A cozy cottage behind a lovely Victorian house. It has a 3/4 bath (shower). The cottage has a brick patio and a large trellis covered with roses and grape vines set in an English Garden. Also, see our equally nice "Victorian in the Heart of Ballard" rental: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/20928
A cozy cottage behind a lovely Victorian house with separate access and a 3/4 (meaning shower but no bathtub) bathroom. The cottage has a brick patio and a large trellis on the south side covered with roses, grape vines, and wisteria and is surrounded by an English Garden. The pictures posted should give you the right idea. (Alternative accommodation: We also have a really lovely rental space in the main house. See: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/20928 ) The cottage: there is a microwave, a small fridge, and an electric kettle for making coffee or tea. It offers considerable privacy if that is desired. The bed is queen-sized. Extra high-speed WiFi is also provided along with cable TV, including all of the premium channels. It is also possible to close some giant wood-paneled pocket doors if you want to divide the studio into a bedroom and sitting room, if case someone wants to sleep and someone else does not. The cottage is used as a studio by Liz (who is the English gardener) when it is not being used as a guest house. So there is a lot of (really excellent) art, mostly studies in the human form, on the walls and shelves. (If you would like a cast of one of the statues, talk to Liz.) The Ballard Neighborhood is a great place to visit: *10 minute walk to downtown Ballard with fabulous bars and restaurants, great Sunday farmers market, nice three-screen cinema, and much more. *5 minute walk to the Ballard Locks, where ships enter and exit Puget Sound from Seattle waterways. *10 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Buses also run regularly downtown from close by - either to downtown Seattle or to the University District and elsewhere. Evenings are very quiet here and the air quality is unusually good for a city. We get a fresh sea breeze off of Puget Sound in the early evening. Guests find the cottage a calming and refreshing refuge from the bustle of the city.
Ballard is a fantastic destination neighborhood for restaurants and bars and music. We are an easy walk (5-10 minutes) from downtown Ballard. Great breakfast places even closer.
  • Brad was very kind. He asked us what are plans were and what kinds of things we liked to do. He then made excellent suggestions about where to go and what to see. Later in our stay, we caught some rare Seattle sunshine and just talked about life and things with Brad and Liz on their porch. The apartment itself is a treasure trove of visual and artistic stimulation. There was always something new to discover. Excellent, excellent hosts and fantastic accomodations.

  • This is a comfortable cottage and I was happy to see and smell the beautiful garden as previous visits were in late fall. Brad amd Liz are friendly hosts. It is pretty quiet for the city and they provide a very comfortable bed and pillows. I highly recommend their Ballard cottage.

    Amanda2011-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Brad and Liz are wonderful hosts -- we loved our comfortable artist studio nestled into their pretty garden. Great access to beautiful Ballard and all it has to offer!

    Celes2012-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • Brad & Liz's garden cottage was lovely! My husband and I were surrounded by inspiring art, lush gardens, and friendly cats. Brad and Liz are gracious hosts and we had a great time chatting about the city and their fascinating projects. Also, Ballard is a rad place to stay!

    Nellie2012-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • Brad and Liz's cottage in Ballard was adorable and cozy. Leading up to the stay Brad quickly responded to my inquiries and was warm and welcoming upon our arrival. The neighborhood is awesome - a short walk to great restaurants and bars. It gave us a great feel for what it would be like to live in Seattle. Overall I couldn't be happier with our stay.

    Lindsay2016-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • The little studio is a lovely place to stay, and the hosts are very welcoming. I really enjoying waking up to Liz's sculptures every day and Brad was always forthcoming with suggestions about the neighbourhood, which we loved. I would definitely stay here again.

    Erin2014-03-26T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Brad and Liz's cottage very much. The furnishings are very comfortable and the art is truly incredible and inspiring. Since we visited during an early May heat wave, we also appreciated being able to sit outside in the lush spring garden. Cats Jasper and Lilly made us feel right at home too! We highly recommend the Salmon Bay Cafe for breakfast....you won't need to eat again until dinner.

    Christine2013-05-04T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely enjoyed the stay in Brad's and Liz's cottage. The location is in proximity to a well-stocked supermarket and a few more steps to many restaurants and bars. Parking wasn't a problem at all. Brad and Liz were easy to be around and always helpful. Apart from Seattle being an incredible city we also enjoyed sitting in front of the cottage relaxing in the quiet after doing all the sightseeing. The garden is an oasis and Lily and Jasper are just the cutest kitties. We can definitely recommend this place!

  • So pleased to be able to visit this space...a great find. Well appointed and the best neighbourhood. Really cannot recommend this rental and these hosts. We are hoping to spend a lot of time in this charming cottage!

    Stephen2014-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • It was a wonderful experience to stay at Erik+Pamela 's home . All is done to make you feel like at home . The cottage is pretty and comfortable, and it was great to be able to use the fire place . Thank you for all the touches . Virginie et Bruno

    Virginie2013-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay in the Stylish Garden Cottage was incredible ! The location was perfect; we were able to walk to lots of parks and restaurants in Capitol HIll. The Cottage itself was warm, cozy, beautifully decorated, and truly felt like home. Erik & Pamela were helpful, thoughtful, and kind hosts. They even left out a vase of fresh flowers for us ! We will definitely be visiting again !

    Samantha2016-04-12T00:00:00Z
  • This cottage is very clean, stylish, has everything you need and is in a great quiet location - but close enough to the excitement of the city. I would definitely recommend Erik & Pamela’s place!

    Jennifer2018-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • This cottage is fantastic. Erik and Pamela certainly kept details in mind when designing this cozy bungalow. The cottage gets plenty of natural light, has a wonderful working fireplace, great bathroom / shower / kitchen. The keypad on the door is convenient too! No fumbling for keys. Courtyard is beautiful, and the parking spot is easy to get to. No complaints here. Would definitely love to stay again!

    Wade2015-03-24T00:00:00Z
  • Erik and Pamela are airbnb pros!! My friend and I were so happy and in love with the place. They had everything you could possibly need. We didn't arrive to the apt until 11pm, but it was very easy to access and find the place. They were very accommodating with both our check in and check out times even though we didn't actually meet in person, they were easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood was safe, charming, and beautiful! We were sad to leave our garden cottage, but we definitely plan to stay there again if we make our way back to Seattle.

    Olivia2014-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • What a lovely cottage! Our intention was to explore the city, but we found ourselves wanting to retreat back to the cottage. It was just so cozy and inviting. Close enough to see things if you’d like, but also very quiet and peaceful. Erik and Pamela are wonderful hosts. They’ve provided all the basics that you need and more. We enjoyed flipping through the many interesting books and also watched a couple movies from the wide selection of DVD’s they provide. Our time here was exactly what we needed. Thanks so very much!

  • Regina was very kind and the apartment was very clean and welcoming. We loved the location, as it was easy for us to walk into Fremont (about a mile or so walk), which had many shops, restaurants, and a brewery to explore. The only downside was having to walk outside and unlock the door to get into the house to use the bathroom, but we weren't actually at the apartment much, as we were out exploring the city. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

    Brittany2016-06-12T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Regina's was a pleasant experience. We felt right at home almost instantly. With great hospitality and trust, she provided us with toys for our daughter and lended us her own tub, so we could give the little one a nice bath. Not to forget warm waffles for us the first morning. That being said when You rent Regina's room it is worth noticing that the bed is not that great unfortunately, and You will have to take a little walk outside to go to the main house to get to the toilet/bath. Not a big issue unless it is in the nighttime. Also notice there is no kitchen/hot plates. Other than that we had a fine stay and would gladly recommend the place to others.

    Kenneth2016-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • Regina is a caring, generous, and thoughtful host, who provides an accurate description of the space and neighborhood. Tucked behind a main house, decorated with beautiful interesting art pieces, This place is truly a safe haven of peace in Wallingford.

    Dathaniel2016-01-01T00:00:00Z
  • Perfection! Regina was the sweetest host! We didn't interact much but when we did she was so great. The room was nice and warm when we arrived. It was so incredibly spacious! The location was EVERYTHING. It's walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our first night there we walked to Gas Works Park. It was great. I am already planning my next visit!!

    Lilly2016-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay. Thank you! Wonderful little cottage, quaint garden, and the sweetest cat in the world. The bathroom is close by in the house, not attached to the cottage so I would advise bringing a pair of casual shoes or slippers for middle of the night bathroom use.

    Tiffany2017-04-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great space! Highly recommend staying here. It's quiet and private. Perfect for a little getaway.

An oasis minutes from downtown, this loft guest house is it's own unique space with an open floor plan, tall ceilings with lots of natural light, gas stove, radiant floor heating, and a large patio with hot tub and tranquil gardens. Perfect for work or weekend retreat!
This loft guest house is a unique, tranquil space built by the owner himself. Situated on a large property in Beacon Hill, the space has tall ceilings, lot's of natural light and it's own private garden and hot tub.
Beacon Hill is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in Seattle, and just minutes from downtown, and right next to the vibrant neighborhoods of Georgetown and Columbia City.
  • The loft and garden is a beautiful space and full of thoughtful touches. We had a great stay and enjoyed exploring nearby Georgetown. Downtown Seattle is also a quick uber ride away.

    Emma2018-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • I've stayed here three times...enough said? It's a great place to stay, with a super friendly host. The loft is so nice, very comfortable and well located!

    John2016-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • Malcom was very accommodating and happy to respond to requests. The place makes you feel the vacation vibes settle in. The ceilings are so high and the space is very spacious. The radiant floor heating is interesting and on a winter day, it feels so great to walk around the ground barefoot. It's so cozy.

    Emma Huong2018-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy and comfortable

    Andrew2017-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Malcolm's space is - as in the pictures - gorgeous and comfy. It's also stocked with all the amenities you could want. The location isn't great if you're on foot, a bit too far to walk for most things. Check-in and -out is painless and human-free, if that's your style or you're arriving/departing at weird hours.

    Corey2018-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • What a superb place loads of space with everything you could hope for. Even better than the pictures. The bed was comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The yard with the hot tub was great and has lovely lights coming home in the evening. The location is perfect if you are renting a car but the bus and light rail are a bit further out we ended up using uber pool a lot which is like magic having not used it before. There is a bit of air and traffic noise, but thats expected for the area. The instructions and check in were clear and Malcom was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

    Stuart2018-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • Malcolm’s place was outstanding. Great space if you’re looking for a relaxing stay near downtown Seattle. Can’t wait to go back!

    Sebastian2018-03-29T00:00:00Z
  • Malcolm's place was incredible. We had a wonderful stay. The space is well planned, with beautiful gardens, a hot tub and a magical stone walk way. It was an oasis in the middle of Seattle. Malcolm was great to us!

The Seattle neighborhood of Ballard has many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a cinema, bakeries, and quirky stores. The Sunday market is a must. Golden Gardens Beach, the Ballard Locks, and the Nordic Heritage Museum are all close by.
  • Bev and Grant's place is a perfect getaway for two. The place is clean, modern and quiet. Everything you could need is available and the place is quite spacious. Loved the giant shower head and the patio outside the French doors. We recommend staying here if you come to Ballard.

    Bobby2017-02-06T00:00:00Z

Bev and Grant are right there if you need any help. You are in a neighborhood setting but close to coffee shops and restaurants, downtown Ballard, and public transportation. Gives you a real feel for living in Seattle.

  • Bev & Grants cottage was amazing! It was just like the pictures and spotless. The patio is perfect for the warm summer Seattle nights - there is even a grill, which we enjoyed :)

    Caitlin2017-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • One of my favorite Airbnb's! This home is central to Ballard and downtown, but feels so private and peaceful. You can quickly see that a lot of thought and time has gone into planning this Airbnb. The absolute perfect place to stay while in Seattle.

