It is impossible to describe just how amazing our stay was at The Cleveland Cottage! We were in Nashville for a wedding, so it was a pretty hectic weekend; however, the cottage was the perfect retreat for us. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to stay when visiting the city. We used to live in Nashville, so I have even been recommending it to any of our musician or creative friends that live there because it was a space that I found to be truly inspiring to work in. We will definitely be booking the cottage for our next visit to Nashville! It is everything you hope for in an Airbnb... And then some. :)

This space was perfect! We loved crashing here at the end of each day and waking up to the gorgeous natural light. Highlights include: an AMAZING shower/tub, the parking right next to the cottage, and the comfy beds! It's a great space in a neighborhood with delicious food. Beta greeted us and gave us some awesome suggestions for the next few days. Stay here if you can!

We LOVED our stay at the Cleveland Cottage. The accommodations are exactly as pictured and we loved that the cottage "felt like Nashville". So many fun neighborhoods to explore so we were glad that we rented a car and could come and go throughout the day. It was the perfect spot for a getaway with my husband. Thank you!

*****This was our first experience with Airbnb and man, did these ladies set the bar high. A few minutes after we arrived, Beta texted and asked off she could pop in and introduce herself. She was beyond hospitable and we knew we had made a great choice in coming here. The pics online do not do the cottage justice. There's no way a picture can capture the abundance of natural light that makes the cathedral ceiling glow and makes the room feel open and spacious. The kitchen area and bathroom were clean and beautiful. The coffee and snacks were a nice touch. (I hadn't had a Goo Goo Cluster since I left Tennessee as a kid!) The bathroom is roomy with plenty of storage and a deep tub. It is so choice. The bathroom is separated from the rest of the space by an adorable pocket door with a shiny little brass lock. It's well lit and tastefully decorated. The fire pit area was roomy and private as described and there was gated, off street parking. The cottage is located in East Nashville and is convenient to literally anywhere you want to go in Nashville. It was a $5 Lyft to main street and took only around 5 minutes to get there. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance and if you can't decide where to eat and drink, see the provided directory in the kitchen or ask Beta for recommendations. I honestly can't think of any reason that we wouldn't stay here again. Nashville was hot as hell but the cottage's AC was up to the task. Here's a few more things not mentioned above: - the bed was uber nice and comfortable - the pillows were nice and fluffy yet firm - the internet was plenty fast to handle video streaming - HD tv and Netflix were provided - Chromecast was provided to accommodate anyone with HBO Go or other supported video services - built-in bookshelves were stocked with some interesting titles There's much more to be discovered here and in the surrounding neighborhood. I can't recommend this highly enough. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality, for making such a beautiful space and for sharing it with us! *****

Beta was a great host! She gave us a rundown on day one of some local spots that were more off the path, had the house nicely stocked, and even went so far as to send us a necklace that we left behind.

I'm so happy we found this place on Airbnb because it has been by far our best experience yet. Fantastic little place and even better hosts. The place is clean, cozy and has everything you could need, including a turn table which was great because we had done a lot of vinyl shopping. I was concerned from past reviews about the train noise, but honestly after about two times we didn't even notice it. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. Checking up on us to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves but still gave us privacy. And they even supplied us with a few things that we needed with no hesitation. Best Airbnb experience we have had. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Nashville, look no further.

The listing was accurate -- cozy, clean and cute, this cottage was the perfect place to explore East Nashville and beyond. Comfy bed, mini fridge, record player and nice touches from the host, like granola bars, a Keurig and fresh flowers. The host was incredibly attentive -- he sent us recommendations before our trip, and checked in with us via phone and email throughout our stay to make sure we were taken care of. There is some train noise, but we didn't find it to be too disturbing, the occasional train horn. If you're a really light sleeper it may bother you, but neither of us are particularly heavy sleepers and woke up a couple times but slept great otherwise. We'd highly recommend this place!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend in Nashville and the cottage was the perfect place for us. It's centrally located in East Nashville near lots of restaurants and coffee shops and our hosts already had great recommendations laid out for us when we arrived, though, whenever we had any questions they were also really quick to respond. The cottage had plenty of privacy and looked newly renovated. Julian and his fiance were great and we'd definitely book here again.

This place was perfect. It was a wonderful cottage (I really enjoyed the turntable!) and we were close to everything. Julian was extremely communicative and made checking in and out about as easy as possible. Overall had a wonderful experience.

We were grateful that Julian was able to rent us the space at such short notice -- the response time was very prompt, which is important when you're on the road with a smartphone trying to find accommodations. the flat was super-cute and very clean. We liked the stylish touches and the chickens out back. The neighborhood seemed nice and safe and close to restaurants and coffeehouses. We would stay here again.

Wonderful space with great style.

