Luxury one bedroom fully furnished air conditioned/heated apartment with one free secure car park bay under the building and close to everything Perth has to offer. Minutes away from Perth City, Restaurants, Bars, Crown Casino, Public Transport, Free WiFi Internet and Netflix included.
It's centrally located next to Perth City and not far from Kings Park and is close to other parks and across the road from the Swan River. There are cycle/walking paths that take you all around the river and into the city. The Crown Casino is a 1.5 km short walk along the swan river and has a vast selection of restaurants and bars. Victoria Park has one of Perth's best value restaurant and bar strips and South Perth is also minutes away which is home to Perth Zoo and more restaurants and Bars. The Airport is a 15 minute drive away. There is several supermarkets only minutes away The gym is located on the same level. The Luxury one year old apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker. Microwave, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes dryer and a clothes line, NBN WIFI Internet, Netflix. There is a Queen Size Sofa bed in the loungue room as well as a portable single bed for another child if needed, TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs to watch. The bedroom has a separate A/C unit and has a queen sized bed with luxury bedding and linen and TV/DVD player. There are built in robes with plenty of hanging space. It also has a small bedside table with an alarm clock. There is a Weber Q BBQ on the extra Large Balcony with an outdoor Dining setting and Lounge to enjoy the views. There is one Secure Car parking bay for your use located under the building. There is a Mc Donalds, KFC, Hungry Jacks located a 5 minute walk away
Victoria Park is centrally located next to Perth City and Kings Park. There is Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Cafes and shops with in walking distance

    Restored room in a older style rustic 1940s house. Double brick walls and block out blind will ensure you sleep soundly here. Comfortable double bed with country style hospitality. Walk to pub or train, minutes from the city, airport and casino.
    The kitchen and bathroom are very dated by modern standards. Can't be helped just yet, I'm saving to fix up these. Huge backyard all enclosed. Well behaved pets are welcome - they just need to stay out of my veggie garden but other than that your welcome to bring them
    Lathlain is a wealthy leafy suburb that is very conveniently located for travellers. The café strip of East Victoria Park, the Crown Casino, the Swan River and the airport are all very close and easy.

We were able to cook a simple meal during our stay in this self-sufficient apartment. Wifi is available which is a big plus for guests. Will love to be back in this apartment when we visit Perth the next time.

  • Neat apartment in a convenient location suitable for a family of 5. However there were some fundamental problems: 1. Very slow wifi which kept dropping out. 2. Main shower drain was blocked so when you are having a shower you get a free foot bath at the same time. 3. Main bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work. 4. Both shower floors were slimy which leaves me to think they haven't been cleaned properly. 5. Bed sheet with a rip in the middle and stains, so they haven't been changed. 6. Owners/cleaner came into the apartment to change sheets without our permission or knowledge - so if security is important perhaps you may wish to stay somewhere else. 7. Second bathroom toilet leaks at the back - leaving the floor wet. 8. Kettle filthy - but don't worry, we cleaned it. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this place nor will we be staying here again.

  • Very lovely apartment and just nice for a little family of 3 like us. It simply make us feel so at home. We had everything that we needed in the hse from fully equipped kitchen to laundry to bathroom whereby shampoo,condition and bodywash are provided. Owner is nice to even provide bread butter eggs and milk for breakfast. There is no Aircon in the bedroom however as it is in winter we simply turn on the heater in the living room n it warms up the whole hse. The bedroom came with a huge walk in wardrobe for clothes n luggage. Apartment comes with a big balcony which we did not get to enjoy as the weather is simply too cold!! Would be great to relax in the balcony during summer! As we had stayed for 8 days, it would be great if we are provided with broom or a small vacuum cleaner as it gets a bit dusty on the floor during our stay. The parking lots is a little bit cramp and we had a bit of difficulty trying to park our car. Overall it is a great stay in this 1 bedroom apartment. It will definitely be in our list if we are to come back to Perth again. Convenient location which makes travelling so much easier.

