Just booked in Minneapolis

Just booked in Minneapolis
This third-floor studio apartment with a woodsy feel and loft has all the privacy you need for a Twin Cities get-away weekend. As it is only four blocks from the Blue Line Metro, it has all of the downtown/airport accessibility for business and easy transfers to the Green Line Metro that runs to St. Paul and the University of Minnesota. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave (no stove). The studio space has two queen beds in different nooks.
Our space has two queen beds, a full bath, and a common space with a couch, sitting area and wood-burning stove, table and chairs, and a kitchenette. For breakfast, the Pow-Wow Cafe is right around the corner and the fabulous Maria's Cafe is right down the street. The space also has a fridge, sink, microwave, Keurig, hot pot, and panini maker (note: there is no stove/oven). In the summer, our home has AC units in the windows and a ceiling fan overhead. In the winter, the unit has forced air and a wood-burning stove. We are glad to provide a heating blanket to those who would like one. We have free parking on the street, but no reserved parking spots on the property. For the comfort of our guests, the queen mattresses have a 100% hypoallergenic, waterproof mattress protector covers.
There is plenty to do in the Minneapolis metro area, and our place is just .75 miles from downtown, including the Viking's Stadium, Gold Medal Park, and the Guthrie Theatre. We are 1.2 miles from the Minneapolis Convention Center and favorites such as Global Market and the Midtown Greenway. Lake Calhoun, Lake of the Isles, Lake Harriet, and Minnehaha Falls are just five miles away to the southwest and southeast of us. If you are coming to the cities for a gastronomic adventure, Hell's Kitchen, Matt's Bar (for the Juicy Lucy burger) or Fogo de Chao for a fancy dinner are just a short drive away. A note about our urban, ethnic neighborhood: we do live in the city center which means that our neighborhood is busy and very varied: our home is near bus lines, public spaces like parks, coffee shops, non-profit offices, other large old Victorian homes, government buildings, apartment complexes, health clinics, and the many different types of people traveling through the neighborhood on a daily basis. Urban city life is densely populated, so you will want to exercise city-smarts and common sense when traveling out late at night from our place. If that makes you uncomfortable, you might prefer to stay in one of the quieter neighborhoods outside the city center like Nokomis or Eden Prairie, White Bear, St. Louis Park, Plymouth, or Longfellow. We, however, love the energy of the city of Minneapolis. One of our favorite pluses of living in Minneapolis's city center in the Ventura Village neighborhood is the fact that we enjoy a huge diversity of neighbors from all parts of the world and with it the customs, the dress, the food, and vivacity that they all bring to Minneapolis.
  • We had a great first Airbnb experience with Zach and Betsy!

    Maren (Alex)2016-06-19T00:00:00Z
  • Had a lovely stay at Zach and Betsy's cozy place, albeit too brief (my friend and I were driving cross-country and sadly did not have much time to spend in Minneapolis before we had to get back on the road). The check-in process was very easy and Zach and Betsy are extremely communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here.

    Heather2018-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • We loved Zach and Betsy's place very much! Everything we did was either within walking distance or just a short and cheap Lyft ride away. Their home is AMAZING!

    Marissa2017-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • We had a fantastic stay and appreciated all the kind tips and amenities. Would definitely stay again!!

  • This tree top apartment is perfect. It's quiet and not too small. Zach & Betsy are very gracious and accommodating. We felt like the location was great as well. All of our activities seemed only 20 min. away at the most. When we return to Minneapolis, Zach & Betsy will be our first location check.

    David And Beth2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Zach and Betsy’s place was absolutely adorable! It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We took an Uber to the target center for a very low price. It was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood while being close enough to the city.

    Leah2018-01-06T00:00:00Z
  • Zach and Betsy’s place was perfect for a two night work trip. Me and a colleague stayed and the place was centrally located, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and Zach and Betsy communicated very clearly. I would come back next time I am in town!

Andrew H. Adams home: Built in 1891 by a master builder named T.P Healy. This beautiful Queen Ann victorian home is loaded with all the beauty and character you would expect from a master builder, as well as a completely updated kitchen and bath.
  • Loved staying here!

    Richard2017-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • This was an outstanding place to stay and I'll be back next time I'm in Minneapolis. The house is spotless, tastefully decorated, and full of classic character. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. There are great bars and restaurants (highly recommend Muddy Waters) within 20 minutes walking distance, and downtown Minneapolis is 2.5 miles away. The airport and Mall of America are only a 20 minute drive. The neighborhood is old and is not "wealthy," so if you're looking for a clean, suburban neighborhood you might feel a bit uncomfortable, but if you're up for a hip neighborhood that's just maybe a little bit seedy, this is your place. Can't wait to stay here again.

    Scott2016-11-16T00:00:00Z
  • This was a beautiful home just off Eat Street. The space was clearly cared for and the affordable price was even more unexpected given my actual experience.

    Benjamin2017-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • The house was a fantastic value. I arrived late at night, so i was given a passcode and came in the back door. The main level was HUGE and fully stocked. I stayed in the Blue room, I think one or two or the other rooms were airbnb'ed out, but I didn't see them once. The only gripe I had was that there was no warm/hot water. I turned the shower on and waited a few minutes, but the only two temperatures were cold and freezing.

    Jeff2016-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome residence. Comfortable and beautiful.

  • I was looking for a clean, affordable, and centrally-located place to stay during a business trip and Douglas's house was the perfect spot. Thank you!

    Lesley2016-12-03T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful ancient house with parking area. Very clean and quiet. The bed was super comfy! We would love to recommend this place.

    Aimee2017-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Gorgeous late 19th cen. house updated with modern comforts. Perfect for anyone seeking quiet, comfortable accommodations. Ample parking front and back. Close to I-35W but you wouldn't hear it from inside the house. The shower/bathroom is to die for. Close to Uptown/Downtown but still removed from the main hustle and bustle. Douglas was helpful and communicative even though he was out of town during our stay. Definitely a quality stay!

Our unit is a beautiful 1st floor flat with hardwood floors, lovely original wood, and lots of space.
The first floor unit of our 1910 home is spacious and light filled. It boasts original wood floors, built in, pocket doors, and boxed ceiling in the dining room. Each bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed.
We are within less than a mile and within walking distance to downtown, US Bank Stadium, Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Children's Hospital, HCMC, and the Convention Center. We are just a couple miles from the center of the University of Minnesota, Uptown, Lake Calhoun, Lake Harriet, Lake of the Isles, and Lake Nokomis. We love good food, so we can also point you in the direction of local eating hot spots. We love our neighborhood. So much so, that we bought another home right across the street where we are raising our three daughters. We appreciate its diversity and vibrancy and how centrally located it is to the entire metro!! Because we are in the heart of the city, we get to experience people from broad cultural and economic backgrounds in a densely populated area. Our neighborhood, Ventura Village, is a part of the most diverse neighborhood in the entire country with over 100 languages spoken here! There are restaurants, healthcare buildings, old Victorian homes, apartment buildings, and non-profit organizations. We consider it a privilege to live here, but it being in the heart of the city is not for everyone. During your stay, you may encounter lingering people panhandling. If this makes you feel uncomfortable, we may not be the place for you. Obviously, you will want to exercise "street smarts" as you would in any major metropolitan area. If you are looking for a quieter stay in the Twin Cities, you may prefer looking outside of our neighborhood. But we hope you won't. :)
  • I had a wonderful couple of nights here! I was welcomed right when I arrived and felt right at home! Josh really made every effort to make sure we (myself and the other guests at the time) were comfortable. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone, whether they are coming from near or far away.

  • This was a wonderful place for our one night stay in Minneapolis. The set-up is great with keypad entry to both the house and the private room. Amy and Josh were very clear and communicative. Would highly recommend their place!

    Carmen2018-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • The hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to enter/exit. I appreciate that no shoes are worn in the house. Location wise - very close to public transit that can take you to the light rail from which you can then explore the city. Neighborhood has an Aldi walking distance and some other basic stores, might be a little rougher for some folks. I did not feel unsafe in any way though.