Tipsy is a 180 square foot (including the loft) tiny house located in the heart of West Seattle, minutes away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, grocery stores, Sunday Farmer’s Market, etc. The tiny house is also located to the famous Alki Beach and Lincoln Park. Downtown Seattle is a quick drive/bus/water taxi away (we highly recommend the water taxi). A note to all future guests: Please ensure you understand our strict cancellation policy before booking as we follow it closely.
Tipsy the Tiny House offers a unique experience while you explore the city of Seattle. It was built by your hosts, Chad and Lindsay, who obsessed over every detail. Chad is a licensed architect and general contractor in Seattle. Some highlights of the tiny house: -Cladded in reclaimed wood, giving it a rustic/modern aesthetic. -Metal roof (great for listening to the rain!) -Electric fireplace with modern display and lots of heat! -Queen bed with 4 pillows and extra blankets in the closet -Surround sound stereo -Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, and a variety of DVDs) -Two large skylights -Bathroom includes a fully-enclosed shower (we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), a fully plumbed toilet (not compost), a sink. -The kitchen includes a compact fridge, induction stove (we provide induction pots and pans), Keurig coffee maker and K-cup coffees, kettle, plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses, eating and cooking utensils, etc. -Luggage storage above the front door as well as closet space and dresser drawer space. -Very private outdoor space includes personal parking spot, picnic table with umbrella, and two chairs at the entrance. A couple other things to note: -Three people is the max allowed in the tiny house. The bed in the loft is accessed by a ladder, and the sofa is 2’ x 6’ -The tiny house is located behind our home and accessed from a quintessential Pacific Northwest alleyway. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
The West Seattle neighborhood is a favorite of Seattlites--known for its friendly people, stellar views, excellent restaurants and bars, and most famously, Alki Beach.
  • Tipsy Tiny was a great experience. Exactly as described and even more beautiful in person! Hosts were available at all times and very welcoming. Great neighborhood. Couldn't be more pleased with the experience! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

    Jennifer2016-07-19T00:00:00Z
  • The Tiny House is quiet and comfortable and cozy, and has all of the amenities you could need, despite it's small size. It's got a clean and beautiful little bathroom, electric fireplace, great sound system, comfy bed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but you can find cool bars and restaurants (and the iconic Easy Street Records) on California Street just a short 10 or 12 minute walk down the hill. Otherwise downtown Seattle is a pretty quick Lyft ride away (15-20 minutes tops). Communication was quick and easy with Lindsay and Chad. If you want to explore the city, but have a quiet, serene place to lay your head at night, then I can't recommend this cool, little place enough.

    Jake2017-04-09T00:00:00Z

  • TipsyTiny is a very cozy home in a great location! Very close to Alki Beach (beautiful at all times of day, great restaurants on the strip) and about 20 min. drive from downtown. Chad and Lindsay gave great recommendations to do around town and checked in with helpful tips during the stay!

    McKelvey2016-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • Can’t recommend Tipsy The Tiny House enough!!! The cutest details and a comfy bed. Lindsay and Chad were very responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

Conveniently located near the Island's village & Seattle ferry, this 200sq ft architecturally-designed, eco-friendly backyard guesthouse is the perfect getaway. Ride into town on the bikes, enjoy the hot tub, garden patio and fire-pit. ***Ask us about adding a sailing excursion to your stay!
This is a 200 sq ft guesthouse sharing the property with our main house. *As you can see in the images it is located next to the main house in the backyard. It has it's own bathroom and shower, and mini kitchen - a coffee maker with complementary coffee and tea selection. You'll find a delightful patio garden with a fire-pit and gas grill and hot tub on the grounds. It has it's own bathroom and shower. Like the unit the hot water heater is small so short showers (6 mins) are recommended (unless you like them cold). If you like long showers this is probably not the place for you. If the water begins to lose heat, it only takes about 30min to recharge. A mini-fridge, microwave, electric tea kettle and coffee maker complete the mini kitchen. The studio is flooded with natural light and a full suite of blinds on lower windows provides complete privacy. We also have a pack-n-play available upon request for a baby. Just keep in mind that the space gets pretty tight when it is in there.
Our Island guesthouse is a 15 minute walk from the Seattle ferry, a 25 minute walk to the quaint village of Bainbridge Island (sometimes referred to as Winslow) and only a 5 minute walk, through the back of our neighborhood, to our up-town shopping area: Ace Hardware, McDonalds, Walgreens, Safeway, Family Restaurants & of course a Starbucks. In a car or on a bike, it's all moments away. The neighborhood is full of kind, working families and it's quiet. The place has a unique blend of being close in, while feeling a bit further out.
  • Relaxing simplicity! We had a wonderful stay in this sweet little backyard cottage. We walked into town for dinner (a 20 minute stroll) and came home to this sweet little spot for the night. Loved taking a soak in the tub and watching the chickens in the backyard. Highly recommended!

    Susan2017-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely cabin in a great neighborhood. Considerate and attentive hosts providing a comfortable, laid back, Bainbridge experience.

    David2017-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • If you want a quiet refuge, Dwell magazine-style architecture, and convenience to recreation, transportation, and dining on the island, this is your spot. I rent Ben and Deb's place regularly for professional colleagues who need a break after pressurized travel and meetings in Seattle. The hosts are not merely cheerful, thoughtful, and swift to respond, they demonstrate authentic interest in ensuring guests feel welcome. They are also plugged into the Pacific Northwest adventure scene. Marvelous space, marvelous people.

    Roger2018-03-24T00:00:00Z
  • If you want a cool, cozy and idyllic place to stay, then this is THE place. I wish this was my own home.

    Shannon2017-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Ben and Deb's Island Guesthouse, the "tiny house," was the perfect location for our Seattle trip; within walking distance to the ferry, shops and restaurants. Ben and Deb have created a little quiet oasis that we found very comfortable. It was 100x better than the hotel experience. The stress of work melted away quickly in the hot tub. We can't think of anything else we could've needed during our stay. We'll definitely want to take advantage of Ben and Deb's sailing skills next time we're in Seattle. Five stars!

    Tony2016-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • Great place with lovely hosts. Perfect for a short weekend stay and close to everything.

    Jessica2017-03-26T00:00:00Z
  • All around a wonderful experience! Hot tub was amazing; guesthouse was simple but clean and modern, with everything we needed. Deb was very responsive and friendly. Location was perfect for us, close to town but also dead quiet!

New cottage, cabin-like, in the heart of Seattle. Close to bus line, cruise ships, shops, restaurants, waterfront, parks, bike paths, stadiums, Space Needle. Our cottage offers a kitchen, w/d and queen bed among other amenities. Built green.
Spacious studio with 12 foot ceiling, barn door hardware, functional kitchen with granite countertops and recycled old growth pine used on interior walls of room.
Magnolia is an ideal location - close to downtown Seattle (1.4 miles), the Space Needle (2 miles), the Waterfront (1.6 miles) and 1/2 mile to the Cruise Ships. Magnolia Village offers a variety of cafes, shops and restaurants. We are also located by the bike path along the Waterfront and Pike Place Market.
  • Our own little home! Beautiful cottage with use of reclaimed wood, vaulted ceiling, and sliding barn doors. Lovely linens and accouterments. I so appreciated the ice in the freezer for a cold drink after trekking about town all day! This was our first day in lovely Seattle and loved the location. A block from the bus and easy access. Great view too.

  • What a fantastic place! Adorable, comfortable and clean. Would love to come back. Great location!

  • Easy, comfortable, and clean. The best possible end to a stressful travel day. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

  • Loved the place and would stay there again if I had the chance.

  • This airBnB is perfect for a stay in Seattle. Very centrally located while still being quiet and low key. The house itself was super clean and had all of the necessities. Would definitely recommend staying here, and it will be the first place I look for any future trips to Seattle.

  • Nice, afordable, very very very close to downtown Seattle an Pike place Market. This cottage has all u need. I was even able to cook my crab legs :-). Would recommand it

  • Great cabin just a short distance ( within walking if you like walking) to downtown Seattle and sights. The cabin is as described and spotlessly clean and well provided for , I wanted for nothing. Very comfortable bed. Local knowledge is the key to all the best spots in any city in the world, and Dan was most helpful in regard to same. Everything about Dan and Kathy's Airbnb was fantastic, I will be spreading the word to my fellow cruise travellers as the cabin is only a short walk to the cruise passenger terminals and a great location to spend a few days pre or post cruise.

    Margaret2017-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • This adorable cottage had everything we needed for our weekend Seattle getaway! Everything was clean, and there was a comfortable bed, kitchen with a fridge, and shower and bathroom. It was the perfect central location. We would definitely book the cottage again!

A private mini home just for you! Enjoy your own private deck and hot tub while staying in trendy Ballard. Way better than a hotel...you’ll feel right at home!
Enjoy your own private mini-home while exploring Seattle. Conveniently located just blocks from downtown Ballard and an easy 15 minute bus ride from downtown, this quaint yet roomy space is perfect for out of town guests and vacationers. The 250 square foot space enjoys its own deck space and a brand new hot tub. French doors open to a private outdoor sitting area just for you. It has a mini kitchen with a 2-burner stove with a mini fridge, microwave, sink and kitchen essentials. This includes cooking supplies like pans, plates, oil, salt and pepper etc. We also have a Keirig Coffee Maker with a generous supply of K-Cups, light snacks and other thoughtful touches. The bath includes a shower with on-demand water and a supply of toiletries and towels for your use. There is a storage closet in the bath for clothes and extra linens. If you are staying longer than three days, I will provide fresh towels and linens for you upon request. The bedroom loft is cozy and features a double size bed. The ladder up to the loft is custom-made to retract from the wall for easy access. When it is not in use, it slides flush to the wall to allow for more room in the living space. The space is "cozy" so if you are tall or have issues with smaller spaces the loft sleeping area may not be the right fit. You must be able to climb a short ladder to get up and down so please be mindful of this when booking. There is a couch which allows for an extra person to sleep in the unit if you wish. There is a blow up Twin bed in the ottoman in sitting area. I also have a portable crib that you are welcome to use. Just let me know. I'm pretty strict about maxing out at 3 guests. Children under 8 are not allowed in the loft area for safety-sake. This rental Includes cable tv with HBO and other fun channels as well as access to wireless Internet. The overall look and feel of the space is what I call, "Modern Nautical". Ballard is an old fishing town that has become the culinary hot spot of Seattle. The colors and lighting fixtures give homage to Ballard's history. There is plenty of free off-street parking and access to one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle is just a short walk away! There are quite a few quick service/family run (no chains) restaurants within a block from the house along with a great fruit stand and espresso shop. Grocery and drug stores are within 5-7 blocks away. The bus stop to a main arterial is a 1/2 block away. A great bakery is only 2 blocks away. This is a great location for those of you vacationing without a rental car. Pretty much anything you need is less than a 10-15 minute walk away. Even if you have a rental car, you can leave it parked and just explore all the fun stuff in Ballard! We look forward to meeting you! -Errin & Olivia
Ballard is a great neighborhood with tons of bars and little restaurants. Just ask me and I'm happy to share some of my faves.
  • This was such a wonderful place to stay in Seattle! The area is great (so many good restaurants) and easy to get to downtown and other neighborhoods. Errin was really helpful, and the extra amenities she provided (kitchen, coffee and tea, hot tub) really made the accommodations feel like a home.

    Sarah2016-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a pleasant stay at the Seattle Mini Home. It was very cozy, clean, quiet and in close proximity to everything. Our host was so sweet and made us feel right at home. I will definitely be staying there again when I travel to Seattle.

    Bronwynne2013-04-20T00:00:00Z
  • The mini-home was the perfect home-base for our visit to Seattle. This compact little space had everything we needed and then some! Errin was a great host and very helpful. The location was great, as it was in a quiet neighborhood not too far from downtown Ballard.

    Todd2014-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great place to stay in Seattle. Very close to fun shops and great restaurants. The house is small but has everything you need for a weekend trip. I wouldn't suggest staying here with more than 2 people but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Errin really makes you feel at home and even provided toiletries. Although we didn't get time to use the hot tub, it is just steps from the cottage and on a beautiful sunny deck. We would stay here again on our next trip up north.

    Laci2013-05-01T00:00:00Z
  • This place was perfect! Very small but had everything I needed, and Errin was a great host. She made sure I had everything I needed but gave me complete privacy during my stay. As others have mentioned, the loft would be problematic for anyone with mobility issues, and if you're staying in the winter, bring some warm clothes, as it takes a while for the portable heater to get the place warm. The best thing about the house is that it was absolutely spotless. I'll definitely stay here on future trips!

