  • The place was great! Went on a weekend trip with my boyfriend and it was perfect! Ken and April were gracious host. The loft was very clean and easily accessible to French Quarter and other tourists attractions via uber. Would definitely stay there again!

  • Although it's a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter the place is a quiet neighbourhood and has all the comforts you need. April and Ken's suggestions for restaurants, bars and taxi info were perfect.

  • Although we didn't have much contact with April and Ken- their carriage house is amazing. We really enjoyed our visit. The location is perfect, the bed is very comfortable, it's super quiet, and the space was exactly as described. The bikes they had for us to use were wonderful and a great way to see the city! We will most definitely be back.

  • April and Ken's place was exactly as pictured and perfect for our girl's weekend in New Orleans!

    Jessica2017-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • Ken and April where extremely nice and the place was amazing. Nice remodeled inside with every amenity you could think of as. As well its an easy walk to the French quarter and other attractions in New Orleans. Overall had an amazing visit!

    Noah2014-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at April and Ken's guesthouse. It is very well decorated and the kitchen appliances are beautiful! The location is close enough to walk to Frenchmen's Street or the French Quarter in about 20min. Esplanade Ave is lined with beautiful old homes so it's a pleasant walk, but we preferred to take cabs at night because there are some parts of the walk that seemed dangerous. April and Ken were great hosts; I'd recommend their place to anyone!

    Daphne2015-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • April was a very gracious host, who checked in on us when we arrived to New Orleans. The guest house is exactly how it is described (and more ) on the site: clean and cozy, located within walking distance to French Quarter & Frechmen St. I will be recommending this house to anyone heading down to Nola!

Guest area features private bedroom and bath with its own private entrance. Only 2 miles from the French Quarter by streetcar. Enjoy complete privacy in the guest space or visit with the hosts as you desire.
Private bedroom and bath in our charming shotgun house on the Canal Streetcar line only 2 miles from the French Quarter. Guest area features private entrance, lovely patio, beautiful antique furnishings, 11-foot ceilings, petite chandelier, comfortable and clean queen bed, and cozy guest robes. Internet, cable TV, parking, oscillating fan, iPod player, white noise machine, hairdryer, fridge, coffeepot, crockpot, and snacks are provided. The space has a peaceful, airy feel and is flooded with natural light. This listing is unique in that you have complete privacy from the main house. The guest space has its own exterior door, and you are free to come and go as you please. The garden path leading to your room features motion-activated lighting if you are returning after dark. The room is located down the garden path in the rear of the house. We welcome special requests and will do anything we can to accommodate you. The room is ideal for one to two people, but we can also provide a travel crib and other baby items if you wish to travel with your child. We love hosting guests for honeymoons, anniversaries, and other special events. Our home is located in the historic Mid-City neighborhood, which was one of the first neighborhoods to spring back after extensive flooding due to Hurricane Katrina. Mid-City is located, as the name indicates, in the middle of New Orleans on what was once the backslope of the Mississippi River natural levee. Our home was built around 1910 and is a typical New Orleans-style shotgun house. In New Orleans at the time of construction, the shotgun house utilized a minimized lot frontage, on which taxes were based. The houses were also built without hallways and closets, which would have been counted as rooms for tax purposes. The origin of the building style and the name itself may trace back to Haitian influences on New Orleans, as many Afro-Haitian slaves lived in this area. Our house was recently featured on the HBO series "Treme", as the law office of the character Toni Bernette (played by Melissa Leo) and also as part of the interior of the home of Creighton Bernette (played by John Goodman). Guests are free to have complete privacy or to meet with the host as desired to obtain recommendations for food, drink, and attractions. Check-in is offered via a lockbox. Rates may vary during special events and holidays. Our home is located just off the parade route for Endymion, the largest parade of Mardi Gras. The festival grounds for Jazz Fest are just over 1 mile away.
Mid-City is a diverse neighborhood with its own distinctive flavor. Bars and restaurants in this area are largely patronized by locals, so the neighborhood provides an escape from the more touristy areas of the city, while still allowing easy access to the French Quarter via the Canal Streetcar Line.
  • What a lovely experience! Instructions, communication and the accommodation were all perfect. Thanks for the little touches. We'd definitely recommend Erin's lovely home!

    Nathalie2016-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • Very comfortable room, excellent bed, tastefully decorated room. Nice touches of snacks and beverages in the fridge. Great bath and hair products in the bathroom. Very friendly cat outside. Erin was very helpful in recommending great restaurants and sites to see. All site descriptions are true. Easy access to downtown on the street car. Enjoyed our time in NOLA.

    Al & Chris2013-11-04T00:00:00Z
  • Erin's place was awesome. We drove in, parked our vehicle, and walked two short blocks to hop on the streetcar to go wherever we desired. The room was very nice; clean, private and comfortable. We didn't see much of either Erin or Greg, but both were pleasant and helpful when needed. Would definitely recommend!

    Jean2017-04-06T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was amazing. The room had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was very clean and had a nice unique New Orleans style. The streetcar was very close and taking Uber, taxi, or Lyft was very convenient and not too expensive.

    Eric2016-04-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great location and access to in-town New Orleans, while still being in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. Great walking distance to cafe, Parkway Po Boys (my annual favorite,) and the Canal streetcar. The room was perfect and cozy, with a fantastic shower. Great spot!

    Gwendolyn2018-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • Erin was a wonderful host! The apartment is the perfect size for two, in a central location within walking distance of some great food, plus the street car. Erin was also very easy to get a hold of, and was flexible with our check-in/check-out times. I highly recommend the experience!

    Jessica2016-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • After spending two weeks shuffling between various family members homes across the south for the holidays, my husband and I decided to book a last minute trip to New Orleans (our first time) on our way back home. Erin's place was lovely and affordable; only a short transit ride into the quarter and (most importantly) a cheap late night cab ride back. She graciously hosted our small dog as well and provided us with everything we needed (toiletries, snacks, coffee/soda/water/beer, bathrobes, and a late check-out). The room is well-appointed and private, situated at the back of her property and with a separate entrance. We had a great couple days and would love to stay @ "Ride the streetcar to the Quarter" again--our highest recommendation! Thanks, Erin!

    Stephanie2013-01-06T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first time using Airbnb and it was good experience. The room was exactly as described and we loved the white noise machine so much we bought one. The location was great away from the busy areas and walking distance to the streetcar. We would love to stay here again and will recommend to others.

  • We had a wonderful stay! The studio is close to street cars, the only time we drove was to go out of New Orleans for the day. The studio was beautifully decorated and looks exactly like the photos. Highly recommend!!

  • Matt's Belfast studio was the perfect "home base" during my husband and I's trip to New Orleans. It's exactly like the pictures - charming, clean, comfortable. Safe and beautiful neighborhood, close to grocery store and streetcar, and only a $10 Uber ride into French Quarter. Was also great to have laundry. Little touches like having some local beer & snacks ready for us and toiletries available were much appreciated! Matt was really responsive via text/email and couldn't have made the process easier. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans. Thanks, Matt!

    Amy2016-06-13T00:00:00Z
  • He was sooo helpful and his studio was lovely. Would definitely stay there if I'm ever in the area again.

  • Overall great experience. Great location and great value for the price!

    Eloise2016-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Matthew went out of his way to make us feel welcome! Included a couple of local beers in the refrigerator for us to try. Everything was laid out nicely upon our arrival. Had several recommendations for local restaurants and sites to see, including directions and transportation. He even included some snacks and beverages in the kitchen. Very clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again!

    Danielle2016-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • Matthew and his side apartment in New Orleans were awesome! Matthew was a very accommodating host, eager to provide recommendations and make sure his guests feel at home. Both my girlfriend and I were very impressed with the interior decoration in his studio! It was very stylish, cozy and charming. I'm sure there are plenty of other cool airbnb's in NOLA, but my girlfriend and I agreed that we'd check Matthew's availability next time we're in the area--and we'd highly recommend the same for any other travelers! Located in a great neighborhood where you're literally 5-15 minutes away from pretty much all points of interest, Matthew's place is a perfect place to stay, made all the better by Matthew's great and enthusiastic hosting!

  • My wife Kartika and I stayed at Nola's Studio for four days in early October. It was our first visit to New Orleans and also our first time using AIrbnb and it was a most enjoyable experience. We're came to New Orleans for two reasons: the music and the food, Luckly our host, Belinda as a musician and someone who enjoys good food was a mine of information on both subjects, so much so that we never opened our guide book. Our apartment was really nice, very clean and well stocked with provisions. It is also in a great location- being far enough away from the more touristy parts of the French Quarter, and closer to the Frenchman Street area, which we preferred. Belinda also provided us with bicycles at a reasonable rate. Her dogs Nola and Shiro are very friendly and welcoming. We really liked this town and will definately come back again and would stay at Nola's again. Many thanks Belinda.