    Tania2016-11-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great communication, very easy, well organized check in. Would stay again!

    Britta2017-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Very helpful and friendly host! The room is clean and comfortable to take a rest at. There are three private guest rooms and a shared living room with an awesome tv. The host is living in the opposite house in the street so it is very convenient to seek for help if you need any. The neighborhood is safe and close to public transport. Recommended place to stay at!

    Derek2017-05-31T00:00:00Z
  • This place fit our needs perfectly and it was great meeting others staying there along with the host Josh who knew a lot about the area and was willing to go above and bet to make sure we got the most out of our stay.

Urban sanctuary micro apt. in historic home. Minutes from downtown and uptown, centrally located in the bustling neighborhood of Whittier. One block from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Minneapolis Institute of Arts and the Children's Theatre Company. One block from 'Eat Street' - music venues, coffee shops, diverse restaurants.
This is a one room efficiency apt. on the first floor of a 135 year old triplex that's actively being restored. This is a small but very charming space, newly remodeled and efficiently designed. Create the mood you desire with a variety of recessed, dimmable lighting options. There is an abundance of storage with an oversized closet and a spacious multi-compartmented armoire. The apt. has space saving pocket doors, bamboo hardwood floors, a full kitchen with amenities, free washer and dryer, and a spacious bathroom with a claw foot tub and a skylight. Wifi and free off street parking available.
In all humility, this neighborhood is happenin. We are the heart of the city; authentic, truly diverse and rich with history. Located one block off of 'Eat Street', German, Greek, Jamaican, Malaysian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Middle Eastern, coal fired pizza and an amazing organic market/deli are all within steps from your back gate or within a block or two. Relax with a great cup of coffee at the 'Spyhouse' at the end of the alley or enjoy a fantastic breakfast/lunch/dinner at the 'Copper Hen' right across the alley.
  • This was my second time staying in one of Colin's apartments. A very good experience again. The sweat equity Colin has put into restoring his property and very thoughtfully designing the space for airbnb clientele is apparent, as is what I believe to be his art major background. The place isn't 'luxe' or fancy but is clean, comfortable and very well curated, with all that you need in a small space. Nice touches include a great selection of magazines to read.

    Jonathan2016-05-06T00:00:00Z
  • This spot was exactly as advertised and I really enjoyed my stay. Colin is a great host and his tiny apartment is a hidden gem.

    Giovanni2017-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay in. I really loved the decor and the coziness of the apartment. Communicating with Colin was very quick and easy. The location of the place was also perfect as it is near Uptown and downtown.

    Johanna2017-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful apartment in a unique property that looks like it's being lovingly and carefully restored. I was able to let myself in with a late check-in and all the details were thoughtfully covered. Sweet, efficient room with Scandinavian-style details and just enough luxury. Would stay again!

    Sarah2015-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely fantastic stay! Will definetly stay again, very curtious host and a clean apartment, super comfy bed ❤

    Redbird2017-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • Colin 's place was a prefect solo getaway! The micro studio had everything I needed - the Wi-Fi was a little spotty (he provides an ethernet cord but my Mac doesn't support it) but not a deal breaker for me. Comfortable bed! Great size bathroom. Clean. Surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of things. The location is close to cafes and restaurants and a quick shot to downtown and uptown. Great value, will definitely consider booking again the next time I'm traveling through Minneapolis. Thanks Colin!

    Daniel2016-04-23T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy and perfect!

    Julia2018-03-26T00:00:00Z
  • This charming Airbnb was just perfect for my husband, furbaby and myself! We stayed in unit 2 and it was modern with a touch of the vintage originality the house still holds. The house itself was stunning because of how much work Colin has put into it. The fact that our pup could come was just perfect! Great fenced in yard too. Colin was around outside working and made us feel like it was our house as well. No complaints! We'll most definitely be returning!

My place is close to green space--just four blocks to the gorgeous Victory Memorial Parkway. You’ll love my place because of how accessible highways are to get to all parts of the Twin Cities. I'm a ~10 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis. I'm about 25 minutes by car to the MSP airport and Paisley Park. I live in a very residential neighborhood, there aren't coffee shops or grocery options within walking distance. I love hosting, and meeting guests from all walks of life!
I love the energy of this room! It's at the front of the house, on the main floor, and right off the living room. It has a super comfortable king sized bed with memory foam topper. The unconventional piece is that the doors are folding doors, with curtains for privacy and light. You're on the main floor of my home, and will be sharing the guest bathroom with other guests if the other room on the main floor is booked.
My neighborhood is very residential--we're in the Cleveland neighborhood of Minneapolis. I love my neighborhood for it's diversity, history, and proximity to nature and all that the Twin Cities have to offer. You're in a big metropolitan area, but guests often comment how quiet it is. You may hear siren traffic, as we're very close to North Memorial hospital, and not far from a few major thoroughfares throughout the city. In the warmer months, the kids that live on my block play outside, and neighbors may have a birthday party or football event. You may hear a loud car or two passing through, even at night. All a part of living in the city!
  • Elise is a great, more than accommodating host and has an absolutely wonderful home!

  • Nice Clean Place.

    Sumeet2018-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • Elise is a phenomenal and accessible host who had awesome accommodations for my four-night stay. I had some of the best sleep of my life in that giant, comfortable bed! The room itself is quite private, and there is plentiful public space in her house to lounge and make food. Her living area (minus the kitchen and laundry) is on the second floor, so the main floor is mostly used only by the guests. There is ample parking on the street right in front of her house, and cooking in the kitchen was pleasant. If I vacation in the Twin Cities again, this will definitely be my first choice in lodging.

    Mark2017-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • Nice place to stay in Minneapolis. It's quiet and you can reach downtown fairly quickly.

We have reinvented the traditional Bed & Breakfast by catering to the needs of the modern traveler. The mansion provides luxury accommodations for all types of stays including business travel, romantic vacations, cross-country overnights, special occasions, and corporate retreats. The mansion is immaculately restored to preserve its architectural significance, along with modern amenities. Parking & Hot Tub available for additional fee.
Hand carved Victorian bed that looks like a throne (no joke) in a wonderful mansion! The main mansion encompasses thousands of square feet of common area including a formal dining room, grand drawing room, and library, all of which we encourage our guests to enjoy. The estate also houses an original carriage house, porches around the house, and three unique gardens.
On the hill overlooking Loring Park in Downtown Minneapolis. The mansion is walking distance to everything downtown.
  • Such a wonderful place to stay for business or pleasure! I arrived late (around 10pm) and Sam stayed up for me. There were snacks and bottled water in the room which was wonderful because I was hungry. I really appreciated the breakfast and especially the coffee. The house is absolutely beautiful and the owners encouraged me to explore. I was in town for a conference and walked to the conference location (walkable to both the Hyatt Regency and the Convention Center). There's a park nearby as well. The only thing that took a second to get used to was the noise the radiator made in my room. I've never had a radiator before and when it kicked on the first time I nearly fell out of my bed! But I'll take a noisy radiator for a beautiful house and wonderful hosts any day. If I'm ever in Minneapolis again I will absolutely be back!! Madonna (the great dane) and I were fast friends and I miss her already. Thank you!!

    Kelsey2017-04-01T00:00:00Z
  • This place was absolutely gorgeous! My mother and I had come up for a show and needed a place to stay, we saw the pictures online and fell in love. Upon arrival, we were blown away with everything. From being greated by Madonna (sweetest dog ever) to being given a full tour of the mansion, I will defintely be coming back! This historic place is one that I could to take a trip out just to explore the area further. The price is great, the hosts were exceptional and the stay is beyond worth the 6 hour drive we took.

    Rhea2017-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • The mansion has fascinating history, and really feels luxurious to stay in. The hosts are super welcoming and friendly, and their dog Madonna is an adorable delight. Will definitely be staying here again

    Ben2017-04-12T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful mansion, gorgeous outdoor hot tub space that felt very secluded, and easygoing, communicative hosts.