    This property has an excellent location (Harper St) and a spacious layout. It is a 4 minute drive into the city, has easy access to EVERYWHERE. It's on a quiet inner city street and has easy access to trains (4 minutes walk and a multitude of buses,it is easily reachable from the airport either by car or bus. It is a 3 minute drive from the crown casino, very close to the tennis and cricket centre YOU CAN WALK TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED, SUPERMARKET, AFFORDABLE RESTAURANTS,,NICE PUB, BUS STOP, TRAIN
    Townhouse means it is a 2 storey building. There is a front courtyard where you can sit comfortably under the shade of a jacaranda tree, The front opens into a spacious lounge area which comfortable seats 7 around the large tv. Again the dining room seats upto 7 and this leads onto the fully equipped kitchen area and eventually through to the laundry and downstairs toilet. There is also a rear courtyard. Upstairs is the bathroom, separate toilet and 3 individually air conditioned bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a queen size bed. The next a double bed and the largest room has a double bed and a single bed and still lots of room for my portable cot.
    We are soooo close to Perth city 5 Minute drive!The bus is 2 minutes walk away, the train 4 Minutes away. The crown Casino is less than 1 km away. The biggest bonus is that everything you need is walking distance. Walk to Woolworths supermarket in 4 minutes and the Victoria Park shopping strip with its abundance of multicultural affordable eating houses and bars is 4 minutes walk away, just perfect! We are situated in a quiet spot close to Canning Highway which Supplies easy access to all of WA.

Nice restaurants and bars are just a 5 minute walk away, and so is the bus stop to get into the center. Kym and Gordan are wonderful hosts. Communication with them was easy and they went out of their way to help us with every question we had. Happy to recommend!

Gordan and Kym has taken pride in their guesthouse and has looked into the details to provide as comfortable a place as they could for their guests. They provide new kitchen equipment and even have a coffee machine as a bonus. The view from their apartment is just gorgeous on a clear day. The apartment block isnt new but when you are in the apartment, it felt like you were in a thoughtfully renovated home.

    Giant three story home with million dollar views. Watch from the balcony as the sun goes down over Perth City and Crown Casino. The train station, Victoria Park Cafe strip and Crown Casino are all within walking distance. Right next door to Crown is the new Optus Stadium, only accessible via train.
    This house is extremely spacious with different areas for enjoyment - deck, private pool, grass, balcony, lounge, games. Every room includes a built in robe with space to hang clothes and drawers/shelves for folded clothes.
    Burswood, in the Town of Victoria Park, is a vibrant suburb with an extensive cafe strip that runs along Albany Hwy. The strip is also home to pubs, restaurants, boutiques and gift shops. The area is multi cultural and friendly. Getting to Perth City from Albany Hwy is via bus or a short walk to the train station. The Swan River runs between Victoria Park and Perth City with a beautiful green foreshore and lots of playgrounds.

  • This is a great place to stay. Location is great, very close to city as well as shopping centre in Vic Park. Close to airport as well ( I have to take my mum to the airport during our stay at 12 midnight so that is very handy). And there are plenty of rooms if you are travelling in a group or you just want bit more space for everyone. The playgroup is perfect for little kids, mine love to stay there and there are plenty of indoor and outdoor toys. Jodi is a great host, loving their thoughts for guests, we just feel like home. Couldn't recommend this place more. We would love to come back when we are in Perth next time.

  • Jodi's place is really huge and nice. We loved the open spaces and garden where the kids could venture out and play at the playground. The location is also convenient with nice food and supermarket nearby. It's very convenient if you intend to visit Perth City one day and venture out to Swan Valley the next, which is what we did. You mustn't miss the sunset if you stay here, the colors of the sky changes everyday. We spent our time watching the sun go down with a glass of wine - That's how you should do it here. I highly recommend Jodi's place and know that we would be back again next time we're in Perth.

  • We had an amazing stay at Serendipity on the Swan. The apartment was as described and was just perfect. 2 x couples stayed in the apartment and it was the perfect size with enough space to cater for everyone, would also be ideal with families with 2 kids if they are happy to share a queens sized bed. The apartment was spotless, bathrooms very clean and they had comfy beds. Internet was provided which is great and all amenities within the unit were of great quality. The building itself is quite new, super quite and had secure parking. Thanks again for a great holiday!

  • The flat was clean, in good condition and tidy as displayed on the ad. Our host was friendly and met us as agreed on time. Check in hours were not very flexible though. The flat itself is in a newly constructed building and is solely used for short rentals. It has a distinct IKEA-feeling to it without any personal touch. Kitchen was sparsely equipped. The neighbourhood is very quiet - approximately a 15 min taxi ride from central Perth. Not much to do in the area if you don't have friends or relatives living locally.

  • Dean and Irina are great host. As we travel from Margaret River to back to Perth, we were delayed in checking in due to traffic jam. The hosts were patient and responsive and willing to wait for us from 3pm till 5pm to hand us the keys. The apartment is great and looks exactly in the photos provided. It is clean and tidy. When we were exploring around the house, there were clothes in the wardrobes and some left over food ingredients in the fridge. I guess there were people staying in the apartment before we checked in. The location is convenient and only within 10mins drive to the city.