The house was clean and well-prepared for our visit. Not only was the house beautifully decorated, but it was fully stocked with everything you might need (especially the kitchen). It was located conveniently near BNA, downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Basically, it was everything promised and more!

We stayed for 3 nights. J Wes was a fantastic host; he was quick to be in touch, easy to contact, kind, and extremely helpful with suggestions about what to do and events. The house was charming and perfect for our group. We rented a car, which is necessary, but were still able to get around relatively cheaply, in part due to proximity of location, using Lyft when we went out at night. I would 100% recommend staying here.

The overall experience was wonderful - a cozy bungalow in a great location to walk to drinks, food, the store etc. Cab needed to head downtown but reasonable if you have a number of people sharing. J was a great host, accommodating and so pleasant to deal with! He included a map with local hot spots and was available with any questions we had. Awesome experience!

This place is so great! 4 of us stayed very comfortably for 4 nights (we each had our own bedroom), and we loved relaxing in the stylish living room and on the adorable front porch. The house was well equipped, and the neighbourhood was quiet. Lots of cool shops and restaurants within walking distance (mas tacos, pharmacy burgers, Jeni's ice cream, etc), plus a grocery store a very short walk away. $8ish uber to downtown/broadway. J gave us great suggestions, and was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend J's place both because he was a great host (you won't find a cooler Airbnb, vintage furniture, record player and all) and because East Nashville is a great neighbourhood, it felt like the real Nashville, but still easy to get to downtown/the touristy stuff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location. Not far from broadway. Edgehill is a lovely area to stay. Lots of bars and eateries near to spencers place. Highly recommended.

The villa was a great spot to stay. It’s super cute inside and looks just like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Nashville again. It’s also in a great location. Only about a $6 Lyft ride to broadway and a lot of the top spots. Also can walk to taco mamcitas which has amazing tacos!!

Our stay at the Villa was beyond our expectations. The place was exactly as the pictures depicted, yet it still took our breath away! Spencer and Alex have designed a beautiful home away from home for travelers in Nashville, stocked with everything a traveler might need or have forgotten, and it is located close to Vanderbilt University while nestled in a really fun neighborhood that we greatly enjoyed exploring. We didn't actually meet Spencer or Alex during our visit, but they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Perhaps on our next visit we'll get to meet them, as we can't wait to go back!

We loved the Villa! It was just as described and very convenient to downtown. We walked and rode bicycles everywhere. The apartment was spacious and very clean. We would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Nashville.

If you're visiting Nashville, the Villa is a great place to stay. It's location is ideal for easy access to downtown and it's size is prefect for a couple. The pictures represent the unit well and we found it clean and well appointed. Spencer and his wife were great hosts and were always available if we had any questions. The neighborhood was very nice and there were numerous restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. I would definitely recommend the Villa to anyone traveling to Nashville.

Had a blast at the Villa throughout our stay! Spencer was super inviting and had great suggestions for local spots throughout Nashville, including a few right up the street (shoutout to Taco Mama's). The space was very clean and HGTV-esque and made for a great spot to come home to every night. Definitely a return trip in the future!

This cottage is fantastic! Not only is it a beauty cottage, it also has a hammock and porch swing out front which I enjoyed each of the days on the visit. There were even beverages included in the fridge if I needed a drink. Will be staying here again in the future!

My girlfriends and I started our rod trip down the blues trail here in Nashville. We fell in love with this house as soon as we arrived. It was just gorgeous and felt very Nashville! We had such a relaxing time here and didn't want to leave. It's about a 15 minute drive into the city so we just used Ubers to get around which was fine. Would definitely come back again next time we are in Nashville!

I took a big group to a conference and this home perfectly suited our needs. It had everything we needed, and it was very clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking to house a large group.

My husband, son, granddaughter and I had a wonderful time at Erin's place. Cool and comfortable. We opted to drive into Nashville every day and found it relatively simple. Parking is available for a price in the city and we found some reasonable prices. Erin's place is very clean with plenty of space and private sleeping areas. Nicely laid out for a group or large family. Highly recommend!!!

This house was amazing. Full of artistic beautiful things in every room. I have travelled a lot and clearly so has Erin. I can't think of a single problem that we had with this place. It was hugely spacious, spotlessly clean and I really liked that you could tell that it was not just a second home for renting out. Erin lives here some of the time and that makes it a proper home to stay in. Erin also tipped us off with lots of stuff to do in "NASH-VEGAS". I must say that both the town and this place exceeded my expectations.

My mom stayed in the cottage this time and loved her experience there as much as we did! She will plan to stay there again on future visits.