    Christie2013-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • We had a really great stay, unfortunately one of us became ill during our Settle stay and this was the perfect place to stay warm, comfortable and recover. Very good location, I would recommend blue dog diner down the street for massive pancakes and El Camion across the street for incredible mexican! Would definitely stay again :)

  • If you're looking for the perfect place to stay during your trip to Seattle - stop looking. You've found the best one. Hands down. Seriously. Stop reading. Book it. Errin's mini home is hands down the best place I have ever stayed. It's surprisingly roomy and Errin has seemingly anticipated every need her guests could have as the place is fully stocked with all the details that really do transform the space into a home away from home. We were probably at our worst in terms of being guests since we were getting married that weekend. Since neither of us live in Seattle any longer, this wound up being home-base. Errin was patient, helpful and generally awesome. The porch outside served as a roomy place for our bridesmaids to get ready. After the wedding when we had a million gift wrappings, empty orange juice bottles - Errin's awesome partner was helping to sort it out for recycling. We also got to work with Errin as the caterer for our wedding and holy moly - everything she touches is golden. We owe so much to her for our wedding being pulled off seamlessly. This place is incredible. Errin and her partner (and her super cute cat) are incredible. Clever, conscientious, clean, comfortable. This place rocks. Book it.

    Phil2014-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • This is the second time we've stayed with Errin & I hope to have a 3rd next year. Great location for walking to delicious restaurants, few parking challenges, comfy bed & a hot tub!

Enjoy the serenity of our stunning apartment in the heart of Seattle, with fantastic views of the lake, Gasworks Park, and the Olympic Mountains. Vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, and mid-century decor make our space comfortable, warm, and peaceful.
Come and enjoy this beautiful and peaceful home-away-from-home with amazing views in the heart of Seattle! Our light and airy "Sky Cabin" is in the Eastlake neighborhood, one block from Lake Union (where the film Sleepless in Seattle was made). It is a completely separate unit on the top floor of our lovingly cared for three story house and has cork floors and wood paneling that make it feel like a cabin in the sky. The wall of windows faces West with views onto Lake Union, the Olympic Mountains, and even a small view of the Space Needle. You'll have a master bedroom, a bathroom with three shower heads and a heated tile floor, an open living space/kitchen with 13 ft. tall cathedral ceilings, and another small room for doing yoga, playing music, working (there is a desk and a printer), or just meditating while looking out to the lake. The deck is perfect for watching the kayaks, sailboats, paddle boards, sea planes, tug boats, and floating homes that make Eastlake such a unique and special neighborhood. The Sky Cabin is decorated in a mid century style with comfortable furniture and feels cozy and cheerful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking, and there are two televisions and one dvd player. Wi-Fi is included. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance as well as easy bus access to either downtown or the university. Parking is free street parking half a block to a block away, and I provide a parking permit you can borrow that is good for our whole neighborhood. We are 5-10 minutes by car to both downtown and the university and 10-20 minutes by bus, depending on traffic. In the Sky Cabin I have Seattle and Washington state guide books and maps for people to use while they are here, as well as various board games and DVDs for those nights you just want to stay in. No pets, no drugs, must be at least 21 years of age, no smoking inside or out, and no extra guests. If you would like to stay in a one-of-a-kind, beautiful and quiet home, then the Sky Cabin is for you!
Eastlake is a quiet, hidden neighborhood between the university and downtown. The home is on Lake Union, home to seaplanes, kayaks, paddleboards, and floating homes. There is a great selection of local restaurants all within walking distance.
  • We had a fantastic stay at Gillian's place! The view was amazing, our weather was perfect, and we enjoyed the sunsets from the deck. The place is very clean, and has all the amenities of home and lots of pictures and art on the walls. A very nice touch. Our favorite was the heated tile floor in the bathroom, so nice to walk onto on a Fall morning :) Gillian's mother greeted us with the keys, and was very helpful and sweet. We didn't hear from her the rest of our trip. It's very quiet and secure in the cabin apt. We will definately stay again, fab location and a million $ view! And free parking...hard to come by in Seattle! Cheers, Tiffany and Andrew

  • I couldn't recommend this gem more highly- the "sky cabin" is a little slice of heaven. The view from every corner of the apartment is spectacular and we were totally spoiled by the heated floors in the bathroom and that phenomenal shower. The neighborhood is also fantastic. Gillian provides a comprehensive list of great places to go / things to do nearby- we loved grabbing breakfast around the corner at Louisa's, and the food/atmosphere at Little Water Cantina down to street was wonderful. Will be dreaming of the sky cabin for days and months to come!!

    Melissa2014-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • The sky cabin was spacious yet cozy. The views were exquisite and the atmosphere was beyond comfortable. I appreciated the special touches of extra towels, yoga mat access, ipod dock, and delicious coffee. I would have loved to have enjoyed it for longer. Sincere thanks to Gillian!

  • The best place to stay in Seattle! Gillian's place was so perfect my husband and I hardly wanted to leave. In fact, two nights we cooked dinner in because the home was so perfect and the views so spectacular we didn't want to be anywhere else. The Sky Cabin has everything you could want/need, is set up so that it's very easy to navigate, the bed is wonderfully comfortable and the entire home is located in the perfect spot. Thank you Gillian & Barbra for a wonderful stay in Seattle!!

    Chelsie2015-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Gillian was a responsive and welcoming hostess from the very first email! The Sky Cabin is absolutely amazing -- impeccably clean, beautifully designed and maintained, and close to coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. Gillian takes great care to make sure that you have plenty of resources regarding the neighborhood. I can't imagine having a better experience - we will definitely return on our next trip to Seattle. Thank you Gillian!

  • The Sky Cabin is a great place to relax in a neighborhood near downtown Seattle. With great views of Eastlake it's a nice escape from the hustle of the city.

    Adam2015-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • The Sky Cabin, with its vantage over Lake Washington, and its comfortable chairs by the window, is a cozy and lovely perch. It invites exploration from the chair to the street. What a special place. I will be back!

  • The location is great, only 15 mins away from Seattle downtown, and so many restaurants near by. The place is clean, VERY clean! Also, it is large enough for our toddler to play around. Also, Fern provides us with bottled water and all the toiletries. It is a very nice touch. Thank you so much!!

    Tiffany2016-07-13T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I stayed in Fern and Loren's place this past weekend and it was absolutely fantastic! The area was clean, comfortable, and we had everything that we could have needed. We had hangers, shampoo, towels, heaters, AC, TV, etc. Since we occupied the downstairs, we had a private little getaway, which was exactly what we wanted. We had a place to park our car and a private entrance through the garage. At the same time, Fern and Loren made it very clear that we could contact them were we to need anything from them! We didn't have much interaction with the two of them, but the few times that we saw them they were very sweet and kind. They even came out and offered to take our picture when we were struggling to take a nice selfie :P Overall, we had a fantastic experience. It was a nice place in a great location and we will definitely plan on coming back!

    Ariella2016-05-10T00:00:00Z
  • Fern and Loren are wonderful hosts. Them both made me feel like I was at home, and the space is so cute and cozy. It's only a few minutes from the mall and grocery stores, and only a 15 min commute to downtown! I stayed for 6 weeks and would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a conveniently placed, beautiful home with amazing hosts!

  • Really quiet place in a residential neighbourhood, yet it is very close to the main routes into Seattle if someone wants to drive or take transit into the city. Superb communication with host and found everything to be as expected. No unpleasant surprises or confusion upon arriving. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

West Seattle is a sought-after neighborhood that is perfect for foodies, shoppers, families, adventurers, and those visiting the city and the Great Northwest—all within 15 minutes of downtown.
  • Sarah and Marks cottage is really cute. Its exactly like the photo. Its newly renovated and there are lots of space to feel comfortable. Location is good for mostly any touristy places and major highways. I would recommend this place to others.

  • Mark and Sarah’s cottage is the pergect place to come back to after enjoying a full day in Seattle. It’s quiet, super clean and beautifully appointed. The view of the trees out the 3 big windows was my favorite part. Bed was comfortable, location is close to many shops and restaurants. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

  • This is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to California Street and all the good shops and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable with great contemporary flair. Hosts were very easy to contact and get the information we needed. My only regret is that we only got to stay there one night!

  • Sarah's cottage in West Seattle was beautiful, airy and accommodating. Everything seemed brand new and very carefully designed to be welcoming, colorful and comfortable. A perfect weekend spot for a couple or even a 3 women 'girls' trip. The Keurig was a nice and welcoming touch complete with a carton of local milk in the fridge and some chilled water. Sarah was so kind when one of us became ill. She gave us directions and references to nearby physicians and pharmacies and she checked in frequently to make sure she was ok. All in all a perfect and welcoming place to stay. One thing to note is that we found that the cottage is not ideal for Seattle explorers without a car. There are some shops and coffee/food places within .5 miles, but it seemed to be a 20 minute drive to get to most Seattle downtown neighborhoods. Luckily we had a few friends who were willing to pick us up and drive us around, but we would have been disappointed if we had to rely on the public transportation to explore the city for the first time.

    Erin2016-04-05T00:00:00Z
  • We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sarah and Mark's sunny backyard cottage. It was exactly as we'd hoped and so much more! The family friendly atmosphere made it feel super homey and our 12 year old really enjoyed hanging out with the kids during the 'downtime' of our traveling escapades. The cottage is fresh, new and full of light. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of Trader Joe's and other cute neighborhood shops/restaurants. The nearby French Bakery soon became our favorite breakfast stop. We will stay there again if we find ourselves back in Seattle and will definitely recommend it to our friends as well.

    Maria2016-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • Sarah & Mark's place was perfect. So cozy, clean and stylish. We felt like home. It's a lovely and calm neighbourhood. We would definitly go back. The communication was also very good. Nothing to submit. Thank you!

  • Sarah & Mark's BYC is a little slice of heaven buried in a West Seattle neighborhood that leaves you with in walking distance of the West Seattle Junction and minutes away from downtown for Mariners or Seahawks games. Sarah & Mark were amazing hosts! The welcomed us to their lovely cottage on our first day. It was a hot day and night in Seattle and Mark contacted me in the morning to make sure we were comfortable and offered more fans if we needed them. Even with the heat the BYC cooled off quickly. The space is fresh, clean, open and airy with a lot of nice extra touches. Look no further than the Back Yard Cottage if Seattle or the surrounding area is your get away destination!

This lovely, modern room and ensuite bath is detached from the main house, so you can enjoy privacy and quiet. We are a 5 min drive from Ballard and a 15 min drive from downtown. Welcome to our quiet, safe neighborhood!
For those who would like more privacy than that offered by a room in someone's home, this detached bedroom is a perfect choice! The bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam topper. Power strips on both sides of the bed allow for cell phone charging. Wireless internet and cable tv are provided. There is a small, walk-in closet so that you can unpack and feel at home. The full bath has shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap, as well as plush towels. The windows bring in plenty of light and fresh air in the summer and there is also an air conditioner, and the floors have radiant-floor heating for the winter months. I have created a small area to enjoy hot beverages and quick meals. There is a mini-fridge, a hot water kettle, and a French press for your convenience. I provide orange juice, a variety of teas, freshly ground coffee, hot chocolate, instant oat packets, granola bars and fruit. I'll also bake scones or muffins on one morning of your stay. With dishes and two chairs, you'll be able to have a quick breakfast before you head out for the day. There is a hair dryer and umbrella to use as well as beach towels. If you need or forgot something, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accomodate you. The guest suite is attached to our garage. The garage will not be in use between the hours of 9pm and 9am. However, during the day, family members will occasionally open the garage door, which can be heard from the guest room. Please note that there is not a full kitchen or laundry facilities in your guest suite. Our guest suite is not kid-friendly. Babies and young children are not a good fit for this listing. Ages 12 and older are welcome, as long as your child is part of the 2 person max. Thanks!
Ballard is known as one of the hippest neighborhoods in Seattle. Come to Ballard for amazing restaurants, micro-breweries, and coffee shops; come to shop at the boutiques on Ballard Ave; come to check out the salmon run and the boats coming and going at the Locks; come for the year-round Sunday Farmers’ Market; come for the Golden Gardens beach with views of the Olympics; or come just to walk one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Seattle. Let me proudly advertise an area just two blocks away from our home. Seattle Met named it “one of the city’s best food micro-hoods.” You won’t have to go far to enjoy these amazing restaurants: Honore Bakery, with French macarons that rival those in Paris; the Fat Hen, a light and cheery cafe that serves great breakfasts and coffee; Delancey’s, where locals line up for amazing wood-fire pizza; Essex, serving mixed drinks and bar food especially for foodies; and Brunswick & Hunt, providing farm-to-table fare. I have a notebook full of suggestions of where to eat as well as where to play while you are here. If you'd like, I can email you my info so you can plan ahead.

