Just booked in Minneapolis

Just booked in Minneapolis
This third-floor studio apartment with a woodsy feel and loft has all the privacy you need for a Twin Cities get-away weekend. As it is only four blocks from the Blue Line Metro, it has all of the downtown/airport accessibility for business and easy transfers to the Green Line Metro that runs to St. Paul and the University of Minnesota. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave (no stove). The studio space has two queen beds in different nooks.
Our space has two queen beds, a full bath, and a common space with a couch, sitting area and wood-burning stove, table and chairs, and a kitchenette. For breakfast, the Pow-Wow Cafe is right around the corner and the fabulous Maria's Cafe is right down the street. The space also has a fridge, sink, microwave, Keurig, hot pot, and panini maker (note: there is no stove/oven). In the summer, our home has AC units in the windows and a ceiling fan overhead. In the winter, the unit has forced air and a wood-burning stove. We are glad to provide a heating blanket to those who would like one. We have free parking on the street, but no reserved parking spots on the property. For the comfort of our guests, the queen mattresses have a 100% hypoallergenic, waterproof mattress protector covers.
There is plenty to do in the Minneapolis metro area, and our place is just .75 miles from downtown, including the Viking's Stadium, Gold Medal Park, and the Guthrie Theatre. We are 1.2 miles from the Minneapolis Convention Center and favorites such as Global Market and the Midtown Greenway. Lake Calhoun, Lake of the Isles, Lake Harriet, and Minnehaha Falls are just five miles away to the southwest and southeast of us. If you are coming to the cities for a gastronomic adventure, Hell's Kitchen, Matt's Bar (for the Juicy Lucy burger) or Fogo de Chao for a fancy dinner are just a short drive away. A note about our urban, ethnic neighborhood: we do live in the city center which means that our neighborhood is busy and very varied: our home is near bus lines, public spaces like parks, coffee shops, non-profit offices, other large old Victorian homes, government buildings, apartment complexes, health clinics, and the many different types of people traveling through the neighborhood on a daily basis. Urban city life is densely populated, so you will want to exercise city-smarts and common sense when traveling out late at night from our place. If that makes you uncomfortable, you might prefer to stay in one of the quieter neighborhoods outside the city center like Nokomis or Eden Prairie, White Bear, St. Louis Park, Plymouth, or Longfellow. We, however, love the energy of the city of Minneapolis. One of our favorite pluses of living in Minneapolis's city center in the Ventura Village neighborhood is the fact that we enjoy a huge diversity of neighbors from all parts of the world and with it the customs, the dress, the food, and vivacity that they all bring to Minneapolis.
  • This place is super cool. We are from the south so we were cold. The heat blows hot! They provided lots of bathroom supplies. Both beds are comfortable. Overall an awesome stay.

  • Zach and Betsy are PHENOMENAL! The place is even bigger than it looks in pictures. It's a great spot! Close to the Vikings' stadium, easy access to downtown sights. Their communication was always great and their place is really has a cool feel to it. Would stay here (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) x over again!

    David2018-02-04T00:00:00Z
  • Zach and Betsy made us feel very welcome and we loved the sun streaming in through the skylights and sipping coffee in the morning! It's a quiet, relaxing place in a great location, and has a wonderful nordic vibe that we loved.

  • The perfect spot for a cozy staycation in Minneapolis.

    Rachel2018-12-21T00:00:00Z
  • Very unique space with many local suggestions of things to see and places to eat/drink. Plus games, books, roku, and a computer to keep you busy if you’re staying inside. Loved the sky lights and the beds were very comfortable. Only wished it was warmer out so we could enjoy the porch! Would love to come back to their loft again.

    Charity2018-11-21T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice place to stay

    Brandon2018-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great value in a quiet part of town that's nearby to everything needed to see or do. Clean and private, tons of room, and even a wood stove to add to the charm. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Hosts left clear directions and were easy to contact.

Beautiful, sunny second level of a historic corner store house in the heart of the NE Minneapolis Arts District. Walk to the best cafes, taprooms and restaurants in town, enjoy a full kitchen and comfortable bed, and have locally roasted coffee on the private deck. Near downtown. Private, secure, quiet, great for families or business travelers! Come enjoy everything this great neighborhood has to offer. Check out the 1st floor apartment here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/16704400?preview
Welcome to Northeast Minneapolis! You'll be staying in your own private apartment -- the entire second level of what used to be a corner grocery store. Built in 1902, the space is unique, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches, yet retains its historic and charming character. Located near downtown, the U of M, and the Mississippi river. Enjoy the spacious, open layout, take advantage of the beautiful private backyard, and explore the neighborhood! Upon arrival, you can let yourself in with the keypad lock -- we'll provide the code when you book. Head up the stairs, and you'll be right inside the open and light-filled living room, where there's a large sofa, chaise lounge, and our handmade coffee/end tables. In the adjoining den, there is a desk, a sofa, and a flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. The bedroom is small but cozy, with plenty of room to hang up your clothes, and a super comfortable queen-sized memory-foam mattress with lots of pillows and a down comforter. There are bedside tables with lamps and outlets for your phones. In the mornings, brew some locally roasted coffee beans or tea (we provide both) in the sunny kitchen, which has everything you need to cook up a storm -- convection oven and gas range, large fridge, pots/pans/utensils/dishes, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, plenty of counter space, good knives, and a concrete rolling island. Have breakfast outside on the deck among the treetops overlooking the large, wildflower-filled private backyard, where, later in the day, you might decide to have a barbecue, or to sit around the fire pit on a starry night with a drink. The apartment will sleep five people, but is most comfortable with two or three. In addition to the main bed, we provide an 18" high, auto-inflate air mattress with its own linens and comforter, which is comfortable and sleeps two people. There is a very comfortable sofa, too. Your host, Pete, lives on the property, and is typically close by whenever you might need anything! I'm always happy to meet and spend time giving you a tour, or recommendations.
When you venture out, you will find yourself in the heart of the Northeast Arts District -- a safe, charming residential neighborhood that is within 1-2 miles of coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and all manner of excellent restaurants, bars, and attractions, in addition to incredible local breweries, hundreds of artist studios, and more. Our street is a designated bikeway, among many others that cover the entire city. Minneapolis is one of the best biking cities in the country, and we provide maps and route advice to get you just about anywhere. We are close to the center of downtown, the famous chain of lakes, Target Field, US Bank Stadium, The Guthrie, and the riverfront. The largest art crawl/festival in the nation, Art-a-Whirl, takes place directly in our neighborhood every May.
  • Peter & Kathryn are great hosts. Their place is beautiful, comfortable and exactly as they described.

    Ellen2015-06-05T00:00:00Z
  • Peter and Kathryn's place was exactly what we were looking for. It clean, beautifully furnished, and located in a great part of NE Minneapolis that happened to be close to everything that we wanted to do. The back deck was perfect for enjoying a nice beverage and enjoying time with friends. Peter went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and I enjoyed talking with him during our short conversations.

    Alex2015-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • Peter and Katherine's apartment was a great place to stay while visiting Minneapolis.

  • What a great spot for anyone looking for a place to call home in NE Minneapolis for a few nights! The apartment is spacious and clean, and the owners have a great eye for design. Coffee and tea were available and we found the apartment very comfortable.

  • Book book book! Look no further :) This was the PERFECT spot for our 4 day getaway. Creative, roomy space with no details left undone. So much character, cozyness and style. Kitchen was my favorite. Sip local coffee on the porch and listen to music while you got ready for the day. In a diverse, up- and-coming neighborhood thats easy to get to. Good vibes all around.

    Kelly2015-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • Peter and Kathryn were great hosts. They introduced themselves to me when I arrived and have a super cute and cozy home that was perfect for my 3 day work stay. I cooked in their kitchen, worked and slept very well in the comfortable bed. I loved the central Minneapolis location and the eclectic neighborhood and would definitely stay here again or recommend the apt to friends.

Our beautiful basement apartment has a large bedroom, living room, bathroom, laundry facilities, a kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, toaster & coffee maker) & gorgeous backyard access. We are in the fun & easily-accessible Powderhorn Park neighborhood in S. Minneapolis. Walking distance to park & lake, restaurants, bike trails, light rail & retail. Perfect space for couples or solo adventurers. Less than 15-minute drives to downtown Minneapolis, airport, and University of Minnesota.
Separate entrance to private lower level apartment of our home. Although this is a basement, it has egress windows and receives a lot of sunshine! Basic amenities provided: including shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, dishes, safe tap drinking water, coffee, tea, wine opener, snacks, etc. Great location - walking distance from unique retail, restaurants, bars, and the light rail! Also, free and easy street parking. 1 Queen sized bed and small couch provided. Note: We have a baby upstairs and despite our best efforts, sometimes there is noise, so this is not the best fit if you are very sensitive to noise. Low clearance on some ceilings as well.
Powderhorn Park is incredibly vibrant with a diverse set of residents, restaurants, and shops. We are just a couple blocks from Powderhorn Park, a beautiful place for a walk or chance to meet some friendly neighbors. We are also close to Minnehaha Creek, which offers a trail to Minnehaha Falls and the gorgeous lakes of Minneapolis.
  • Lugar agradable, cálido y acogedor. Aunque los anfitriones no nos recibieron en persona, tienen notas en las habitaciones que explican detalles importantes como el wifi o como usar la cafetera.