    Brianna2017-05-26T00:00:00Z
  • I was very pleased with my stay in this beautiful mansion. Lovingly restored, the owners have done a fantastic job of reviving the space and giving you a glimpse into historic Minneapolis. In particular, I really appreciated all the historical photos and info throughout the house. The moment you arrive you feel right at home - from leaving your shoes at the door to the host carrying your bags up the stairs. It was fun speaking with the owners each morning, as they were quick to share information about the city and the house. Loring Park is a great neighborhood for someone traveling either for business or pleasure. The park itself is beautiful, and the downtown business district is minutes away. There are some great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I was in town for business, but would love to come back and stay in this space with my spouse!

    Leah2018-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • Amanda’s place was delightful. My husband and I cane up on a business trip and this place was the perfect spot to stay. It was South from Minneapolis so nicely away from the chaos of the city, but close enough to everything we needed. It is close to the Mall of America. Close to downtown. It was great! The place was nice and toasty when we arrived and it was an easy check-in process with the pin code lock. We never had to worry about a key! I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Beautiful, sunny second level of a historic corner store house in the heart of the NE Minneapolis Arts District. Walk to the best cafes, taprooms and restaurants in town, enjoy a full kitchen and comfortable bed, and have locally roasted coffee on the private deck. Near downtown. Private, secure, quiet, great for families or business travelers! Come enjoy everything this great neighborhood has to offer. Check out the 1st floor apartment here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/16704400?preview
Welcome to Northeast Minneapolis! You'll be staying in your own private apartment -- the entire second level of what used to be a corner grocery store. Built in 1902, the space is unique, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches, yet retains its historic and charming character. Located near downtown, the U of M, and the Mississippi river. Enjoy the spacious, open layout, take advantage of the beautiful private backyard, and explore the neighborhood! Upon arrival, you can let yourself in with the keypad lock -- we'll provide the code when you book. Head up the stairs, and you'll be right inside the open and light-filled living room, where there's a large sofa, chaise lounge, and our handmade coffee/end tables. In the adjoining den, there is a desk, a sofa, and a flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. The bedroom is small but cozy, with plenty of room to hang up your clothes, and a super comfortable queen-sized memory-foam mattress with lots of pillows and a down comforter. There are bedside tables with lamps and outlets for your phones. In the mornings, brew some locally roasted coffee beans or tea (we provide both) in the sunny kitchen, which has everything you need to cook up a storm -- convection oven and gas range, large fridge, pots/pans/utensils/dishes, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, plenty of counter space, good knives, and a concrete rolling island. Have breakfast outside on the deck among the treetops overlooking the large, wildflower-filled private backyard, where, later in the day, you might decide to have a barbecue, or to sit around the fire pit on a starry night with a drink. The apartment will sleep five people, but is most comfortable with two or three. In addition to the main bed, we provide an 18" high, auto-inflate air mattress with its own linens and comforter, which is comfortable and sleeps two people. There is a very comfortable sofa, too. Your host, Pete, lives on the property, and is typically close by whenever you might need anything! I'm always happy to meet and spend time giving you a tour, or recommendations.
When you venture out, you will find yourself in the heart of the Northeast Arts District -- a safe, charming residential neighborhood that is within 1-2 miles of coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and all manner of excellent restaurants, bars, and attractions, in addition to incredible local breweries, hundreds of artist studios, and more. Our street is a designated bikeway, among many others that cover the entire city. Minneapolis is one of the best biking cities in the country, and we provide maps and route advice to get you just about anywhere. We are close to the center of downtown, the famous chain of lakes, Target Field, US Bank Stadium, The Guthrie, and the riverfront. The largest art crawl/festival in the nation, Art-a-Whirl, takes place directly in our neighborhood every May.
  • We stayed here for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The space is bright and feels like home. And the location is perfectly situated near everything you want to do in Northeast. Peter and Kathryn have great taste and were easy to communicate with throughout the process. We will definitely be back again!

  • Pete and Katie's apartment was great! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location! It is exactly how it looks in the photos. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to MN. Thanks for a great stay!

  • Nestled in the quiet NE neighborhood the upper duplex was cute, clean and everything we needed. Peter and Kathryn responded quickly to my questions and made check in and out easy. They were great hosts and I would definitely stay there again.

    Colleen2015-11-01T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful experience staying four nights at Pete and Kathryn's Corner Store! It is a lovely little house in a very pretty, quiet, but hip neighborhood. We enjoyed the large living room area and kitchen, the bedroom, and the beautiful, sunny private deck and yard full of bird song and lilacs in abundance all throughout the neighborhood. Pete was so friendly and responsive, replying to texted questions right away, and gave great tips on where to go in the neighborhood and beyond. It was a perfect introduction to the city, as NE Minneapolis seems to be close and easy access to everything, and very walkable to cool places in the neighborhood itself. We were a bit of a late night group, and really appreciated that Pete was responsive even in the later hours when we had questions. All in all, we paid the same price as a moderate hotel, but didn't have to deal with the sterility of a typical hotel, and got so much more - a beautiful neighborhood, a kitchen, a connection to outside on the deck. Truly a lovely experience. Thank you Pete and Kathryn!

  • I had a great stay. I had no problems upon arrival and the apartment is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to downtown using public transportation.

  • Lovely & relaxing place. Peter was a great host.

  • Clean and stylish, enjoyed our stay. Bright and airy and plenty warm despite the frosty weather outside. Comfortable bed and pillows.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Peter's place in Minneapolis! The apartment is adorable and homey. We particularly liked its unique style and the neighborhood it's located in. Peter's Guidebook to the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District was full of helpful tips, especially for a group who had never been to the city before. Peter was kind and communicative. I'd definitely stay at the Corner Store again!

This cute, little Minneapolis suite is 100% private with its own entrance, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. It’s on the 2nd floor of our home and completely closed off from our living quarters. Our neighborhood is located less than 3 miles to downtown in the desirable NE area of the city. We’re 1/2 block east of the Mississippi River, 1 block to public transport, and close to several bike paths, including one along the river into downtown Minneapolis. Close, free street parking is available.
We love hosting and having a private space connected to our home to give people personal accommodations during their stay in Minneapolis. It’s a great little space to land while visiting MInnesota! The main portion of the room/suite is approximately 11’x11’ with an additional 4’x6’ entryway and a bathroom. The room offers a queen bed, nightstand, countertop with a sink and cabinets below, a small table, and two stools. The en-suite private bathroom has a glass door shower, toilet and vanity. All bedding and linens are laundered between each stay with free and clear detergent. Provided: 50” Smart TV w/Netflix WiFi Iron Fabric steamer Mini-fridge Microwave Toaster oven Coffee pot Tea kettle Starbucks coffee pods Tea Hot Chocolate
Northeast Minneapolis is full of charm and neighborhood camaraderie. It is known for the arts district, breweries, and amazing food. Our street is in the quiet neighborhood of Marshall Terrace just east of the Mississippi, with a great view of downtown just around the corner. We are a short drive from all of the major Minneapolis event locations.
  • So far, this has been the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! The space is super clean. The bedding is so comfortable- we slept like babies. The amenities , decor, and attention to detail are superb. Krista provides everything that you might need during your travels; toiletries, sound machine, small fridge, iron, etc. Bonus- light snacks and beverages were available! Great location, in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants, bars, coffee/ice cream shop, etc. Fast WiFi, easy parking, and easy check in. I highly recommend this place:)

    Jocelyn2018-06-08T00:00:00Z
  • Krista and Nick were amazing hosts! They truly went above and beyond with answering questions and concerns that I had. The space was clean and SO cute. There were many adorable touches to the space that overall highlight how thoughtful these hosts are. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

    Mary Jane2018-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • This was our second time staying at Krista's place and definitely not our last! Krista is a fantastic host that includes small personal touches throughout her lovely space. The space is perfect for one or two people and is very clean, stylish and welcoming. It was fairly warm outside but the space remained nice and cool. Krista was very communicative and made sure that we were comfortable at all times. This is the best Airbnb in Minneapolis!

