Warm and comfortable, the bach is well insulated, well heated and has a modern kitchen. A major renovation in July 2024 added a second bathroom and upgraded the existing bathroom. You're only 2 minutes walk from one of New Zealand's most beautiful beaches and a 15 minute drive from central Dunedin. Three Bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds and 2 Singles. Two full Bathrooms, both with walk-in showers We are pet friendly and the property is well fenced so your dog will be safe to roam around the lawn.

Ideal for a peaceful overnight stop or short break. 35-40 minutes from Dunedin via Brighton, 25-30 minutes over the hill from Dunedin airport.

Stunning sea side location of this beautiful new spacious beach house will provide a peaceful and quiet place to relax and enjoy the pristine Catlins Coast. Kaka points safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road. House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.

A warm & cosy 3 bedroom house perfect for your Catlins adventures. Sit out on one of the two decks and enjoy a glass of wine taking in the stunning view down the Catlins estuary and out to Owaka heads. There is a private deck with a table and seating. The living area has a sofa, dining table and chairs and a flat-screen Smart TV. It has a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, electric fry pan, fridge, jug, toaster and all the essentials. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. It has a private entrance and off-street parking.

This unique place has a style all its own. Come and enjoy some peace and quiet admiring the outstanding views of Mount Benger in your own wood stoked stainless steel hot tub. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.