  • Debbie’s adorable cottage is just perfect for a stay in Seattle! Ballard is a great neighborhood, and the room/space is perfect for one or 2 people to stay. Debbie had everything set up so I didn’t have any issues and the books/tea/decorations made it feel like home. 100% recommend Debbie’s place!

  • The hosts description of the property was perfect. Neighborhood beautiful and very quiet; room and equipment clean. Debbie is very friendly! I had an exceptional stay!

    Joni2015-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • My friend and I's stay with Deb was more then amazing. She is such a sweet person and made us the most amazing scones in the morning. Would much rather stay at her little detached home then a over priced hotel in Seattle! The room was the perfect size, with privacy. It honestly felt like a hotel, but better. My friend and I watched movies on the TV and enjoyed the tea she had set for us. Everything you would need or want Deb had set in your private room. She also gave us really good advise on where to park in the city. So amazing and would forsure recommend!!

  • We enjoy our one night stay at Debbie's airbnb! The room is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to major attractions. Debbie has prepared homemade scores (delicious) and provided juice, water, coffee and tea! Debbie is also informative before we arrive. We definitely will stay again and recommend it to friends!

    Chao2016-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic, private space in great location! Deb is a thoughtful, responsive, &accommodating host. Highly recommend!

  • This place was great! DELICIOUS baked goods in the mornings, awesome coffee, a super comfy bed and everything else we could have wanted. Thanks Debbie!

    Cynthia2014-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • We found Debbie's room was extremely clean and everything was as it looks in the post. It was in a great location and was a very comfortable stay. We would definitely go back again.

Admire modern art throughout a chic loft flooded with natural light courtesy of double height floor-to-ceilings windows. Polished concrete floors, walnut cabinetry, access to a patio and roof deck, and more—enjoy this unique and luxurious retreat.
This building is special. Situated atop an art studio dedicated to large scale works of art, the residences support the mission of Mad Art. One of ten 2-story lofts, this features 750sqft (70 meters square), plus a deck and access to a communal roof deck with BBQ. This luxurious loft designed by Graham Baba is a work of art. Polished concrete floors throughout, walnut cabinetry and built-ins, blackened steel wall accents, exposed steel structure, natural fir ceiling and exquisite bath and kitchen fixtures express a wholly Northwest material palette. WiFi throughout serving WaveG 1GB internet speeds and 4k TV with Amazon Fire TV.
South Lake Union (SLU) is the center of Seattle's tech and biotech industries during the day. Have a relaxed evening at a great boutique restaurant or bar. It's walkable in every direction to Seattle's great destinations including the Space Needle.
  • Really great loft in a prime location. Easy to walk to downtown, the Seattle Center, or a number of great places. We realized towards the end of the week that many places we thought were further away were quite walkable, including Capitol Hill and Queen Anne. Whole Foods is very close, which allowed us to stock up on a few things for the week for breakfast and snacks. Being in the heart of Amazon country there are a bunch of food trucks in the area for lunch, along with other coffee shops and places to eat. Realize some of them are closed on the weekends since this is more of a business area. The loft itself was great. Spacious, comfy, and everything we needed for the week. Bed was comfy, and blinds helped block out the light from the windows (even without the black out blinds that we didn't realize were there until mid week). Nice little balcony that we could relax on in the morning over some coffee/tea (some dedicated patio furniture would have been nice, but just grabbed chairs from kitchen and that worked fine). No problems with noise from the street, and plenty quiet at night for sleeping. Shower had some shampoo/conditioner/soap and was very nice. We used the washing machine and dryer more than normal and were great option to have. And AC was nice to have to cool things down at night when we closed the windows. Chasten was a great host as well. Always easy to contact and quick to respond. When he was going to be out of touch for a time due to travel he gave us an alternate number to contact in case we needed anything. Would stay here again or another property managed by Chasten anytime.

  • We had 6 nights in this is stylish very well equipped loft. Any questions were addressed immediately. Loved the patio and roof deck and appreciated the really well equipped kitchen. The loft is furnished stylishly and some nice Kiehls toiletries were a welcoming touch. The area is great with a number of good restaurants and it’s a short walk to Belltown, Seattle Center or downtown. Street parking was obtainable nearby. I enjoyed running the 10k trail around Lake Union that you can join a couple of blocks from the door. Hope to return and use Chasten’s loft as our home-base again.

  • Chasten has a spacious, well appointed, stylish, and comfortable space. The multilevel lofted layout is very special. I would stay here again and again.

    Karla2017-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • Chasten was a perfect host! Great communication, very organized and the space was exactly as described. The checkin process was easy and we were allowed to leave our luggage prior to checkin which really helped out. Chasten was very helpful and friendly and had recommendations and descriptions of the space and neighborhood spots. I really could not ask for a better host. The loft is secure and in a convenient location close to transportation, walkable distance to grocery, eateries, shopping. The space is clean, modern with a slight industrial feel which mirrors the neighborhood in feel. Staying in this neighborhood you get a sense of being a part of Seattle's future with new developments coming up. I would stay here again for sure.

    Wendy2018-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • Everything about this place was great. Amazing location within walking distance to everything, very clean, easy to check in and get to. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Seattle.

    Ruben2018-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • Chasten's loft is centrally located and within walking distance of tons of restaurants, neighborhoods and Lake Union. The loft is very spacious with all the amenities you could need. I highly recommend staying here!

Our house is the perfect space to stretch out an relax while visiting Seattle. With views of Lake Union, a close drive to downtown, Capitol Hill, Fremont and Queen Anne, our little corner on South Lake Union is as private and convenient as it is comfortable!
This private apartment is the upper level of a two story duplex. Entrance is at the street level with three short steps to climb. There is a full kitchen with some basic amenities that include microwave, coffee maker & grinder, and a few pots and pans for light cooking.
Our neighborhood is residential but central to so many fabulous parts of Seattle. We are 1 mile to funky Fremont, 2 miles from Capitol Hill for excellent brunch spots and shopping, 3 miles to beautiful Ballard, 4 miles from downtown and Pike's Place. We are two blocks from a bus stop to and a short Uber ride to anywhere in the city. If you do not bring a car there is a small convenience store a few blocks away for light essentials. It opens at 7am/8am closes at 10pm/11pm on weekdays/weekends respectively. The closest bars and restaurants are a mile walking in either direction.
  • Great views, simple place to base your travels from. Parking can be tough.

    Kerstin2018-09-07T00:00:00Z
  • Christi's place was as advertised. It is simple, but a great value and good location for walks around the lake and easy access to south lake union, fremont, ballard, queen anne, and downtown. I was actually very surprised at how big it is. Two people would be very comfortable in the apartment for a few days to weeks. The only knock was that parking was a bit of a pain, but I was always able to find a spot.

    Kevin2018-03-25T00:00:00Z
  • We checked in early on short notice with no problems. The rooms were clean, neat, and quite nicely arranged. Christi was extremely quick to respond to any issues/questions we had.

    Eric2018-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Christi's place. It was easy to communicate with her, and check in/check out was super smooth. The place itself was clean, well lit, and all the expected amenities were there. The neighborhood was also quiet and residential, great for unwinding after a day of traveling. Small things like the laundry being audible, or the wifi being weaker was on the listing description, and was definitely something we experienced, so just something to keep in mind before booking. Overall though, we had a great stay at Christi's, and loved the private retreat we had for our getaway in Seattle.

    Edward2018-04-14T00:00:00Z
  • Christi's place is a lovely little home with a great view and centrally located in Seattle. It is wonderfully decorated and clean and has great amenities for those staying for a few days. It was easy to check in and out and we had no issues during our stay. It was a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back again.

    Abbey2018-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • Christi's place was very clean and stylish and in a great location! The only thing was that the bed was a little creaky, but overall I would highly recommend staying here!

    Kimiko2018-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Christi’s place is stylish and modern! I loved the neutral color palette. Right in the lake and a quick 5-7 minute drive to the Fremont area where there are tons of great bars and restaurants!

Watch the sun rise from the private balcony or head up to the shared rooftop and admire the city views. This Capitol Hill loft melds a historic facade with a cozy, modern interior and industrial-chic details like the rustic, open-tread stairs.
My loft is located on the top floor of this unique building. The lower floor features a full bathroom, kitchen and living room with a comfortable floor mattress that sleeps 2. The full-height loft sleeps 2 in a queen bed featuring a new Caspar mattress and fitted with RH and West Elm linens. There is full size bathroom and walk-in closet. That's 2 full baths for up to 4 people! There is an additional twin-sized air mattress for extra guests.
Seattle's densest and most diverse neighborhood is full of nightclubs and restaurants at all price points, including bars and clubs for LGBTQIA+, vegans, EDM, and more. The Link Light Rail station is across the street and Cal Anderson Park is nearby.
  • Awesome place in a great location. Rooftop deck was amazing. Lots of great recommendations for local restaurants, etc. Stylish place, comfortable bed, great view. Would stay here again.

    Lance2018-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • If possible, Chasten's loft is even better than the photos suggest. It's on a busy street but double paned windows made that a non issue. It's super stylish and well appointed. Really nice dishes, glasses, towels. Access to the property was really easy with clear directions, not always our experience with Airbnb. If we'd visited in warmer weather we would have made use of the gorgeous roof deck with its amazing views. We'll be sure to book this loft the next time we're in Seattle.

    Judy2018-01-23T00:00:00Z
  • Chasten's loft is great. It's a perfect place to relax after exploring the neighborhood. It was a pretty comfortable fit, even for three individuals. Check-in was simple, communication was clear, and the apartment was clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed staying here.

    Byron2018-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • This place is fantastic! The balcony view of Broadway from the top floor is pretty cool. We enjoyed watching the world saunter through Capitol Hill from this perch. We even saw Mount Rainier from the balcony. From the rooftop, you can see Puget Sound, the Space Needle, and the Olympic Mountains. The sunset from the rooftop was incredible. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide great views as well. The inside of the place was great, too. The bed was comfy, the bathrooms (TWO of them!) were clean and updated, and the kitchen had great details. For example, the knives, the cutting board, and the glass french press help make this place is pretty sweet urban lair. This place balances design and functionality well. I would definitely stay here again.

    Scott2018-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic!

    Dave2018-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • The loft was welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony, large windows and comfortable furnishings. It is a compact living space that functions well to maximize the space. The roof deck was a great spot to take in the view. Location across from the Link made travel easy to and from other areas.

    Marguerite2018-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Chasten’s place was very conveniently located to everything. My partner and I walked everywhere we wanted to go right from the apartment or take a short uber ride. The place was exactly like the description. I would definitively stay here again.

    Micah2018-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • Chasten’s loft is perfect for travelers who want to be near it all in Seattle. The neighborhood is lively and you can walk to other popular attractions in the city. The space was stylish and offers an amazing balcony with a view. It’s a few steps from transportation, bars and cafes. If you’re a very light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend just because of the location and openness of the loft. The two bathrooms were very handy when getting ready each morning. My friend and I had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back to this space! Chasten was very responsive and so nice! He provided everything you might need. Overall, an excellent Airbnb experience!

Hello fellow travelers, Save some money and have a great time in Seattle! Rent this comfortable studio (private suite), furnished room with a queen bed, a 3/4 bathroom with large shower, a very basic kitchenette and a private entrance. This studio is on the first floor of my townhouse. The room faces east towards the street. The studio gets plenty of natural light and is furnished with noise reducing curtains and blinds that help reduce outside noise. The studio is also equipped with a noise machine. Free WiFi is available. Please feel free to ask questions, I look forward to hearing from you.
  • Another wonderful trip in Seattle thanks to Maddy's cute little studio. It was perfect for my needs. I do have to warn that if you like to go out for the Seattle Nightlife to check for the West Seattle Bridge closure. It was 4am in the morning, I do not own a GPS or a Smartphone, so I had to take a 1 hour detour just to get back to this spot on a paper map. Luckily I was not drinking, but I was exhausted. This does not reflect how wonderful of a stay this studio is! Will still love to book again for the future!