We had a great time at Debra's cottage. She really went out of her way to provide little personal details based on our communications that made it extra special for me and my daughter (we were on a Mommy/Daughter overnight date). The loft was particularly exciting for her - she must have climbed up and down at least two dozen times. It is just as beautiful as the pictures show (although they don't do justice to the awesome metal Nashville sculpture above the door). The neighborhood is great - adorable homes, big shade trees...we walked to the Sweet 16th bakery for breakfast. Debra also has a nice yard, with many places to relax (and a very sweet dog). It was really peaceful. Parking was right outside the door which was really nice. It would have been great to stay a few days and really unwind! I would definitely recommend the cottage, and hope to stay there again. Communication with Debra was fast, easy and friendly.

Debra was a fantastic host and made communication very easy. Although our trip was just a quick overnight stay in transit to a longer vacation we found this property in the cute East neighborhood of Nashville cozy and ideal. Should we visit again we will definitely book this listing again.

We had a wonderful Christmas experience in Nashville thanks to Debra and Mike (their sweet son and dog too!). They made my first airbnb experience a breeze. Debra provided a great email with lots of local places to eat, shop, visit and enjoy along with easy and helpful instructions prior to our visit. The cottage is beyond adorable and in a wonderful neighborhood with many walkable establishments to enjoy. We had a fantastic time and can not wait to come back again.

We had a wonderful week in Nashville! The cottage was absolutely lovely....and comfortable. Debra had so many little touches that made us feel at home. She had also given us a list of suggestions, places to eat, etc. in each area of the city which we used numerous times and her suggestions were perfect. Our location was great for walking and we felt very safe walking day and night. Staying in Mike and Debra's cottage in East Nashville was a treat and we look forward to going back!

The Geiger Family has set the Airbnb bar sky high! This was our first expirence using the site and after our stay with Debra, we have already booked our next adventure! The neighborhood is just as wonderful as the host, with many amenities within walking distance. BONUS: portions of the TV show Nashville are filmed down the street! The cottage is lovely. Described and photoed accurately. I even came away with some decorating ideas for our home. This will be the only place we stay, when visiting Nashville.

Loved staying at the cottage. It was the perfect spot, not too close or too far from downtown Nashville. I would recommend anybody traveling to Nashville for the first time to skip the rental car and just Uber everywhere. Especially if you’re only there for a couple days and don’t plan on doing anything outside the city.

Everything just as stated. Comfy bed. VERY clean. Tons of natural light which is so nice. Location was perfect to come into town for a concert. Several great bars/restaurants a very short walk. Very low fare uber ride to the arena to the concert. Once I pulled in, I didn't have to drive any where the rest of the weekend. It was perfect for what I needed. Kate's place is wonderful.

It is in a great location, it is a historic building, you hear everything all hours of day/night from the outside and other apartments. The toilet did keep running you had to keep eye on it to make sure it stopped

Kate's place is awesome. It was very easy to get to the apartment and when we arrived it was very clean and cozy. Kate was always available and left us great tips about the city, which we really liked! The neiborhood has lots of nightlife and it's still close to the Music Row. Sure a place we would return and highly recommend.

Excellent communication, large apartment, great location. I quite liked Kate's place. If you have a car and don't get one of the meter-free spaces on the side streets at night, you'll have to be feeding the meters at 8am.

Location! This place is less than 1.5 miles from the party strip. Enjoyed some great BBQ. We were on a trip through the east coast using only Airbnb and this place by far had the most comfortable bed. Great open space living room. And was clean and welcoming. She sets the standard for Hosting

This was a wonderful place to stay!! We really enjoyed our time here. The apartment is adorable, comfortable, and clean. There were guide books and information about local spots to eat, drink, and things to see in Nashville. It was about a 20-25 minute walk, but a very quick drive to get downtown. Kate was very attentive and responded quickly to messages!! We would highly recommend this listing!

The apartment was just as described with lots of space for three people and the guest book listed clear instructions and information on the wi-fi, pullout couch, etc. The surrounding bars were noisy at night but nothing ear plugs couldn't block out. Parking wasn't too difficult and the location was convenient.

This was our first time staying at an AirBnB and we weren't quite sure what to expect but overall it was great and very convenient. When we arrived, check-in was easy and we were able to access the keys from a lockbox. The apartment was just the right size for what we needed and in walking distance to several restaurants and shops near Vanderbilt. Only negatives, which are small: the bathroom sink didn't drain while the water was running and there were no outlets in the bathroom (at least we couldn't find any). Also, although we didn't use the fridge, the outside looked like it needed a good wipe-down. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Kate's place and would recommend it.

This location could not be better. You can see it all with a quick uber ride or walk. Others had said that the noise outside was a lot but other than an occasional ambulance we were not disturbed. The bars that are across the street are far enough away and the AC drowned out any noise. The place is spacious with high ceilings and bright natural light but the building is older and peeling tub and rusted bathroom sink are evidence of this. It needs a face lift but considering its age Kate keeps it very clean and welcoming.