  • My boyfriend and I felt completely welcomed by Kira and John. They had a set of keys all ready for us, along with some delicious homemade lemonade! They were completely respectful of our time and space, which I greatly appreciated. It was a short, but very sweet stay.

    Charlotte2016-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Kira and John were very attentive. They really went out of their way to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable. They were both very pleasant, approachable, and delightful to talk with. Some reviews point out the noise of walking around from upstairs. It wasn't bad at all and stopped at a decent time. This is a sub level space, so, while close to the airport, we didn't hear any noise from fly over planes. One thing to note is the dehumidifier needs emptied twice a day. It is a sub level apartment and the dehumidifier and fans kept things very comfortable (typically mid 80s outside during our stay. There is plenty of shady on-street parking. I drove my econoline conversion van and always had a nice parking spot close to the house. The bus line is 3 1/2 blocks away and was very nice. Thanks Kira and John (and little Jack, too) for making our stay so pleasant. This is our new go-to spot whenever we come to town!

    Shawna2017-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • A nice gem in the midst of a regular, safe feeling city neighborhood. There is a wonderful park near by to stroll around, weather permitting. A car is helpful but public transportation is an option with some walking necessary. The apt is nicely furnished, cozy, has a very comfortable bed and good sitting area. Neighborhood restaurants aren't far away. And the host is very responsive!

    Marjorie2017-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Kira's home is so welcoming and convenient. So much bang for your buck; I would highly recommend staying here. Kira is great at keeping in touch.

    Erin2017-05-11T00:00:00Z
  • This suite was perfect for me! Kira and John were wonderful hosts. I received detailed instructions for picking up the key and getting into the private entrance. I enjoyed having plenty of space to snack, work, and rest. The space includes a generous bedroom, sitting area, and kitchenette space. The bathroom includes a full-size tub/shower. I had plenty of plush, clean towels, blankets, good coffee, and light snacks. The heat/AC is controlled within the space as well. It doesn't feel like a basement; the windows let plenty of light in when the blinds are open, and they open for fresh air too. The Smart TV is a smart choice - log on to your own Netflix, hulu, etc. Wifi worked perfectly. Hosts have provided ample trash cans, and also a bin designated for recycling - so many thoughtful touches. The neighborhood is very friendly! I love the street art, murals, and eclectic shops in this diverse part of town. One morning I walked to nearby Powderhorn Park to take in the fall colors and get some exercise, and saw lots of folks out and about, walking dogs, playing with kids, and enjoying the weather. I felt safe walking alone, both daytime and after dark. I parked on the street right under a light without hesitation. The bed is a simple frame with a nice, firm mattress - I didn't peek under the sheets, but it feels good as new. Kira and John were very hospitable. I assured them that I didn't need anything, and they gave me plenty of privacy. After some really long days, I was grateful to come "home" to a cozy, welcoming space.

    Kathy2016-11-06T00:00:00Z
  • This place was great! It was in the middle or close to everything we wanted to go to like Mall of America and Xcel Center. Inside was spacious and clean. There was a fan in the room but it was still very hot in there but did not bother us too much bc we were gone all day! Kira and John was very nice and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay!

A queen pillow top bed sleeps two in your private room on the main floor of my home. Just four blocks to Victory Memorial Parkway, which links to the Grand Rounds bike/walk paths circling Mpls. It's a 10 minute drive to downtown Mpls, and easily accessible by multiple highways. I love that my neighborhood is diverse, centrally located, and home to many historic, well-maintained homes.
My home is a cozy and welcoming place for you to rest and recharge during your time in Minneapolis! You'll have your own room on the main floor, and use of the main floor bathroom, which will be shared with other Airbnb guests. The bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand, and closet. The bright bathroom has a shower and jetted tub.
I'm in the urban Cleveland neighborhood of NW Minneapolis. My block is comprised of single-family homes (one duplex on the corner), mostly homeowners and a couple of rentals. My neighborhood is diverse and safe--it will not look like a suburban neighborhood. You'll often hear the neighborhood kids playing on weekends and evenings in warmer months. My home is four blocks to the beautiful Victory Memorial Parkway, part of the Grand Rounds bike/walking paths that travel throughout Minneapolis, and which are unique in every season. I'm less than a mile from North Memorial Hospital (I do hear sirens and helicopters when enjoying my patio), and just a 10 minute drive from downtown Minneapolis. It's also easy to access multiple highways to get around the Twin Cities area. The neighborhood is very residential--I can't boast of a coffee shop on the corner :) The closest businesses are a few blocks away, and include the awesome Lowry Cafe, family-run North End Hardware, and a Subway, Family Dollar, and ALDI, as well as a post office. Minneapolis bus service is very reliable, but my home is probably a better fit if you will have a car while in town.
  • La estancia en casa de Elise ha sido perfecta. La casa muy limpia, bien situada y cómoda. Además Elise es muy agradable atenta.

  • Elise was a great host! She made my friend and me feel very welcome. Her bed was comfy and the house had a welcoming atmosphere and it was cozy and clean. She provided a toiletries basket with all the essentials included, which was great because I forgot my toothpaste. She encouraged us to make ourselves at home and gave us suggestions of things to do around the city. We went on a walk around her neighborhood and it was charming and her neighbors were very nice. I definitely recommend a stay here!

    Emily2016-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • Ellie's room and accomodations were clean, cozy, and welcoming. The listing was accurate and the neighborhood seemed quiet (for the short time we were there). I would recommend this overnight stay for anyone looking to make a quick stop in/through Minneapolis.

  • This was the most amazing airbnb I have ever stayed in! I had trouble with my previous host, so I contacted them at 5:19pm and the responded at 5:20 saying I could head over anytime. They were incredibly compassionate and kind. Their home is also incredibly beautiful and clean. They have tons of amenities, shower gel, tooth paste, lotion, phone charger, coffee, etc. I really felt at home. Thanks guys!

    Miriam2017-12-04T00:00:00Z
  • Shannon and Christian’s place was everything we wanted and needed. Our private room was roomy, comfortably furnished, and the private bathroom was very convenient for us as well. The house itself was very clean, thanks to Shannon. The location was very convenient as well, about a 15 min walk to downtown Minneapolis. There were several microbreweries close to the house as well. Shannon and Christian were super friendly and helpful - they provided us tons of suggestions for places to eat/ breweries to try. Whenever I had a question, they responded pretty much immediately. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and never once felt out of sorts.

  • I truly believe you cannot go wrong if you're staying at one of Al's properties. This was my first experience with AirBnB, and I'm telling you, I'll never go back to a hotel if I can help it. All of our questions were answered before we got there, and when we arrived, everything was perfect. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This house has plenty of room, and the layout is perfect for entertaining. They keep it clean, well-appointed, and stocked with all the comforts of home. It's just a super nice place inside. We had a medium-sized family gathering, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to have it. We couldn't have asked for a nicer, more helpful host. When I need a place again, I'm definitely looking for one of Al's places first.

    Philip2017-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • Exactly the same as pictured. Plenty of space and very clean and tidy when we checked in. The check in process was very smooth and the instructions given by the host is helpful.

Quiet family friendly south Minneapolis location with less than 10 min walk to light rail easily connected to downtown and the airport. High chair and pack and play available upon request.
Fully furnished 357 sqft house on a foundation. It has an open studio floor plan best suited for 1-2 travelers but can sleep a 3rd adult on a small pull out couch. Completely private, this house is referred to as an Accessory Dwelling Unit that I designed and built the summer of 2017. It is not complete, there are some exterior finishing details yet to do but it is very comfortable for you and all of my previous guests. Solidly built by my team, the exterior of the house is clad in steel, and is unlike any other single family home in this metro area. Queen size "Purple Original" Combination washer and dryer is efficient, easy to use with instructions provided and laundry detergent is provided. Full kitchen is stocked with the basic tools needed to assemble and store a simple meal. Coffee maker, toaster, etc... the basics. I'm open to suggestions. 3/4 bath has a large shower with a built in seat. Towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hair dryer are provided. The house is connected to the internet. A smart television and a WIFI router are connected to that internet. Guests can connect their own device with their own converter cord to the HDMI port on the television. There is not broad cast television. You can log into your own Netflix, or Hulu from the menu on the tv and stream your own content. You can also surf the web with the remote. There is not cable tv in the house. I have two security cameras mounted on the exterior of the house. They are used for safety and security of my vehicle and mural only. There has not been a security or safety concern or incident on this property in the past though I would suggest as good practice to keep your belongings secure as you see fit. The mural on the exterior of the house was painted by a Minnesota artist whose tag is Deuce 7. I cant say enough good about him - his gift touches so many people.
This is a nice location. Quiet, clean, friendly. Several unique boutiques, vintage/antique shops, restaurants for dine in or delivery, parks and green space a short distance.
  • Nice, quaint tiny house. Good location and just as advertised. Philip was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again if we are in Minneapolis again!

