  • Had a great stay here! Tanya was quick to respond to queries and stayed in touch just the right amount. Such a great location, and is in walkable distance to the CBD. We hired a car too, so having the parking space was great. (I would probably recommend access to a car if you’re visiting Perth for the first time as most of the sights are a bit of a drive). Would highly recommend and would stay here again if I were to come back. Only thing I could ask for is maybe another towel rail, or a hook in the bathroom for a second towel- but this is such a tiny problem!

  • Tanya and Peter’s place was perfect for our little staycation for the weekend. Perfectly located opposite Hyde Park which is always lovely to stroll through, close to the city and easy to take a bus down, and easy walk to Beaufort St with many great trendy restaurants. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and cooking was a breeze. Traffic can be noisy even with the door and windows closed, as there’s an intersection outside. The views of the city was a lovely bonus, and check in was easy. The pantry was well stocked as well which was a nice touch. Parking can be pretty tight and tricky, especially if you have a big car. I would certainly stay again and would highly recommend the apartment to others.

    Fresh one bedroom comfy sunshine filled inner city apartment. Great base to stroll around the city during the day or for a night on the town. the apartment had keyless entry and self check in
    The building is of an older style ( it used to be the nurses quarters for the hospital. As there is no smoking in the building people go out the main entrance to smoke. 50m2 one bedroom apartment is new. Fully renovated throughout including new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped along with coffee machine and includes a washer/ dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed a single day bed and a single trundle bed, tv, with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The lounge has a queen sofa bed, tv, table and chairs, The bathroom has shower, toilet and twin marble vanities. The apartment is secure with keyless entry. but has a back up set of keys in a lockbox - codes given prior to arrival For infants and toddlers there is no bathtub, I have a plastic baby bath, travel cot and a highchair. Please note - ONLY THE QUEEN BED IS MADE UP all linen is in the cupboard to make the other beds, it is your choice which beds you would like to use as you might like to keep the lounge room as the lounge room
    East Perth and the apartment block are mulitcultural with an array of restaurants and bars all in walking distance. There is a service station just around the corner for milk, snacks, fuel etc. The Perth Mint is across the road, The WACA is just down the road. Also close to Royal Perth hospital A short walk will get you to Murry and Hay street malls for shopping, Northbridge and the Cultural centre for dining and entertainment Or head down to the waterfront for a coffee or pint at the Royal or Toast. The free cat busses will get you to Kings Park and all place inner Perth A block over on Hays streets you will find the Grosvenor hotel (does a good chicken parmigiana). Jaws has the sushi train. Also there is a small supermarket

  • Melanie's place was exactly as listed - it was clean, spacious and had a fully-functioning kitchen that we made use of to cook dinners! In fact, the place was so comfortable that we spent the whole of New Years Eve just lounging and enjoying the place. It was located in a quiet, but safe neighbourhood, and was within 5-mins walking distance to the free CAT buses that will take you into the CBD. Melanie was extremely prompt with her replies, even though it was over Christmas and New Years! Although there wasn't free parking, there were plenty of street parking lots right outside the building, as well as multi-storey parking opposite as well. We had an absolutely amazing stay and could not recommend Melanie's place highly enough. Thanks Melanie for having us!

  • Do not be deterred by the outside building and inside itself which looks like and old hospital. It is pretty average. I was there with 2 children and the unit itself is modern and welcoming with good privacy and everything you need. The water stayed hot and everything you need is there including a coffee pod machine and all amenities down to shampoo, conditioner. Bed is pretty hard but everything is so clean and tidy I didn't worry about this. This unit is in a nice area with a short walk to Hay Street Mall and some nice Japanese, Indian and Asian Restaurants. The parking is around 20-25 a night at the parking bays on Goderich Street unless you want to get up at 6am and move your car. All in all good value for money and i would stay there again.

You'll be located close to Swan River where you can enjoy peaceful walks/runs/bike rides along the foreshore With a 6 min drive (or 10 min bike ride) to Maylands cafe hub and if your a golfer, then your only a 3 min drive away from the Maylands Peninsula Golf Course (or a 16 min walk along the river) I'd like to add that people of all backgrounds are welcome to stay :)
    Situated on the 5th floor, this apartment has an open plan living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with gas cook top, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, cutlery and coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. The apartment also has a washing machine for your convenience. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with all linens and towels provided for Please note: the apartment has not been 'baby proofed' (e.g. There are blind chords and no power point covers etc) but if this is not an issue for you then infants are more than welcome to stay :)

    Suite 1 is close to public transport, 15 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth, 20 mins to beach. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, cinema, and lake. It is a suite with independent entrance, bedroom with high ceilings, own breakfast kitchenette, own bathroom, & own lounge setting on a shared front verandah. Please note that there is NO SMOKING in the suite, verandah or in the garden and those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.
    The space is newly renovated. It is a private suite consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom, a breakfast kitchenette and an outdoor lounge sitting area on front veranda. This suite has an independent entrance. The bedroom has 1 queen bed, and if there is a 3rd person or child, there is a single sofa bed you can unfold. The room has ample wardrobe space, a desk and TV. The room is light and the french glass doors open onto veranda that overlooks the front garden.
    Mount Hawthorn is a lovely, friendly, safe neighbourhood, with many parks, cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, bookshop within walking distance. Lake Monger is a favourite walking spot with many native birds including our black swans. Our neighbouring suburb, Leederville, is lively and has a cinema as well as many restaurants, cafés, bookshops, fashion boutiques and is also within walking distance or a 4 minute bus ride.