  • Well want can I say that everyone else hasn't already.. About 6 months ago I decided to go to New Orleans on a vacation, and knowing that I would be by myself for part of the trip I wanted to find an establishment that was close to the French Quarter, safe and felt like a home away from home.. After much research and reading all the positive feedback I chose to book Nola's Studio and let me tell you, I'm so glad I did. It was totally as described and more! It so happens that I ended up by myself for the whole trip but Belinda provided me with so much info on things to do and made me feel so comfortable that it didn't even matter. She even asked if I would like to join her on a walk to city park with her dogs Shiro and Nola (my new best friends!). I said yes, and was so glad I did as the park was absolutely beautiful!! During my 10 day stay in New Orleans I stayed in 3 different places and Nola's was by far the best in all aspects! The fridge and drawers were filled with cold beverages and snacks (even fresh fruit), the location was ideal, the value (or price of my stay) was very reasonable, and Belinda was a phenomenal host! Thanks so much Belinda! I hope to see you again.. Give Shiro and Nola a big sloppy kiss from me!

    Tera2012-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Our recent trip to New Orleans was great in every way, and staying at the NOLA's studio was a big part of that. The apartment was great, with a super compfy bed, a wonderful bathroom, and a well stocked pantry. Belinda (our host) gave us great restaurant and venue recommendations, and was really enthusiastic that we get to experience all that NOLA has to offer. The neighborhood, Treme, is the real star though. It is a close walk to the french quarter and the marigny, and a quick drive everywhere else we wanted to go. It is safe and quiet (no problems with noise or parking), and yet is bursting with life and creativity. While we were staying there (2 nights), we witnessed two separate second line parades only a block away from the apartment. NOLA's studio is a special place to stay in a truly special neighborhood, and I can't recommend it highly enough! If you are planning a trip to New Orleans, this is where you want to stay!

    Adam2012-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Whitney and Tom were great hosts, very available for questions and very thorough with maps, directions, friendliness, etc. My mom and I had a great time and enjoyed sleeping in the super comfy bed! I would most definitely stay there again. I loved the neighborhood and the studio is within walking distance to anything and everything we wanted to do!

    Linda2012-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • She was the nicest, most accommodating host a person could ever have. The apartment was gorgeous, tastefully furnished and fully stocked. Best time I've had in a very long time.

    Bill2012-05-08T00:00:00Z
  • Whitney and Tom were fantastic hosts! The apartment was as pictured and clean. It's located in the Treme so may not be for everyone, but we wanted a little peace and quiet so being away from the French Quarter was preferable. Getting around was easy and many neighborhoods were just a short (and safe!) walk away, getting cabs weren't an issue and there are plenty of public transportation options. Communication was excellent and pretty much every toiletry you may have forgotten is there for your use as well as a filtered water dispenser. The little extras were great - we found some complimentary beers, snacks and sodas in the fridge. I'd definitely stay here again!

  • My dad let's me take charge of the accommodation bookings when we go travelling, he knows how important it is to me that we stay in a genuine local 'home' when we travel, and experience the destination in the way the locals do. This time, for our trip to New Orleans, we were both delighted. Robert's beautiful shotgun house put us in the heart of the Bywater, surrounded by equally interesting homes and people. The house itself was exactly what we had hoped for staying in such an exciting city. It has a charming and interesting decor; huge mirrors, giant beds, and an extravagant bathroom! We were also bowled over by the wonderfully attentive service we received from the housekeeper Ernie. He wanted nothing more than for our stay to be flawless. We had fresh towels and linen every day, he even washed our clothes for us if we left them out! He was so kind, it was very touching. The area itself was perfect. It is safe and so friendly, everyone we passed smiled and said hi. We visited the cafe Satsuma almost every day for breakfast, it was incredible (try the green breakfast sandwich on croissant) and the Country Club at the end of the road for Sunday brunch (and bottomless mimosas!) It is also just two blocks from two different bus routes to take you around the city. Unfortunately, we only got to meet Robert briefly, but he was lovely and it was a pleasure to say hi. If you want to stay in a super modern plain room with no character, I'd suggest a hotel in town. Otherwise, live like the locals, embrace the interesting and let Robert and Ernie take care of you. We did and it made our trip. Thank you!

    Ellie2013-06-04T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed with Rob and Ernie for 2 weeks. It was a delightfully chill and comfortable break from our lives. Thanks guys!

    Florian2014-01-23T00:00:00Z
  • It was great !!!! Robert is a very nice and friendly person. He came to see us on our last nisght in New Orleans, and told us very interesting and peculiar stories about his folks and also about N.O. He himself prepared a Sazerac Drink, the traditional cocktail of N.Orleans.Ernie, his housekeeper is also a friendly person. And where always there to provide our confort in the house. And, of course, the beaituful place. Spacious, well furnished, confortable beds, everything we need was provided A beatiful bathroom, with everything around. Coffe machine, ice machine, fruits, snacks, chocolates, and even red and white wine. The neighbourshood are also very good, with bus in the corner. I strong recomend to stay there for some days in that wonderful city.

  • Leslie’s bungalow was wonderful, so was Leslie! It was such a beautiful place it was hard to leave. Amazing bars less then a couple of blocks away. Leslie will give you tips about everything and give you a history lesson at her same time. I hope he opens a few more places, share his exquisite taste with even more travelers.

  • What a wonderful place to stay... incredibly helpful hosts, lovely decor, clean and well maintained, extremely generous amenities (you won't want for water, snacks, sodas, and every essential toiletry), and all in an interesting neighborhood to explore. They even provided an umbrella in case of rain (although the weather was perfect and we never needed it). It's not that far from the great music on Frenchman St. or the attractions of the Quarter, and handy to bus lines that will get you anywhere in the city. Is this typical New Orleans hospitality, or are Robert and Ernie some kind of otherworldly super-hosts? Either way, can't wait to go back.

    Sally2014-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • When we arrived it was pouring, Ernie met us outside with a big umbrella and a welcoming smile. The flat was just as described in the pictures and information provided by Robert, a true New Orleans home. Ernie explained everything about the flat to us and provided excellent care throughout our stay. We were able to enjoy coffee which was provided by our host relaxing in the lovely living room. The beds were very comfortable allowing us to sleep soundly at night, the shower was so spacious!! The location was perfect with restaurants in walking distance and also very close to everyplace we wanted to be. We met Robert and spent some time chatting with him, he is delightful and a wealth of information. We were so comfortable during our stay, we loved the accommodations and all the extra little touches, both decorative and culinary. Our stay in Robert's place was superb, it will be our new home in NOLA whenever we are there!! Thank you Robert and Ernie!

Come stay with us in a real New Orleans neighborhood and live like a local! The house is a "shotgun double" which is located in the safe, historic and artsy neighborhood only 1.5 miles from the French Quarter known as "Bywater." We are mere steps from the new Crescent Park River Walk that stretches from Mazant street to the edge of the French Quarter. A real scenic delight!
Be our guests in our charming mid-century home! You get a fully furnished side of our double shotgun house. There is also a huge plant covered front porch with a porch swing and bistro table to people watch. Inside is 800 square foot with two bedrooms with queen beds, comforters, pillows, and linens. This is a shotgun house, for those that aren't familiar, one room leads to another as you go to the rear of the house, with the rear bedroom being totally private. The house comes completely furnished with kitchenware, coffee-maker, coffee and tea, microwave, towels, shampoo/conditioner/bath soap, wi-fi, a record player with a light assortment of records, 2 alarm clocks with I-pod/mp3 docks, and a fold-out full sized futon.
In the neighborhood, we're next to Da Joint bbq, and 1-3 blocks from local bars; J&J's Sports Lounge, Vaughans, and BJ's. There is live music, art galleries, more bars, coffee shops and restaurants, all with a local feel within the bywater/marigny area leading to the French Quarter. We have a welcome basket located on the coffee table with fact sheets, maps, menus and other useful info to help you out through your stay. Press the guest book link at the top of our listing homepage for a map and descriptions of some of our local bars, shops and eateries.
  • Carmen & Steves's place was charmingly decorated and very comfortable. We were very appreciative of the fuzzy blankets in the cupboard and heaters placed throughout the house, as it was quite cold while we were there! We had no trouble finding parking right out front for our rental car. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and we very much enjoyed The Country Club for bunch, just a few blocks away, and the host recommended Bacchanal for wine and Tapas.

    Susie2014-11-20T00:00:00Z
  • Carmel & Steve are very welcoming hosts. Great suggestions on where to visit. Would recommend and stay again.

    Sean2013-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • Carmen and Steve were fantastic! The place was adorable and stocked with goodies- it was easy to cook, eat, etc. Beds were comfortable (we didn't use the futon). Steve and Carmen were really responsive to inquiries, etc., and left lots of great suggestions for the neighborhood- LOVE the Bywater and would definitely stay there again!

    Tarah2014-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Carmen was a great host! We brought a few people over her limit and she was extremely accommodating. I felt very welcome in her home and it is quite obvious that she makes an effort to make her visitors feel welcome. Her place is also very cute and has a warm homey feeling.