  • This was our first Air B&B experience. We were very excited to stay in a tiny house! Everything looked great from the pictures - clean, comfortable, and we loved the industrial-beachy feel. Upon arrival, everything looked like the photos. This house is pretty cool with all of its little touches (hooks on the wall, personal message on the chalkboard, etc.). We loved the outdoor seating area - great spot to enjoy a glass of wine. Our biggest complaint: we noticed there was hair (not ours) on the toilet and the in the shower. We appreciated the cleaning supplies that were under the sink so we could clean things to our standards (which are above average). The bed was very soft, but thats all personal preference (we like firm). The window shades dont do much at all to block out light; they dont fit the windows and let in a ton of light. All that being said, would we stay here again? Probably not.

  • The tiny house is adorable from the outside and inside. We didn’t expect his house to be so close to the tiny house but once inside the tiny house, it wasn’t even noticeable. The place is a gem! The bed and pillows were comfy.

  • Phillip was a great host, quick to reply on details for check-in and even set the electronic lock code to a custom setting for us. Great space for one or two people, kind of a studio layout so similar to a hotel room I suppose. The location is excellent, easily located from HWY 55 and the house being located on an alleyway actually makes it feel more private. Neighborhood is quiet residential but several restaurant options nearby and with light rail so close, you can get to anywhere in the cities pretty quickly. Was only in for a couple of nights but look forward to staying here again in the near future...great value for a spot in South Minneapolis!

  • One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. I absolutely loved the place. Blocks from the blue line. Enjoyed late night beers and appetizers at The Howe. About a half of a mile from the house. I would absolutely recommend. Peace coffee also close. The house was spotless, trendy, and comfortable. I was greeted by Phil upon arrival. Phil’s artistic abilities are displayed throughout the place. I do not have even close to a single negative thing to say. I hope to have another opportunity to stay at Phil’s gem of a place.

  • This unit was really charming and unique. It had everything I needed for my work travel and was central to me getting downtown. I recommend!

  • This is an artistic tiny house with a beautiful design and craftsmanship. Lots of special touches, nice colors and everything you need to be comfortable. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood, the tree lined streets, the pizza place nearby and Minnehaha Falls. Phil is a great host!

  • Great space and location. Very clean and well furnished. We found it easy to find and would highly recommend this house for couples.

This cozy studio is the perfect place to relax, unwind & enjoy simple accommodations with a warm, "forest" theme. The studio offers everything you'd need. Hi speed WiFi, Hulu & Netflix, a full kitchen, plenty of drawer/closet space, a very comfortable queen bed, a breakfast bar, coffee table that doubles as a desk, and a PRIME location near restaurants, bars, & shops, with convenient public transit access on "high frequency" routes. On-site laundry and off-street parking round it out.
Coffee table doubles as a desk. This home is powered by 100% wind energy via Xcel's WindSource.
Fantastic location in "Uptown" Minneapolis. This location is perfectly situated between downtown Minneapolis and "Calhoun Square," the main shopping area of uptown. Nearby, there are great restaurants, bars & coffee shops, as well as a convenience store (1 block) & community Co-op grocery store (2 blocks). Some of my favorites (within 4 blocks): The Lowry: trendy bar/restaurant but not too upscale. Great HH. Liquor Lyle's: Classic hole-in-the-wall bar. Mortimer's: Great place for some Foosball & darts. The Wedge: Community co-op with an organic & local focus. Caffetto Coffee: A MPLS staple. Burch Steak & Pizza: Upscale, great food. Bradstreet Crafthouse: "Speakeasy" atmosphere. Sebastian Joe's: One of the most famous ice cream cafes. Walk-Bike Score: Walk: 92 (Walker's Paradise). Transit: 62 (Good Transit). Bike: 86 (Very Bikeable). Distances to: Lake of the Isles (0.6 miles) Loring Park & Walker Arts Center (0.6 miles) Downtown Minneapolis (1.5 miles) Calhoun Square, uptown (1 mile)
  • Fantastic location! Can walk to everything in Uptown!

  • What a hidden gem. Fantastic location that is walking distance from everywhere in uptown with a modern, homey charm. This was our first experience with Airbnb and we are hooked. We especially loved the full kitchen, access to Netflix, and easy check-in/out option. Matt was fantastic, responsive, and provided a great space. Would definitely stay again!

  • My friend and I had a great time staying in this very clean studio. We loved the space and thought it was very comfortable. We were able to walk many places and enjoyed the neighborhood. I would stay again in the future!

  • This place is adorable, perfect for two. Prime location. Matt was always available if needed. Highly reccomended, would definitely stay again!

  • We had a wonderful experience. It was close to everything we wanted to experience! Only 30min from The Minnesota Zoo and Mall of America and 10 minutes from Bank of America Stadium. Many delicious breakfast diners and restaurants around as well. The apt itself was super clean, cute, and well taken care of. A perfect weekend getaway! Thanks for everything!

    Alexis2018-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Matt was always available when we needed him regarding questions or concerns. The apartment has a modern but cozy feel. It felt like I was right at home.

  • Matt was great at communicating with me for an early check-in and very accommodating. Thank you Matt! We will stay again!

    David2017-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Matt's apartment is in a great location in Minneapolis, close to lots of good restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Especially great if you like to explore cities on foot. Bed is comfortable and the shower has incredible water pressure. The apartment is in an old building, so be aware that you can hear every footstep and door from the other apartments. But the neighbors were otherwise quiet and respectful of each other. Street parking is very chancy so it was really nice to have access to the driveway! We had an issue with the deadbolt on the door to the apartment -- it didn't latch all the way and the door was easy to open even after latching the deadbolt. Matt acknowledged our message about it right away, so I'm sure he'll get it fixed quickly. The door to the outside locks securely, and the building only has a few tenants so we didn't feel unsafe.

This is a charming historic unit with french doors and a non-working fireplace with lots of natural light. The unit is nicely furnished and ideal for up to four guests. The unit is on the second floor of a Victorian home built in 1903. LOCATION: The apartment is just 1.3 mi from U.S. Bank Stadium, walking distance to downtown and minutes away from the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Convenient bus lines run to Uptown, LynLake and, U of M campus. Coffee shops and Eat Street are close-by, as well.
This space has a lot of historic charm with east and south facing windows which bring in lots of natural light. This is a small apartment so although it will fit up to four people, occasionally I get feedback that the apartment is most ideal for two. However, I have had many groups of three and four who were delighted with the space. It depends on where one is from right? New Yorker's and people coming from urban areas find the space to have plenty of room, while people from rural areas sometimes feel the space is too small. I think the space is somewhat small, but well appointed and optimized for best use. The home was built in 1903 and is an example of a paired down victorian. Although the unit has been updated and modernized it still has many aspects unique to an older home such as squeaky floor boards, tighter access points, and blemishes on the porcelain bathtub and sink. The heat is controlled by myself on the third floor of the house, so if some adjustment of the heat is desired one should contact me regarding any concerns and I can make appropriate adjustments.
The neighborhood is a diverse, busy and urban area with some charm and a lot of grit. There are a number of cafes and stores within walking distance. The Boiler Room cafe is a charming garden level coffee shop situated in the a boiler room of a commercial building and is 2 blocks away. CVS and Starbucks are about 2 blocks away as well. MIA or Minneapolis Institute of Arts and The Minneapolis Convention Center are about 5 blocks away. A restaurant called The Copper Hen is about a 7 block walk and has French fusion food and a charming high end country aesthetic (think Marie Antoinette playing peasant in her pretend village). Wedge Table is about 6 blocks walk and features organic healthy wholesome food with a spacious and clean cafeteria style layout. Slice of New York is 5 blocks away, open late, and has the kind of delicious and greasy pizza slices one would grab before hopping on the subway for a night out in New York. The Bad Waitress (a diner), a Pizzeria called Black Sheep Pizza, and Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant are all good choices on 26th and Nicollet, which is about 8 blocks away. Ice House is on 25th and Nicollet and has great food, live music, and outdoor seating adjacent to a pocket park with a water feature and sculptures. The Black Forest is a German Beer Garden with German food (nothing to write home about) but a really lovely outdoor terrace. Little Tijuana Restaurant is open super late and has great Mexican food. Rainbow Chinese is excellent and about 12 to 14 blocks away along with Quangs and Pho 79 which are both lively and affordable. There are a number of Asian Restaurants on Nicollet which people like, but I have not personally tried them.
  • Would stay again and would recommend to others.

  • Thomas's apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was in a great location (very close to the Minneapolis Institute of Art) and felt very safe. There was always street parking available. He provided amenities such as: dishes, shampoo/conditioner, and towels that made our time better. There was a pull out couch that wasn't mentioned on the listing. Absolutely loved this apartment and would stay there again.