Great apartment within walking distance to some awesome restaurants and bars. There is a market right across the street that was great for getting random supplies. Apartment was super cute and clean. Loved that Kate took the time to write down some recommendations for places to eat, drink, and explore. Would definitely book again! Thanks!

Kate was super easy to get in contact with when needed. The apartment is exactly as pictured and is in a very convenient location. My sole complaint is that the door to the building (not the actual unit) had a busted lock so every night upon arriving back at the apartment the door was wide open. There was a note hanging on the wall next to the door stating that the door should be securely closed for our safety. Being unable to do that and unfamiliar with the area, this made my husband and I feel a bit uneasy. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Rebecca and Jonathan's Tiny House is perfect for anyone visiting Nashville. They are in Berry Hill and short drive or Uber from anything! Their Tiny House is decorated adorably and for 200sq feet is quite roomy! We were visiting Nashville for the first time so we did a lot of sight seeing (and eating) and this was a comfortable home base for our weekend.

We had a wonderful time at Rebecca's place. It is the perfect combination of private and secluded while also just a few minutes to the city action! We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend checking them out!

My wife and I had a fantastic time in Nashville due in large part from Rebecca's hospitality and the tiny house! The house is a cozy adventure that suited us perfectly. We were able to take advantage of well known and not so known experiences because of the great location easy minutes from downtown, various cool neighborhoods, and great parks.

We loved our time at the tiny house!! We arrived late at night, and Rebecca went above and beyond to light the path and make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this place to others, and we hope to be back in the future.

Ricky was a great host - he was very accessible for any questions we had when we arrived in Nashville. I traveled with two other friends and found Ricky's place to be very charming and in a fantastic location. We were right in mid-town with many bars right next to the apartment and a short Uber ride to the main strip of bars. (About $5). While the location was prime - the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par for three females. The bathroom was very old and a little dirty and the kitchen didn't have a lot of amenities if you were trying to cook a meal. (We were not). Though the bathroom and kitchen were a bit dirty, the common space was nice. The king bed was very comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville. If you are looking for standards of a hotel, this is not the place for you but if you are looking for a place with a great location to explore Nashville, it is perfect.

Great little apartment in the middle of restaurants and bars. Perfect for my friend and I for our one night stay.

I wouldn't recommend this place. My biggest concern was the front door. It legitimately looks like it's made of plywood. One swift kick and it'd come down. I also feel like we severely overpaid, but it does seem like the price has been lowered since we booked. The listing is in a busy midtown neighborhood, so cool restaurants and bars within walking distance so it was quite noisy, but we expected that. Couldn't find any proof Johnny Cash lived here and no proof of the building being a historical landmark as the listing claims. If you can put that aside, and just want the location, I'd say it's a decent pick, but you can probably find something better.

Great location near many bars and restaurants. The place is not large for 5 people, but if you’re planning to be out exploring the city most of the time like we did, it worked out. The host gives great suggestions for things to do which made traveling easy!

Cannot beat the location and price of this place. As Shannon said in the description it is not the ritz, but it's loaded with character and is a super cool place to crash for a few nights!!

I found the flat very comfortable. Yes, the flat was older as I was pre-warned by the host but it's not at all bad. I was expecting something run down but it's not. The location was great. So many bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. I would stay there again and would recommend it. Thanks for the stay.

Location is what this one is all about! You can easily walk to a plethora of great restaurants, bars, shops and hangouts. Grab a Lyft and you can see all of downtown Nashville easily from this location. So if your aim is to enjoy the city and stay out late, this spot is great. We were able to park outside the building on Lyle St. We didn’t crank our truck again till we left two days later. Now if your goal is to lounge around your house in luxury or avoid climbing stairs (its on the third floor people) then this is probably not the spot for you. The place shows its age; the sinks drip, the drain backs up, the dishes are hodgepodge and the AC is window units (you’ll probably want to bring a fan.). But again I think some people will find the rustic appeal of this place. A young couple or close friends out to Party or a concert would probably find this spot best.

We had a very nice stay at Rick's studio. It had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and snack bars. It was very clean and comfortable. I initially thought the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy but it was all good. I felt secure with the coded locks. It was great to have our own private entry and parking spot. Patio area was great too. Only a $6 Uber ride to downtown. Mondell's restaurant only a few minutes away was an awesome place for brunch. Thanks, Rick!

My wife and I stayed at this studio apt on our recent trip to Nashville. The apt was very clean and well appointed. We had everything necessary to make us feel at home including bottled water in the fridge and coffee for the coffee maker. The location is close to the Farmer's Market with several restaurants and food vendors. Nashville's famous music area, The District, is a short distance away. Rick, our host, was available to quickly answer any questions that we had. This was our first experience with Airbnb but after this it certainly won't be the last!