    Hannah2015-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We were lucky to stay at Carmen and Steve’s awesome home in the Bywater during our trip to NOLA. Not sure what we enjoyed more visiting the French Quarter Festival or lounging at this cozy spot. The listing was spot on and Carmen made it very easy to access the unit since we arrived very late at night. The house was stocked with waters and snacks which was great! Walking distance to cool bars, short cab to the FQ and just a block from the best BBQ I have ever had (The Joint). Highly recommended for any trip to NOLA. Thanks for everything!

    Joseph2015-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying at Carmen's place!! There was lots of space and it was in a really cool neighborhood. Not too close to the quarter, but not too far either. I would love to stay there again!!

    Brittany2015-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • Carmen and Steve were fantastic. Great location in a beautiful home with a lot of space at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend this Bywater treasure to anyone looking to stay in New Orelans.

  • The space was perfect and very welcoming. This location is ideal as its only a 5 minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk to where the action is. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves and the personal touches at the apartment made us feel right at home. Best AIR BNB experience by far!

Across the Mississippi River from the convention center, the cruise terminal, the Superdome, the Arena, downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter. Quick 5 minute trip over the bridge to where all the action is! Also 5 minutes from the Algiers point ferry. Private driveway, washer/dryer and wifi. This is an upstairs apartment with stairs to the front door. We also have a rollaway bed available if you have an extra guest or child.
  • We only stayed a night, but it was clean and cozy!

    Ally2018-02-05T00:00:00Z
  • I had everything I needed at my disposal, even a washer and dryer! Very private location with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood, it's like you have your own apartment close to the action in New Orleans.

  • This is a great spot if you want a quiet location to the quarter. A $10 Uber ride to the quarter. Very clean and comfy. A nice quiet neighborhood

    Dennis2017-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • This has been one of the best places I stayed in New Orleans area. It was in fact cozy and peaceful and a very quiet neighborhood. It's a very comfortable place to stay and would be very good for a long-term stay. It is as if a home away from home with all the bells and whistles. The host was very hospitable and accommodating. She also is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area which helped with my stay. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave and I was on vacation. The decorations was beautiful it made me feel as if I was on the beach somewhere even though it's in the city. It was very calm and relaxing. I would stay in the same exact spot hip available for the next time I'm in New Orleans area. I would highly recommend this for a couple that's trying to get away on a low budget or other wise.

    Angeloca2016-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • Mimi and Cliff were communicative and checkin was very flexible and straightforward. The apartment was private and detached and had many amenities--A/C in every room, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Two weeks into our road trip, the washer and dryer was so helpful to have. The Algiers Ferry is about a 30 min walk away or a couple min drive with free and ample street parking nearby. The ferry takes you to within a couple blocks of the French Quarter so the location was very convenient despite not being downtown, plus the neighborhood was super quiet--which I was thankful for after imagining what staying in t French Quarter would be like. I would highly recommend staying here!

Please see calendar for daily rates! Some days are lower than others!
Built in the 1860's, "Little Orange" is half of a "shotgun"; thus, it boasts the hallmarks of traditional New Orleans architecture: 13 foot ceilings, cypress mantels, pocket doors, tall shuttered windows, and hardwood floors. The shutters are a vibrant orange to remind you of this city's Caribbean spirit. Bienvenue aux tropiques! The apartment is fully furnished and appointed, the space comprised of a living-room (with queen pull-out couch), equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and small bath. There's wifi, a large flat screen TV, burglar alarm, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer. And a great book collection too. The apartment is best suited for two people; however, it can sleep four when using the pull-out couch. As of Sept. 2016, there's a brand new Queen mattress in the bedroom: it's a Comfort Dreams Select-A Memory Foam (medium-firm) and very comfortable! Please know that when the couch is extended in the living-room, that common space radically shrinks. There's a $25 fee per adult guest #3 and #4. There is no additional fee for children. The front porch overlooks a full block of green space (Annunciation Square Park), home to many soccer and kickball games. There's a basketball court in the park as well (and so a basketball sits in the bedroom closet for you too). I spend more time on the porch than I do in the living-room. The porch also overlooks my small--but robust!--butterfly garden where a small fountain burbles. It's a great place to drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening, and I hope the night-blooming jasmine is working its perfume when you're here! The apartment is an easy stroll to lower Magazine Street, known for its many boutiques, antique shops, bars, and eateries, as well as to the Warehouse District/CBD and French Quarter. Please check out my map/guidebook! I've mainly tagged places to which you can easily stroll, but I'm happy to offer suggestions for outings in farther flung areas of town. The house is not far from the Convention Center, Mardi Gras World/Productions, The Chicory (wedding venue) and Second Line Stages. If you are in town for a conference/event or working on a film, my location can't be beat. Likewise, if you're in town for a game, a cheap cab ride gets you to the Super dome quickly. This neighborhood has been dubbed one of New Orleans' hottest for obvious reasons. There really is a ton to see and do (and eat) right here. For those interested in getting out to explore other parts of the city/state, it's worth knowing that my location offers convenient access to I-10. No need to traverse all of uptown or the Quarter to find the interstate. The on-ramp is three blocks away, which means the West Bank is five minutes away, the airport, 20 without traffic. If you don't have a car, the bus runs along both Magazine and Tchoupitoulas. I bought this property for its convenience of location. Although the apartment is an easy distance to many hot spots, the neighborhood itself is quiet--another reason I bought this property. Your sleep will not be disturbed by traffic or street cheer. The Mississippi rolls by just two blocks away, so the hood has a sultry "edge of town" feel. I love this about it. Neither uptown nor downtown, it floats in between, spooned by the river(URL HIDDEN) Regretfully, pets are not allowed.
Lower Magazine Street is made for wandering. Just two blocks away, it offers an endless stream of boutiques, cafes, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants of all price ranges. Many guests choose to devote one full day to exploring Magazine. In terms of immediate surroundings, my neighbor is restoring a gorgeous, but run-down, New Orleans Greek-revival mansion. He is doing the work himself (!) with the help of family and friends (it is an impressive undertaking), so his construction work is intermittent. Often there are sizable breaks between bursts. For the most part, it is quite quiet, but construction work does flare up from time to time. As 99% of previous reviews attest, noise is not a regular feature of Little Orange life, yet all potential guests should indeed be aware of the potential for construction noise. Whenever my neighbor communicates his work schedule, I will pass this info along to potential as well as confirmed future guests.

  • If you like the pictures and overwhelming positive reviews of those who have stayed there, Jessica's "Little Orange" is all of that and more once you get there and walk in the door. First of all she went out of her way to ready the apartment as we arrived earlier than check-in. The place was furnished with all of the supplies you would need to move to New Orleans and settle in. It was very comfortable to be in and extremely welcoming to come home to, as was the bed which was one of the best my wife and i have ever slept in on our travels. It was extremely quiet in the bedroom as well as the apartment itself. The neighborhood was very nice and this turned out to be the ideal location for us. We were 2 blocks away from a very hip Magazine St which also made it easy for us to walk downtown, a few more blocks to the street car on St Charles and a few more blocks to the Garden District. Every time we walked by one of the hotels that i had booked before my wife found this "Little Gem"i said a prayer of thanks for the wisdom of choosing" Little Orange". Everything about our stay was just great. Jessica has travel brochures, and a binder of personal recommendations for you to look through ( be sure to have breakfast at Surrey Cafe and Juice Bar and walk to it). She lives next to the apartment and is a very gracious host. This was our first trip to New Orleans and we can't wait to come back to NOLA and "Little Orange".

    Richard 2015-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Favorite Airbnb experience thus far. House is gorgeous, quiet, close, and very comfortable. We slept well in the great bed, had everything we possibly needed to accommodate our routine, walked out the door to Magazine St., came home and hung out on the quiet porch. Jessica was very communicative and went out of her way to accommodate a check-in request of ours. We didn't want to leave. Essentially a flawless experience.

    Nathan2017-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a very comfortable stay in Jessica's beautifully furnished place. The location is very central and the playground across the street was an added bonus for our toddler. Jessica left us a very helpful binder of information and followed up with us during our stay to make sure everything was going OK. Would love to return sometime.

    Janice2013-04-07T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Jessica's place with our 14-month old baby and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting New Orleans. The house itself is great: very nicely decorated, beautiful high ceilings, very clean, with all the necessary amenities including washing machine and dryer. The location is perfect for those happy to be a bit further away from the buzz of the French Quarter: it has a nice park just opposite and is minutes away from Magazine St which is great for lovely food and drinks. We walked to the French Quarter in 45' but you can also take the streetcar not far from the house. For us, having some peace and quietness in the evening was greatly appreciated. Jessica was a great host in so far as we knew she was available if needed (introduced herself, readily available by mobile and living next door) but wasn't intrusive at all. She had left loads of information about the city in the house as well as dozens of personal recommendations for food/drinks in the area, which we made great use of. She definitely knows her city! In sum, we will definitely try to stay in Jessica's house again next time we visit and will recommend the place to all our friends.