  • Thomas place is a gem!!!! The place is sparkling clean. Quick check in and awesome location. Furnitures are very nice. i like the size of the place, not too bog not too small. Plus you have everything you need there from towels to touletries to even vacuum. Very accessible and you can see downtown from the window. I’ve traveled to different countries already and so far its one of the best accommodation I had. Thank you for being an awesome host Thomas! Highly recommended! It is truly a home away from home. This historic South Minneapolis home was built in 1910 just before the Craftsman boom of the 20s. Original maple floors, mahogany staircase winding to the 2nd floor bedrooms and bath, cozy mint sun porch, and sprawling deck and backyard.
No pets have lived in this house but some pets are welcome!

    Ben2019-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was tastefully designed and absolutely beautiful! Thomas was very quick to respond to any questions and requests, an overall great host. I would recommend this place to any of my friends staying in Minneapolis. The only downside is that it is a little further from downtown than desired, around 1 mile from most places, so you will have to Uber every time you want to go out. The distance from downtown was clearly communicated by Thomas before booking, it's just something to keep in mind when comparing to other AirBnBs or hotels. Our total cost (AirBnB + Ubers) was still significantly lower than other places that were in the heart of downtown, making it a great value.

    Riley2018-12-18T00:00:00Z
  • Thomas was great! He came at a seconds notice to help us at 11:30pm when we couldn’t figure out how to use the oven. Super nice guy, lovely place, and totally exceeded our expectations! Thanks Thomas!

The 3rd floor of our home is a clean, quiet and charming unit. The home is over 100 years old, so you can expect some quirkiness that an old Victorian home offers. Our home is very centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Minneapolis. We are 8 blocks from the Convention Center & 0.7/mile from the lightrail. US Bank Stadium is less than a mile away, as well as Target Field, Uptown, downtown nightclubs, and the Mississippi River.
Each of our guest rooms is sun filled with a comfy queen size bed. In warmer summer months, we have a window AC unit available for use, as well as a fan. In winter months, extra blankets are available. Included in your stay is access to gigabit internet (50 times faster than most others).
We are within less than a mile and within walking distance to downtown, US Bank Stadium, Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Children's Hospital, HCMC, and the Convention Center. We are just a couple miles from the center of the University of Minnesota, Uptown, Lake Calhoun, Lake Harriet, Lake of the Isles, and Lake Nokomis. We love good food, so we can also point you in the direction of local eating hot spots. We love our neighborhood. So much so, that we bought another home right across the street where we are raising our three daughters. We appreciate its diversity and vibrancy and how centrally located it is to the entire metro!! Because we are in the heart of the city, we get to experience people from broad cultural and economic backgrounds in a densely populated area. Our neighborhood, Ventura Village, is a part of the most diverse neighborhood in the entire country with over 100 languages spoken here! There are restaurants, healthcare buildings, old Victorian homes, apartment buildings, and non-profit organizations. We consider it a privilege to live here, but it being in the heart of the city is not for everyone. During your stay, you may encounter lingering people panhandling. If this makes you feel uncomfortable, we may not be the place for you. Obviously, you will want to exercise "street smarts" as you would in any major metropolitan area. If you are looking for a quieter stay in the Twin Cities, you may prefer looking outside of our neighborhood. But we hope you won't. :)

  • My stay was great! The apartment was very clean and cozy and included a lot of amenities that made the stay great. The location was super close to downtown and included easy access to many attractions. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

    Sean2018-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • In general my stay was OK. However I had little problem with the shower as water was not hot enough! The entire house building was being rented out, and other guests were living in the same building, perhaps that was the reason. After my arrival I was received by Co host and found that hosts are away from the country.

    Maaz2016-11-15T00:00:00Z
  • Amy and Josh were very friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting both of them and they are warm people. The space was great for my stay and I would certainly stay again if I ever come back to Minneapolis. Thank you!

  • Very close to everything! Great little room and space!

    Devyn2017-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • The room is on the third floor of a 100-year-old duplex, which wasn't a problem for me, but may be for others with luggage (narrow stairs). The room was spacious as well as the entire unit. Comfortable bed too. There were a few hiccups concerning the keys -- they weren't in the lockbox as previously arranged -- but Josh dealt with it quickly despite being out of town, so he scored big points with me. But I have to admit, as a woman, I was a little concerned not knowing who else was bunking down in the unit the night I was there. All I know is it's someone who left the toilet seat up in the shared bathroom. I did like the place, the neighborhood was cool and convenient to downtown and to the U of M, and I liked Josh and his friend who rescued the situation with an extra set of keys -- but I don't think I would stay here again, despite it being a great deal for a budget traveler.

    Claire2017-03-04T00:00:00Z

This cute, little Minneapolis suite is 100% private with its own entrance, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. It’s on the 2nd floor of our home and completely closed off from our living quarters. Our neighborhood is located less than 3 miles to downtown in the desirable NE area of the city. We’re 1/2 block east of the Mississippi River, 1 block to public transport, and close to several bike paths, including one along the river into downtown Minneapolis. Close, free street parking is available.
We love hosting and having a private space connected to our home to give people personal accommodations during their stay in Minneapolis. It’s a great little space to land while visiting MInnesota! The main portion of the room/suite is approximately 11’x11’ with an additional 4’x6’ entryway and a bathroom. The room offers a queen bed, nightstand, countertop with a sink and cabinets below, a small table, and two stools. The en-suite private bathroom has a glass door shower, toilet and vanity. All bedding and linens are laundered between each stay with free and clear detergent. Provided: 50” Smart TV w/Netflix WiFi Iron Fabric steamer Mini-fridge Microwave Toaster oven Coffee pot Tea kettle Starbucks coffee pods Tea Hot Chocolate
Northeast Minneapolis is full of charm and neighborhood camaraderie. It is known for the arts district, breweries, and amazing food. Our street is in the quiet neighborhood of Marshall Terrace just east of the Mississippi, with a great view of downtown just around the corner. We are a short drive from all of the major Minneapolis event locations.
  • Krista is a fantastic host with a very cute space! She had delicious cookies waiting for me when I arrived, and her suggestions of local restaurants were fantastic.

  • Really great location near downtown, very private, incredibly thoughtful and thorough details (iron and board, hairdryer, snacks, fridge, microwave, coffee and maker, umbrella, white noise machine, etc.) - would recommend to everyone!

    Jordan2018-05-28T00:00:00Z
  • Loved staying here! Krista is very accommodating, from allowing us to have the driveway as their street was under repair, to snacks and fresh cookies, and wonderful “homey” touches throughout the suite. We had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Great location, too. No complaints here, we will definitely stay again if ever we come back to Minneapolis!

    Hannah2018-11-04T00:00:00Z
  • The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful and adorable this space is. It was an excellent and calm retreat in a convenient location. Well decorated and well appointed with tons of thoughtful extras!

    Alyssa2018-11-18T00:00:00Z
  • Upon arrival, we couldn't believe how cute everything was. It's so nicely decorated and furnished, it felt very cozy. The host let us know that they installed a new AC because it was supposed to be so hot although the temperature was regulated enough we didn't even need it. There were so many extra amenities, we just kept finding new things everywhere that we never expected would be provided. The only thing I can mention for future guests is to close the bathroom door before going to bed so when the sun rises, it's not shining through the bathroom window. Which isn't really even a problem so we didn't have any complaints. 11/10, would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend.

  • Krista’s place is wonderful. Though it is small, it has everything that a traveler could need. Krista goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome, including leaving snacks and toiletries, as well as, suggestions for things to do and places to go in the area. The place is also very clean!

This neighborhood is Minneapolis' best kept secret! In our opinion - and we may be a bit biased - you couldn’t have picked a better neighborhood to stay at when visiting Minneapolis. Lyndale is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in all of Minneapolis. People from all walks of life and all corners of the globe live, work and play side by side. Going downtown? It's just a 10 minute Uber ride or drive away. Coming from the airport? This is a great location for a layover - just a 15 minute drive from the airport. It’s a really walkable neighborhood where you can access everything from restaurants, bars, lakes, and downtown area within a short walk, bike ride or an Uber ride. We have a ton of amazing restaurants and bars in the area including some of the best Ramen we’ve ever tried, a perfect coffeehouse if you're in the mood for a latte, espresso or want to try some local creations, as well as a variety of other options. Right nearby, you can access Lake Calhoun, the largest lake in Minneapolis and a part of the so-called Chain of Lakes. It’s connected to other lakes in the city through a series of trails and is popular in the warm months for canoeing, kayaking, and windsurfing, and swimming. Right near the lake is another super fun and hip neighborhood called Uptown. It has a ton of restaurants, bars, shops and things to do and is worth checking out if you have a bit of time. If you head North of us, you’ll come across the famous Eat Street. Going from there, all the way to downtown Minneapolis, it's an awesome and affordable area to get a full taste of all the different flavors of the Twin Cities. It got over 40 restaurants within a few blocks and constantly changes too. If you want to go shopping at more mainstream stores, check out the famous Mall of America - also just a 15 minute drive away. Believe it or not, it is the largest mall in the United States in terms of total floor area and the twelfth largest in the world. It’s got over 500 stores, cinemas, as well as a full blown amusement park inside. Hope you enjoy spending time in Lyndale and Minneapolis as much as we do! If you need anything, just shoot us a message via Airbnb app and we’ll get back to you right away! Enjoy!