    Janice2012-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • Maddy was a great host and very accommodating - she quickly responded to any concerns and questions we had. The studio was great; clean and convenient to everywhere. We would definitely repeat!

    Chris2014-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great communication, although we didn't get to meet Maddy face to face. It's private, clean and comfortable; perfect for our stay. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone visiting Seattle.

    Kenneth2015-11-15T00:00:00Z
  • We never met Maddy, but she was great at responding to any of our questions. The studio was comfortable, but the location isn't actually very close to downtown.

    Sohan2016-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights in Seattle. There isn't a whole lot to see or do in this location but the bus takes you directly into the city and drops you right back at the house which was a great thing. The room was awesome , very comfortable and clean. only thing during our stay was the wifi connection was not very good. Having said that, we were too busy out and about for it to significantly impact our stay! Would happily stay here again.

    Erin2013-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • Maddy is quick to respond. The unit is clean and most of the essentials are available. The transportation is easy, just a bus ride to the Downtown. The days that we were there (stayed for 3 nights), it was very warm. The unit does not have any AC. Even though Maddy provided us with a portable "cool-type" unit (it was noisy), it was not enough since warm air was circulating inside the unit, so it was not helpful, even with a portable fan. So at night when we came home, the unit was hot. We have to open the window, however, it was noisy since the unit faces the main road and buses stops right in front. So sleeping became uncomfortable. The AC would have really helped!! Also there was no sink in the "kitchen-like" area, which we thought would be a nice addition. There was also this portable indoor antennae for the TV that did not give good reception. Also the WIFI is weak and this too needs improvement. Another good addition would be to provide guests with shower bath gel.

    Regina2016-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • Maddy was a wonderful host and I hope to stay again soon. This was my 1st experience using airbnb.com and if you are like me, my primary concern was -- "Is this as advertised?" I can say emphatically that what you see is what you get which is absolutely perfect in my book. Thank you Maddy!

    Thomas2012-04-06T00:00:00Z
  • Maddy is such a great host. The room was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Welcome to our #SeattleLakeSideLovenest, a romantic houseboat getaway where you'll experience quintessential on-the-water living in Seattle, with the cozy "hygge" feeling of a boutique hotel in Europe. Our sweet little houseboat is new to AirBnB, and just wrapped up a professional makeover.
There are very few experiences in Seattle like sleeping on a houseboat, very few houseboats available for vacation stays, and only one houseboat like ours. Recently remodeled, we want our guests to enjoy a cozy romantic getaway on the water, with all of the independence that comes from staying in a vacation home away from home, but with the design touches of a boutique hotel. Seattle has the world's best combination of natural beauty (mountains, water, forests), museums and attractions, incredible food, beer, wine, and of course, coffee. When you book, we'll have great recommendations for you of places to eat and things to do. With no fewer than three ways to make coffee on our cozy boat, you'll have plenty of fuel for your adventures! We put extra care into creating the coziest expierence for your visit, with many spots to curl up with a book, or with a special someone. Stay within range of Seattle’s funkiest neighborhoods, and a quick Uber to downtown. We have the best food, best coffee, best beer, and great wine, plus a water lifestyle that you can’t find anywhere else. #seattlelakesidelovenest
The marina is full of kind and quiet neighbors, feel free to say a little "hello" to passers by. Convenience store with coffee, breakfast sandwiches, teriyaki, cold beverages, ice, newspaper, toiletries, sunscreen, etc are a 1 minute walk north of the marina. Duck Dodge on Tuesday evenings is an essential part (a MUST SEE) of Seattle summer on the water (look it up online). Sit on the top deck, grab our set of binoculars and watch a packed lake of costumed sailors (each week has a different costume theme) having too much fun on the water in their race to the finish line -- a gold, silver and bronze duck sticker is the prize for each race. In the winter, there is a similar 6 series Sunday race, called 'Goosebumps'. Middle of January until 3rd week of February. Seaplanes take off and land at Lake Union throughout the entire year unless there are heavy rains. Please note: the top 2 floors of the building adjacent to the marina are a restaurant and event venue. Once in a while they host events (I've experienced salsa dancing -- sometimes open to the public -- and weddings every now and then) and might keep their windows open. On occasion, these events have run as late as midnight or 1am. Closing the windows in the well-insulated houseboat helps a significant amount. We have some noise cancelling ear buds with replaceable/disposable tips for 'noise emergencies' -- please just reach out and message us and we'll tell you where they're hidden. I have always found these eclectic events to be entertaining and part of the unique experience of this particular marina. If you are interested in any community events and/or volunteer opportunities, we have plenty of suggestions. For instance, every Wednesday, volunteers gather on Lake Union in kayaks to paddle around and monitor the health of the lake and vegetation. If you are interested in participating in an event like this, please let me know and I can make arrangements for you. Getting around Bike and walking path will take you all over the city: south to downtown, and north toward the Fremont neighborhood with connections to the 27 mile long Burke Gilman trail, as well as all of the local businesses along the way. Rentals: - There is a new bike rental service ('Pedal Anywhere') where they deliver the bicycles to you on demand. How it works: reserve from 2 hours up to a year in advance. Ride from 1-60 days. That’s it! - Inline Skates: Just near the south end of the lake, a new skate rental + shop just opened called 'ShopTask'. Rentals start at $10/hour up to $30/day. Look up details online and you can reserve and find their location, which is walkable from the houseboat. - SoloWheel testing: Call or take a 5 minute walk to the Solowheel store along the bike path just south of the houseboat and set an appointment to learn how to ride one of these electric 'unicycles'. - Stand-up paddleboards (SUP) and more kayaks of all sizes are a minute walk north of our marina. Pull your kayak up to one of the public docks + beaches in many places along the shore and have lunch or a picnic. For city commuters and urban adventurers: we recommend walking 15 minutes down the walking path to the South Lake Union Trolley station to connect to downtown, Bellevue and the east side transportation, cruise + ferry terminals at Seattle waterfront, SeaTac Airport (guidebook contains additional information). It is a 20 minute walk to the Space Needle/Seattle Center. Uber, Lyft, and other car sharing services are easily accessible from this location. Public parking is available in front of building.
  • We had the best time in his lux houseboat. I recommend this to anyone who wants a romantic, cozy, unique Seattle experience.

  • Gorgeous, peaceful house boat. Great location. Boat looks like the photos- beautifully decorated and clean. Would absolutely recommend to a friend!

    Emily2018-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • The space was impeccable. Clean, comfy and as advertised. Would highly recommend!

    Joshua2018-04-20T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful and cozy! Loved staying in Seattle, and it was topped off by the great Airbnb!

    Kelsey2018-04-08T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first time staying on a houseboat and it was just as perfect as all the pictures. Every detail has been thought through and stylishly designed. It’s a great location to visit downtown Seattle not to mention walking distance to so many activities right on Lake Union. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

    Allison2018-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I could not have loved our stay more! Everything about this boathouse is incredibly charming, and that attention to detail for the decor was wonderful. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the light rocking of the boat on the water was amazing to fall asleep to. Sitting on the rooftop for dinner was so beautiful with views of downtown, gas work parks, and the boats coming in and out. (you could also watch planes take off and land on the water!) Patsy was an excellent host, and very quick with communication. her happiness is contagious and we enjoyed meeting her. I can't wait to come stay on the houseboat again in the future, only next time we need to stay longer than 2 nights.

    Katherine2018-05-30T00:00:00Z
  • By far my favorite Airbnb I have stayed in. View is Phenomenal. The rooftop has a beautiful view with cozy furniture. If you're looking for a place to get away in Seattle, you definitely need to experience staying in a boat. Jeff was very responsive and kind. Will be coming back for sure!

    Reena2018-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • Staying on Jeff’s houseboat is a quintessential Seattle experience on Lake Union. The photographs are a true glimpse of this unique, restful, and beautiful space. We found the location perfect; easy to walk, Uber, or drive to downtown, Fremont, Ballard, or Gas light Park. The welcome gift of wine, cheese, and smoked salmon were such a thoughtful touch for our first evening; which we enjoyed on the rooftop patio while watching all of the lake activity. There were so many hospitable details that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable; cloud like beds, delicious local coffee, books and pamphlets about Seattle, cooler for our wine on the rooftop, and Patsy who welcomed us into the boathouse. Thank you so much for sharing your boathouse.

100% self-contained studio loft attached to main house overlooking small city park. Nothing is shared. 160 sq. foot 1st floor with kitchen (gas stove/full fridge) plus 140 sq ft loft bedroom climbed via ladder, plus full bath with washer/dryer. Fully furnished (linens/pans, etc). "Flexible" check-in means unit is ready by 1pm, or earlier if prior guests left early (you can drop off bags early). Late arrivals are fine. Check-out time is 12pm, or later if the next guests are arriving later.
While our house is 110 years old, this cottage is only 25, and was built by a contractor given the task of "creating the feel of a Vermont cabin." It is your own space, with private entry, and is separate from our other unit on Airbnb ("Private entrance and central"). Queen bed in loft. Through your windows you will see lots of trees, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, and endless squirrels. Inside you will find art from our many travels, including India, Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, etc. We supply pots/pans/towels. Just bring your clothes. Two caveats: First, if you don't feel comfortable climbing a ladder to your bed, or climbing down a ladder in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, this is not the spot for you. Second, while the first floor ceiling height is 7 feet, the upstairs loft ceiling is shaped like an "A-frame" roof, with the center being around 6 feet, sloping lower as you crawl into bed. Our first tenant of 7 years was a 6-foot female, who was quite content. Both her and our later tenant had regular-visiting boyfriends who seemed just fine without banging their heads. But, if you don't want to duck as you get into bed, this is not the spot for you. Two guests only - sorry, no extra guests.
"Madrona" is one of the most central/desired neighborhoods in Seattle. You can walk 45 minutes to downtown, or in the other direction to Lake Washington or in another direction to the vibrant Capitol Hill. Or take a 20-30 minute bus ride to each, or drive there in 10 minutes. Within a 10 minute walk you have access to a supermarket, roughly 15 restaurants, 2 coffee shops, and a bakery around the corner from our house.
  • Se mostró muy amable y me apoyó en todo lo que necesité.

  • My stay at the Phil & Andrea's studio loft garden cottage was wonderful! It feels very private and homey, and I loved the cool loft area. Phil & Andrea left a bunch of little notes around the house about all the little quirks of the place, so I wouldn't be confused about things (certain lights, locations of certain things, how to use the heating/AC,e etc.), which I appreciated. I also came home one evening to a bag of homemade kale chips and lovely little note from Phil--so sweet! Overall, the place is clean and comfortable, and as a fantastically well-equipped kitchen!

  • We really enjoyed our stay in this "Cabin in the city" as we called it. It really feels like home and is very lovingly maintained. Our host was very kind, prompt, accomodating and thoughtful!

  • This was the first time I've stayed in an Airbnb and if all hosts are as great as Phil and Andrea then I'll definitely be using this site again! They were so welcoming and full of great information on where to eat and sites to see. The suite is super cute and all the little notes take the guesswork out of how things operate in the suite. If I'm ever in Seattle again I'll absolutely be staying here!

  • My Wife and I stayed very happily in this beautiful garden cottage for just under a week during Christmas Holidays. Phil and Andrea were very friendly and on more than one occasion we returned home from a long day to delicious baked goods. The cabin is somewhat close to downtown. Walking downtown from the cabin is pleasant (even on the cloudy days) and Uber is very cheap in the Seattle area. If you're renting a car, the distance will not be a problem at all.

  • This was our first time using air bnb and it could not have been better. The cottage was nice and cozy and had just what we needed. It was a great central location to everywhere we were going. Lovely neighborhood as well especially being right next to Noras Woods. Phil was very nice and offer3d is help of we needed It. The treats from the bakery were delicious. Would stay again. :)

    Stephanie2016-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Phil's place was great! Short uber ride from Pikes Market, tasty pastries left at our door each night, and all the comforts of home. Cute place with rustic charm and super clean. Will stay again for sure!! Thanks Phil and Andrea!