    Vincent2014-11-06T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is gorgeous and includes everything you need. The bed really is very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet at night. We enjoyed the walk from the house to the French Quarter along Magazine Street. We really enjoyed the binder full of suggestions (and funny descriptions) of places to go and recommend Bacchanal. We also enjoyed eating and listening to music at Three Muses near (on?) Frenchmen St. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay again.

    Mhairi2017-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying at Little Orange. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and in a great location (and larger than we expected from the pics). This is probably the best value we've seen in many different AirBnB's. Easy to get around wherever you may want to go from this location, which is close to busy Magazine street but quiet and out of the way. Street parking was free and easy. Jessica was quick to respond to our questions via text and extremely easy to work with. Her guidebook was indispensable. Bonus features: A big, deep bathtub. Terrific art. Gas range, dishwasher, and washing machine. Lovely front-yard garden. Terrific bookshelf. HBO. Three adorable tortoise-shell kitties outside (seems the neighbor feeds them?) whose raison-d'etre is to boop each others heads and do insanely cute things with each other. Also, Little Orange is stocked with bagels and coffee. All in all we'd highly recommend it.

    Erendira2016-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • Good value. The house was very clean and comfortable; definitely a lot nicer than staying in a hotel. The house is in a safe location, but it gets sketchy when you go a couple blocks in any direction. It was expensive to take an Uber from Gretna to NO every day ($16-$17 in May). It's about a 45-minute walk if you're willing to take the ferry from Algiers Point (again, kind of sketchy along the way). You can also take the bus, but it'll take you about the same amount of time. I would probably recommend renting a car; it'll be about the same price once you factor in the Uber price from the airport ($26-37). Very much enjoyed my stay overall!!

This apartment is located in Algiers near the Algiers Ferry Landing, and what is known as "New Orleans Best Kept Secret," historic Algiers Point. Enjoy a secluded and relaxing stay right on the other side of the Mississippi River from Downtown New Orleans. The Ferry takes you across the river to the Canal Street Ferry Terminal near The Audubon Aquarium of The Americas and the Riverwalk Outlet Mall. The cost is $2 per trip.
Spacious One bedroom and One bath bottom floor apartment in unique house built facing the Mississippi river.
  • This worked out great! Everything was set up and comfortable. Rebecca was accessible to all questions we had.

  • Perfect host for my weekend in New Orleans. Surprised with a hot tub added to the nice stay! Nice view of the bridges over the Mississippi!

  • Great place to stay close to the French Quarter.

    Kayla2018-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • The host was easy to contact through messaging and answered any questions we had promptly. We didn't meet in person, and she stayed upstairs during our 1 night stay. Check in was easy, and the place is in a great location (only a few miles from Bourbon St). She provided many New Orleans guides that were helpful for first timers to understand and navigate the city. The place was clean and a cool escape from the hot humidity. The shower head is amazing. All of the essentials were provided and more. She provided breakfast items such as oatmeal, pancake mix, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, etc. The master bed sinks in the middle, but still comfortable. The bathroom lighting is dim, but the master bedroom is very bright with a large sliding closet mirror, which made getting ready easy. We slept like babies and found relaxation and comfort here.

    Tera2016-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • I had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It is very easy to get to and use the ferry which was incredibly convenient for attending my conference and enjoying the French Quarter. Everything else was comfortable and went smooth. Thanks Rebecca!

    Ryan2016-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • Rebecca is very lovely and kind hostess. In the appartment, we got more space than we needed! She filled fridge before our arrival! Never seen that before. Water and coffee would be enought :) Great view to Mississipi bridge. 8min to walk to ferry on nice promenade along the river. Ferry takes you straight to french quarter - ride 5min, 2$/pers, every 15 min - Perfect!!! The loud bass was audible at one night until 12am. Probably party on street. But generally peaceful and friendly neigbourhood!

    Urmas2016-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • The apparent has plenty of beds and space if you have more than 2 people or your children with you. It's very clean and not cluttered. It's on the other side of the river, so the view is amazing and there's a wonderful jogging/walking track that runs along the water as well. It's also in a very quiet part of town but a $5 Uber ride to downtown. There's a cute fenced in back yard and Rebecca provides everything you'd need in case there's something you forgot. She's super sweet and a great host!

Lovely apt with 14 foot ceilings and exposed plaster walls right in the middle of the French Qtr and the Garden Dist., walking distance attractions, and wonderful food and drink options within one block. Separate entrance and entire floor of 1850s brick townhouse. I own the home, and along with my partner Dave, live on the first floor of the building with our two dogs. We're very thankful to you for staying with us, as your money goes back into the bldg by paying for its continuing restoration!
Old 1850s brick townhouse located on the edge of the Lower Garden District. The apartment is romantic, full of antiques, and has a super comfy king size bed. If you love food, you are within walking distance of some great restaurants located either uptown on Magazine Street or downtown in the Warehouse District / CBD. There is a lovely bar right next door, an awesome coffee shop right across the street and a microbrewery with half a block. You are just a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter as well. I own this house, live in the building, and do all the booking, communication and cleaning myself so I'm here to make your stay as great as possible with a a personal touch! Your stay funds the renovation of this building so thanks for considering this for your stay in New Orleans.
I love this neighborhood! It is right in the middle of city along the river, so a more low traffic spot, but with easy access to the more commercial and entertainment districts. It has its own lovely set of bars, coffee shops, and wonderful restaurants very close by though.
  • Lindsey communicated clearly about my coming & going. And her list of recommended restaurants, etc. is spot on. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Recommend it!

  • Lindsey was a thoughtful and communicative host throughout the booking process, as well as during my stay. Her place was absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and fully stocked. The house is located on Magazine street, and while it's not right in the thick of the stores & restaurants it's known for, it's still charming and walking distance to everything. Lindsey also provided us an amazing list of things to do/see (which I highly recommend you ask for) and also gave us the option of renting bikes to explore the neighborhood. I highly recommend this location and can't wait to visit again!

    Veronica2014-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • This was an amazing place to stay- so much character and great light! Lindsey was very communicative before our arrival, providing great instructions and texting us to check in once our flight had landed. Her and her boyfriend are down to earth and were wonderful hosts (available if there were any issues but not at all the least bit intrusive). Checking in was super simple and the place was exactly as described. The neighborhood is adorable with great cafes and restaurants just outside the doors. It's a wonderful area to walk around in but also quiet at night (aka a much appreciated escape from the French Quarter- though the Quarter is just a short walk away). Lindsey's home is beautiful; her plans for her current renovation downstairs are inspiring and it was wonderful to be able to help support her efforts in a small way...We would love to stay here again!

  • Lindsey checked in with me as soon as the reservation was confirmed, seeing if she could answer any questions, etc. She was very friendly and responsive throughout the process and stay. And the place was exactly as pictured in the photos---fun, snazzy, clean digs. And no surprise here, but the air conditioning was much appreciated every time I walked back into the apartment :) Bonus: There's a great little local bar located very close by.

  • This was truly one of the best AIRBNB experiences I have ever had! Lindsey was extremely helpful and very flexible in working with me to secure this location. The place itself if a total GEM in the lower Garden District of New Orleans. It came exactly as advertised and it was the perfect remedy for my usual antiseptic French Quarter chain hotel experience. Super quaint, minimalist features but with everything you need in the kitchen to cook a huge meal. They really were very thoughtful in the layout of this spot. It's a bit on the rustic side with amazing bare beamed ceilings and hardwood floors, exposed brick peaking through the plaster shabby chić paint..(super lovely) nice ceiling fan for those humid nights and air-conditioner in perfect working order. (Nice big Tub too!) It has everything you could want for a perfect stay in New Orleans in that specific area. French Quarter is just a short cab ride away or you can take a nice lovely walk as well. I say hop on the St. Charles Street car that is nearby and take it down to the Magazine street shopping district which is not far. :-). All in all you have lovely hosts, an interesting location and a super comfortable place to stay!

    Christopher2015-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • From start to finish our stay was amazing. Lindsey was so helpful, accommodating and quick to respond. The apartment is amazing and pretty centrally located for a real New Orleans experience. Rent bikes and bike to Audubon park, walk to the French quarter, bike to Marigny/Frenchman, by water, and not too far from the cemeteries/Louis Armstrong park/sculpture garden. She had great recommendations of neighborhood places. And the apartment is so spacious, luminous and beautiful. Did not want to leave!!

    Aubrey2014-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • The house is a diamond in the rough and looks just like the pictures. The bed is super comfortable. Lindsey is an excellent host.

    MaryKathryn2016-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely perfect!! I came home for my brother's wedding & now much of my family is interested in using the apt for themselves or friends! It's incredibly safe w/ an ideal location to explore New Orleans. Lindsey is a fabulous host- easy to correspond with & was home to let me in the apt This will be the 1st place I check for availability any time I go back to see family.