Urban sanctuary micro apt. in historic home. Minutes from downtown and uptown, centrally located in the bustling neighborhood of Whittier. One block from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Minneapolis Institute of Arts and the Children's Theatre Company. One block from 'Eat Street' - music venues, coffee shops, diverse restaurants. Copy and paste this link for my larger Airbnb. https://airbnb.com/rooms/7151578?s=41&user_id=16684911&ref_device_id=de6ffed3f2ea7b0d1bca4176dc15e99a12dc74d4
This is a one room efficiency apt. on the first floor of a 135 year old triplex that's actively being restored. This is a small but very charming space, newly remodeled and efficiently designed. Create the mood you desire with a variety of recessed, dimmable lighting options. There is an abundance of storage with an oversized closet and a spacious multi-compartmented armoire. The apt. has space saving pocket doors, bamboo hardwood floors, a full kitchen with amenities, free washer and dryer, and a spacious bathroom with a claw foot tub and a skylight. Wifi and free off street parking available.
In all humility, this neighborhood is happenin. We are the heart of the city; authentic, truly diverse and rich with history. Located one block off of 'Eat Street', German, Greek, Jamaican, Malaysian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Middle Eastern, coal fired pizza and an amazing organic market/deli are all within steps from your back gate or within a block or two. Relax with a great cup of coffee at the 'Spyhouse' at the end of the alley or enjoy a fantastic breakfast/lunch/dinner at the 'Copper Hen' right across the alley.
  • The micro apt. was nothing less than perfect for our 3 nights of adventure in MPLS. Everything we needed in the apartment was there and whenever we had a question, Colin was quick to reply - from getting in late night to toilet paper running low to a late checkout. He was quick to reply, ultra kind and super accommodating. The apartment itself is minimalist in design, but with much character, artsy touches and exceptionally functional - closet with hangers, armoir for clothes & shoes, cabinet space in the bathroom, towels, cleaning supplies, iron, etc. Kitchen was equipped (even though we didn't cook), Brita water in fridge, coffee beans and even some fruit and snacks on the counter. If I had to echo one previous comment I read, I'd say that the window coverings could be better - as women staying alone, it would have been nice not to have a gap in the curtains... Other than that, I have zero complaints and all of the positives blow that one minute detail away. Colin has done an amazing job refurbishing the property and making the apt. just what you might need for a visit to MPLS. Also, location, location, location... We walked to 'Eat Street' every day and frequented the restaurants, bars & coffee shops just one block over - most were renowned and recommended to us by locals before we even booked the apartment. We also walked to the Uptown neighborhood a couple times, and Uber/Lyfted our way downtown when needed for under $10/ride. After nearly 10 years working in the vacation rental industry, I can say with confidence that this place has got you covered.

  • Colin gave clear instructions and made finding the place, parking and settling in very easy. The location was awesome and we very much enjoyed the dinning recommendations. I would highly recommend it and look forward to the possibility of staying again the next time I am in the Twin Cities.

  • The unit was easy to access, and we knew that Colin was upstairs if we needed anything

    Michele And Philip2016-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • Colin was an amazing host and the apartment was absolutely perfect. The location is incredible, situated in one of my favorite neighborhoods of Minneapolis. Within a three block walk of our digs we enjoyed the best variety of ethnic cuisine I've experienced in any city. The Minneapolis Institute of Art was a treasure that sits on the doorstep (well, one block away). Every detail to make the apartment feel like home was considered and provided. This has been one of my best experiences with airbnb rentals ever. Thanks, Colin.

    Angela2015-12-22T00:00:00Z
  • The listing was exactly as pictured and described — except even better. I was obsessed with the design of the house and the location was perfect. I wish we were there longer! He left suggestions, a local map of places to eat, the house is so cute and artsy and minimalist I loved it. Easy to get to, Colin made himself available if we needed anything, but we didn't. If you're traveling in the areA, stay here. Beautiful old home in charming neighborhood, walkable to everything. 15 mins to airport

We have reinvented the traditional Bed & Breakfast by catering to the needs of the modern traveler. The mansion provides luxury accommodations for all types of stays including business travel, romantic vacations, cross-country overnights, special occasions, and corporate retreats. The mansion is immaculately restored to preserve its architectural significance, along with modern amenities. Parking & Hot Tub available for additional fee.
Bright & airy with the best views of downtown from both windows! The main mansion has thousands of square feet of common area including a formal dining room, grand drawing room, and library, all of which we encourage our guests to enjoy. The estate also houses an original carriage house, porches around the house, and three unique gardens.
Very safe neighborhood, walk everywhere downtown.
  • This was my first air bnb and I had the absolute best experience. Sam was so accommodating and hospitable. The friendliness made this location feel like a home away from home. Apart from the history, this mansion is beautiful and has so many things to offer. I would 100% recommend this to anyone and everyone.

    Morgan2017-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place! One of the coolest air b n bs I've ever stayed in. Perfect location, comfy bed, great value. Can't say enough about this place, you'll have to see for yourself :)

    Paige2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • The room was bigger and nicer than the photos. There were several unexpected extras--some snacks and drinks left for me in my room, a few beverages in the fridge, a lift to my meeting in the on-site taxi (you have to ride in it to understand what a treat that was.) Whenever I needed anything a simple text to AJ received an immediate, helpful response. Thanks for a great stay!

    Gary2016-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • Everyone was friendly and helpful during my three night stay for a conference in downtown Minneapolis. Words cannot describe the overall beauty of this mansion. It's worth coming just to tour and marvel at all the details.

Ultra comfort Queen Sized memory foam mattress. •Clean Laundry in the basement, 2.00 wash, 2.00 dry. •Bike Storage or FREE BORROW A BIKE's AVAILABLE •TV •Off Street Parking •Great neighbors, all tenants properly screened. •AWESOME LOCATION! My Historic Brownstone is located in the South Ninth Street Historic District downtown Minneapolis and is registered on the National Register of Historic Places.
The South Ninth Street Historic District exhibits one of the city’s best and most cohesive collections of multiple-family dwellings from the turn of the century. Generally located along Ninth and 10th streets between the intersections of Park Avenue and Fifth Avenue During the mid-1880s, the young City of Minneapolis was booming. The flour milling industry had hit full stride, bringing thousands of hopeful newcomers to town in search of new jobs and new homes. A rapid influx of new residents between 1880 and 1890 created a severe shortage of housing. As architects and builders scrambled to meet the demands, a new type of building – the row house – was introduced to the Minneapolis streetscape. The first residents to settle in the South Ninth Street District were affluent professionals drawn to the area by its proximity to the downtown business district. Many of these wealthy businessmen, such as Samuel Morse, vice president of the Minneapolis Flour and Manufacturing Company, enjoyed living in row houses designed for wealthy inhabitants adjacent to the 10th Street and Park Avenue mansion. The most outstanding feature of the South Ninth Street District is its uniformity of type, scale, material, age and design. Between 1886 and 1915, local architects including William Channing Whitney and Frederick Clark designed townhouses, row houses and flats based on Classical, Renaissance and Romanesque models. The red brick buildings feature an assortment of diverse details rendered in red stone and terra cotta.
  • I absolutely loved this place. Great location for downtown and uptown night life. Clear and prompt communication with Chris where I felt comfortable contacting him with anything I needed help with For example, the kitchen was out halfway through our stay and Chris fixed it immediately. Fridge had beverages and fruit for us to enjoy. I just really enjoyed the cozy vibes this place had! I definitely recommend this place. And I know I'll be back!

    Sophia2017-05-22T00:00:00Z
  • We love the studio. Privacy and comfortable. Private parking space.

    Saley2018-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • Fast communicators, nice and personable as well! Delightful historic style building and apartment. Sometimes the neighbors can be a little noisy—though not intentionally as they were simply coming-and-going through the building—and with age the building's wooden hallway floors are just slightly creaky. If I was as old as this building and its heritage I would probably be slightly creaky too. Haa! Good place.

    David2017-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and I stayed here over our honeymoon and we loved our time. The location is perfect for downtown exploration. We highly recommend this location and are already planning our next visit!

    Gregory2017-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Chris and Monica are fantastic hosts. I recommend staying here! Their home was wonderful and they communicated diligently, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. Their house is in a great location, allowing us to walk to anywhere we needed. Contrary to what you might think, being in the city near the hospital was not noisy at all! Their home was cozy and clean with all the amenities you would need. Having free parking was an absolute plus so we had nothing extra to worry about or pay while we explored the city. I absolutely recommend staying at Chris and Monica’s home, and I will definitely be back!!!

    Shelby2018-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • Chris and Monica's apartment is lovely, it is cozy and contains everything you coudl want. The communication was wonderful and easy, they kept in contact with us and were available for any help if we needed it. The apartment is well located an easy walk to US Bank stadium, The Guthrie theatre and the Nicollette Mall. I would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully we will visit here again on our next trip to Minneapolis.

    Ruthellen2018-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Had a nice stay. Very close to US Bank stadium on a quiet street. We visited during an April snow storm, and the hosts were very accommodating.