The train station is very close and handy for those who want to use public transportation. Although Stephanie was not there, she arranged for her mom to host me and she did a wonderful job. Train, Shopping, Casino very easily accessible. Make sure you get off at the Vic Park station & turn left & the house is 500m up the road. Roughly 5 minutes from the heart of the city.     Situated on the 5th floor, this apartment has an open plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with gas cook top, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, cutlery and coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. The apartment also has a washing machine for your convenience. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with all linens and towels provided for Please note: the apartment has not been 'baby proofed' (e.g. There are blind chords and no power point covers etc) but if this is not an issue for you then infants are more than welcome to stay :)

    This is an amazing and spacious loft style apartment located between leafy North Perth and vibrant Mount Lawley and is not far from Perth City (bur ride or short Uber). The apartment (and overall house) has been recently built but uses many recycled elements throughout to give a sense of the classic warehouse.
    Close to Perth CBD (around 3.5km) Great tree lined neighbourhood with close proximity to the Perth CBD, bus access and also walking distance to cafes/bars etc.

  • What a perfect place to stay.. Carla and Ben's home away from home was such a fun experience. It contemporary with lots of cool spaces. The pictures actually don't do it justice as it's a lot bigger than it looks. Its private and has excellent night city views. Less than a 5 minute drive to the ECU Campus so it made it easy to drive back and forth to settle our son into Uni Village. Carla and Ben left some great tips for eating and were knowledgable of the area when we needed advice. Definitely will stay again when we are back in Perth.

  • The Mount Lawley loft is an excellent space in the Perth suburbs, perfectly situated for the restaurants of Mount Lawley and a leisurely 35 minute walk to the city. The loft has been very carefully decked out with an industrial theme that is quirky but remains practical for a comfortable stay. It was great to have such a large open place space along with a comfortable bed, a great shower and everything needed to cook a meal (although we ate out at the local restaurants most of the time). Communication with Carla was great before and during our stay - we would recommend as a base if you don't want to be in the centre of the city,

    In cool Mt Lawley close to the city is our renovated cabin, a private, one bed ensuite retreat. The cabin is nestled in a garden grown from scratch on a quarter acre block at the rear of an old art deco house.
    Fully secure space, separate from the house = full privacy. WIFI in the cabin. Off street parking available if you have a car. There isn't a kitchen, but a fridge and microwave are available for keeping drinks cold and warming up food.
    One of the oldest suburbs in Perth, Mt Lawley is dotted with many interesting heritage properties. We are walking distance to ECU, the Beaufort St shops, Fitzgerald St (Coles supermarket), Northbridge and the CBD. If you need to move more quickly, there's off street parking out front, or you can catch a bus 300m away which takes you to the CBD in 12 minutes. There are 3 supermarkets close by. This is what the local real estate agent says: Famous for its ever vibrant and ever-busy Beaufort Street cafe strip, Mt Lawley is more than just an excellent destination for dining or a leisurely day out. Sitting right on the city's doorstep, and bounded by the Swan River to the east, Mt Lawley is always bustling with activity - especially when it comes to an exciting line-up of shows and festivals. The idyllic suburb featuring local art and tree-lined streets bursting with greenery, it is a mere 10 minutes from Perth. Diverse character homes, a range of excellent schools, neighbourly spirit and a shopping precinct with 24-hour amenities are just some of the things that add allure to the community, and tick off all the boxes. It's no wonder many call this place home!

The cabin was very clean and had everything I needed from a kettle with tea and coffee to the warm hot water bottle for winter nights. Emily was very helpful with any questions I had and even helped me to contact a dry cleaner within the first ten minutes of me arriving. The location is perfect with convenient access to close and frequent buses which is only a short trip to the city and the neighbourhood is very safe. She has a wonderful family and they all really helped me feel at home. I would recommend a stay at Emily's for people from all walks of life as she's a friendly, open person and the cabin ticks so many boxes.

It was very clean and the breakfast was prepared including bread, coffee , tea, cereals and milk :) it’s only 5 min walk to the supermarket and bus stop and I was easily able to get to CBD. I recommend to take cab if you are coming home at night as the street is very quiet and dark.