    Jena2018-07-04T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a pleasant stay. Felt like our own little apartment. The chocolate chip cookies were the icing on the cake!

    Jordan2018-06-04T00:00:00Z
  • This bnb fit perfectly into my plans to attend Art-a-Whirl in NE Minneapolis. Krista was gracious in letting me check in a little early so I could rest up before hitting the art studios. This location is walking distance from some cool night spots such as Psycho Susie’s. Also, the restaurant with the working Ferris wheel. We had a great time. Bed was comfy, shower was hot and the place was spotless. Very satisfying stay. I highly recommend Krista’s place!

    Christine2018-05-20T00:00:00Z
  • The space was small, but actually more spacious than I would have guessed from the photos. It was cute and thoughtful, and even she left us some delicious treats there. We did not have the opportunity to do any sightseeing, but there was great information posted about the room.

    Elizabeth2018-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful amazing place! Perfect for couples or someone just visiting town. Private everything! Only thing needed was a t.v. and you are set! Also the price is the same as a motel so maybe give a deal like instead of 60 do 50? Reason why is because you do airbnb to avoid the costs of motels and hotels but what is the point when the cost of renting one is the same? Otherwise nice place didnt stay long though to look around just mainly slept. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THOUGH.

    Fernando2018-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • This was such a great place to stay! Highly recommend it to anyone in the area. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the space and cute little touches that made it a cozy room. The private entrance was super convenient so we could come and go as we pleased. The one drawback was that it wasn’t quite as close to downtown as we thought, but there are bikes you can rent super close and the ride in was lovely! We would definitely stay here again :)

Come relax in this calm retreat with garden level views. close to downtown. Directly access your room via common hallway just right inside the door. Attached private full bath/shower with solid wood cabinets and granite countertops. Room has mini fridge with separate freezer and microwave, coffee and coffee pot, and two sets of dishes. Laundry room has Iron and Ironing board available.
This room was recently remodeled with extensive sound proofing, to help muffle conversations. The home was built in 1888 by a pioneering grain merchant family Albert and Laura Harrington.
Centrally located on the edge of downtown. Less than 12 blocks to US Bank stadium, Minneapolis convention center, HCMC hospital , Children hospital, Phillips eye institute. A few miles east of Uptown.
  • The freshly-renovated room is almost like a hotel room with ready access, your own bathroom plus a refrigerator and microwave. The owners are generous with towels, toiletries (including homemade soap and lotion), coffee, and a beautiful blooming backyard. Most impressive is the availability of back-up housemates and neighbors who can quickly intervened to solve a snafu.

  • Clean basement room with private entrance. Hostess is wonderful. Convenient to Viking Stadium and restaurant life. You will need to park on the street though.

  • Once I was settled in, I noticed my host was looking through my window from the outside of their home. Then shortly after was reminded that there's no smoking in the house. With me having no intentions on smoking I was very offended about the accusation and the disturbance of my privacy.

    Sheron2017-08-11T00:00:00Z

My home is an easy exit right by I-94, centered between both City centers — immediately off the light rail & bus stops, ½-mile or less from 24-hr grocery, CVS, and Super Target. Great eating nearby, Summit Ave mansions & Grand Ave shoppes just 1 mi south! You’ll love the Queen bed's dual-control micro-plush mattress warmers, the great hardwood floors, the Kohler shower head, full kitchen w/ gas stove, laundry if you need it — make yourself right at home! Great for 1 or 2 — second listing avail!
  • The apartment is located in a strategic place. It is near a bank, coffee shop, supermarket, and gas station. It is hosted by a great host. Brad, the owner, is kind and cooperative host.

    Aqeel2018-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed 4 nights in Brad's place and it was great! Close to bus and rail stations which made it easy to get everywhere to Minneapolis and even within St Paul! There are other good places within walking distance too like supermarket, drug stores, and fast food. I did have the misfortune of visiting during a heat wave unfortunately, and while I'm unsure if air conditioning was available, Brad definitely hooked it up with the fans, plural! Helped a ton when trying to sleep every night!

    Peter2018-05-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great location. Brad is super friendly. I would certainly stay again.

    Colin2017-04-09T00:00:00Z
  • Brad has a very cool home right between the twin cities, perfect location to explore them both. He's also a great host, very kind and easy to talk to. Would 100% recommend!

    Cody2017-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • The facilities of the house were good. Good Internet connection, many shops nearby. Brad is a nice guy, he is friendly and helpful.

    Vlad2017-05-13T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to spend a few nights. Although I did not get a chance to meet Brad during my short stay - he was busy with work - I found his home to be exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-located, with easy street parking. Brad gave clear instructions for check-in, too, which I appreciated. Highly recommend.

    Anderson2018-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Brad is an amazing host! He is very quick in responding and provides great directions to his home! Highly recommend this place as it is a great bargain and a great place to lay your head!

  • Brad was a great host- very flexible and interesting to talk to. His home is welcoming with eclectic decor. The room was neat and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable and warm. Despite the location, the noise level in the rooms are minimal and didn't affect my sleep or comfort one bit. Would definitely stay there again.

Welcome! Our house is perfect for 1-2 guests & features your own private suite w/ queen bed, large closet & private bathroom (see our floor plan above). Guests have access to the entire 1st floor including laundry, kitchen & living room. Located in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis, you will be walking distance to bars/breweries, grocery stores, restaurants & parks. We are only 2 miles from Target Field (Twins), Target Center (Twolves), US Bank (Vikings) & TCF Stadium (U of M).
Our guest room and private bathroom offers great privacy on our main floor. The bedroom has a lockable door and is located next to your own private bathroom with shower (towels and toiletries included). Our bedroom and bathroom are upstairs which offers more privacy for our guests!
Our neighborhood is amazing for a stay in Minneapolis! Our house is just over the river from downtown. We are walking distance to breweries, bars, restaurants, grocery store, downtown. We are less than 2 miles to Target Field, Target Center, TCF Bank Stadium and US Bank Stadium. Uber rides are less than $7 to all of these stadiums. Even with our central location, our street is quiet.
  • I stayed here while my daughter was visting Univ of MN. It was perfect...just a few minutes away from campus, very quiet neighborhood, and very clean and updated house. The room is as advertised, and Shannon and Christian were very welcoming. An excellent value. I'd stay here again.

    Nancy2018-03-28T00:00:00Z
  • The inviting hospitality of Shannon and Christian's residence is great for the over-night traveler who just needs a place to relax & rest while passing through the city for a night in the very tranquil neighborhood of St. Anthony on the east side of the Mississippi River. The check-in process was very easy and Shannon provided great communication throughout the tenure of my stay. It is within easy walking distance of some great food establishments and local microbreweries/pubs. I safely walked to Target Field located on the opposite side of the river and left the vehicle parked at the home while attending a Twins baseball day game. I would recommend this place to anyone if you do not mind staying within the host's living arrangements and adapting to the subtle noises by the hosts daily activities. The price is very reasonable for this small inconvenience considering the price tag to stay at local hotels in the downtown and having to deal with paid parking. This home is a nice alternative for the budget conscious traveler.

    Anthony2018-08-02T00:00:00Z

    Jérôme2018-04-21T00:00:00Z
  • Easy to get to from the MSP airport. Did not require uber/lyft for my any of needs in the downtown area! Quick response time to emails was wonderful. Definitely recommend for the feeling of safety and warmth of the hosts and their home.

    Joyce2018-04-06T00:00:00Z
  • This stay is a good value for the money. The hosts are very friendly and will chat with you, or they will give you privacy on the first floor of the house. The queen bed is very comfortable and there is a large closet in the bedroom. The bathroom is right outside the bedroom door. Everything is clean and it's very convenient not to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. We had full use of the kitchen and living room during our stay. Parking is on the street in front of the house. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to downtown.