    Elizabeth2018-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • A small apartment with a lot of recommendations to explore the city. Chris and his co - host Rachel respond very quickly when you have any question at all. The possibility of using bikes is great as well as the cool drinks in the fridge. For a short stop in Minneapolis it’s a wonderful place.

  • A great space close to several breweries, parks and restaurants. We chose not to have a car, but had no problem getting around the neighborhood and into the city by foot, Nice bikes or Uber. Donovan was gracious on arrival and had everything set for self check in. Some train and traffic noise, but as city folk, we are primarily used to it. Absolutely worth the walkability to explore all areas of Minneapolis!

Welcome to Northeast Minneapolis! You'll be cozy and comfortable in your own private apartment -- the entire first floor of what used to be a corner grocery store and butcher shop in the early 20th century. Built in 1902, the space is unique, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches, yet retains its historic and unconventional character. The sunny storefront space is now a beautiful living and dining room, and also a bedroom -- there's a double Murphy bed hidden in the wall. Homemade furniture makes for a stylish vibe beneath the original pressed tin ceiling, and a library ladder helps you reach whatever book you might be looking for. Located near downtown, the U of M, US Bank Stadium, Target Field, The Guthrie, and the Mississippi river. Enjoy the spacious, open layout, take advantage of the private backyard, and explore the neighborhood! Upon arrival, you can let yourself in with the keypad lock -- we'll provide the code when you book, so you can check in anytime. Head into the door on your right, and you'll be inside the large, open and airy space that used to be a small grocery store. The high ceilings, open floor plan and thoughtful amenities make for one of the more unique spaces in Minneapolis. It's outfitted with a huge sofa, beautiful modern lounge chair, and custom furniture. In this room, you'll also find a Murphy bed hidden in the wall that sleeps two, outfitted with a super comfortable Tuft & Needle mattress, custom light fixture, and outlets for your phones and devices. A large, hidden door in the back wall leads to an open and airy kitchen, where concrete countertops, a large stainless steel sink and everything you need awaits you. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub/shower, fresh towels, and everything you need. Down the short hall, you'll find a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a private entrance/exit to the fenced-in backyard and patio. I'm always happy to meet and spend time giving you a tour, and my favorite neighborhood recommendations. Welcome!
You are within walking distance of two of Minneapolis’ best restaurants: - Hai Hai (a 5 min walk) - Young Joni (a 15 min walk) When you venture out, you will find yourself in the heart of the Northeast Arts District -- a safe, charming residential neighborhood that is within 1-2 miles of coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and all manner of excellent restaurants, bars, and attractions, in addition to incredible local breweries, hundreds of artist studios, and more. Our street is a designated bikeway, among many others that cover the entire city. Minneapolis is one of the best biking cities in the country, and we provide maps and route advice to get you just about anywhere. We are close to the center of downtown, the Minneapolis chain of lakes, and Target Field (the new Twins stadium). The largest art crawl/festival in the nation, Art-a-Whirl, takes place directly in our neighborhood every May.
  • What can I say that hasn't already been said? Peter was a perfect host and his place was exactly as advertised and amazing! The neighborhood was quiet and the secluded bike path was just a block away! We will be back for sure!

  • My husband and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary in Minneapolis and our stay at Pete's was perfect. Great location for local breweries, and plenty of other things to do. We will definitely book again if back in the area.

  • Peter is a WONDERFUL host. A smoothe check in, how comfortable the space is, even instructions about where to park because of the snow plowing schedule, are all part of what he does as a host. I’ve stayed at his spots multiple times and will continue to do so. I love it there.

  • You will feel comfortable and at home in this stylish storefront apartment. A perfect location to get to the city as well as the suburbs. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. Relax in the backyard, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, nice television and sound system if you wish to stay in. You won’t want to leave and you’ll want to come and stay again.

    Angela2018-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • Peter's place was beautifully decorated and matched the pictures posted on Airbnb. The neighborhood is great place to stay in Minneapolis with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a couple of issues, but Peter addressed them immediately. Would highly recommend this place!

  • Cool space. Stylish and comfortable. Safe. We would stay again.

    Larry2018-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Pete’s loft is as lovely as it appears in the photos. Drinking tea while watching the snow outside was a fantastic experience! Great book selection, diverse streaming options, and great mid-century inspired furniture. Pete is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond for his guests. He genuinely cares and makes you feel like an old friend. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay again on my next trip. Thank you, Pete!

Lovely, quiet house located in a very safe, central location steps away from the U of M/Dinkytown 5 min by bus to downtown. Vibrant neighborhood with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops close. 10 min walk to Saint Anthony Falls/Mississippi River
Located right in Dinkytown close to Downtown and the U of M. Great, safe and vibrant area with lots of places to visit by walking distance! Super comfy, sunny and clean room. WITH a huge comfy double bed, FREE WI FI + Cable TV. Plenty of space. Clean bathroom and kitchen - you will be at ease here. The beautiful Stone Arch Bridge is a 10 minute walk away. you can get a Nice Ride bike and go on a very scenic bike ride with many bike paths in the area.
Safe, urban and vibrant neighborhood in the heart of the city. Great for foodies, plenty of amazing places to eat and supermarkets close by. and downtown and the lightrail (to get to the airport and Mall of America) is less than a 10 min bus ride away.
  • A very comfortable environment to stay in. Sunit was very friendly and provided all us with clean towels for our stay. However, the bed didn't have much support and the wifi was a little slow for 2 to use.

    Carmen2017-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed once before this summer and it was great, met Sunit and he seemed nice and I had a great stay. This second time Sunit was not around. The bedroom carpet and couch needed a good vacuuming. Also the bedding consisted of just loose top sheet (no fitted sheet) and a microfiber blanket. Hopefully this was just a time when he was out of town and didn't get to everything. Location is great though.

    Andrew2018-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • Sunit was a great host - even threw me a few beer for nothing. What a gem

    Colten2018-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • nice home, very easy communication -- and heat that works! (very important in minneapolis)

  • You will find if much more rundown then pictures. just needs cleaning and uodates

    Ronald2018-11-23T00:00:00Z
  • Sunit came through for me at the last minute. I needed a room with less than 24 hour notice and not only did he provide but it was a very nice and clean room. Pretty nice area too, lots within walking distance.

    Jason2016-07-11T00:00:00Z
  • Nice that it was walking distance to Dinkytown as well as The Newman Center.

    Ali2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great location that is about 0.5 mile from Dinkytown and U of M. Room is pretty spacious, and host is friendly and responsive. Only negative aspect was that the sheets (or the comforter couldn't tell) and linens smelled kinda funky. Overall good value for the price.

Inspired by John Bradstreet- please look him up! This arts & crafts style bedroom with private bath is one of a kind! The main mansion encompasses thousands of square feet of common area including a formal dining room, grand drawing room, and library, all of which we encourage our guests to enjoy. The estate also houses an original carriage house, porches around the house, and three unique gardens.
By far the best neighborhood in Minneapolis. Loring Park neighborhood. The center of the city. Walk everywhere.
  • WOW! If you love historic homes with character and ones that were completely rehabbed by the owners, look no further. Part home, part bnb, and part event venue, 300 Clifton offers all you need. The home is beautiful, clean, and you can tell a lot of love went into re-doing it. As a lover of American history, I also loved the fact that they were leading nightly tours of the home allowing guests to learn more about the original owners and how the house was built and what went on in its past. I definitely recommend staying here and enjoying its comfortability and historic nature. The owners are super nice and accommodating and it's super close to downtown.

  • What a unique and lovely space AJ has created. AJ made our stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

    James2017-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • Staying here was wonderful. It's an incredible value. We really enjoyed the history of the home as well as the accommodations. We will definitely stay at 300 Clifton many more times.

  • This place is great. The house is magnificent from the grand scale and architecture to the very well done guest rooms. Mine was a former maid's on the third floor redone with great furnishings and an impressive bath. The hosts were charming. I'll definitely go back. It's a great deal.

    Tom2016-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • 10/10 would recommend. Location, house, dog and host are the best. If you're looking to stay close to downtown stay here.

    Jeff2017-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Our first Airbnb experience! Our hosts AJ and Norman were gracious and provided a quiet, cozy place for us to call home for a night. Check-in was a breeze, room was cozy and clean, breakfast was a nice treat and Madonna is a gem of a pup. 300 Clifton is perfectly situated in the Loring Park neighborhood.

To reserve three bedrooms, please indicate either 5 or 6 guests.
Enjoy a rare authentic brownstone in Minneapolis. One of very few that exists in the city, this was designed and built in 1897 and completely restored into a modern living space. Enjoy exposed brick walls, original staircases, yet all the modern conveniences. There are three upstairs bedrooms available, with a shared full bath. To use the second bedroom, even if there are only two people staying, please make the reservation for three people. This ensures access to the second bedroom. To reserve all three rooms, please book for at least 5 people. The main floor is used as a quiet office from 9 am to 5 pm.
The neighborhood is culturally diverse. You can walk two or three blocks to trendy eateries, or a mile or two to a very happening uptown district. It's close to downtown, UBER will probably be about $10 to downtown and $5 to uptown. The front bedrooms have view of downtown Minneapolis. There is a small convenience store across the street, gas station a couple blocks down Nicollet Avenue. Parking is on the street, and generally available.