All the excitement the Big Easy has to offer is just a ten minute drive from this house. Explore the heart of the city or nearby attractions like Harrah's Casino, St. Louis Cathedral, the French Quarter, the Riverwalk Marketplace and Bourbon Street. Being just outside of downtown, but just a short distance, we have a rate that is very competitive with downtown hotels. Added to that value are no charge for parking (saving $30 per day compared to downtown). 2-min. from Walgreens 3-min. from Roses Supermarket 4-min. from Oakwood Mall 5-min. from Gretna Ferry Terminal 3-blocks from Gretna/Wilty Bus Terminal. Parking at the terminal is free and you can park there all day. The Westbank Expressway bus-route (W2) provides service to and from Westbank Terminal Wilty. It provides service to the New Orleans Central Business District (CBD).
  • Tony was available on the phone immediately when we needed to get in touch with him. The house is exactly as presented in the photos on this page. The accommodations are very comfortable, big bath room and nice size kitchen with coffee and water supplied as well as clean towels and bed sheets. We had a very comfortable and great time!

  • By far the best place we have stayed when it comes to vacation rentals. The home was extremely clean and welcoming. The location made us feel very safe. All of the Uber drivers confirmed that the home was located in a very safe and clean neighborhood. Downtown was a short 10min, $10 ride via Uber. Every amenity that we could have needed was thought out and provided flawlessly within the dwelling. The neighbors were friendly and kept to themselves. Very little traffic if any at all and ample room for parking multiple vehicles if needed. Myself, my girlfriend, and our two friends had an absolute blast and we look forward to using Tony's home in the future. Thanks for such an amazing trip!

    Matthew2016-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • Tony was such a good host and everything was perfect. Thank you so much! We all hope we could get back there someday. Anu

  • Tony house was great, It look just like the picture but even better in person. The house was nice and cozy, it did not feel like I rented someone house out. The room were nice and big and so was the bathroom. It was nice and clean and that was one of my big worries. The location was great too, you have everything you need around you. It did not take long to get anywhere I need to go or want to go to. The next time I go to New Orleans I would definitely like to stay at Tonys house again. It was a great stay!

    lucy2014-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • This place is great! Nice quiet location. Backyard. Driveway for parking. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. Highly recommended.

    Jose2016-03-25T00:00:00Z
  • Tony's place is "not" going to stay a best keep secret for long. Very comfortable and spacious for our group of five. I really like the heating/ac control system so easy to select a comfortable level for the home.

    Tracy2017-03-23T00:00:00Z
  • Just a short ride to French Quarter and all the other tourist spots. Shopping near by for all your needs. Would definitely east stay again.

    Maria2017-03-29T00:00:00Z
  • The place was great. It was close to the downtown area. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. I would definitely come back and stay again. Tony was great at communicating and responding quickly.

La ubicacion es a 20 min en bus del French quarter y a 20 min a pie del ferry para ir al French cuarter. Zona residencial y tranquila. Una estancia muy agradable.

  • My stay was amazing! Everything was super clean and very modern. David offered a lot of great suggestions on places to eat in the area and the communication before and during our stay was very clear. The location is a short drive/uber to downtown and French Quarter. David was very accommodating and I highly recommend staying at his place!

    Sylke2017-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • We had a group of 5 staying at David’s place. The neighborhood was the perfect distance from everything in New Orleans especially for the Mardi Gras weekend. Clean, accommodating and everything you could ask for in an air bnb. 10/10 would stay there again.

  • A+ all around!

  • David's location is PERFECT! So easy to get to and from the city, only takes about 5 minutes drive (no traffic, I never hit traffic) from his house and over the bridge. His house was super clean, private, and very easy check in/out. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

  • Addie's apartment was clean and comfortable and very well stocked. We really appreciated the extra touches. The apt was well located for our needs. A five min ride to the ferry and ten minutes to the French Quarter.

    Elizabeth2017-06-12T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first Airbnb trip so we had a lot of concerns. Addies place was perfect for breaking us in. It was a cozy spot that has everything we needed. It was away from the business of the city but a close enough commute. We were safe and would go again.

    Vinny2018-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Great place. Just as advertised. Agree with the rest of the reviews - recommend!

    Humberto2018-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Addie’s place was wonderful! Addie was so sweet and communications were very prompt. Addie gave us traffic tips and timing for getting to appointments. Her place is just as pictured. There were plenty of snacks, water, coffee, etc that were nice touches! I would highly recommend!

    Denyse2018-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • Addie was awesome! Lightening fast responses and very kind. The house is the perfect distance outside of the bustle of town.

  • Addie was an ultra responsive host.

    Katie2018-03-08T00:00:00Z

    Brenna2017-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great first Airbnb experience! Addie was available to answer questions whenever we needed. The house was great! It was completely stocked with everything we needed for the trip, and even some things we didn’t think of. The house is only a 15-20 minute ride from the garden district or French quarter, so we were able to be close to the party without actually having to stay in it. (Which is great for us because we’re old at heart.) Addie was a great hostess and we would definitely stay here again!

The 2 story brick out building opens to our beautiful courtyard. This room sleeps 2, has a stocked refrigerator, electric kettle and toaster. It shares our newly renovated bathroom, just steps away, with our Balcony room. Our location is unique in the city and is not a quiet residential street by day. Nights and weekends, however, are a peaceful change from the commerce serving the Port of New Orleans during the working day. Our neighbor, a wedding venue, does have music till midnight.
Situated in the old kitchen with the original cooking hearth. This room surrounds you with history and comfort. Lovingly restored with exposed cypress timbers, brickwork and wood paneling with updated insulation, A/C and ceiling fan to make sure its always comfortable. The room shares the bathroom, with the Balcony room, and is just a few steps away. On demand hot water allows the guest the luxury of long showers without running out for the next guest. A stocked refrigerator, electric kettle and toaster is everything you need to start and end the day. The Courtyard is your outdoor living room, shaded by palm trees and our fragrant orange tree. In summer months outdoor fans are provided for the comfort of our guests.
Our home since 1981, the main 3 story building and its 2 story out building are in the heart of our historic municipal square 80. We are bounded by Race, Religious, Orange and Tchoupitoulas streets. The collection of buildings that remain at our down river end of the square were built by Laurent Milladon, a French sugar planter, as rental property in the early 1830s. Today little remains of our old neighborhood but now the visitor has an expanse of urban landscape and a river vista unparalleled in the city. We are not a sleepy corner of the Crescent City. During business hours you can hear trains, ships and trucks coming and going to our busy port. After hours and on weekends though you may be serenaded by song birds, flocks of Monk Parrots in the Palm trees or live jazz bands, entertaining guests next door at Race & Religious, a wedding venue. We are uniquely located for the visitor who is here for work or play. Here are some reference points from 1503 Tchoupitoulas: 2 blocks down river to the Morial Convention Center. 4 blocks to the Second Line Studio, a full service motion picture sound stage. We are minutes away from the Central Business District, Federal courthouse and the vibrant Arts and Museum District. Canal Street and the French Quarter are just a mere 15 minute walk. Upriver and only a 5 minute walk puts you at the beginning of Magazine Street and a delightful collection of boutiques, restaurants and bars that continue up river all the way to Audubon Park. A Super Walmart is 4 blocks up Tchoupitoulas St. on the river.
  • I've stayed in worse 5 star hotels than this delight! Nancy and Neil couldn't of been any more accommodating and hospitable! Incredibly generous and if you get the chance to taste her home made scones, then your in luck. The courtyard and room where beautiful and cool despite the New Orleans heat. Easily walkable to the sights that New Orleans has to offer. When (not an if) we will be staying hear again!

    Jo2015-06-14T00:00:00Z
  • This place far exceeds expectations. Perfect location between the city center and Uptown. We actually walked to the Quarter (took about 25 minutes) and also biked through uptown/Garden district. Thanks for letting us use the cool bikes, Nancy! The house is the picture perfect New Orleans getaway. Classy yet ecclectic style with a unique charm. Comfortable bed. Everything very clean. We didn't get to meet Neil but Nancy was quick to respond and very helpful and welcoming. So nice of them to share this gem of a place. I hope we can go back!

    Maggie2015-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Loved, loved, loved!! This place is incredibly charming! The location is close to everything, a short uber ride to the French Quarter and walking distance to Magazine St. Neil and Nancy are very nice and informative. My husband and I cannot wait to go back!

    Shawn2017-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first AirBnB experience, and it was fantastic. Instead of a sterile room in a big hotel chain tower downtown, I enjoyed a wonderful room filled with beautiful art. The first morning, finishing my tea in the courtyard while I sat reading, and knew I had made the right choice. The little details were great, also, like the homemade jam for the English muffins, and Neil’s tips on jogging routes and galleries to find a present for my wife. Best of all, this was significantly cheaper than I would have paid for the conference hotel rates.

    John2017-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • Nancy was a great host. She let us check in early and store our bags after check out. We loved walking out into the courtyard with the beautiful vines and orange tree and stay there again.

  • Great place to stay!

    Daniel2018-05-06T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time. Neil and Nancy were super nice and they really care about their guests. There's a wedding venue next door, most nights it was totally fine but we had one night where it was quite hard to sleep. So if you're very sensitive for noise, that might be worth taking into consideration. Otherwise great hosts and a great place.