My family had the pleasure of staying at Ricky's apartment. He was very accommodating and made it a breeze to get settled in. The apartment is located in a good area for bars and restaurants; Ricky offered some good suggestions of things to try. This place is across the street from a bar called Losers, which on weekends can get a little loud, but overall not too noisy. My family took advantage of the apartment's great central location to venture into different parts of the city.

Ricky was really nice and accomodate us well by listening our demands and reply to it favorably. The location is ideal as it is at walking distance from almost everything and not that far from downtown or even the Parthenon. Thanks for that Nashville experience!

The parking situation was difficult because the public parking in the area gets full. The location is good but the building is dated. The 3rd queen bed is between the kitchen and living room with just a curtain so privacy is limited.

Great location and nice apartment. Unfortunately, the host really did not put much thought into the comfort of his guest. For example: *No hangers to hang your clothes and no dressers *No wine glasses *No toaster *Faucet in kitchen is broken, sprays water everywhere *Bar stools at counter are too short to be functional. *Beds not very comfortable

The place was big and clean. The couches are not really comfortable and not long enough for an adult. But the bed in the bedroom ist good. From the apartment it’s about 10 min to downtown by Uber.

Great pool area and the apartment had nice features. The host was super responsive and gave great pointers about Nashville life. However, the place was filthy. It felt like it had not been cleaned in months. If it had been cleaned professionally and done well, it would have been a great place.

This apartment was awesome! Within walking distance to many of the sites, and also close to some local bars. Uber is a must for getting around the city! One tip we learned, don't park in the Nashville journal parking lot - we were there for 5 minutes while checking in and got a $50 ticket! But our stay was great and we highly recommend this place.

Patrick & Karen's space was awesome! I loved how close it was to where I needed to go. The space was exactly as listed. Clean, cute, and in a really nice area. They were super helpful with whatever we needed and even suggested a really yummy bagel place along with other great spots. It all really made our trip to Nashville great. The only negative was how easily you could hear everything happening in the apartment above, especially in the morning, and all of the construction noise from outside. We absolutely loved this place! Modern and cozy, a really lovely full kitchen, nice clean bathroom and shower, and a comfy bed. Daphne left us very clear instructions and we had no trouble finding anything. Location was nice, not a far drive to any of the spots in town, and parking was very easy out front. I don't think I could say enough great things about this space or our hosts! First of all, the bed is COMFY. Like the kind of comfy that makes you not want to get up in the morning. Seriously, I slept like a baby. The space was full of character and very well kept! Everything was clean. Although we didn't get to meet our hosts, they were easily accessible. I even bothered them for a blow dryer which they were happy to lend. I would absolutely recommend the sharpe house flat to anyone visiting Nashville. PS--I did a little (Hidden by Airbnb) tour when we first arrived & all of my followers were messaging me wanting to know how they could book this place. Plus, it makes for some insta photos.

Great place! The apartment and neighborhood are very quiet, and close (15 minute walk or very short drive) to great spots in East Nashville. Also a short drive to all of the other great areas of Nashville. Jenilee and Steven were great hosts and check in and check out were very simple. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot in a residential neighborhood of Nashville. Super hip space......

Every little nook of Jenilee and Steven's place is thought out and filled with so much personality! Seriously apartment therapy worthy:) Little helpful notes were scattered throughout the bright second floor flat of their home, and we were greeted with a whole series of neighborhood recommendations. The kitchen was well stocked with glassware and silverware for one of our evenings spent relaxing and eating in, and lots of extra blankets to get cozy. Checking in and out was a breeze, as was parking in their driveway. We would absolutely love to be rebook on future trips. Thanks so much for creating such a welcoming space!

We loved staying at the Sharpe House Flat. It was tidy and cozy. We wished we lived there! The private entry was great and easy to come and go as we pleased. Steven was quick to respond when we asked for recommendations for good tattoo shops, which we appreciated getting the scoop in an area that was unfamiliar to us. The neighborhood is young, hip, and in a great location to get to Broadway and other areas. Definitely check out a store nearby called Hail which specializes and taxidermy and dark oddities if you're into that sorta thing ☠️

This is a great little spot for a getaway to the Music City! The room came with everything that we needed for a weekend, including a wet-bar kitchen area. Rick provided some drinks and snacks, as well as plenty of towels and pillows to make sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed a movie on TV during our stay, and he even offered wine for a small charge! Rick made it very easy to check in and check out. We arrived and were able to enter our door code and settle right in. Everything was as it appeared in pictures, and felt very cozy from the beginning. Rick was very hospitable and checked in with us once we arrived, and was available by phone or text if we needed anything.