    Brenda2017-10-26T00:00:00Z

  • Julia's place was absolutely perfect for our visit to Minneapolis: walking distance to Matthew's park, Birchwood, and Seward Coop, the space let us feel very neighborhoody in our visit. There is ample street parking (though Julia said we could park behind the house, too), and we were so thrilled to know we also had access to the peaceful and sweet backyard. Shower water=hot, bed=comfy; we will definitely stay again next time we swing through Minneapolis!

Barbara went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable in a new place and was very accommodating, even letting me in well before the stated original check-in time. The actual room was perfect for one person and the wi-fi was very fast and provided a good connection for getting some work done! She even had some cookies for me to help me make even more at home! Barbara was helpful in letting me use extra amenities and recommending places to eat and things to do around the area! I have zero complaints and will be staying at the same place if I ever head back to Minneapolis! Thanks Barbara!

You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood. Just a couple of blocks from downtown Hopkins for shopping and restaurants. We are 10 miles west of Minneapolis. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
This is a basement apartment, so you will hear some footsteps, and I have a small dog. I have really tried to think of everything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is small, but includes a microwave, gas oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and a full supply of pots and pans, and a crock pot. There will be toast and cereal, coffee and tea for you to enjoy. The love seat pulls out into a bed for additional sleeping space. I think the space is a little crowded for three adults, but it is doable. There is prism TV with lots of channels, as well as a blue ray player and movies.
Hopkins has small town charm, but modern entertainment. The restaurant options are unique; we now have Japanese, Tibetan, Mexican, and Brazilian fare, as well as a pub, several traditional restaurants, and a brewery. There is a new comedy club in Hopkins, a cheap movie theatre, and the Hopkins Center for the Arts. Hopkins is also a hub for area bike trails. There is easy access to Minneapolis lakes via bike trails, and we are 15 minutes away by car.
  • Very warm clean and inviting! Everything was there for us!

  • Beth is the perfect Air BNB host! She thought of everything. Breakfast items with orange juice and milk in the fridge, travel items that may have been forgotten, and directions to help along the way. The apartment was cozy and highly recommended for anyone staying one or more days. The communication was great and it was easy to find and get around. The perfect stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you Beth!

Clean, large basement room with private shower (like a suite!) steps away from the U of M/Dinkytown 5 min by bus to downtown. Safe neighborhood with good restaurants, bars, and coffee shops close. 10 min walk to Saint Anthony Falls/Mississippi River
This is a basement room in a lovely, cosy house in a great, safe and central location. It is in the basement and has it's own shower and bathroom so will be like your own little studio seperate from the rest the house. There is huge, comfy Ikea bed in this room that is large enough for 2. Located right in Dinkytown close to Downtown and the U of M. FREE WI FI. Plenty of space. Clean bathroom and kitchen can be used at your disposal. The beautiful Stone Arch Bridge is a 10 minute walk away. you can get a Nice Ride bike and go on a very scenic bike ride with many bike paths in the area. For the size of the room, house and location you will not find a better price in Minneapolis. I will provide fresh bed linens, towels, shampoo, soap, etc. There is free coffee/tea/toast etc in the kitchen. Help yourself!
Safe, urban and vibrant neighborhood in the heart of the city. Great for foodies, plenty of amazing places to eat and supermarkets close by. and downtown and the lightrail (to get to the airport and Mall of America) is less than a 10 min bus ride away.
  • El lugar es como lo ves en la foto. Muy importante tienes tu propio bano con una ducha fantástica. Lo mejor es la ubicación y transporte a todos lados. Muy buenos pubs cerca!!!!

    Marcela2017-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • Sunit was very proactive in describing how to get into the apartment, which went very smoothly, and the location is ideal for visiting UMN and seeing downtown Minneapolis.

    Barry2016-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great location by university. Convenient transportation near by. And host are easily accessible.

    Celeste2017-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • Sunit was terrific to communicate with from the beginning and always had fast and friendly replies. His house is lovely, clean, and in a great location. If you're in Minneapolis, Sunit and his homes are experiences you'll want to add to your trip. Thanks again, Sunit!

    Brad2016-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Sunit is very good host his place is in a great location felt at home this is a good place to stay and will stay there again

    Brad2016-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • Sunit was welcoming, but greeted me with news that my ensuite bathroom was out-of-order. A plumber was scheduled for the next morning. Once my host had left for the evening I discovered that the remaining bathroom had no hot water. I chose to stay elsewhere for the remainder of my visit in Minneapolis. The neighborhood is lively and has good food options, and sits on the edge of the University's Dinky Town neighborhood.

    Diane2016-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • The neighborhood is safe and fine. Park place could be found in the street but in the evening is a bit difficult since home owners are occupiying the street parking.

    Tiwan2016-05-15T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great place to stay for low-maintenance younger adults. It's not the newest building, so don't expect state of the art amenities. But honestly, it has all of the basics: private bedroom and bath with internet access. I needed a place to stay for 3 weeks and this met all my criteria. Considering the price and location, I think it's a great value stay and Sunit was quick to respond to any questions I had. Great host, very respectful of personal space and friendly. The only thing that I think is worth mentioning is that the basement room doesn't really lock, which isn't something that bothered me, but might bother others. I stayed here for 3 weeks without any issues and would stay here again.

Uptown Minneapolis 1 BD apt w/in walking distance of all restaurants, shopping, bars & lakes! 1BD w/ king bed, brand new kitchen & bathroom.
$15 pet fee (per pet) for animals. Fee covers the entire duration of your stay! Completely updated kitchen and new bathroom and shower area. Brand new king bed and 60" tv. We have fiber optic internet that goes up to 100 mbps. The sofa does not pull out and can sleep one guest comfortably. Please let us know if you would like an extra set of sheets and comforter for the sofa when you book. Extra charges for laundry may apply. There are tenants upstairs so if you hear footsteps, just know that people live up there but are respectful of that. We have a fireplace in the unit as you see in photos but it is not in working order and has been sealed.
This is very vibrant and fun part of town. Uptown is generally the place where all the locals in Minneapolis like to visit or live by. There are so many great restaurants, bars and lakes near by that make uptown such a great neighborhood. The best part is that you can walk everywhere! CHECK OUT my guidebook for all our recommendations of where to eat and visit when your in town! Here are a couple below. Lake Calhoun, Lake of the Isles & Lake Harriet These are the lakes that make Minneapolis and especially Uptown great. They are a short walk (3-5 min depending on the lake) from my location. They are all in a row, so you can walk around one after the other if you are so inclined. 2 of the 3 feature fun restaurants on the lake. Stella's Fish Cafe - Fun rooftop deck that will allow you to see the Minneapolis skyline. Mostly serving seafood. It's only a 2-3 min walk from my place. Most dishes are between $15-$30 Bar Louie - The closest restaurant to my place and is the newest spot in Uptown. Mostly American fare, but very good at the $10-$20 meal price. It's very trendy, hip and fun. They have a very large outdoor patio that makes it fun when the weather is nice. They also have plenty of outdoor heaters when its cold! This place is a great spot to grab drinks and watch a game and also to go out on the weekends! Very young at night and it's the place to go and be seen in Uptown. Chino Latino - GREAT place to go any celebrate any special occasion. Very unique interior and offers a very unique Asian Infused menu. Highly recommend. Meals are around $15-$25. If you are going for a birthday, call in advance and they will put the name of the birthday guest on the menu for you! Birch Steak House - If you are looking for a great 4-5 star restaurant, look no further than to the newest steak house in Minneapolis. This place is VERY popular, so make sure to make a reservation if you are planning on going. They have an awesome menu that would compete with any of the larger steakhouses. If steak isn't your thing, check out their basement where they serve Margarita Pizzas. It's also a great place to get a drink and check out the cool decor. Prices are around $20-$50 for Birch. It is about a 10 min walk from my place. Calhoun Square - If you are looking todo any shopping while in Minneapolis, this is a great spot to start. There are a fair amount of stores and within the block radius of this place there are NUMEROUS other ones including American Outfitters, Apple, Victoria Secret, American Apparel, REI, Heartbreakers, H&M to name a few. There are also tons of other small shops that are local to check out.
  • Great location in the heart of Uptown, beautiful and clean apartment. Would recommend!

