatie en plusieurs langues, pratiques et on ne peut plus complets. Un grand MERCI!!

Although the apartment is not located directly in the downtown area or near the port (about a 15–20 minute drive by car, or around 30 minutes by ferry from a nearby terminal), it offers a magnificent view of the bay and sits just above a lively boardwalk scene. Despite the steady flow of car traffic, the apartment is well insulated from noise, ensuring a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Most importantly, Caroline was an exceptional hostess, and her apartment — beyond the stunning view — is thoughtfully designed and beautifully put together.

The home was beautiful and in one of the best locations in Sorrento. Everything is close by, including a supermarket and a restaurant right below the apartment. The main shopping streets and entertainment areas are just a short walk away. You can also reach both the private and public beaches with ease. Pierluigi is probably one of the friendliest people I met during my time in Italy—his hospitality and attention to detail were unmatched. He personally welcomed us on arrival and saw us off when we left. He had thoughtfully prepared detailed information for all our planned activities in Sorrento, which made it incredibly easy to navigate and enjoy the area through his suggestions. The apartment itself is stunning—better than the pictures! You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Pierluigi!

Four of us arrived early from a cruise and Carmen stored our luggage while we explored Barcelona until check-in. Carmen was very friendly and professional, gave us good information on restaurants locally. Claudio's apartment was very clean, large and comfortable. Very close to everything. We would stay again.

Wow! Where do I start?!! This is one of the nicest, cleanest apartments that I’ve ever stayed in. When I walked in after an 11-hour flight from California, it smelled so clean; everything was in place, and the view to the Mediterranean was Amazing! If it weren’t for having to get groceries, I could have stayed in this apartment on the deck the entire time. Vassil was extremely helpful in every way as a host. His instructions were very clear; he suggested some great restaurants and wonderful day trips from Nice. If I had a question for Vassil, he always responded very quickly. I plan to return to Nice before end of the year, and I hope that one of Vassil’s apartments will be available. Vassil is most definitely a 5-star host!🌸

Amazing view over Woolacombe beach - what can be better than watching sunset with a glass of bubbles in a hot tub! The apartment is exactly as advertised, all in perfect order and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad. Zeer ruim appartement met een magnifiek zicht op de zee. De terrassen zijn ook zalig om te vertoeven!

Helga’s place was exactly as described. We found the accommodations peaceful yet convenient. Our favorite part of the stay was enjoying wine and looking out at the sea from the property seawall after a long day of sightseeing. A leisurely stroll down the property lemon grove path with the sea, marina, and multiple yachts, ferries, and boats below was our view. This property is not to be missed, and Helga and her associate, Rosa, were friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at Marco’s apartment. The view was beautiful from the balcony with stunning sunsets over the water. The amenities were clean and working which allowed us to spend our 3 nights as though we were at home. The walk to the main part of town is easy but there are also supermarkets and restaurants much closer for when you don’t want to walk. We would recommend staying here.
