Kick back, relax in this calm and cozy 400 sqft space. Located in a peaceful neighborhood within 5 minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, parks, pools, attractions, and main . Laundromat, convenience store across the main street. Minutes from Winton woods Park. No smoking allowed. THIS SUITE IS ABOVE OUR DETACHED GARAGE! so you may hear it sometimes, usually not too often. Water heater is a small apartment-size unit but it doesn't take long to reheat. Please only book if you are okay with this.

Located in Pleasant Ridge, this is a one bedroom efficiency apartment with a full bathroom (shower, no tub), wet bar, mini fridge, and microwave, toaster/oven/air fryer. One queen bed and an additional guest can sleep on the fold out couch. The space has a private entrance and free parking on a quiet street. Pet friendly and and fenced yard. Three minute walk to the park, 7 minute walk to the local entertainment district.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