    Macall2016-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • Nice new kitchen and bathroom. Comfy bed. Location couldn’t be better. A great value for one or two people.

    Steve2016-01-10T00:00:00Z
  • Luke and Katie were very responsive to our inquiries and helpful in getting us settled and in extendimg our stay (we needed to attend to family matters longer than expected). The listing was as presented. Very much appreciate having reading lamps on both sides of the bed. Kitchen was light and airy. The unit was clean. Parking on the weekend was a challenge perhaps more so than how it was described. We also had someone pounding at our door at 3 am on Saturday night (for 15 minutes), we think it may have been a tenant who lost his key and may have stayed out too late. Very disconcerting as the entry way has glass doors. Did not have a restful sleep afterwards. Contacted our hosts, they were apologetic.

    Claude2016-06-06T00:00:00Z
  • Luke and Katie's place is ideally located for exploring the WONDERFUL Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis. They were warm, responsive hosts; check-in and check-out were very well communicated. All was as advertised - we will definitely consider a return visit!

    Steve2016-10-23T00:00:00Z
  • We were in town for work, and it was so lovely coming home to this apartment every night! The apartment is wonderful, the neighborhood is adorable with lots of places in walking distance, and they even left a guide to the area with their favorite restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. I would absolutely stay here again if I were to come back, thank you Luke and Katie!

    Megan2016-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Katie and Luke's home was wonderful! The space is very cozy and makes it truly feel like your own place once you ger settled. The Uptown location of the home was ideal for my girlfriend and I as we were able to walk around most locations without any issue and finding parking was rarely ever a problem. Personally, as my first Airbnb experience, I could not be more thrilled that it came from such great, attentive hosts who clearly directed us on how to get in and out of their home. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

    Gabriel2016-07-11T00:00:00Z
  • Great location and lovely hosts!

    Melissa2016-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • Luke and Katie’s place was awesome. It’s much larger than I expected, and was well decorated and well equipped. Check-in was smooth and easy, and they responded quickly when contacted. The neighbourhood is great too - tons of options for food, coffee and drinks, with shopping and transit incredibly close. The upstairs tenants can be noisy but otherwise we had an amazing stay. I’d recommend and would stay again.

My place is good for couples, adventurers, nature loving people and business travelers. It is very very clean and I ask people who also care for cleanness to reserve my place.
The room is just like a hotel room but bigger and with seperate entrance. There is a kitchenett in the room with a ref, a microwave , a coffee maker and table setting in the room. The bathroom gets clean by steamer to sanitize the bathroom space plus all handles and touchable surfaces is being sanitized after every guest. Also the TV remote control gets a new plastic wrap for every new guest.
It's so peacefull, calm, nature loving.

My house is 3 bed 1 bath 1.5 story house built in 1938.
This large room is the only room upstairs. So you will have the whole upstairs to yourself. The bed is a queen.
The house is located in in a small quiet suburb called Richfield, which is right next to Minneapolis. I listed it as Minneapolis because that's where most map programs think it is.
  • The house is lovely, well located (one bus from downtown ),clean and in a quiet zone, Peter is a very nice and gentle person

    Nicola2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • Peter's place was perfect! The bed was really comfy and the window AC Unit kept the room at a comfortable temperature. We were pretty busy during our stay so we didn't get to interact with Peter very much, but he was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay with Peter again and would recommend his place to anyone staying in Minneapolis!

We invite you to stay in our home! We have a cozy guest bedroom available in our quiet, two-story home built in the 1920s. Located in the Southeast Como neighborhood, our home is conveniently situated near the University of Minnesota, TCF Stadium, and Dinkytown - about a 15 to 30-minute walk to any of these locations. Guests love our home because of how close it is to the University of Minnesota. A great location for visiting students, alumni, parents, and those attending conferences on campus.
*Looking for travel credit? Sign up here and you'll get $40 towards your 1st stay: www.airbnb.com/c/kha107 --- Hi there! We are Kevin and Caitlin and we are two young professionals living in our two-story, single family home with our 17-pound dog Charlotte. Our house is an older home that was built in the 1920s and contains the original woodwork and built-in cabinets. We live in the Southeast Como neighborhood of Minneapolis, a lively student neighborhood located just north of the University of Minnesota. We enjoy meeting new people and decided to rent out the spare guest bedroom in our house. Our house is conveniently located close to the main University of Minnesota campus and is also a short Uber or Lyft ride to Downtown and Northeast Minneapolis. Our guest room features an Alexander Signature Series Mattress from Nest Bedding™. Guests often say that it's one of the best mattresses they've ever slept on! The guest room also comes with a small desk, nightstand, table lamp, dresser, and closet. The door to the guest room has a latch that locks from the inside for travelers that might want additional privacy. If you're interested in staying with us, please tell us a little bit about yourself and what brings you into town. We want to make sure you have a great stay in our home! ***For summertime guests - please note that we do not have air conditioning in our home. The temperatures in Minneapolis during the summer are usually in the mid-80s and in the 70's during the evening, so A/C usually isn't necessary (one of the perks of living in Minnesota), but if you're especially sensitive to heat, you might want to consider a different place.***
The Southeast Como neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood conveniently located north of the University of Minnesota campus and a short bus ride, Uber/Lyft ride, or bike ride to Downtown and Northeast Minneapolis. The neighborhood is a mix of college students, young families, and older folks that have lived in the neighborhood for years. There are a number of dining options located just a block away from our house. - The Blue Door Pub is considered one of the best burgers in the Twin Cities and the restaurant has great local beers on tap. We come here pretty often. The wings are really good too. - Ramen Kazama is a new Ramen spot that opened up right around the corner from our house. It's one of the most highly rated Ramen spots in Minneapolis and is highly recommended! - Black Coffee and Waffle Bar serves top notch waffles and is great for getting a cup of coffee in the morning. It's also a good study spot if you need to get work done. - Football Pizza serves some of our favorite pizza in the Twin Cities. Really convenient if you're looking for some good food you can take to go. - The Dinkytown neighborhood is a short 10-minute walk away and has great bar and restaurant options that cater primarily to the college crowd. We especially like eating at Shuang Cheng, Pagoda, and Loring Pasta Bar. - The University of Minnesota campus is also about a 15 to 30 minute walk away depending on where on campus you are looking to go. Our location is great for visiting students, alumni, parents, or people traveling for conferences on campus.
  • My husband and I were in town for a Vikings game. Kevin's place was very close to an easy bus ride to the stadium downtown. The neighborhood was great with lots of options for something to eat within walking distance. We felt right at home with Kevin and Caitlin. They have a lovely home with lots of character and a comfy guest room. What more could you want?

    Jennifer2017-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • The room is very close to downtown, parking was no problem. It is warm when hot with no AC, but with the fans, I was comfortable. The room and house is very comfortable. I would most definitely stay here again.

    Katherine2017-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Kevin and Caitlin were wonderful! And their dog, Charlotte, was the cutest! The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've slept on and the sheets... crazy soft! Overall, they made my stay very comfortable :)

  • I have heard that people from Minnesota are nice, but WOOOW Kevin and Caitlin redefined what is mean to be "nice." Kevin was extremely understanding with my travel delays and was unhesitatingly willing to accommodate my odd schedule during my visit to U of M. He is so cool and treated me like a true friend. Kevin also introduced me to one of THE BEST burger joint in the neighborhood (personally the best I ever tried). The location of their home is perfect for those wanting to do anything relating to U of M. I love and really enjoy my stay. I will be there again if I am ever in town. Kevin and Caitlin, your dog is one of the sweetest most friendly dog I met.