We had the pleasure of staying in two of Rick's suites, and they were both absolutely gorgeous and provided everything we needed for our Nashville stay. On top of that, he was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, and super friendly. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Nashville, and hope to be back soon.

The suite in Nashville was quite luxurious, clean and very comfortable. It is in a great neighbourhood with easy access to downtown and within walking distance of Germantown and the delights of the Marathon Motors building. Highly recommended.

Rick was incredibly accommodating and super friendly. He answered all of our phone calls and texts and made sure we had everything we needed. We arrived and were stunned at how gorgeous the house was. A very spacious room, super clean, and private bathroom made us feel just at home. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Only a four minute drive to fantastic local dining and Honky Tonk central. I definitely recommend staying with Rick at his AirBnB. Its cleanliness, location, and Rick's helpfullness set this AirBnB apart from anywhere we have stayed before.

Bottom Line: Rick's place is the best in the Nashville area on Airbnb. You won't be disappointed.

We were very happy with our experience at Rick's! He was easy to get in touch with when we had questions and was very accommodating. The space was beautiful, updated and super clean. Cozy front porch for hanging out on and only a 5 or 6 minute cab ride from downtown. You can easily walk to downtown too if you want to stretch your legs and get a little exercise. We would definitely stay here again :)

We came in town for a wedding and rented Rick's place for the weekend. The other out of town guests were jealous of us as Rick's place is way nicer than a hotel room for a fraction of the price. The suite is spacious, private, clean and has everything you could need. We told our Nashville friends to let company know about this spot. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Rick's studio was only brief, but exactly what we were after. The room was nicely furnished and clean. Just as described. Rick was very helpful and prompt in replying to any questions.

Great location, we were able to walk to several places and took Uber the rest of the time. Sofa bed could use a new mattress but stay overall was great and just what we were looking for. Not a quiet locale but that didn't bother us since we were in for a girl's weekend!

The place was nice, I like the fact that we had access from the street or the garage, that was convenient. The location worked for us, it was close by restaurants and bars, but just a short drive to Music Row. Legree our host wrote me a long list of suggestions for restaurants, bars, clubs and things to check up, that was awfully helpful.

We loved this place! I would recommend it to anyone coming to Nashville with a small group. I think it would be best for 3-4 people. Legree was so helpful and answered our calls very quickly. When we had questions or needed something, we called him and he was very prompt and could answer all of our questions. We loved the location. We could walk to great restaurants and it was a very quick uber ride to Broadway. We took advantage of the pool in the complex and it was great. I cannot say enough about this place and my experience. We stayed the weekend of CMA Fest for my bachelorette party and the location was perfect! Mary was super helplful from answering questions before we booked and through our entire stay! The apartment was very clean and was exactly what my group was looking for.

This is a great location. Very close to many fun bars, and quality restaurants. You can grab tickets to the hop on hop off old town trolley at a restaurant around the corner(call the tour company for exact location) which was a great way to get our bearings in this fun and historic city. We were here during and especially cold time, and appreciated how many comforters were provided. The bedroom heaters were appreciated as well. All in all, a great place to have a fun Nashville trip.

This apartment is in the perfect location for a getaway in Nashville! It is surrounded by some of the most popular bars and incredible food in the Gulch area and is specious. Would definitely come back!

Not knowing ANYTHING about Nashville, we were in a great location. We could walk to downtown Broadway (was about 2 miles maybe), could find food and drinks within 2 blocks. There was a great coffee shop a block away. If you are into a late night scene, this is your place. However, the bands and the music were very loud until about 2:30am. The apartment was very clean.

This space was definitely as advertised. It is across the street from loud bars that stay open late, and the music can be heard clearly throughout the apartment. Definitely not a luxury getaway space, but more of a crash pad. That being said, we were warned of what to expect before we got there. Our hosts were courteous about an early check in when we arrived earlier than expected, and responded extremely quickly. If you’re going to be honky-tonking all night and need a bed to sleep in without exorbitant Uber fees, this is the place for you!

Suited our needs to a tee! It’s all about location for this property, we were in town for concerts at the Ascend Amphitheater and for a great party! That’s exactly what happened. My 2 girl friends and I spent 3 nights at Mary's place. The location was great! We felt perfectly safe, there was a great variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. An UBAR ride was $6 to Broadway, we were there for the music and had a great time! The beds were comfortable, coffee provided. The description of the place was as expected. Thank you!