NEWLY LISTED This charming one bedroom apartment is nestled in the heart of Downtown, New Orleans. The exposed-brick walls, floor to ceiling windows, and stunning balcony views is a must. Centrally located to major attractions like WWll museum, Convention center, the Super Dome, Lower Garden District, the French quarter and several restaurants. Super walkable location and stocked with modern touches for ultimate comfort.
  • We had a wonderful stay at Domio's Aribnb. The condo was modern and stylish with brand new appliances. It was also sparkling clean -- the bed was super comfy too!!!! It is in the up and coming warehouse district, which is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We had a great time checking out the neighborhood. Domio was super easy to communicate with, quick at responding, incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

    Jillian2017-11-29T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice apartment that was centrally located and quieter than other places to stay in the area. I would recommend it!

    Samantha2018-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • A great little apartment in the CBD. The location really can't be beat. It's a super easy walk to the WWII Museum, convention center, and children's museum (plus a whole host of galleries). The apartment is also a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the French Quarter. The balcony is super relaxing. The apartment is modern and stylish. And it's quiet -- a rarity for New Orleans. There's easy access to parking, if you need it. The hosts are SUPER responsive (even brought us extra towels and sheets) and check-in was a breeze. One small complaint: it's not quite as clean as it could be. The floors were pretty dirty and the bathroom walls and floors could be cleaner. The sofa cushions had some stain. It's not filthy by any means, just could be cleaner and the bathroom is showing some wear.

    Kara2018-04-25T00:00:00Z
  • This is a business district, so you are not in the heart of things, which in New Orleans may be what you want when you rest. That said, it is in a great place to launch your day with easy access to street cars, buses and Uber (always near). It was safe, quiet and stylish. Just above a cute letterpress shop and around the corner from a restaurant. The apartment itself is a stylish warehouse and West Elm style and will feel like a little pied-à-terre since many will be coming from something different. Amenities abound, all you need to worry about is your clothes. Grocery and liquor stores deliver and you have most of what you need to work a kitchen. Coffee, tea and light snack selections were welcomed. We had a great time and were thankful to have found such a great place as home base for a week. Thanks!

    Brian, Sarah & Sadie2018-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • The place was extremely stylish, great lightning, clean and very well-appointed (towels, bedding, as well as coffee tabs, tea, some snacks were a very nice touch). Great location--right between the French Quarter and the Garden District, walking distance from all the best places in NOLA. The management was super responsive (only complaint, and this does not affect the review rating: management was a bit excessive on the daily "how are we doing?" texts). I highly recommend staying here.

Gretna is an historic neighborhood scattered with the iconic shotguns New Orleans is known for. Also known as the West Bank, within 10 min from my home you have an abundance of options for restaurants to choose from and just a short jaunt over the bridge and your in downtown.
  • We had a great stay at Jasmine Falls! Nice touches throughout the suite. Very quiet and Daniel made our stay in the area so easy!

    Caitlin2018-05-13T00:00:00Z
  • My friend and I loved this location! We were just outside the busy downtown and about 2 miles from the ferry (we walked it and loved it). Super cute space and nice neighborhood. Danny was a great host with quick responses and always available if we needed.

    Hailey2018-05-16T00:00:00Z
  • Firstly, Daniel is very, very nice and super quick to respond to questions. Secondly, be warned there is no shower (yet) or kitchen. Not a big deal until I tried to wash my hair in the tub, which was slightly more awkward than I anticipated. The bed is so comfy. It's a little firm (which I like) and has a nice pillow-top for some cushiness. The whole apartment is super cute and on a quiet street. I loved the decor and seating areas and the little coffee bar. It's about an $11 uber ride to the french quarter.

    Becki2018-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • Nice room with a big bed and everything we needed. I knew there wasn’t a shower and I missed it a little, just had to get creative about showering.overall a great stay, great location too!

    Melissa2018-05-20T00:00:00Z
  • Nice & comfortable place. We asked for an air mattress and Danny provided one. Good location. Danny suggested the ferry. It is a short distance from his place and there is free parking in the area. $2 to get on and it leaves you by Harrah’s casino. Very convenient. Overall, I think it was a good value. Danny is friendly and provides a quick response to any questions.

    Marilyn2018-03-27T00:00:00Z
  • The housing was amazing and is such a beautiful place, I fell in love with it right away! It had so much space and storage, privacy, great amenities, and even personal touches such as being provided with coffee and snacks and other small things that really added a final touch to bring together such and amazing experience. Plus Daniel is very personable and friendly, and provided great tips for local spots as well as some tips/advice. I definitely will plan to stay here again if I come back to NOLA! It’s a good balance between privacy/seclusion w/o being too far away from the ferry or getting a cheap Uber/Lyft to get to the French quarter.

    Tyler2018-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Daniels place is really nice. Awesome bathtub!! And a quick drive to downtown.

  • Daniels place was awesome for a couple. Easy private access from the driveway with a nice outdoor swing and makeshift waterfall were great touches. Huge comfy bed with a TV to wind down after a day full of activity. 10 minutes ride into the city (give extra time during rush hour) at a great price. Highly recommend this place!

Walk to Magazine Street, St. Charles Avenue, the Convention Center, CBD & WWII Museum, and even the French Quarter! Take advantage of all the Lower Garden District and surrounding areas have to offer. You’ll love the charm of this historic 1890's Victorian shotgun. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
This Eastlake Victorian shotgun home is oh so New Orleans... super tall ceilings, exposed brick fireplaces, huge windows and the original hardwood floors all add to it's charm. Enjoy lounging on the chaise or feather stuffed daybed, sipping coffee from the french press at the kitchen table, and an excellent nights sleep on soft sheets under a comfy linen covered down comforter.
The Lower Garden District's charm is unique with a touch of the elegance of uptown and a dash of downtown grit nestled into blocks of colorful historic homes and lush greenery. We're one block below Magazine, three blocks from the warehouse district/CBD, four blocks to the St. Charles street car one way and the Convention Center in the other. Have a deliciously hip brunch at Surrey's, pick up the best iced coffee of your life at French Truck Coffee, and all the specialty cocktails your heart desires at Barrel Proof... all within walking distance! Have a stroll under the oaks in the beautiful Coliseum Square Park or venture up Magazine for shopping. Hop the St. Charles street car to the quarter, or even walk there in 20 minutes. All that and yet you'll find a quiet, relaxing reprieve at home on Constance Street.
  • Lee's place is cozy and beautifully decorated. He was very responsive (within a minute) of having a question on the lock box. The location is perfect as you can go west to Magazine Street for shopping and then east to the French Quarter for more food and fun on Frenchman Street. The trolly is a short walk up the street and there are places nearby if you're looking for a local coffee shop or brew house.

  • The host(s) were amazing, kind and very helpful. We used Uber a lot and spent less than $10 to get to all of our destinations. The home was beautifully furnished. I would definitely stay here again.

    Veronica2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Lee's place is excellently located, spotlessly clean, and very cute. The bed was cozy and warm, and made me feel at home. Lee was super responsive and helpful, and with his brother staying next door I felt like a local's recommendation was never more than a door-knock away. Can't wait to come back and stay here again.

    Liz2017-12-16T00:00:00Z
  • Such a nice quiet place for our trip to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday! Owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. Space was just right, clean and great location!! Hope to stay again!

    Katherine2017-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed staying at Lee’s place! The location was great for the price, typically less than $10 uber ride to the French Quarter, quiet street with easy parking. The house was very cute and clean!

    Joanie2018-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • I definitely recommend this place when staying in New Orleans. For those looking for a nice, comfortable place just across from the French Quarter that provides high value for money, this is the perfect spot. Spatious, clean and communication with Lee and Adam went very smooth. Added benefit of being just outside the busy French Quarter is the great hidden places in the Garden District, all within walking distance.

    Daan2018-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • I hate that I have to write a my first negative review, but given the glowing reviews, I feel it is necessary for balance & reality. While Lee is a very nice and accommodating, the place left much to be desired. It's certainly cute and decently located, but there is a lot form over function here. The fridge & freezer were disgusting inside, plus other things in the unit were straight up dirty. The curtains are so light in weight & color they blew open & didn't block light, so forget privacy or sleeping past 6:30am without an eye pillow. Upon arrival the TP was almost out & when it ran out, there were no extra rolls, so we had to ask for more. There is no microwave, the oven was broken, the fridge & freezer are a struggle to open because it moves & it's location makes it get stuck on a door frame. The front door is nearly impossible to open when it's hot & humid. There was only tiny trash cans with plastic shopping bags, a proper trash can & trash bags would be nice. Lacking in some basic amenities and extras. This is the first place I stayed that didn't have bottles of water, beer and/or wine, and ice or ice trays. This place really has great potential & could definitely be vastly improved with just a little bit of effort.