This cozy studio is the perfect place to relax, unwind & enjoy simple accommodations with a warm, "forest" theme. The studio offers everything you'd need. Hi speed WiFi, Hulu & Netflix, a full kitchen, plenty of drawer/closet space, a very comfortable queen bed, a breakfast bar, coffee table that doubles as a desk, and a PRIME location near restaurants, bars, & shops, with convenient public transit access on "high frequency" routes. On-site laundry and off-street parking round it out.
Hi speed, WiFi internet powered by fiber optics. Hulu Netflix Coffee table doubles as a desk
Fantastic location in "Uptown" Minneapolis. This location is perfectly situated between downtown Minneapolis and "Calhoun Square," the main shopping area of uptown. Nearby, there are great restaurants, bars & coffee shops, as well as a convenience store (1 block) & community Co-op grocery store (2 blocks). Some of my favorites (within 4 blocks): The Lowry: trendy bar/restaurant but not too upscale. Great HH. Liquor Lyle's: Classic hole-in-the-wall bar. Mortimer's: Great place for some Foosball & darts. The Wedge: Community co-op with an organic & local focus. Caffetto Coffee: A MPLS staple. Burch Steak & Pizza: Upscale, great food. Bradstreet Crafthouse: "Speakeasy" atmosphere. Sebastian Joe's: One of the most famous ice cream cafes. Walk-Bike Score: Walk: 92 (Walker's Paradise). Transit: 62 (Good Transit). Bike: 86 (Very Bikeable). Distances to: Lake of the Isles (0.6 miles) Loring Park & Walker Arts Center (0.6 miles) Downtown Minneapolis (1.5 miles) Calhoun Square, uptown (1 mile)
  • If your looking for a great location with an awesome host that's quick to respond and is extremely accommodating, this place is the way to go. The place was ready at check in, super clean and also has great character. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming through MN.

    Matthew2017-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • For me this was the absolute perfect place / location for my visit. I come to Minneapolis 1-2 times a year and usually stay in a hotel downtown. Matt's Airbnb is still very close to downtown, significantly cheaper and in a great location. I love the uptown area... tons of great bars, restaurants, shops, parks and lakes all within walking distance. Free street parking. Easy check in / check out process. I don't have anything but positive things to say and hope to stay here again soon.

    Justin2017-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • A perfect little room close to everything you need for a great stay in Minneapolis. Would definitely stay again!

  • Matt's studio was perfect for my quick work trip in and out of Minneapolis. It was clean, had everything I needed, and easy to find and access. Matt is an attentive and responsive host. Patient, too, if you're struggling a bit like I was the day I checked in. :) Would highly recommend.

    Nicky2017-08-25T00:00:00Z

Private, comfortable, main floor room in Northeast Minneapolis. Although located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, our house is within walking/biking distance of the breweries, distilleries, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping that NE Minneapolis is known for. It is a very short drive or bicycle ride to downtown and the U of M.
  • A great and confortable place to stay. It was my first experience with the Airbnb, It was amazing! The house is very clean and organized, the hosts are very cordial and the cat is so lovely.

  • Collin and Miranda are exceptionally kind and amazing hosts. Their home, their warmth, and their kindness is unparalleled to any AirBnb experience I've ever had. The room I stayed is was wonderful and truly became my home while I stayed there. They're thoughtful with their space and make sure to stay in communication with you every step of the way. My favorite part was not only the great friends I gained by staying with them, but Beatrice, the family cat. She made my stay exceptional and is so friendly and warm. Stay here if you're looking for a great, easy, comfortable place in Minneapolis. You won't find anything better.

    Carley2017-12-22T00:00:00Z
  • Very spacious and private room in the basement of the home. Super quiet and the hosts were friendly and available to answer question if needed. They also have a very cute cat!

This space is a dedicated full-time Airbnb home. Smack dab in the center of bustling Uptown Minneapolis and an 8-minute cab ride to anywhere Downtown. It is directly in between Hennepin and Lyndale Avenues, 1/2 mile from; the bus stop, Calhoun Square shopping center, Multiple lakes and walking paths, and art and culture. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets)
You get all the comforts of home at the price of a studio. This space is the entire top floor of a triplex, complete with dedicated off street parking. The top landing/entrance overlooks my neighbors beautiful landscaped yard complete with two pet ducks. (Who are very respectful and quiet as well ;)
There is something for everyone, all within walking distance. From live music at a wine bar, a vintage arcade bar, bowling alley and art gallery, just to name a few.
  • Descripción de la casa y fotos exactos, anfitrión excelente, muy predispuesto a resolver problemas. Súper recomendable

  • This is a fantastic apartment in a great location. The street is quiet but you can quickly walk to all the bars and restaurants of Uptown Minneapolis as well as multiple lakes. The apartment is adorable, very well-furnished and comfortable, and Nicoli was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. We hope to come back and stay here again soon!

    Allison2017-04-09T00:00:00Z

A queen pillow top bed sleeps two in your private room on the main floor of my home. Just four blocks to Victory Memorial Parkway, which links to the Grand Rounds bike/walk paths circling Mpls. It's a 10 minute drive to downtown Mpls, and easily accessible by multiple highways. I love that my neighborhood is diverse, centrally located, and home to many historic, well-maintained homes.
My home is a cozy and welcoming place for you to rest and recharge during your time in Minneapolis! You'll have your own room on the main floor, and use of the main floor bathroom, which will be shared with other Airbnb guests. The bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand, and closet. The bright bathroom has a shower and jetted tub.
I'm in the urban Cleveland neighborhood of NW Minneapolis. My block is comprised of single-family homes (one duplex on the corner), mostly homeowners and a couple of rentals. My neighborhood is diverse and safe--it will not look like a suburban neighborhood. You'll often hear the neighborhood kids playing on weekends and evenings in warmer months. My home is four blocks to the beautiful Victory Memorial Parkway, part of the Grand Rounds bike/walking paths that travel throughout Minneapolis, and which are unique in every season. I'm less than a mile from North Memorial Hospital (I do hear sirens and helicopters when enjoying my patio), and just a 10 minute drive from downtown Minneapolis. It's also easy to access multiple highways to get around the Twin Cities area. The neighborhood is very residential--I can't boast of a coffee shop on the corner :) The closest businesses are a few blocks away, and include the awesome Lowry Cafe, family-run North End Hardware, and a Subway, Family Dollar, and ALDI, as well as a post office. Minneapolis bus service is very reliable, but my home is probably a better fit if you will have a car while in town.

    Bryce2016-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • My stay with Elise was great! She is a gracious and very nice host, who lives in a very cute house! The house has a nice garden and neat details, like jeweled doorknobs that add to the character of the home. The neighborhood is quiet and has easy access to bus stops nearby. Elise gave good travel tips for getting around in Minneapolis along with some suggestions of places to visit. She's very helpful and welcoming, offering food in the mornings and the TV for use. I'm very glad I got a chance to stay with Elise as it made the trip much more enjoyable as compared to staying in a hotel.

    Sam2016-07-19T00:00:00Z
  • Elsie is so friendly and prepared. The room was gorgeous with all the little things you might need in a care package, which was super thoughtful. The bed was super comfortable, which after a long day of driving was excellent!.. and I have to mention again how friendly Elise is. Love her to bits.

  • Friendly and very clean, comfy place. Very hospitable. Overall great place to stay.

    Brooklynn2018-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Great, as previously described.

    Keenan2016-11-14T00:00:00Z
  • Elise’s home is a quaint Craftsman style home that is located in the Victory Subdivision just N of Downtown Minneapolis. It is very easy access to numerous parks and a local golf course (during late Spring and Summer). My room was central in the home with a shared bathroom next door. She allowed me to make my self at home. I enjoyed coffee, fruit and a warm bowl of oatmeal on the front porch to enjoy the snow. We don’t get this in Texas. Elise was also great in communication and making sure everything was ready prior to my late arrival from the airport. She is awesome and would definitely stay at her home again.