We couldn't be happier with our stay here! The neighborhood has a lot to offer in regards to restaurants. We enjoyed a nice dinner at Rosepepper (great margaritas) and had lunch at The Pharmacy twice. Sky Blue was great for breakfast too. We were a very close drive to everything we wanted to see and do. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I enjoyed the selection of teas and the wonderful electric teapot each morning. Our interactions with our hostess were good. I hope to return and would recommend this house to anyone.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Sherein's house was amazing and in a super convenient location. We checked in with no issue and were happy with everything from the communication to the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved Sherein's home! I stayed overnight while I was in town for business, and the location was perfect with easy access to the interstate and lots of great places nearby to grab a bite to eat. (Burgers at the Pharmacy are delish!) The home is beautifully renovated and spacious, and Sherein has provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was so much better than a hotel! She is an absolute delight to chat with as well, and I will without question make this my first choice on future trips to Nashville. Can't say enough good things!

Marshalls place is absolutely perfect. Cozy, secluded, clean and just very cool. His communication is perfect and he was very welcoming. The binder of suggestions was a nice touch. Seriously did not want to leave. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a trip to Nashville! This home is in a great location. We were able to walk to so many different areas -- the Gulch, Hillsboro, 12 South, and to Centennial Park. Depending on the time of day it was around a $5-$10 Uber ride to downtown/Broadway. The place had everything we needed during our time there. If you want a convenient place to stay- stay here. Across from losers, popular dive bar with random semi stars dropping in. If you’re disabled in any way- don’t stay here. It was pretty hard dragging my 40 pound suitcase up the fire escape in the dark.

A charming gem in Nashville midtown! 5 minute Uber to Nashville’s famous bars. There are midtown bars right across the street that are really great too. Blake is also a very courteous and responsive host!

Great place. Just like advertised, walkable to so many bars and a very quick uber downtown. Only problem was the shower was a little dirty. Other than that everything was spot on.

Perfect location in Nashville. Close enough to all the action, but far enough away that you weren't up all night with noise. This was our first Airbnb experience and we're happy we decided to stay with Blake.

Blake's place was awesome. We had a great time being in mid town so close to food and entertainment. It's within feet to many great local spots. I was pleasantly surprised at how minimal the noise level was being so close to so many places. We had no problem sleeping at all. Broadway and The Gulch are both just a few miles away and the Uber was super cheap per trip. The place itself is an older, historic place but the decor was spot on for an authentic, non-hotel Nashville vibe. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely LOVED the location!!! It was the prime spot to stay in. Host was very nice and helpful. I feel like this listing should explain the struggle you will have getting up to the 3rd floor of the apartments. I slipped and hurt my hand pretty bad trying to haul up my 3 heavy suit cases. The apartment was ADORABLE, I just did not expect to have to deal with those stairs. I would have booked a different place if I would have known this since I did arrive by myself, and I only had one other friend with me with just as many suit cases. Blake was an AWESOME host. Very friendly and informative. The floors could use a little cleaning. There was a bad leak in the middle of the apartment as well. (There was a bucket placed there when i arrived foe this issue) A few of the outlets did not work. No outlets in the bathroom

Cass and Martin's apartment is lovely. It's clean and has everything you need. The location wasn't too far from downtown Nashville. The available parking spot is rocky and hilly, so you need to be careful with your car, but it works. The only thing that surprised me was their communication. Though I didn't have a question that needed answering, I received zero communication until after I checked out. After check-out time, I did receive their detailed check-in message, but I was already gone. Other than that snafu, I do recommend this Airbnb.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location to the CMA Fest and there were several wonderful restaurants in the area. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have a full kitchen available. The bed was super comfy and the decor was cool. We heard the pitter-patter of children on the main floor, but it didn't bother us.

My best friend and I stayed at Kate’s location for a weekend girls getaway. Neither of us had visited Nashville before and wanted to have a great time. Kate’s space was really cute and had plenty of space for the two of us. The living room couch turns into a second bed and it was surprisingly really comfy. I liked that we could also access Netflix and Pandora for down time or getting ready to go out time. That was a major plus for me. The communication from Kate was on point with step by step directions for accessing the apartment and the key. She even left a guide for local restaurants and bars and any additional information we may need. We did have to take a quick 5-10 min uber ride to broadway or into town, but all in all it was a great location. There is an IHOP literally across the street for an easy breakfast among other convenient pizza shops, bars, and restaurants. This was my first time using air b&b and I have to say I am happy I chose Kate’s location. It made our trip to Nashville so much more pleasant.

Kate has such a cute little place in a nice neighborhood right off Vanderbilt's campus. It was approximately a mile from Broadway.

We loved the location of the house, the 12 South area is walkable which was super nice! All the amenities you need at the house, it's a safe area with parking right in front, and the host communicated well through the check in/check out process.

Debra was great and very attentive. The place was very up to date and had great amenities. We had a full kitchen, washer dryer, and a coffee maker. It's right by downtown Nashville and they had a bulletin board with some local places to check out. It was a very comfortable environment and we felt right at home!! It made our honeymoon feel even more special.