The communication was fantastic from the day I booked to the day we left Perth. The apartment was fairly new which meant the address was not yet on any GPS device. This saw us using the address on the main street (right next door to the apartments) for our pick up/drop off locations for transport.     Fresh one bedroom comfy sunshine filled inner city apartment. Great base to stroll around the city during the day or for a night on the town. the apartment had keyless entry and self check in
    The building is of an older style ( it used to be the nurses quarters for the hospital. As there is no smoking in the building people go out the main entrance to smoke. 50m2 one bedroom apartment is new. Fully renovated throughout including new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped along with coffee machine and includes a washer/ dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed a single day bed and a single trundle bed, tv, with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The lounge has a queen sofa bed, tv, table and chairs, The bathroom has shower, toilet and twin marble vanities. The apartment is secure with keyless entry. but has a back up set of keys in a lockbox - codes given prior to arrival For infants and toddlers there is no bathtub, I have a plastic baby bath, travel cot and a highchair. Please note - ONLY THE QUEEN BED IS MADE UP all linen is in the cupboard to make the other beds, it is your choice which beds you would like to use as you might like to keep the lounge room as the lounge room
    East Perth and the apartment block are mulitcultural with an array of restaurants and bars all in walking distance. There is a service station just around the corner for milk, snacks, fuel etc. The Perth Mint is across the road, The WACA is just down the road. Also close to Royal Perth hospital A short walk will get you to Murry and Hay street malls for shopping, Northbridge and the Cultural centre for dining and entertainment Or head down to the waterfront for a coffee or pint at the Royal or Toast. The free cat busses will get you to Kings Park and all place inner Perth A block over on Hays streets you will find the Grosvenor hotel (does a good chicken parmigiana). Jaws has the sushi train. Also there is a small supermarket
  • We had a great stay at Melanie's place. At arrival, the outside of the appartment block isn't very tempting but Melanie really upgraded her appartment, what a nice place to stay. Big enough for the five of us, 2 adults and 3 children. Kitchen very well equiped, even an espresso machine and milk foam maker! We xould sleep, cook, do our laundry and all this at a very short distance from the centre. One night there was a rather loud neighbour, but maybe he was just a temporary resident. Highly recommended!

  • This apartment was a very pleasant surprise. Melanie had advised that it was within the old Nurses accommodation block and that the outside appearances should not deter - and she was right! The apartment is fantastic - very clean and thoughtfully presented. The little touches like bottles of cold water in the fridge and the cupboards stocked with extra items from toiletries to foods was excellent. Melanie left details of local eateries and places of attraction as well as directions on how to get to each of these. The apartment is well located and within walking distance of the Mall and shopping precinct as well as the Swan River and Perth Arena. It is also just a short stroll from St Mary's Catholic Cathedral. The free CAT bus services run nearby and these buses are excellent for getting you around the city. Communication was absolutely outstanding throughout the lead up to our visit, during our stay when we had any questions, and post stay. Highly recommend this apartment for all who are looking for a simple, clean, well presented stay in Perth.

BOTANICAL GARDENS - Here you see wildflowers so beautiful and varied that are not in any other country SPECTACULAR VIEWS - Kings Park & Botanic Garden really offer the best views of the Perth skyline. FREMANTLE PRISON - Fremantle Prison is the largest convict built prison in Australia and is Western Australia’s only World Heritage Listed Building. Enjoy an interesting historical tour of Fremantle jail guided by a retired prison officer who will show you the various parts of the prison, the jail cells, hanging gallows and exercise yard. Alternatively there is also a Tunnel tour, which is also very atmospheric and informative. FREMANTLE MARKETS (weekends only) - The Fremantle Markets built in 1897 offer a multitude of great fresh produce, food, trinkets, clothing, jewellery, skincare, souvenirs and live entertainment. A great place to shop, eat and people watch. FREMANTLE ROUNDHOUSE – The Round house was purpose built as a jail by the colonial settlers soon after their arrival in 1829. It is the oldest building in Western Australia. There are a range of views from the Round House which include the busy port of Fremantle port and adjoining coast line.
  • The overall house is well equipped. The living and dinning area is spacious and has been a comfortable and cosy space for 4 of us to chill after a hot day out. Kitchen especially, has been great... easy to eat in or warm take-outs. We have been preparing full breakfasts every day and even hosted a simple 10-pax dinner with no issue. The rather new and smart TV provided good entertainment. During our 9-day stay we had quite a few movie nights. The lighting in the rooms and living area can be brighter... and this could just be a personal preference. Two out of the three rooms have fans provided but no air-con. The only room with air-con is really old and was making disturbingly loud noise. Fortunately it was getting cooler at night so we could all do without air-con. The location of the house is easy to find and rather central. However, you do need a car to get to the nearest restaurants and supermarkets. When we first arrived at night, we spent quite a bit of time locating the key. detailed instruction was given but we were unfamiliar and had difficulty moving around in the dark. The whole neighbourhood was very dark. so would suggest the next guest to make arrangements to meet the host if arriving at night.