Newly remodeled walk-out basement unit, with lots of natural light, modern finishes, and plenty of privacy. You will enter through a private entrance and the entire unit is separate from the other part of the house. This unit comes with a fully stocked coffee bar, bath essentials, comfortable bed/linens, a place to work, and cable tv. The house borders a park - the setting is quiet and peaceful, yet you are very close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, public transit and more.
The space feels bright and airy, with plenty of natural light - almost making this feel like a garden level apartment. The bedroom consists of a full-sized bed, with a full closet with hangers for your clothing, and a luggage rack for your suitcase. We also have various phone chargers and USB outlets available for your use. All your basic bath essentials are covered. We provide a 3-1 soap (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), toothpaste, hand soap, towels, and a hair-dryer. There is a beverage refrigerator that is large enough to hold your beverages, left-overs, and other refrigerated items. The coffee bar is stocked with a Keurig machine, K-Cups, creamer, sugar, and disposable to-go cups. We also provide 2 bottles of water. The tv is equipped with an Amazon Firestick which provides access to Netflix, Sling Tv (cable tv service), Amazon Prime videos, and more.
The neighborhood is very quiet. This unit faces away from all the neighbors. You can walk to The Tiny Diner, Blackeye Coffee, and a few other restaurants. A longer walk or a quick car ride (within a mile) gets you to some other fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops.
  • Very clean, easy parking, quiet street, quick responses, spacious area, thoughtful host.

  • Josh's place was great. We stayed for one night and had a terrific time. The house is located in a great neighborhood and is very clean. The house itself is beautifully done and the hosts were amazing.

  • This place is a great, comfortable location to call home base for a visit to the Twin Cities. While the neighborhood is mostly residential, getting to downtown Minneapolis via the bus is super easy. And Lyft/Uber are around for a pretty quick pick up (5 minutes or less) to get you where you want to go. The space seems recently renovated and offers a comfortable bed after a long day out and about.

  • Clean and great space. Great for vegging out and having a lazy day.

    Sarah2018-04-04T00:00:00Z
  • A great spot that’s not far from downtown and a great area if you wanted to walk to local shops! Easily accessible and a great space for 2 people!

    Tamara2018-06-10T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice basement remodel with new carpet, clean white walls, and excellent bathroom fixtures. Nice coffee and fridge, but no kitchen sink. Good value and easy drive to downtown Minneapolis. It is a walkout with a larger window and door access to the sidewalk, but there are 4 or 5 steps down to the door. Floors under carpet are a little uneven, with 7' ceiling height and 6' door height to bedroom. We would stay again!

The 3rd floor of our home is a clean, quiet and charming unit. The home is over 100 years old, so you can expect some quirkiness that an old Victorian home offers. Our home is very centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Minneapolis. We are 8 blocks from the Convention Center & 0.7/mile from the lightrail. US Bank Stadium is less than a mile away, as well as Target Field, Uptown, downtown nightclubs, and the Mississippi River.
Each of our guest rooms is sun filled with a comfy queen size bed. In warmer summer months, we have a window AC unit available for use, as well as a fan. In winter months, extra blankets are available. Included in your stay is access to gigabit internet (50 times faster than most others).
  • Es un buen lugar para hospedarse su se va a asistir a algun evento en el centro de convenciones. La casa es muy antigua y se escucha un poco de ruido de las otras habitaciones, pero es limpio y con espacios comunes agradables.

  • Amy and Josh are wonderful hosts. Make sure you know that there are three separate rooms being rented out that share a common space. Over the course of the week, I lived with 10 different people. If you are cool with this, and know what to expect, it’s great. By the end of the week, I was tired of making introductions/not knowing who would be in each room that night. Overall the space is nice. No frills, but definitely clean and homey. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but there are some loiterers that like to hang out on the corner at night. While I was in Minneapolis for work, a coworker was mugged, a coworkers bike was stolen, and our cast witnessed a brutal stabbing downtown. I say this to warn (Website hidden by Airbnb) alert! You’ll be fine with eyes and ears open.

    Mary Michael2018-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Amy & Josh are super nice! The room was cozy and welcoming. It’s really close to downtown and you can get on the Metro rails to get around town. There’s only one bathroom shared with other rooms so make sure to coordinate with others staying there or plan your time accordingly to use the bathroom.

    Katherine2017-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • Super fint, rent værelse med god plads. Havde adgang til et dele køkken og bad. Værterne var ikke tilstede, da jeg ankom, men de var meget behjælpelige med gode restauranter og lign.

    Anders2017-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Amy went out of her way to make sure that I had what I needed upon my arrival. She left detailed instructions on how to access the unit as my arrival time changed from early evening to nearly midnight. The unit was clean and well appointed for kitchen and comfort amenities. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods and the growing spring daylight hours made for a longer stroll. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. When in Minneapolis again, I would stay with Amy and Josh again.

    Deb2016-05-01T00:00:00Z
  • Amy and Josh were super welcoming, friendly, and flexible. I'd recommend staying here! Use the "nice ride" city bikes which are just a few blocks from their place. The neighborhood feels like you are in a foreign country--I got a samosa down the street for $1.50!

The room is located on my home's first floor. Includes a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room spaces. The room has a full size bed and closet for storage. The bathroom with the shower is located upstairs but there is a half bathroom on the first floor for open use. Laundry is located in the basement. There is a nice backyard with a fire pit where you can enjoy the nice MN summer. If you have a vehicle, there is parking in the back.

  • I enjoyed my stay at Nataly’s home. House was clean and a great value. Train is in walking distance and it’s pretty much 15 minutes to wherever you want to go by car. I didn’t get to eat local fare, but had great meals just minutes from her house. Thanks Perry and Nataly!

    Corey2018-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Quick stay in Minneapolis for me. The room had everything necessary and I was very close the greenway which I walked and rented a public bike to take downtown.

    Bonnie2017-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • I had a great stay at Nataly and Perry's place. Both were amazing hosts who were keen on making sure everything during the stay went well. They both chipped in with advice and suggestions on places to check out around Minneapolis, but were also just a treat to have a casual chat to. The guest's room was very comfortable and cozy, providing plenty of space. The bed was really nice and relaxing in. Offsite parking was also a nice feature of staying here. The best factor would have to be it's location - only a short drive from downtown, the lakes and Minnehaha Falls. Also being in a neighbourhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants to check out is a huge plus. Thanks again for the awesome stay guys, I'd highly recommend Nataly & Perry's place for those looking for a place to stay in Minneapolis. These guys really do a top job in hosting their guests!

  • Peter and I had a lovely stay with Nataly and Perry! The house is in a great location - close to the light rail and within easy walking distance of food, all in a diverse, vibrant neighborhood. Perry was very friendly, and Nataly was somehow in constant contact even though she was traveling internationally, which was incredible. We'd stay there again.

  • This location is in the heart of South Minneapolis. Minutes from excellent restaurants, the well-known Global Market, the Minneapolis Institute of Art and much else. The hospitality, amenities and everything else, and especially the value one gets, makes this place almost ideal.

  • Douglas’ place was awesome. It’s not far from the Midtown Global Market, which has a bunch of cool food and item vendors. My friend and I stayed in the green room, which was on the first floor and away from the upstairs guests, which was cool. Check in was super easy, even though we didn’t get to meet Douglas. He was super quick with responses, if we had any questions. I’d definitely stay at Douglas’ place again if I’m ever back in Minneapolis.

There’s a beautiful kitchen for guests to use and the bathroom is clean and spacious. Overall, we had a great time. One important note is that bedroom doors don’t lock from the inside, which may be an issue for some.

Bright & airy with the best views of downtown from both windows! The main mansion has thousands of square feet of common area including a formal dining room, grand drawing room, and library, all of which we encourage our guests to enjoy. The estate also houses an original carriage house, porches around the house, and three unique gardens.
Very safe neighborhood, walk everywhere downtown.
  • Staying in an historic mansion was totally unexpected and turned my work journey in Minneapolis to something I will always remember! The house is wonderful and the host very friendly. Also the relatively central location made it easy to walk around in parks and muséums.