Conveniently located 5 minutes from the Algiers Ferry located in Historic Algiers Point and 10 minutes from all the downtown amenities, the Convention Center, Bourbon Street and the Superdome/Smoothie King Center!! Uber and Lyft are at your fingertips as well as public transportation access 1 block away! License Permit Number: 17STR-17779
Cozy New Orleans Cottage with all the modern conveniences! Recently renovated with updated appliances and decor while maintaining the original charm!
Older established neighborhood with mostly homeowners. Located right across from Federal City and the Naval Base. One block from the famous NOMTOC parade route and 2.5 miles from Deep South Movie Studio. 1.7 miles from the Historic Algiers Point and ferry!
  • The home is definitely a cute Algiers Cottage. It is conveniently located near the ferry and the bridge to get across the river (by car, it is a 10 to 15 minute commute). The layout of the home is quite spacious, cozy, and delightful. We were able to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner and successfully accommodated our guests. There was a nice little coffee station - coffee maker, coffee, cups, cream, and sugar in the kitchen. It was a plus to have a laundry room (washer, dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, iron, & ironing board). Checking-in and out was very easy. Letisha was a great host. My family and I look forward to staying there again.

    Shekinah2017-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • I plan to book with Letisha again. She was very helpful. Very spacious! I enjoyed the rental!

    Delgrasha 2018-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • Letisha was a great host ! The location we were a little unsure about at first but it ended up being okay. It was very spacious. Does get a bit chilly at night so make sure to bring some blankets !! Short uber trip as well to burbon. About 10 dollars a trip

    Amber2018-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Great place with everything you need!

    Clark2018-05-26T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great overall experience staying in New Orleans, Letisha's house was perfect! The house was clean and contained everything we needed. She even left us some waters in the fridge, we had dish soap and all cleaning supplies, pots and pans, cups and plates and everything else we could need without needing to run to the store. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were so spacious! The neighborhood was safe and very convenient location, only a 10 minute uber ride to any location and we got to cross over the bridge with a beautiful view of the city. Letisha was great with communication, check-in was easy and even asked if someone could come mow the lawn for us during our stay. Overall highly suggest this AirBnb!

    Danielle2017-12-23T00:00:00Z
  • This is a cute house in a residential neighborhood. The house was well furnished, and stocked with water and coffee on our arrival. The WiFi was great and the beds were comfortable. I had something spill all in my bag during the trip there, so the washer and dryer were lifesavers and Letisha even had detergent for us to use. We had thought to take the ferry back and forth to N.O., but the ferry was located about 1.6 miles away from the house. With kids and no car, we would have had to walk to the bus to get to the ferry, so we ended up using Uber each day which added close to $40/day with tips. That said, the only time we had trouble getting a car to pick us up was really early in the morning when we were leaving.

    Lorilee2018-03-28T00:00:00Z
  • All was well during my stay and would recommend anyone visiting New Orleans to consider Letisha as a place to stay.

This immaculate home is on a beautiful landscaped corner lot with off street parking in a very safe and quiet historic neighborhood. It is located across the river from New Orleans and is approximately a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter and convention center.
This extremely clean, colorful home features real hardwood floors as well as tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, full laundry with supplies, central ac and heat that is easily controlled by a digital Nest thermostat, ceiling fan in each room, blackout curtains in two of the three bedrooms, full cable television, high speed cable internet, local art, professional security cameras around the exterior of the house that are monitored and recorded by ADT Security, etc.
The neighborhood is a beautiful little historic district in Gretna (right across the river from New Orleans, approximately 10 minutes from the French Quarter) that is very well sought after who want a safe, peaceful, friendly, small neighborhood feel. Many movies and television shows are filmed in the area so don't be surprised if you see celebrities in the area. There is a local farmers market every Saturday 8am-Noon.
  • Muy contentos con la casa bien Segura la zona con mucha tranquilidad, la casa muy cómoda y bien cuidada, con vecinos tranquilos y bien ubicados en cuanto los lugares turísticos, muy contentos y la recomiendo ampliamente

  • This was a great selection for our stay and travels around New Orleans. Very close if you have a car and manageable if you don't mind taking uber. Our trip was a family vacation and the room, amenities, space, and proximity made it much more worthwhile as compared to a hotel. Will definitely check for this place again if I return to Nola.

Morial Convention Center is a 10-15 minute walk. Only 1.5 miles from French Quarter, the Lower Garden District is excellently located. Restaurants, bars and shops are all close by. Located on a great street - well lit so watch for the pot holes and cracks in the pavement (a locals tip).
  • Sweet apartment in the Garden District! Catherine was a great host, and the bed was so comfy...

  • Great place in a great location. Short Uber or cab ride to all the sights. Catherine was super helpful and answered all our questions.

  • The apartment was cute and comfy. It's in a great location and easy to find. We got approved within minutes and the host responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

    Amber2016-05-24T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome place to stay! Perfect location. Clean, quiet, safe and Catherine is the absolute best host and resource for New Orleans. Her home is hip, cozy and clean enough to walk around barefoot. Nice wood floors, a very comfy living room the most plush couch. I have nothing but glowing adjectives for Catherine and her space. This is where I want to be when I come back to New Orleans. If you want to be close to the action but have some quiet this where to be. My Uber rides were 6.00 to Bourbon Street. Their a great restaurant around the corner called Surry which has a nice shrimp & grits and crab meat omelette. Catherine you and your place get five stars from me. Tipping my hat to you from Brooklyn. Thanks again for such a warm welcome. Stay well, Russell

    Russell2016-11-21T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, loved roaming around the district and seeing all the gorgeous homes. A short Uber ride away from the French quarter and just under a ten minute walk from the convention center which was great for me as I was attending a meeting there! She has all the amenities you need which is such a relief when you’re traveling for a short period of time and don’t wanna carry around a clunky hairdryer!

    Sanaa2018-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • Catherine was great and very friendly. Although we weren't there much except to sleep, it felt like home. She provides a lot for you and we are very happy with our experience.

    Brendan2017-05-11T00:00:00Z
  • Catherine was very friendly and met us at the apartment and provided a basic into to New Orleans and the surrounding area. Showed us the private room and shared spaces. Location was great, within a $5 Uber ride of most of the attractions (or walking distance if you want to get some out and enjoy the architecture in more detail).

    Brian2016-05-15T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying at Katherine 's place. The place was very clean with a lot of plants around, that makes the place extra cute. And the location was very good, Katherine was very sweet and considerate. Highly recommended.

Cozy one bedroom with two single beds with private kitchen and private bathroom. Located just across the Mississippi river 10 minute drive to downtown New Orleans and French quarter . Private parking in quiet area .walking distance to levee overlooking Mississippi River.
Located in the quiet area of Algiers . Algiers is the second oldest neighborhood in the city of New Orleans. You can walk five minutes to the levee that overlooks the Mississippi River while watching the cruise ships coming and leaving or you can walk along the levee path for about twenty five minutes and ferry over (about five to eight minutes) the Mississippi River and exit off to all the action of New Orleans CBD(central business district), French Quarter, Harrahs casino, the River outlet mall and more! Or you can choose to stay on the Algiers side of the River and enjoy the quiet neighborhood of Algiers with its quaint little shops , neighborhood bars and old historic houses. Whatever your fancy is we have it here in the city of New Orleans. You have your own private entrance. Your own private bathroom, own private kitchen. My house is very old and can become quite drafty when elements change. There is an window air conditioner for the summer and a space heater and blankets for the cooler months. If you would like to park your car in my fenced in yard while your traveling (i.e. cruising ) it’s a fee of $10 per day
In a quiet area but only 10 minutes to downtown and French quarter.
  • Reaux's property is conveniently located near the action, yet appropriately secluded to allow for a energizing rest.

    Deji2018-05-13T00:00:00Z
  • Reaux's place is awesome. You get your own private entry, There was a nice welcoming basket with little treats. Totally unexpected. Reaux was so nice, especially when I had trouble with unlocking the door. Only about 15 minutes the French Quarter, we parked the car in the private on site parking, and had an uber take us to our destination. I will def recommend staying with Reaux when in New Orleans~

    Melanie2017-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • The place was in a great location and we had a wonderful stay and a wonderful time visiting New Orleans!

    Ike2018-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • The place was exactly as described. A quick 12-15 minute Uber ride to most things like Bourbon, Frenchmen St etc. Beds were very comfy although the room is a bit small if you have large suitcases like we did. There is no Wi-Fi so we did end up using up all of our data (we're from out of country) but this probably wouldn't be an issue for most. Reaux added many small, personal touches throughout the place and it felt like home. We enjoyed our stay in this cozy little place and would stay again!

    Carmen2017-05-20T00:00:00Z
  • Ms Reaux's home is as explained, private, cozy, and conveniently located. Ms. Reaux's attention to detail took my stay from ordinary to extraordinary. She has thought of everything you may need from a first aid kit to clean towels to midnight snacks. Everything is well organized and very clean. The home is located about a mile from the ferry that takes you to the heart of NOLA. It was virtually seamless getting back and forth from the French Quarter to the home either by a short Uber ride or taking the Ferry. I would highly recommend and will hopefully book again for my next trip to NOLA.