Completely private and separate space remodeled with love and care by local trade/craftsmen. Laid-back, close to shops, restaurants and night life in downtown Ballard and steps from a great park and buslines. Minutes from downtown Seattle.
This was originally a detached work space that was converted into an art studio. We transformed it into a surf shop and now a fully independent studio living space for laid back travelers who want to relax in a warm, inviting spot. Chosen by the Seattle Post-Intelligencer Newspaper as one of their "Unique AirBnBs of Seattle" (Website hidden by Airbnb)
Ballard is an old part of Seattle that was its own independent city until the early 20th century. It was home to a large group of Scandinavian immigrants, so you can still see that flavor around town. Ballard is known for its massive fishing fleet, great shops, cool architecture, breweries, restaurants and nightlife.
  • Cute little place. Some thoughtful beverages provided and thankfully I was able to have fresh ground coffee each morning. Small but cozy and quiet. I really liked that the tall gate meant my young daughter couldn't sneak out of the yard when playing. Also great playground just down the street and a nice café in walking distance with a kids play area. Have already recommend to local friends as option for their guests.

    Darby2018-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • Loved the backyard bungalow!! So cute! We stayed for three nights and had a lovely time. Very clean, had all your necessities and very comfortable. Near the bus stop made it easy to get around town in a breeze. We would stay here again!

    Sophia2016-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • Time and Kelly offered a wonderfully cute, clean, and cozy bungalow! It's exactly how as they described, and the directions were clear and detailed. My friend and I especially liked that the neighborhood was serene. I would love to stay here again!

    Victoria2016-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • Tim made our stay very easy. We got in a little late, but Tim left very clear directions for how we could get in and out of his house. It was clean and cost. I really appreciated the books on the shelves and that they kept drinks for their guests. Tim was w great host. I didn't interact with him directly but staying with him was a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

    Alissa2016-05-14T00:00:00Z
  • Kelly (and Tim, though he wasn't in town during our stay) was such a thoughtful host. The room was set up with everything we could need and she promised to provide anything else. Downtown Ballard is just a short downhill walk from the house and, if you don't mind a bit of a journey on the bus (or you have a car), it's pretty easy access to downtown Seattle. Lovely neighborhood and wonderful hosts. Would absolutely recommend.

    Elizabeth2016-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time staying at the little place. It is close to a lot of cool places to visit in Ballard and an easy bus ride into the city. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we felt very safe there. We were able to walk a block or so down the road and see the mountains! And there is a nice little coffee shop nearby called Mabel’s that we really enjoyed. If you’re interested in tiny houses or considering building one, this is a great place to stay for inspiration. I think I made a little progress in talking my wife into letting me build a tiny house!

    Matthew2018-05-16T00:00:00Z
  • Cute little place with a comfy bed. Tim was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

    Alex2017-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • I had a great time on my visit to Seattle and Tim's place just made it that much more easy and enjoyable. Perfect placement for anything you could want in the Seattle area for bus, taxi, and uber. Tim was out of town but still was able to answer questions, and able to offer references to places to eat and go. Appreciated Tim greatly

Dine al fresco out by the garden beside this cozy guesthouse. Escape to a tranquil retreat in a rustic studio featuring an open-plan living area, a spiral staircase to a half-story loft bedroom, a vaulted cathedral ceiling, and a backyard walkout.
The Cottage was custom built in 2017 and fitted to make you feel at home. It is located in the rear of the main house, detached, which provides extra peace and quiet in an already safe and restful neighborhood. Unexpectedly, just two city blocks away, you will encounter the vibrancy of Fremont Avenue. There, you will find authentic Seattle coffee shops, coffee roasters, a locally sourced Grocery Store and wide collection of bars and restaurants offering craft-beers and outstanding food.
The cottage sits behind the main house on a quiet street, near good coffee shops, restaurants, and the Woodland Park Zoo. The neighborhood's dramatic hills offer spectacular views of Downtown, the Space Needle, and surrounding mountains.
  • The cottage is small but has everything you need, it is also very stylish with some unique touches! It was very cozy and welcoming and Ty was responsive and accommodating, we even got a air conditioning unit for Seattle’s heat wave!

    Melina2018-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • The place was super cute, comfy, and clean. The neighborhood was quiet, but only blocks away from shops and restaurants. My dog and I had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay there again .

    Nicole2017-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • This space was absolutely amazing. Location was perfect and the personal parking was perfect. The inside was absolutely beautiful and the loft up top was a great place to relax. Clean and quiet, shower was amazing, and bed was very comfortable.

    Brent2018-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • This place is great! It is so cool and efficiently designed. Walkable to some awesome spots, including the heart of Fremont and the notorious bridge troll. Ty was descriptive, communicative, and helpful to make our stay the best we’ve had using AirBnB’s service. My personal favorite part of town because of this experience.

    Bryan2018-06-16T00:00:00Z
  • I really enjoyed this AirBNB. The hosts really work to make your stay pleasanot and convenient. We were only there for a night and didnt use the space much but from the beginning Ty was quite accommodating. Let us check in an hour early with really short notice of the request. And the space was just so cute and clean. There were 4 of us so the pull out couch was even made up as a bed. And there were really nice appliances, soap, and even makeup wipes. He really goes above and beyond compared to the average host and I would absolutely stay here again.

    Ashley2018-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay here! Very cozy place, nice and clean, cool set up and decor. The neighborhood was cute and close to a bunch of cool restaurants and an awesome coffee house. It was cold so we drove most places but definitely walking distance to a lot when it's warm outside. We recommend Ty's perfect tiny home for your next stay in Seattle!

    Kenny2018-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay here. Super cute, clean, and cool design. It was perfect for my group of 4. Definitely would stay here again!

    Jessie2018-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • This was such a perfect place for us, my daughter & I + sm.dog, to meet up. First, THANKS for taking dogs! We had somewhat of a hard time finding a place & this was a great hide-away so she wouldn't bark (windows to street fronts can get her going), yet there was the slider where she could spot squirrels in the back yard - so great! I was weary about a hide-a-bed, but this new couch is comfy & so is it's bed. Two nights proved it too. I was also grateful that once the couch is a bed it doesn't take up the entire livingroom. Plenty of space. With the fan, this space was cool & comfortable for the upstairs loft bed as well. The space had all we needed. Gotta love a kitchen that has an electric kettle - so handy! There isn't a cooktop, BUT we didn't need that since there are so many closeby restaurants to try. We indulged in margarita night around the corner at Pecado Bueno - YUM!!! Tacos were so delicious. The night before was a late walk to the PCC. From here everything is accessible. Showers were great - roomy restroom, great showerhead & washclothes to boot! We did run out of TP, but improvised on our last morn with our own tissues. Not a big deal. Two girls & smokey skies in Seattle set us off. What else...easy communication, easy check-in & check-out. I met one of the tenants of the house. We had a sweet exchange. It's always great to meet the neighbors. Oh....check out Fremont Peak Park. We were so tired the first night we missed the sunset. If we had only known about this park! It's a sweet spot to spend a sunset in & such a short walk away. Loved it!! Great find on this trip. I'll definitely check back to see if this space is available for future trips! Gratitude for sharing your space!

Right off of Yesler street. This space provides an open view of the city. Sleeps 2 persons on a full bed. Property includes laundry mat and gym. Access to pool table, TV, and vending machine in the common area. Several blocks away there are convenient stores as well as Broadcast Coffee Shop and local bars.
Guests can use the common area on the first floor that includes a kitchen, a pool table, a TV, and a laundry mat. In the courtyard there is a gym that is accessible as well.
  • Great location. Nice space.

  • Small room. Decent location. Walkable restaurants. See thru blinds.

    Spencer2018-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect for 2 people. About $7 for an Uber ride to anywhere from the location. Loved being able to go on the porch and relax. The room was really warm most of the time with there being no AC. We had to leave the windows open the whole weekend so it was fairly noisy with people out on the porch all night and police sirens. The bed was very cozy and smelled great! Room looks like and ikea display. Thank you Ella!

    Reilly2018-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • Ella’s place is very clean and quiet. It is quite small but worked for us as we were mostly out doing things during the day. We stayed during an unusual heat wave, so we definitely noticed the lack of AC, but the room did have a huge fan. We ended up taking lyft to most of our activities, as this room was a little bit more removed from the city than I expected and we didn’t see a lot to do in the area. Ella was responsive when we texted her, and it was very easy for us to check in and out.

    Alison2018-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • A very nice modern place in Seattle. It’s close to downtown so we didn’t have to travel very far. Everything was clean and spacious.

    Mimi2018-03-28T00:00:00Z
  • Smaller than expected!

    Natalia2018-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • The room is clean and bright, and it has almost everything you are gonna need. The location is nice, you can walk to Chinatown Int’l district within 15 minutes, and you can take a bus to downtown Seattle, places like Pike Street Market and Space Needle in around 15 minutes. But the curtains of the room are not fully non-transparent at night, if there’s someone on the roof balcony, he/she may be able to see a little bit inside the room, which makes it not so private. In all, this place will be ideal for you to stay.

    楚天2018-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great location. The condo is very similar to staying in a hotel without the hotel cost. Comfy bed, nice water pressure on the shower. Ella sent all of the information we needed will in advance.

A historic and unusually unique two level view apartment, best location in Seattle to get to downtown, ferry terminal, Kerry park (one block), shops and restaurants in one of the most famous neighborhoods on the West Coast.
Welcome to the Queen Anne Hideaway. Your home away from home is a two level unit in an incredible vintage Queen Anne landmark home. Your apartment has been beautifully furnished, luxury beds with feather toppers, view decks, and all the details you need to make your stay perfect. Our apartment has two official bedroom (walls not shared) with one queen bed and one king. An additional sleeping nook has two twin beds perfect for kids or additional guests. We have plenty of free on street parking as well as two driveway spaces that you may use anytime they are free. The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. You will find all the condiments and extras on hand necessary, including coffee and creamer (priority uno). We will do our very best to make your stay enjoyable at a price that makes it affordable to visit Seattle again in the future. Many of you like the ability to check in early, which is possible when the guests prior text me to say they have vacated (often guests leave before the 11AM check out time which allows me to get a early start on the cleaning).
We are 2 blocks away from the famous 'Frasier' view. The top of Queen Anne is an historic and very walkable area. There are great views from multiple lookouts, the most incredible homes to gawk at, bars, cafes, bookstores, salons, tea shops, and eateries to keep you busy. Oh, and did I mention Trader Joe's and the cheapest cheese on the planet? Got kids? That's fine by us, just let us know if we need to break out the high chair and packinplay. You can easily walk downtown, waterfront, and pikes place if you are able bodied.
  • Paige’s place was absolutely perfect for our small group of 2 couples to stay. The place was clean and well appointed with gorgeous views! Paige was very responsive and accommodating! Loved our stay here

    Marielle2018-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Great place. Beautiful house located in an amazing location. Would definitely come back.

    Vicky2018-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • We were 2 couples visiting Seattle for 2 days. We love Paige’s home, which is full of character and up to date and well maintained. The rooms were a great size and we had a huge living room, dining room and kitchen. So many windows made it so bright. The 2nd bedroom in the huge attic was lovely and quite private from the 1st bedroom. It was a bit too cool to enjoy the balcony deck on the kitchen level as well as the attic level but what a view! It is actually very convenient to downtown and sights like Seattle Center and one must not miss a neighbourhood walk as Queen Anne boasts a lovely neighbourhood and homes. We were lucky to be there when the cherry blossoms were out. I highly recommend this home ( The Hideaway) and would come back again if available when I’m back in Seattle.