She made it not only convenient and easy to find and get to our location and in and out, but also provided a huge list of recommended things to do, see and eat! We ended up going to some of her recommended spots and they were all fantastic. We had a really fun trip, and Debra made it even better with her spot-on communication and responsiveness. The place itself was lovely and immaculate, and we felt right at home. It was the perfect spot and close to a lot of great restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time staying at Debra's house. It was clean, she provided everything we needed (even snacks) and we loved the vibrant decorating. Debra was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs. We utlitized her provided list of helpful recommendations a lot. We especially liked the coffee suggestions. Fido was our favorite breakfast, Crema Coffee was our favorite coffee and Burger Up was amazing!! It was nice to have the option of walking to Martin's BBQ right near the house on our first day after a long day of traveling and a bonus that it was delicious.

Josh and Jessica were very gratious hosts and everything that was listed was spot on. The house is beautiful and the apartment is very nice. Quick walk to the heart of East Nashville and if you're up for it you can walk to Broadway too. Next time my wife and I stay in Nashville we will look here first.

A clean and quiet place in a nice location. Josh and Jessica provided us with everything we needed and were quick to assist us and compensate us with our only problem we had on our trip (broken dead bolt, which we were given a heads up about, had been engaged prior to or arrival. We were unable to enter the home upon our arrival.) The apartment was a little smaller than we had expected, but with the amount of activities there is to do in Nashville, it wasn't really an issue. Thank you Josh and Jessica for your hospitality.

I don't even know where to start. I have never walked into somewhere and felt like it was home and so comfortable in my life. Talk about the cutest place I have ever stayed, this would be it. I kept saying it to the point my daughter said mom we know you love it here. I love that it felt like home with AMAZING comfortable beds and pillows and towels to the decor. Quick Check-in process and close to downtown activities. The space was clean, bright and airy. The apartment within this beautiful southern plantation home was spacious and beautiful. I loved the decoration touches that made me feel welcomed.

We had such an amazing time in Nashville! We highly recommend this AirBnB!!! Located in the heart of Midtown where all the local music bars and restaurants are, a short distance from Music Row, and a 30 minute walk (0r 5 minute Uber ride) to downtown. Definitely a party atmosphere at night! Ricky was great and very prompt in responding.

Great spot. Great host, very quick responses, easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations. Good location, can uber for cheap or drive yourself to a ton of good spots around town. Solid host all around!

We had a great time at the place. It is comfortable and has everything you need. It isn't the most updated, but it is clean, has great wifi and air conditioning. It is very close to a ton of stuff to do.

We booked the place for three nights, but left after one night, even though we knew the policy said no refund. The main reason we left was that the mattress was very very saggy and both our backs hurt the next morning. The mattress was also wobbly and creaky. In addition, the shower had poor water pressure and didn't maintain the temperature. The front door to the building was unlocked, so people could theoretically walk right up to the apartment door, which was the bedroom area door. For these reasons, we left for a hotel. Positives were that Shannon's communication was prompt and professional. The place was generally clean and a good size.

You can't get any closer to the action/music than this!!! Love the history of this place. I'm a frequent flyer here!!

Ricky is an awesome host. He sent an email with detailed information about the neighborhood and Nashville in general. The place was great for my one night stay. Quiet, clean, and loved.

Karla's place was amazing! A great place for a larger group to hang out, we had a group of 8 and we had plenty of room with the 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The kitchen was a great area to cook and hang out. Before arriving Karla was great with communication about our upcoming trip, including a confirmation email and directions for checking in. Upon check in the door lock didn't work the first couple times so I called Karla and she answered immediately and walked me through the process. We had a minor issue with the heat on the first floor (the weather was unusually cold during our stay) so we called Karla and Ryan showed up very quickly and they called a heating contractor immediately. The response time from Karla and Ryan was amazing, we were very pleased with their response time! Overall, we had a great stay at the house, it is a great location to enjoy Nashville, I would stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Very steep driveway and lots of stairs. Good location, nicely decorated and plenty of space. We enjoyed the stay.

We could not have loved this house more, we absolutely did not want to leave and WILL be back. The lotions and hand soaps, the soft linens, the perfect decor, every little thing makes this house outstanding. Could not recommend more.

The location is great. Walking distance to 5 Points attractions (shopping, drinks, food). Also just minutes away from Nissan Stadium and downtown. About a $6 uber ride. Would most definitely recommend this house. The house was beautifully decorated and was a comfortable fit for 8 people.

I could not ask for a better stay in Nashville. The house is about a 10 minute Lyft drive outside the city, and was absolutely perfect. Karla was very communicative, informative, and answered all my questions (I had a lot) very quickly. I will absolutely be recommending this place to my friends that ever visit. Thank you so much!