  • Graham's place was great. Conveniently located close to the Vic Park Restaurants and the Crown Casino. We stayed there to go to the theatre at Crown Casino and we simply walked there. The house is a cute character cottage and had plenty of room for us. We would stay there again for sure.

  • Great location in a leafy neighbourhood and walking distance to Perth CBD. The two-level unit is right above a bottle shop and there are quite a number of eateries nearby so that's convenient. However, I didn't realise that the unit is shared with a young family with two kids under 3yo who have very late bed times (around 11.30pm) and wake up pretty early (around 7am). The noise also travels and echoes up the stairwell, so you can hear everything happening on the lower floor. No problems for those not phased by constant noise and chatter, but probably not ideal for light sleepers. Also, the wifi is very weak at night, when everyone in the unit is using it. Apart from that, the family is nice and helpful.

    Our 1930's character home offers a totally private space for our guests. It comfortably fits 2 people (max 4 travelling together) and is located close to the city on a quiet street. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, large bedroom, 'breakfast' room and own bathroom!
    Your spacious, totally private area is the front wing of our home which is locked away from the rest of the house for yours and our privacy. You will not have to share any of the house with us. Your space houses 1 - 4 people travelling together with a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the breakfast room. Your space includes a large bedroom with queen-size bed, bedside table, flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, heater, ducted air conditioning (cooling only), wardrobe, iron, ironing board & luggage rack. You also have your own bathroom and another room which contains a double sofa-bed, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and 2 chairs. Complimentary basic breakfast supplies will be in this room on arrival (eg cereal, oats, milk, tea and coffee). The front porch is yours alone to use with an outdoor table, 2 chairs and BBQ.
    Victoria Park is a friendly, trendy but slightly gritty area to live and hang out in Perth. A quick walk to the end of our street will bring you to Albany Highway. You can turn left or right to walk to an endless supply of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. 1.5km away in the laneway of IGA, the TGIF Hawkers Markets are on every Friday evening 5pm - 9pm. Lots of affordable yummy food options and live music. 1km away at John McMillan park every Sunday morning is the Vic Park Farmers Markets from 8am - 12 noon. Great breakfast, coffee, local produce, artisan stalls and live music. 2km away is the Swan River for scenic walking, riding, dolphin spotting, picnics or a BBQ. Ask me for any recommendations for where to go in the area. I am passionate about Vic Park and supporting the businesses within it.

It was great to have our own space and the hosts have thought through every little detail to assure a comfortable stay. The breakfast provisions came in very handy for our early morning start to the Anzac Day dawn service. We had a busy few days in Perth catching up with friends and doing some shopping as we live in regional WA. The location was very handy for all our needs. The hosts have a great advice folder for guests with very good recommendations. What an awesome place! Thank you

  • The accommodation was great, ideal for what was needed and the fact that it is self contained but at a price you normally pay for a shared space was a bonus. The area was spacious, the bedroom well appointed with TV/DVD and good size wardrobe. The 2nd room was ideal for having some breakfast in the morning and it is a nice touch that there is all the things you need, milk/tea and even some jam etc in the fridge. The bathroom is very nice, brand new with good quality fixtures. Overall very good.

    I enjoyed the most wonderful stay at Lilly Street Studio with a thank you to the whole team! A clean refreshing environment perfectly located within walking distance to the free Cat bus, the beach, great cafes, shops, Fremantle markets, inspirational art galleries and more.... A cosy bright happy place with lots of little extras such as fruit, real salt and pepper and coffee just like Ali suggested with the garden outlook and side gate a lovely bonus.

    It's was awesome to stay in Brian's Accommodation. The environment design is totally same as what the picture show out. The room is completely with the facility and other electrical item and the bed come with heater function while stay in the cold winter period is really feeling warm in night. 2 little puppies was cute, we do enjoy the puppies come over play with us in several time. Other, the location is easy touch down to city and other places with nearest public transport like train and yellow cat bus. Overall, it's really a pleasure to have a great experience to stay in Brian's Accommodation and thanks for the pick up From/To Airport. Strongly recommend !