    Pat2018-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • Great place. Views , comfortable - good kitchen. Easy transport to the city from a very stylish neighborhood- exactly as described - thanks

    Alex2018-01-05T00:00:00Z

    Nicole2016-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • Paige was a wonderful host! First off, she was very good about communication before and during our time in Seattle. Upon arrival, we had forgotten to print out our Seattle City Pass, but Paige was so kind enough print it out for us! Seriously, from the minute we met her, she was helpful in recommending restaurants and must see sights! Paige and her husband have an absolutely beautiful home. We fell in love with our place for the weekend right away! Everything about it was so cute and cozy! The colors, furniture and decorations gave the place a real homey feel to it. And those beds were truly amazing! The house was absolutely spotless, with all the amenities you could think of available. If I had to be a hard critic about something, I would say the filtered water faucet in the kitchen poured very slowly. However, if you don’t mind tap water, go that route! We did, and tasted just as good! As for Seattle, we absolutely loved it! It really is a great city, with tons of sites, foods and events to keep you busy. The best thing, all our destinations were an $8 to $15 Uber or Lyft ride away! If I haven’t talked about Paige enough, here’s a bit more. On our last day we had a late evening flight, and wanted to continue sightseeing, but didn’t want to carry our bags with us. Paige was kind enough to let us leave all our belongings at the home, while we continued to explore Seattle. I highly recommend staying here, not only for the perfect place, but for the fantastic host too! We will definitely be coming back!

We at Emerald Stays welcome you to our modern and stylish vacation rental condo, in a brand new building located in the hip Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. The absolute best thing about this apartment is the location, located in Belltown, the residential neighborhood of Downtown. You will be steps away from the famous Pike Place Market, Puget Sound Waterfront, Seattle Aquarium & everything Downtown. The Space Needle & the rest of the Seattle Center are also within walking distance. You will also find some of Seattle's best restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars & lounges, just outside the building. With a Walkscore of 98 and transit score of 100, the building is a "Walker's Paradise". So you can skip renting a car. The Convention Center is just 15 mins walk away. You can also catch buses to all of Seattle from across the block and Zipcars are 3 blocks away. This condo’s location makes it ideal for both business and holiday travelers. Since the building just opened up in June 2013, everything is new, modern and stylish. As soon as you enter the building’s spacious, beautiful lobby, you will notice the well-equipped 24-hour gym to your left. At the first chance you get, take the elevator up to the rooftop deck and you will be treated to awesome views of downtown and the waterfront. The rooftop deck also has a comfortable lounging area and is fitted with BBQ grills. The apartment itself is a modern open one-bedroom with hardwood floors and excellent furnishings. The huge windows provide ample light and a spacious feel to the condo. We have furnished this place such that you will feel absolutely at home. Between the plush queen bed and futon (which unfolds to a full size bed), this apartment will comfortably accommodate 3 guests. Apart from the towels and linens already laid out, there are many more to spare in the closets. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances & is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, serve and enjoy a wonderful meal (How about taking the food upstairs and making a picnic out of it). We think Internet is a basic utility and provide dedicated high-speed Wifi. There is a 43-inch HDTV with complimentary Netflix. Please note, we do not provide Cable on the TV. The Roku box does provide you access to news and on-demand programming. There is also TV with cable in the common lounging space. Come live like Locals in one of the most premium buildings of Seattle! It is a No Smoking Building, so we will expect you to respect that. Parking : Parking in the building can be arranged ( based on availability) at $20 per day. Although if you are staying in the center of the city you don't need a car at all.
  • The host canceled this reservation 10 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

    Lisa2016-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great 2 night stay at Sid and Neha's Belltown condo, in the heart of all things Seattle, within easy walking distance to Pike Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum and downtown. Great views from the comfortable roof deck! Neha was available to help with any questions at a moment's notice. Recommend Macrina bakery on 1st Ave for breakfast and/or lunch and The Mix Martini Bar, around the corner on 2nd, for martinis and small plates. If you have a car, the garage is very safe and convenient.

    Anna2014-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • The location was ideal, and the rooftop was even better. The interior of the condo was very modern and comfortable, with all the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom amenities one could ask for. Checking in was a little complicated, but much of that was due to our late arrival and a problem with my phone. The check-in process was very smooth, and the directions were easy to understand. Overall, it was a great interior, location, rooftop, and host, all for a good value. I'd definitely recommend it.

    Jonathan2014-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Nice appartment hosue in the northern Seattle downtown area, very conveniant walk to Pike Place market and HardRock Cafe. Shorty's bar and a couple of other restaurants and bars just around the corner. One bed appartment with good to sleep on fold away couch in living room, no doors to seperate bedroom from living room and kitchen, but that did not bother us. Washer and dryer in spacious bathroom. Very nice shared lobby with pool billiards, TV and well equipped gym! Also very nice roof top with BBQ and Spaceneedle view.

    Oliver2014-11-07T00:00:00Z
  • My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was very easy and we had no problem locating the apartment. It was a beautiful space and the location was perfect. We timed it, and it literally took us just 5 minutes to walk to Pike Place Market. The apartment was also walking distance from a number of great bars and restaraunts. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seattle.

    Travis2015-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great location in Belltown near a bunch of great cafes and restaurants, walkable to other great neighborhoods like South Lake Union and Capitol Hill!

    Shirley2016-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • Sid's place was perfect. Close to everything and in a great building. Incredible view from the rooftop with comfy chairs and BBQ's for grilling. The place was clean and instructions clear. We will be back!

    Stephen2018-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • Andrew and anya were absolutely fantastic in everything. The house is in a very safe area with ample parking space, and a nice park right across. The pictures actually don't do justice to the room, which is super spacious and very well setup. Will highly recommend this place for ur next stay in seattle!!

  • Arrived to a clean pleasant home. Everything was organized and waiting for our arrival. Anya and Andrew have done their best to make their listing feel as close to home as can be. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality!

    Alexandra2015-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • Anya and Andrew are amazing hosts with great hospitality and a beautiful home. They are very welcoming and considerate based on your necessary needs. The room is very spacious and has more amenities than a high end hotel. The home is a short 15 minute drive to all the popular tourist destinations of downtown Seattle. I can't wait to come back and stay here again the next time I'm in town.

    Wilbur2015-12-07T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely guest suite. Private and comfortable. All the amenities of a hotel with a home-like charm. Andrew and Anya were very helpful and friendly, they really try and make your stay as pleasant as possible. The house was a quick drive to the main downtown and has a beautiful little park across from it. Be sure to walk through that. We will definitely be back!

If you park north of Bell St, it's $1.25/hour. Street parking is free at night (8pm to 8am), and free all day Sunday. • Check the site Parkopedia, which has a list of pay lots and garages that are nearby, along with detailed pricing. (Area code 98101) • Street parking near Queen Ann is free (near 3rd Ave West & West Mercer St). Park there, then catch a bus or uber/lyft into downtown (about a 10-minute ride). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Q: How do I reach your place from the airport? The Light Rail goes directly from SeaTac airport to Downtown Seattle and runs about every 7-15 minutes. Tickets are $3.00 or less. Once you get on, it'll take about 45 minutes to reach Downtown Seattle. Detailed directions are provided when the reservation is confirmed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q: Is the neighborhood safe? You'll be staying a block from Pike Place Market, the biggest tourist attraction in Seattle. The Art Institute is also nearby, along with a store that's open past midnight, so there are usually many people around. There are, like in most major cities, homeless people all over, but they are generally respectful. I feel that the neighborhood itself, and certainly my building (which itself is secure) is very safe. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q: Is it noisy at night? It's not. Occasionally you'll hear city noise in the distance, but due to the position of the building and windows (not facing the street), it's not bad at all. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q: Are you flexible with check-in/check-out? If an early check-in or later check-out is important to you, please ask before you make your reservation. However, I may not know if it's possible until we are closer to the days -- it depends entirely on if I have other guests coming or going that day, and when. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q: What if we have a really late flight the day we're checking in? No problem! I don't mind staying up late, so feel free to take the red-eye! If you're flight is delayed, this is also not a problem. I just ask that you do your best letting me know your schedule, and any changes, when you can. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q: Is cooking allowed? Yes, you are welcome to use anything and everything in the kitchen! I've got a decent amount of cookware - as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q: We'd love some suggestions of things to do while we're in town. Ok! We'll be happy to go over ideas with you during check-in. There's a detailed wall map inside the place, making it very easy. I pride myself on my knowledge of the area. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q: Is it ok if we smoke? No. You'll have to smoke outside, completely outside of the building -- and not closer than 20 feet from any of the building entrances (this is city law, and strictly enforced). If you're a regular smoker, this listing is, honestly, most likely not for you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q: I like the art in the place! That's not a question, but I'm glad you like it! This is something we're just trying to start, so there may not always be art, but we wanted to offer something unique which also benefits the community, so everything we get to decorate the apartment with is from local artists/photographers and it's all for sale. All the money goes straight to the artist. Let us know what pieces you want, we'll tell you how much the artist wants, and you're free to take it from the wall on your way out! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Q: Wait--I have a question you didn't answer in your F.A.Q.s! I find that hard to believe! Anyway, shoot me an inquiry and I'll get back to you ASAP! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tips: - Grab a free copy of "The Stranger" from a newspaper bin or coffee shop for a list of shows or events that are going on.
You can find lots of music venues, art galleries, restaurants, pinball bars, movie theaters, arcades, loads of touristy things and coffee shops within a few blocks distance in any direction. In addition to Pike Place Market, the waterfront is also just 1 block away.
  • The location is great.

    Brian2018-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Comfortable apartment, excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

    Louis2018-01-21T00:00:00Z
  • Great hospitality, amazing location. Very accommodating hosts when we arrived late, and had to leave early. Downtown location was the bomb, waking to Pikes Place, Space Needle and waterfront Piers.

    Scott2018-06-03T00:00:00Z
  • Max and Rachel’s place is in a terrific location, right in Belltown; I only had to get on public transport once, to go to Capitol Hill (and honestly I could have walked there but I was too lazy). The apartment itself was very nice, more than comfortable enough for two people. They also provide air conditioning, which was nice because it was hot when we were in Seattle. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!

    Laura2018-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • Apartment is walkable to both the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. The bed is super comfortable. Basically, this is a must stay when in Seattle!

    Erika2018-04-05T00:00:00Z
  • A perfect cozy spot for downtown Seattle visitors. I travelled alone. My first visit to Seattle and I felt really safe

    JaNeill2018-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, close to Pike Place Market and the Seattle Center. Safe and clean place. We would book it again in the future.

    Rafael2018-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Max and Rachel were extremely responsive and accommodating hosts. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, so I did not have the pleasure of meeting Max who was endlessly patient and flexible with our arrival time. I was meeting a friend from the East Coast and we were both flying in in the middle of the night. My flight was delayed, and Max was happy to readjust the middle-of-the-night check-in time for when my friend got there. My friend reported that Max was wonderful and she had no hick-ups checking in after a long flight. We both loved the place and its location. I will definitely be returning to Seattle, and will be hoping that Max and Rachel's place is available!!

Come stay in my cozy and spacious apartment! I do my best to make sure every guest is taken care of. I have a luxury bed and provide breakfast food for your convenience. Your home will be an older apartment, with lots of natural light, in the heart of Seattle's vibrant South Lake Union neighborhood, near Amazon, convenience stores, restaurants, and beautiful Lake Union. Comfy and clean sheets, towels, toiletries, TV with Netflix, and a blanket are provided. This will be your home away from home!
  • Great place! Fantastic location (we walked to pike place market etc.), nice and clean and lots of amenities. Matt was easy to communicate with and was eager to make our stay memorable.

  • Great location and comfortable bed. Very responsive host.

    Levi2018-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • It is in a good location, with easy access to public transport and the historic ward. Matt is a very friendly, helpful host. The accommodation has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

    Garry2018-09-26T00:00:00Z
  • Outstanding customer service!! Matt made us feel very welcome and comfortable instantly. The space was warm and cozy with several thoughtful touches. We will definitely be getting in touch with Matt again!

    Jacqueline2018-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Strengths: Matt is very friendly and nice. Great Price compared to hotels. Location very good - we took city bus, predominantly up hill, to Pikes Place Market and walked back little over a mile mostly downhill. Big screen tv with Netflix was really nice after a day of walking. Bed was comfortable, towels bright white and fluffy. Apartment was secure and quiet with minimal city noise in a normal city neighborhood. Juice in frig. Weakness: photos and cleanliness comments led me to believe this apartment was super clean. It was only broom swept clean. Sinks and linens were clean and table tops dusted but in the bathroom -the floor, corners, window sills and shower curtain had not been cleaned in a long time, quite a build up of dirt. I suggested curved shower rod and luggage racks to host. Also he advertised breakfast, he had cereal but no milk, butter and spreads but no bread. Not an issue, he is not expected to serve breakfast, but don’t really expect it unless you like juice on your cereal.