    Liselle2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great location and easy to access

    Parker2018-03-31T00:00:00Z
  • We found Reaux’s place to be charming, convenient, and safe. All of our needs were well met, with the added bonus of our host being willing to assist in any way we required. The space was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It’s definitely nowhere near the Quarter, but is a very inexpensive and fast Lyft trip away. During our stay there was one day of horrible weather, as in THE most impressive torrential rain I’ve ever experienced. We ended up having our plans cancelled and headed back to our accommodations for the rest of the afternoon and evening. We stayed dry, warm, and comfortable and were very grateful for the nice hot shower and snuggly space. It IS small and I wouldn’t recommend it for more than three, but who goes to New Orleans to hang out in their room, right? This is a great place to stay and I would do so again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for your hospitality Reaux!!!

  • Grace and Reeves were by far the most hospitable hosts I have ever had on airbnb. They were quick to respond to my messages, and offered tips and suggestions for activities during my stay. They are very professional, friendly, respectful, and courteous. The location is SUPERB, and I will be sure to look for their apartment next year when I visit NOLA.

  • So cute!

    Jess2018-05-04T00:00:00Z
  • The Reeves place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. It’s in a great location and there were many restaurant options at a walking distance. It’s also in a quiet area, which means you get good rest, after a day of exploring Nola. Honestly, the apartment looks even better than the pictures! The Reeves were accommodating and so easy to communicate with. They definitely made our stay (as newlyweds) very personalized and memorable!

  • This is a fantastic apartment in a convenient location. Everything is new, clean and comfortable! The sheets and towels were sooo soft and we didn't hear any outside noise at all. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops on Magazine Street and getting an Uber around town was quick and cheap. The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating and they really go above and beyond with their customer service and little touches to ensure you have a comfortable stay. This is a great deal, definitely book it!

Comfy bed to crash into after long days and longer nights exploring beautiful New Orleans. Safe and walkable area.

  • My husband and I were in New Orleans for a conversation. We loved staying here. It was like coming home after a long day! The apartment is very comfortable and within walking distance to the convention center. Grace was quick to respond to questions and checked in in us to make sure things were going smoothly. The service and amenities are better than any five star hotel. We will definitely stay again!

    Heather2018-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • Grace and Reeves’ place felt like home after the first night! They were very communicative and had great little extras at the home that we hadn’t anticipated. My family definitely tried all the toiletries she had on offer, plus all the snacks/drinks. The record player and aromatherapy diffuser we definitely used all weekend. The home was very clean and stylish. Would definitely visit and book this place again!

  • We only stayed one night at Daniel's but it was a great stay! We needed a place to stay to accommodate an early check in and early check out and Daniel was very responsive and helpful. Cute front patio with rocking chairs to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Wish we had more time!

    Sydney2018-05-07T00:00:00Z
  • Daniel's place was just as he described it. While I really only slept here because I spent most of my time across the river, I'd definitely stay here again. Plus the location has the added bonus of avoiding all the expensive parking in NOLA due to the convenience of free street parking and the Algiers ferry. A great perk to my brief trip to New Orleans.

  • Danny’s home is beautiful!! We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations given the price; the value is amazing! The entire house was spotless, and Danny was friendly and welcoming! He has great local recommendations as well.

  • Great experience. My host Daniel was very prompt in replying back to messages . I booked this place just to crash for the day. The place is amazing, love the flexible check in time,a typical scenic stylish NOLA neighbourhood, very quiet and safe. Room and common areas were super clean. Very comfy bed, clean towels, shampoo, snacks and coffee in (Website hidden by Airbnb) than 5 miles from historic New Orleans main attractions. Host also give me a parking spot despite bulk of parking everywhere in front of house. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again

You'll love the spacious layout, gorgeous windows, and high ceilings. Located in the Central Business District, you're steps from a streetcar stop, just a block away from The National WWII Museum, and a short walk from the Mississippi River. Modern kitchen and bathroom finishes will add to your experience during your stay in New Orleans.
  • A great location with super restaurants just blocks away. Also a mini-market only one block away. Easy walk to convention center

  • Really nice apartment!

    Albert2018-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay at dominos apartment. It was clean large and stylish. We easily slept 5 people. And it was a short walk to the convention center and for those not afraid of a little bit of a walk bourbon street wasn’t too far either. Parking was our only issue. We got a couple parking tickets, not a lot of street parking for free in the area, and it was kind of confusing as to where was free and where was not. But other than that we had a fantastic time. And would definitely recommend it.

    Sophia2018-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great quiet place to stay. Very close to museums and only a few blocks to the St Charles streetcar, which gets you anywhere from Audubon Park to the French Quarter.

    Brent2018-05-07T00:00:00Z
  • One of the the best places I’ve stayed at to date.

    Jordan2018-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • Loved the space. It was perfect for our group of four. The warehouse district had some good restaurants. We were a short walk away from the convention center. The host communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was equipped with coffee, tee, and a Brita water filter. The beds were super comfortable. The WiFi was slow. We would recommend it.

  • Great location walking distance to WWll museum as well as several great restaurants. Unit was spacious and had great little touches. Would recommend if in the NOLA

  • This place is dope, looks just like the pictures. Location is great if you're there conferencing, quick walk to Riverside. Domio was quick and responsive to our questions, would definitely stay at their property again.

  • The apartment was spacious and as pictured, but "heart of the garden district" is a bit misleading. It is conveniently located, but is on the edge of the garden district (backs up to the warehouse district). It was a short uber drive away to the quarter, which is a plus. The low point of our stay was the bathroom, which was plagued with a horrible stench of mildew. Unfortunately air freshener did not help the issue. I alerted Nadia of this and she plans to have it addressed (unknown if this is a recurring problem or a new issue).

  • The garden apartment was a perfect place to stay for our first visit to New Orleans. It was centrally located to the Magazine street and to the French quarter, which was a quick and cost-efficient Uber ride away ranging from $6 to $15. The Wi-Fi was definitely an added plus to allow us to play our iPad favorite Clash of clans and classic bingo. We enjoyed our overall stay but thought the bathroom had a certain sent and that at times the house seemed a bit dark, wish there was a nightlight. The bed was very comfortable, but was smaller than the frame making challenging to exit the bed. I highly recommend you check it out on your next visit to New Orleans.

  • This location is awesome, and the space is nice and clean. Not the best if you plan to hang out indoors a lot--the bed and couches are a bit uncomfortable. But it's Nola, you gotta get your butt outside anyway! Neighborhood is beautiful and safe, and very easy to get anywhere.

    Marcella2017-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • Nadia's apartment was spacious and looks just liked it did it the photos. She was helpful and attentive. The neighborhood was great and close to many things. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again.

  • Great location ! Walking distance to Magazine street. Quiet neighbourhood close to everything and 15 minutes to the French Quarter. Would definitely come back.

  • This really was an amazing apartment to have, especially for the price! It was clean and spacious and I immediately felt comfortable. Nadia was great about communicating and checking in with me! Definitely would stay again!

You will absolutely love the location, the space, and the unique architecture. High ceilings, gorgeous windows, brick accent walls. • Excellent location in the middle of museum district, 2 blocks away from streetcar stop, less than 30 minutes walk away from the French Quarter. Apartment was as pictured and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Domio was very helpful with checking in and any questions we had.

  • The apartment was perfect for my stay in New Orleans. The apartment was perfectly located so that I could walk to almost every place I needed to get to while I was in town. The folks at Domio were super helpful, especially considering I had to arrive early and check in late at night. Highly recommend, would stay again!

  • We stayed here over Easter weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Location offers easy access to both the Garden District and French Quarters. Would stay here again!

  • Beautiful, New home built to blend with the charm of the neighborhood. Everything needed for our stay was provided including laundry detergent and toiletries. Good beds, nice towels! Was very nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Perfect place to stay in Nola

    Meghan2018-01-29T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice property, recently renovated and modern. Short walk to the Warehouse District and Lower Garden District shops and restaurants. 20 minute walk to the French Quarter.

    Derek2018-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • This house is a gem! It's updated, clean, stocked with all the amenities, and the two en suite bedrooms are perfect for sharing a space while allowing for privacy. Great for work trip or two couples. The Sonder team had impeccable customer service. They went above and beyond to meet every request and accommodate me and any requests I had. I would go out of my way to stay at another Sonder property. The location was perfect for attending the convention center. This does place it out of the way to the French Quarter, Marigny, and a trek to the Garden District, but a quick Lyft ride and you are there!

This little guest house is darling and a perfect fit for 1-2 guests. It could be a little tight for larger parties. We found that the most comfortable sleeping option was to take the futon mattress and put it on top of the pull out sofa bed. The amenities were great - we especially appreciated the electric kettle and mini fridge. The courtyard on the property is gorgeous and we loved seeing the outdoor cats. If you're afraid of cats or dislike them I wouldn't recommend staying here since you'd be seeing them frequently. This location is fantastic! Don't miss Dick and Jenny's just a few blocks away, and the Rouse's market is right there as well for anything you need. Magazine street is very close by with tons of shopping and dining. We had no problem at all finding parking at any time day or night. If you don't have a rental car the 11 bus is just a few blocks away.
