Thomas place is a great location for saddleback. only 15 minutes away, and restaurant that are walkable. The place itself is clean, well stock kitchen, and cozy.

It was a lovely spot to stay during our short trip exploring the nearby White Mountain area.

Un parfait mélange entre les avantages de la ville et la proximité du plein air ! et que dire du magnifique chalet en bois rond ! un endroit parfait pour relaxer et se reconnecter à la nature! Had a nice quiet stay in the mountains for a long weekend. Coco went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including providing very detailed instructions for the house, local recommendations, and plenty kitchen/bathroom essentials.

We had a wonderful stay! Lisa is very responsive and so nice. We quickly made friends with Bella, the resident dog, and she is the sweetest pup. We were surprised with a Thanksgiving snow storm and the town lost power but there is a whole house generator, so we didn’t skip a beat or notice the power outage, which was so nice! There is a coffee pot on site (not a Keurig) and Lisa provided coffee grounds, which was amazing because we brought coffee pods. The bathroom is directly off the bedroom but there is no door, so if you need more privacy, I’d plan to tack up a blanket. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the property is peaceful. A gas station with a Dunkin is just a just a minute or two down the road and very convenient. We would definitely return.

We enjoyed the old farm house surroundings and location, especially the proximity to Sugarloaf for skiing. We like to get away from the ski scene to absorb the local towns and this place fits the bill. We fully utilized the full kitchen which was needed to cook steaks and other goodies we got from local farms! The stairs up to the place are steep, but we managed even with a big cooler and a large suitcase.

In town to attend a wedding, this house was perfect for my husband and I with our two adult children. The common living areas are downstairs with the three bedrooms upstairs. One full bathroom is upstairs and the other full bathroom is downstairs for convenience. Spacious, clean, and very nicely equipped-the little extras made it easy to see why Nick and Josh are super hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

We had a fantastic stay. The accommodations were very comfortable. The host was communicative and made check-in seamless. The location was perfect for our long weekend ski adventure to Saddleback. Highly recommended, and we’d love to stay here again in the future.

Felt like we were nestled in the woods. Kitchen was exceptionally stocked! Felt like we had everything we needed. Loved the front windows!

This house was incredible! Extremely spacious, clean, and private. Located on the back side of a farm we had our own space which was very much appreciated by our dogs who could run around the fields. Brad was so welcoming and responsive! He was flexible and friendly. We stayed to visit a family member in the hospital but will book again in the future for a vacation because the location was that beautiful.

I give the host Tia 10 stars if possible. She was amazing and we were in contact a lot while there. The house is a bit dated and there is some clutter from the owner. The location is amazing and right on the water. They windows on the waterside don’t open and there are no screen doors so it was pretty buggy because we had to keep the doors open due to scorching temps. They don’t have a dock which would have been nice with the boat and just to have something to sit on.. But all in all Tia was truly incredible! The spot beautiful. I would go back.