    Mary2018-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great place to stay in Downtown Seattle area before going on a cruise. Just a 2 miles walk away from Pike Market and Tourist sites. A good, clean apartment in a safe neighborhood. If we are in Seattle, we will contact again.

    Dawn & Mitchell2018-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Matt's place was a great home for our short stay in Seattle! Conveniently close to downtown and city center, we mostly did quick Uber rides or walked throughout the city. Very friendly and eager hosts; they want to make sure you have everything you need and are quick to respond to any concerns. Definitely a great place to stay if you want something affordable and close to the heart of the city!

    Julia2018-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • This is a really great place to stay before going on a Cruise. Much cheaper than nearby hotels, of course, and about a 15 min drive to the Port. We had a brief evening and morning here, but it was comfortable and more spacious than we expected. Communication with the host was also very good.

A private cottage in First Hill/Capitol Hill. Close to everything Seattle has to offer, this cottage has charm and all the comforts of home. Near amazing food and fantastic coffee. The cottage has a very comfortable full sized murphy bed.
The cottage is very private and located in the backyard. Access to the cottage is through a sliding gate along the left side of the house.
The 12th Avenue corridor is full of yummy food, great coffee and fun nightlife. Near Capitol Hill and Downtown (1.5 miles) this is a great quite spot with easy access to all of the fun Seattle has to offer. We are located by near bus, light rail and the Seattle Street Car. Nearby Restaurants: Ba Bar (any noodle bowl) and Lemongrass (chicken curry) are great for lunch or dinner. Café Presse is my favorite for Breakfast. Cherry Street Coffee is perfect for coffee anytime. Shopping: there is a corner market on 12th Ave a couple of blocks north of the apartment. There is also a gas station on 12th and Cherry just south of the unit.
  • Jessica did a great job with communication and everything was just like described. We had a wonderful stay with so many great places within walking distance.

    Tom2016-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Such a great space! Definitely had everything I needed. The Seattle University area is pretty cool as well. It's also not a bad walk to the city center if you don't mind a few hills, and if you get a little tired from exploring all day, it's only a $5-$6 uber ride even with a slight surge. Would definitely stay here again during my next trip to Seattle. Thanks!

  • Great location, great amenities.

    Michelle2016-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • Jessica was very accommodating and readily available. The cottage was just so cute. It all worked very well for my needs. I can't wait to come back and see the courtyard in bloom.

    Barbury2016-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • Very charming private cottage in a nice neighborhood. Looks exactly like the picture, only better. The cottage is located behind a duplex, but Jessica's instructions on getting there was on point. Thanks For having me Jessica

    Nikhil2016-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • Jessica was quick to answer all of our questions and help us with anything we needed. The Cottage was private and perfect for a weeks stay. All in all, it was a great experience.

Professional are also welcome to enjoy a home away from home while traveling on business or relocating for an extended period of time.

  • Pam was very nice and helpful and the house is very clean just as descripted. Perfect location and neighborhood, it is only a few miles away from downtown and within walking distance to my favorite- Kerry Park. I would recommend anyone to stay with Pam.

    Jamie2015-04-13T00:00:00Z
  • Loved it here. Pam had the room ready 3 hours before check-in to accommodate my schedule. She responded to all questions immediately and was helpful. The room was exactly as advertised and very comfortable.

    Karlo2015-06-26T00:00:00Z

    Sonja2015-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • Terrific apartment and very attentive hosts! My parents stayed at this Airbnb for a little over a month while they were visiting with us and our new twin baby girls. The space was perfect for their needs. Stocked kitchen, clean space, large patio with fantastic view of the Space Needle and a nice tv with Direct TV. Pam, was super responsive with all my texts (seriously, within seconds!) and occasionally checked in without being intrusive. We liked the place so much that we extended the stay another week! Now that two extra little humans are living with us, we're definitely going to be renting this property again for all our longer term out-of-town guests.

    Jenny2014-03-02T00:00:00Z

  • Pam's space was as advertised. It was close to so many great places to eat and see that we enjoyed every minute we were there. Pam and Patrick were wonderful in helping us with anything we needed or questions we had. It was the perfect way to start our trip and end it.

    Amberlee2014-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Pam's Highland Hideaway was a wonderful place to stay! The view is amazing and Pam is very welcoming and helpful. The place is very comfortable and feels like a home away from home. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to walk around and explore Seattle!

    Caitlin2016-03-23T00:00:00Z
  • Pam's is located in a beautiful, safe area in Seattle! The location allows walking to many amenities or taking the bus. The accomdations were beyond my expectations...way more spacious than the pics show. It was quite perfect actually! The backyard and lounging chairs, tables etc, were all unexpected and greatly enjoyed!

  • Lovely townhouse, was a great base to explore Seattle from. We did arrive on quite a hot day, but was able to cool down the flat with open windows and the fans that Blair had provided. Blair was also very helpful with a couple of pre-visit questions I had, so really appreciated that. Lovely quiet neighbourhood.

  • Very nice townhouse duplex just outside of Settle, in a up and coming neighborhood with lots of families and kids running around. Very close to everything we wanted to explore. The Apartment was very clean when we arrived, beds were very super comfy and it was nice to have Netflix on the TV after a long day of exploring. Simple kitchen and limited seating in living room (for 4) but was fine for our short stay. One bedroom and bath was on the downstairs level and another up stairs by living room, giving everyone privacy which was a plus. We enjoyed our stay in Seattle. A few highlights were the Volunteer Park Conservatory, Chihuly Glass & Garden exhibit, Ineeda Burger, Piroshky Piroshkys, and Gasworks park. Thanks for the accommodations!!

Lovely room in a Queen Anne craftsman house.
Welcome to our lovely home, centrally located on the west side of Queen Anne hill. Queen Anne is known as one of Seattle’s most beautiful neighborhoods. This Scandinavian styled, 2-bedroom house is very clean and tranquil. Built in 1915 by a Norwegian shipbuilder, the home is comprised of a living room with a fireplace, an expansive dining room, a kitchen with attached sunroom, sun porch and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, oils, tea, and spices. The house faces west and catches the evening sunsets. It is a home abundant with lush plants. Entry to the home will take you through an intimate, multi-terraced garden that overlooks a forest of black bamboo. Your room has a queen size bed, dresser, closet, and is close to the bathroom. Please note* The lower half of the the house if also an airbnb so you will be sharing a laundry room with the guests below. Your upper portion of the house is securely locked from the lower portion. I am looking for guests who will be noise conscious and will respect my home :) Queen Anne is close to everything, but far enough away to be a quiet neighborhood. This house is ideally situated just one block from the bus lines. You can catch a bus and be downtown Seattle or South Lake Union in fifteen minutes, in historic Ballard and Fremont in ten. Ballard and Fremont are lively, hip neighborhoods with a plethora of restaurants, a popular Sunday Farmers’ market, outdoor art, the Ballard Locks, and Golden Gardens. A quick five-minute walk will bring you to Whole Foods and Peet's Coffee or take a fifteen minute walk to the top of Queen Anne Hill where you will find a variety of eclectic shops, bars, and restaurants. There is no private parking but street parking is never a problem. Ten minutes will take you to the Overlook a lookout point with sweeping views of Seattle. If you need any information or suggestions for fun and interesting things to do during your visit, we are Seattle natives and will be happy to help you! Rental includes free fast wifi, washer/ dryer, clean towels and fresh linens.
  • I enjoyed staying at Maija's. I loved how she has fixed it up herself over the years; it is beautiful and relaxing with great character and very comfortable and open. Maija seemed easygoing and I enjoyed chatting a little with her. The room is off the main living area so you do hear the household sounds.

    Caroline2017-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful stay! Maija was great.

    Shannon2018-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • Maija is an artist and designer and it is reflected in her home.

    Scott2017-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • Very charming house decorated with tremendous taste. Even though we haven't seen Maija, she was very helpful! Thanks

    Jérôme2017-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • Maija is a very nice host! and her roommate Philana also a very kind person! They are very will to chat and provide everything I need. The house is as beautiful as the photos in the profile, and there are many interesting details in every corner of the house. If there is no rush, I can stay in the yard and enjoy my coffee with the warm sunshine. The house is very closed to the bus stop, and only take less than 20mins to the downtown from here, even go to uptown is also very fast, too. The neighborhood is safe, and very quiet. I really like this house and their host, if I come back to Seattle again, I would love to live here again!

    Henry2017-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • Maija's house is very nice, pretty easy to find, and comfortable. The location in Queen Anne is hilly and a bit off the beaten path, but that's why we liked it. Very close to everything you need. The proximity to Kerry Park and the Seattle overlook, as well as Fremont, Ballard, and Queen Anne neighborhood (Trader Joe's, Farmer's Market every Thursday all summer!) is very convenient.

    Jeff2017-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Maija’s place is superb. It was exactly as described and pictured. Clean and comfortable. Discovery Park and great views of the city are nearby. The city is accessible from a bus stop less than a mile away. Maija also knows her community very well and provided many local tips!

You’ll love my place because of its central location, ambiance and conveniences. Enjoy 24HR access to a rooftop deck equipped with BBQ grill, sitting areas and the best views of the Space Needle and Puget Sound. Private gated parking garage.
The Apartment complex is brand new with modern decor. In the apartment You will find art filled walls and a terrific view. Fall asleep in the Queen bed looking up to the stars through the window at your pillow! The sofa bed is the black couch you see in the picture (not the lounge chair). It lays out flat into a full bed size. There are plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows provided to make yourselves comfortable! The lounge chair is excellent for napping as well. Large windows in both living room and bedroom. Wheelchair accessibility: My apartment is considered wheelchair accessible by the complex. This includes the bathroom. However, the bathroom does have a shower/tub, so you might need to provide your own portable shower chair. All levels can be accessed from an elevator. This includes from the garage to the apartment floor and rooftop deck. Also the main entrance (street level) is free of stairs and goes directly to the same elevator. The apartment has an open floor plan, and standard size doors. Feel free to ask if you have anymore questions!
Lower Queen Anne is a great neighborhood close to the action. Walk to Seattle Center, Space Needle and Key Arena just a few blocks away. Additionally there are many stores and restaurants nearby. Step outside and explore!
  • Awesome place near everything. Walking distance to city center and if your up for it even to pike Public Market. The walk there was ok to do. The apartment was super clean and the Marissa was great to deal with. The view from. The roof top patio is almost as good as from Kerry Park. We did climb Queen Anne hill to get to Kerry Park to take pictures at night. There was grocery stores nearby and also the CVS drug store if you needed anything. The apartment had plenty to cook with which we did a couple of nights. Overall it was a great place to stay. Quiet, secure and very clean easy access. Definitely recommend staying here.

    Chris2017-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • Marissa's home is so inviting and the fact that it is new/modern made it perfect. It was so convenient to get to the game, needle, Pikes street market. I would HIGHLY recommend this place without reservation! You will not be disappointed! It was a perfect getaway spot for us!! The rooftop with the space needle lit up was breathtaking!!!! All the extras (bottle of wine in the refrigerator, coffee, bathroom toiletries) were noticed! Thank you again!!!

    Tonya2016-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Marissa is a wonderful host and the place was great, can't recommend it enough. She thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and convenient, and I'll definitely check if the apt is available next time I'm in Seattle.

    Stephen2017-01-10T00:00:00Z

    Thomas2017-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was easy to find and was clean, centrally located, close to the bus line, and had an amazing rooftop deck. Marissa answered any questions we had very quickly and was always a pleasure to deal with.

    Regina2017-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • The place worked perfectly for our trip, it's a great location that is very close to downtown Seattle. The only issues were the heat in the apartment and that the apartment is much better suited for 3 people than 4.

  • The rooftop deck was amazing for the views of fireworks from the Space Needle on New Year's! Being in Marissa's apartment was a very nice way to start 2018. Check-in was easy, and Marissa even left us some snacks on the counter.

  • A lovely modern gem in a perfect, convenient location. Marissa has a great key and parking situation setup and communicated all the details. We loved her place and especially the location. She left us coffee and had a great roof deck. You are sure to enjoy it.