  • Great location, and the rooms and beds were super comfortable! Thanks for the great night in Minneapolis!

    Jonathan2017-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Janet’s place was very nice it was very clean, easy to find, quiet neighborhood, and very comfortable . It was affordable and 6 people could be there very comfortably. We had 5 adults . Check in is simple! And there was chocolate in every bedroom! Would highly recommend !

    Pamela2017-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • Listing was pretty accurate. I didn't realize the bathroom would be shared by the office workers, which was a little off-putting since we had our personal toiletries in there. Janet put an air conditioner in the small bedroom, which helped keep things cool in the hot summer evening. There was some confusion over the lock (we never received instructions) but Janet responded quickly to our inquiries.

    Amanda2015-07-19T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect stay, Janet was clear on how to check-in and check-out. Room is spacious and comfortable, house is well located

    Lorenzo2016-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • The spare room and bath in Janet's brownstone office are luxury hotel level. The room was nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable. Check in was a breeze and I appreciated Janet's detailed instructions. I also appreciated the listed dining recommendations (definitely go to Blackbird Cafe for brunch - great food in a rustic antique-inspired setting). The neighborhood was noisier than I would have liked, between cars and people being out late, but if you're a night owl and want access to nightlife you might not mind so much. Anyway, the price really can't be beat for what you get by booking Janet's room. I would just advise confirming if anyone else has booked another spare bedroom so you don't end up spooked in the middle of the night realizing you're not entirely alone (and I wish I was referring to ghosts).

Our 1 bedroom lower level apartment is a perfect home base as you explore Minneapolis- all new construction with a modern rustic design. In-floor heating will keep you cozy, a 55" 4k TV in the living area will give you a chance to veg, full kitchenette and a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. We are 2 miles from downtown and Uptown, 15 minutes to the Mall of America, 20 min to airport. Super convenient access to this great city!
We love hosting people who are visiting our city and love to help you experience the best that us locals like to enjoy, whatever the season. Summer 'need to know': There is no AC in the space. However, since the it's a garden level space, it stays pretty cool, even as the summer temperatures get hot. There are two fans and good airflow from the windows. That said, if you like the cold that only AC can provide, our space is not for you.
Our neighborhood is very centrally located with great access to the best that Minneapolis has to offer. Our home is on historic Park Ave, and in the heart of the Powderhorn neighborhood. We're 2 miles from Uptown or downtown and blocks from the Midtown Global Market and Powderhorn park. There are several restaurants and a brewery in walking distance and the mid-town greenway bike and pedestrian path is just 2 blocks away.
  • This place was great. Paul and Julia we're so welcoming and went the extra mile on making me feel welcome.

    Ian2018-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • Julia and Paul and their boys are gracious and warm hosts over a chilly weekend. Their recommendations helped for lively days and their apartment is a comfort to return to! Thanks a billion!

  • The place was exactly as in the pictures and description. Very cozy and stylish! Had everything we needed for out trip. The kitchenette was equipped with all the essentials. The location was very central to downtown. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

    Cristina2018-04-02T00:00:00Z
  • This rental was very reasonably priced and provided much more space than a hotel. Very private, but the hosts were also readily available if we needed them or had a question. The space was very clean and modern. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Minneapolis!

    Tracey2018-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Great location and parking, arrival was a breeze, and the space was very bright and beautiful! Also very much appreciated the personalized recommendations for local food and coffee shops!

    Erin2018-11-06T00:00:00Z
  • This place was rustic-chic, well-priced, and conveniently located -- we could walk ten minutes and be at pretty Powderhorn Park or take a short drive to Minnehaha Falls, Lake Nokomis, or downtown Minneapolis. It was the perfect size for two, with a modern, small kitchen; a clean, modern bathroom; and a very comfy and charming bedroom with a double bed. Plenty of on-street parking. We would definitely stay there again.

    Wendy2017-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • The space is wonderful and the hosts go the extra mile to make you comfortable. A top pick for those who want to relax in a homely environment.

    Sumanyu2018-03-23T00:00:00Z
  • Really great, very clean place with kind, friendly and helpful hosts. It is quite loud at night as it's a basement apartment on the corner of a busy intersection, and there is no a/c so we wanted windows open for air flow. We were woken by a motorcycle at 3 am but fortunately our toddler wasn't. Just bring earplugs and you'll really enjoy it!

  • Cool modern space in downtown Minneapolis. Central location provides quick access to a lot of neighborhoods. We mainly used car services or walked, but there are also public transit options nearby. The building also has a great rooftop with awesome views of the city.

  • My sister and my boyfriend and I stayed here on our first visit to Minneapolis. It was very cozy and had nice touches everywhere. I got to meet Amanda briefly and she was really nice and promptly responded. Also made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all to just let her know. I really did enjoy my stay at her Airbnb, but I just want to take note to future guest. Its the perfect size for 2 people. Especially a couple. My sister was with us, which was fine for her because she is tiny person and she brought her own bedding, so she didn’t even bother pulling out the loveseat pull out bed. She just wrapped up in her blanket slept on the couch. Bring bedding if you need to put someone in the living room, and also take note the only bathroom is through the main bedroom, so while it wasn’t awkward for us that my sister had to walk past us sleeping to use the bathroom, and that we felt the need to leave the room with all our stuff when trying to get ready, because she wanted to shower and dress, even with the bathroom door closing her off. It could very well be an awkward situation for other guest. Another note, if you are a coffee drinker, there is no mugs beside small little espresso glasses. I had to buy one at the MOA aquarium gift shop. Otherwise we absolutely thought her place is adorable and comfortable!

  • Amanda was incredibly quick to respond and the apartment itself was so clean and stylish! A little hot, and there is no way to turn down the heat- but easy to open the window and turn the ceiling fan on and Amanda had Mexican hot chocolate for us! Would definitely stay at again!

  • This was our first Airbnb experience and it was incredibly (Website hidden by Airbnb) a GOOD way! The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The communication and response time was excellent as well. Jody is a delight and I wish I had more time so that I could have hung out with her. The home itself was quaint, spotless, more than comfortable, quiet, secure, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you might need. I loved the fact that the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, flushable wipes, and air freshener were all high-quality products that I would use in my own home. The containers for the Q-tips and mouthwash were even cute! The little table, microwave and mini-fridge were so convenient and helped to ensure our total seclusion and privacy. There were numerous outlets for putting in devices, f the Wi-Fi worked well, without any lagging or interruptions. The iron worked well and didn't scorch my clothes, and the light over the sink in the eating nook was phenomenal for applying make-up and doing my hair. If I could give them 10 stars, I certainly would!! Thank you for a beautiful first experience!

  • This place was an excellent place to stay on our trip to Minneapolis. It's a huge house that's been separated into different living areas. It can take a few minutes to orientate yourself to what is actually your space but once you do the feeling of privacy sets in and you can comfortably settle in. Everything you need is available and there is no way you'll use all the amenities provided but knowing they were thought of makes it feel like a lot of effort was put into making your stay as worry free and relaxing as possible. It makes you feel valued as a guest and goes a long way. Everything was comfortable from the airconditioned room to the shower with a million towels. Its suitable for either a short stay of a single night or a lengthy one of weeks or more. Another great thing was the location as it's only a short drive to pretty much anywhere you'd like to go. We will definitely be visiting Minneapolis again and would happily stay here when we do.

    Clarissa2018-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • I woke up to a bite on my toe. With some research, I realized that it was not just a random bug bite, but a spider bite! Ok, no worries, I let it go. On the fourth morning, I woke up to yet another bite on my ankle--this bite was MUCH larger than the first. Needless to say, I was not happy! I did not communicate this with the host as she had become irritated with me (a few days before the last spider bite incident) because I got locked out and I could not get the code to work.

  • Pet friendly? Great parking? Great scenery? Yes, Yes, Yes. This is a great place to spend a few days as you do your thing, I imagine that after the snow melts then it would be extra beautiful. Also helpful, Subway is just 2 blocks away. An easy meal right there. I do recommend. 5/5

Newly remodeled garden level apartment with private bath, kitchenette, living space, and bedroom; everything you see in pictures is all to yourself! House washer and dryer are on the same level and are available to you. Private entry in the back. Free parking on the street or the back with advance notice. Close to airport and VA and walking distance to Lakes and n'hood restaurants and amenities. Nice ride is close by to enjoy biking in our bike friendly city. Walk or take bus to light rail.
The apartment includes 3 rooms all to yourself: - A bedroom with a queen bed, closet, and plenty of drawer space - A living area/kitchenette with couch/hangout place, tv and on the other side of this space is a kitchen area with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kitchen sink and eating area - A bathroom with shower All of this space is yours; it is not public space. Permanent residents live upstairs. There is also a public washer and dryer on the same level for your use. There is free parking in the alley or on the street. There is short term parking available for trips out of MSP for a nominal fee. You can hangout in the front or backyard or walk to nearby restaurants or have a picnic at Lake Nokomis or Minnehaha Falls. I am about 1.5 miles from light rail which will take you to the airport or downtown Minneapolis or Mall of America. You can drive and then park and ride, bus, walk, or Lyft/Uber to a light rail station. Airport is about 5 miles away, VA is 1.5 miles, and downtown Minneapolis is about 9 miles away via car or 6.5 miles away via bike. Downtown St Paul is 12 miles by car or 9 miles by bike.
This is a modest and safe Minneapolis neighborhood with restaurants, grocery, library, and shops close by. In particular, the 34th and 50th corner has some fun things. There's a nice coffee shop on 28th and 50th and Lake Nokomis is very near this coffee shop.
  • The space is a perfect size for two. Nice and clean. I've definitely stayed in more comfortable beds, but it wasn't terrible. Some dog barking during the day while we were relaxing before heading out. Right near airport so you'll see/hear planes too. About 10-15 min drive downtown.

  • We loved our stay! The space was incredibly nice and clean, check in was easy, and the location was convenient for visiting both downtown Minneapolis and the mall of America. The place had the niceness of a hotel, with the coziness and private feeling of an apartment. Mary was a great host, providing all the amenities we needed, giving clear instructions, and responding quickly to messages. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

  • Very nice little place. Its got every thing you would need. Its just an absolutey beautiful part of Minneapolis. Its the kind of area your kids are safe to play outside. Yet not populated with stuffy types. This is blue collar America. Her dogs are great and this was a great overall experience. The place brilliantly clean and has everything and more. Love it

  • Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Felt just like being at home. Would definitely recommend.

  • If you need to get up early for a flight or just need to be near the airport, this is your place! We had to get up at 4am & it was only a 5 minute drive to drop me off. The space is clean & adorable with thoughtful touches (the bed is comfy too!) Only be aware that the upstairs tenets have dogs - they were a bit noisy (maybe why Mary supplies earplugs, haha!)

  • This is an amazing place to stay in a super cute neighborhood. Everything was wonderful. The place is well designed with everything you could need for your stay. The location is close to a wonderful park with a lake!

  • Mary's place is super convenient to the airport. It is very clean and stylish. We enjoyed our time here and it worked perfectly for our overnight in Minneapolis. Also felt like a safe place for two women to come in at 1am which was a bonus!

My place is close to green space--just four blocks to the gorgeous Victory Memorial Parkway. You’ll love my place because of how accessible highways are to get to all parts of the Twin Cities. I'm a ~10 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis. I'm about 25 minutes by car to the MSP airport and Paisley Park. I live in a very residential neighborhood, there aren't coffee shops or grocery options within walking distance. I love hosting, and meeting guests from all walks of life!
I love the energy of this room! It's at the front of the house, on the main floor, and right off the living room. It has a super comfortable king sized bed with memory foam topper. The unconventional piece is that the doors are folding doors, with curtains for privacy and light. You're on the main floor of my home, and will be sharing the guest bathroom with other guests if the other room on the main floor is booked.
My neighborhood is very residential--we're in the Cleveland neighborhood of Minneapolis. I love my neighborhood for it's diversity, history, and proximity to nature and all that the Twin Cities have to offer. You're in a big metropolitan area, but guests often comment how quiet it is. You may hear siren traffic, as we're very close to North Memorial hospital, and not far from a few major thoroughfares throughout the city. In the warmer months, the kids that live on my block play outside, and neighbors may have a birthday party or football event. You may hear a loud car or two passing through, even at night. All a part of living in the city!
  • Good place... close to downtown

    Sam2018-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • The location was excellent and had an easy accessibility to the variety of highways. It also had nice eatery places nearby. The host is a quick with the communication. The place is very welcome and warmth with the personal touches to make you feel home.

  • Elise was a very nice and friendly host! The location was very convenient due to it being near the freeway exits/on ramps. I loved the bed because it's sooo comfortable:) I definitely recommend this place. Great price too!

    Sayuri2017-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Elise has a charming room to stay in. This was my first Airbnb stay and I felt like I was at home. Elise was helpful in communicating and making sure I understand the features (she had nice post-it notes). Having some oatmeal available to heat up for breakfast was great. It was a little cold but of course it was Minnesota in January (There was a great warm blanket)

  • Very comfortable and clean.

  • Air BnB wants me to write a review of what I loved about Elise place. The answer would be all of my stay! Easy directions for checking in made that process painless. Along with all the friendly reminders and post its around the house. Very eco friendly even had toothpaste that was fluoride free. If you are looking for a place thats not downtown then this is it for you.

We invite you to stay in our home! We have a cozy guest bedroom available in our quiet, two-story home built in the 1920s. Located in the Southeast Como neighborhood, our home is conveniently situated near the University of Minnesota, TCF Stadium, and Dinkytown - about a 15 to 30-minute walk to any of these locations. Guests love our home because of how close it is to the University of Minnesota. A great location for visiting students, alumni, parents, and those attending conferences on campus.
*Looking for travel credit? Sign up here and you'll get $40 towards your 1st stay: www.airbnb.com/c/kha107 --- Hi there! We are Kevin and Caitlin and we are two young professionals living in our two-story, single family home with our 17-pound dog Charlotte. Our house is an older home that was built in the 1920s and contains the original woodwork and built-in cabinets. We live in the Southeast Como neighborhood of Minneapolis, a lively student neighborhood located just north of the University of Minnesota. We enjoy meeting new people and decided to rent out the spare guest bedroom in our house. Our house is conveniently located close to the main University of Minnesota campus and is also a short Uber or Lyft ride to Downtown and Northeast Minneapolis. Our guest room features an Alexander Signature Series Mattress from Nest Bedding™. Guests often say that it's one of the best mattresses they've ever slept on! The guest room also comes with a small desk, nightstand, table lamp, dresser, and closet. The door to the guest room has a latch that locks from the inside for travelers that might want additional privacy. If you're interested in staying with us, please tell us a little bit about yourself and what brings you into town. We want to make sure you have a great stay in our home! ***For summertime guests - please note that we do not have air conditioning in our home. The temperatures in Minneapolis during the summer are usually in the mid-80s and in the 70's during the evening, so A/C usually isn't necessary (one of the perks of living in Minnesota), but if you're especially sensitive to heat, you might want to consider a different place.***
The Southeast Como neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood conveniently located north of the University of Minnesota campus and a short bus ride, Uber/Lyft ride, or bike ride to Downtown and Northeast Minneapolis. The neighborhood is a mix of college students, young families, and older folks that have lived in the neighborhood for years. There are a number of dining options located just a block away from our house. - The Blue Door Pub is considered one of the best burgers in the Twin Cities and the restaurant has great local beers on tap. We come here pretty often. The wings are really good too. - Ramen Kazama is a new Ramen spot that opened up right around the corner from our house. It's one of the most highly rated Ramen spots in Minneapolis and is highly recommended! - Black Coffee and Waffle Bar serves top notch waffles and is great for getting a cup of coffee in the morning. It's also a good study spot if you need to get work done. - Football Pizza serves some of our favorite pizza in the Twin Cities. Really convenient if you're looking for some good food you can take to go. - The Dinkytown neighborhood is a short 10-minute walk away and has great bar and restaurant options that cater primarily to the college crowd. We especially like eating at Shuang Cheng, Pagoda, and Loring Pasta Bar. - The University of Minnesota campus is also about a 15 to 30 minute walk away depending on where on campus you are looking to go. Our location is great for visiting students, alumni, parents, or people traveling for conferences on campus.
  • My boyfriend and I stayed at Kevin and Caitlin's for a weekend, and we couldn't have better things to say about our stay. They were very communicative and flexible about our check-in and check-out times, which was helpful given our luggage, changing plans, and the rain. They even provided us with a mini guidebook to their house and the neighborhood. We immediately felt very welcome in their home, which was exceedingly neat, and had plenty of space and privacy. The location is wonderful - a close walk to campus and restaurants but still nestled in a quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed meeting them and would definitely stay again.

  • My girlfriend and I spent a night while visiting the city to attend a nearby concert. The entire experience was great. Nice house in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of some great restaurants. Which was especially convenient since it was raining. The hosts even offered us an umbrella! Check-in/check-out times were flexible, communication quick and helpful. Only regret is that we didn’t get much time to talk with the hosts. Definitely would stay again.

    Taylor2016-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • Accurately described. Easy enough walk to tcf and campus. Hosts were as accommodating as possible. Even let me leave my heavy stuff there for awhile after checkout so I didn't need to haul it around. Thanks

  • Nice stay, they were very communicative on check-in and check-out. Would stay again.

  • Wow. The people of Minneapolis have wowed me with their hospitality and friendliness. This all started with Kevin. The stay was phenomenal, and he made sure that I enjoyed it. I highly suggest staying with him.

  • Kevin and his wife were perfect hosts. Communication was outstanding and check in (even though I arrived quite late) super smooth. Their house is old but beautiful and very clean. Nice neighborhood and very easy to get to downtown Minneapolis and the University from there. Their dog Charlotte is just gorgeous, coolest dog ever.

    Till2017-10-23T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy and nice place. Would recommend for future guests!