    The hideaway is nestled on the edge of the city, in the backyard of our beloved family home. It is a newly renovated granny flat which accommodates two people very comfortably. Come here to rest, to work or to use as a home base whilst catching up with old friends!
    The Hideaway is exactly that... a hideaway! The city is only ten minutes drive, and the airport is mere minutes away. However on arrival you will, no doubt notice the peace and quiet of this area. The planes take off in a different direction so you will rarely hear them! When you arrive at our place, you have your own space to retreat and relax. The Hideaway is entirely separate to our home, with its own separate entry and private facilities. You will have a small kitchenette (including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster) and dining facilities. There are always some cereals on hand for breakfast. Private ensure bathroom. Towels are provided! There is a wardrobe with hangers and floor to ceiling mirrors. The bed is so comfortable (read the reviews-everyone loves it) and at queen size should be plenty of room for our guests to have an uninterrupted blissful sleep!

    We (arch/designers) lovingly designed and built this great space, with its exposed beams and bricks and recycled features, to capture the panoramic Perth city views. An amazing location, walk to Beaufort St and Nth Perth Angove Strips. City v close.
    This is an amazing and spacious warehouse loft style apartment (of around 120sqm including indoor outdoor balcony) with high ceilings that peak at around 4m and contain 7 amazing velux skylight windows throughout flooding the loft in natural light. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom private from the open living space. One single day bed sits at one end of the open area for reading and maybe a child. Finishes are rustic and industrial with personality. Located between leafy North Perth and vibrant Mount Lawley and a bus ride, stroll or short Uber to the CBD. The apartment (as part of a 2 apartment development) has been recently built but uses many recycled elements throughout to give a sense of the classic warehouse.
    Close to Perth CBD (around 3.5km) Great tree lined neighbourhood with close proximity to the Perth CBD, bus access and also walking distance to cafes/bars etc.

  • What a perfect place to stay.. Carla and Ben's home away from home was such a fun experience. It contemporary with lots of cool spaces. The pictures actually don't do it justice as it's a lot bigger than it looks. Its private and has excellent night city views. Less than a 5 minute drive to the ECU Campus so it made it easy to drive back and forth to settle our son into Uni Village. Carla and Ben left some great tips for eating and were knowledgable of the area when we needed advice. Definitely will stay again when we are back in Perth.

  • Enjoyed my stay at Taryn's apartment. It's small but feels like home and have everything that I need during my stay. Easy check in and check out, walking distance to Subiaco train station(5-10mins walk),bus stop near the apartment,near Domain Stadium,lot of cafes and restaurant around. Go for morning walk at Lake Monger as it's only 15mins walk from the apartment with beautiful view,there's also Pizza place right across the apartment and it opens until late so I would recommend to have take away pizza and eat it at the apartment for a relax night. Taryn is wonderful host,easy to communicate with and always ready to answer any questions or help. Thanks,Taryn! I hope to see you again next time :)

  • We stayed at Taryn’s apartment for three nights and had a lovely stay. Communicating with Taryn was easy, even though she wasn’t in the country at the time of our stay. Check-in was straight forward and the accommodation was great. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location for us, as we were working at an event nearby. There was a 24- hour IGA near which was very handy, and some lovely restaurants. Would def recommend to anyone. Thanks very much for letting us stay.

  • Taryn's apartment is clean, warm and welcoming. It is modern and decorated nicely. The apartment has a really comfortable lounge and bed. The kitchen is well equipped. There is an adequate bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. The gas heater in the lounge room is great for winter nights. The apartment is situated on a busy road so the traffic is audible which could be a concern if you are a light sleeper. There are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment. Parking (uncovered) is easy and convenient within the grounds. Check in was easy with the lockbox containing a key at the front door. Public transport is available right across the road. We caught the bus into Perth city a few times. It's $3.10 one way and takes about 15 minutes. Taryn was easy to communicate with via airbnb messenger and provided helpful information. We would highly recommend this apartment.

    Our place is close to art and culture, great views,, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities , the city. You’ll love this place because of the location as you can walk down through china town all the way to the city and through the museum and art gallery, also there is the free bus close by if you would rarther. The new Elisabeth quay is also close In the opposite direction you have beaufort street cafes and boutique shops as well as Inglewood night markets and NIB stadium.
    The apartment is cosy clean and new. Situated on Beaufort street one of the most vibrant streets around Perth with shops, cafes and nightlife in both directions and NIB stadium 300 metres away for soccer and sports fans which also hosts some great musical acts. One of our favourite spots is the Ellington Jazz Club, and being only 200 metres away makes for a great night. Crown Metropol and Casino is also a short drive away.

  • Our stay was beyond our expectation. Karl's place is neat, clean, spacious and conveniently located. It is 20mins walk to the city center (aka Perth station). IGA supermarket is within 5-10min walking distance, making it a really great place to stay. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around the accommodation, so you don't have to worry if you do not wish to go to the city center. Karl even meet us to introduce the Neighbour to us despite his busy schedule, which my family and I are very thankful for.

Due to the delay of the flight, she waited us to come til midnight and baked us homemade cheesecake and apple pie which re very yummy !! She also recommended some shops for buying cheaper food and gave us lots of vegetable and fruit to make sure we can have enough food for the upcoming trip! There are lots of food choice nearby and the transport there are very convenient.Choosing her apartment as my first stay is definitely a good start of my trip, bringing us a warm and joyful experience. Now I know where to stay if I come to Perth again!

Dianella is a lovely central Perth suburb, approximately 7 km to the CBD, and a great location from which to explore all Perth has to offer.
    My aim is to provide an affordable and comfortable 'home away home' for couples, small groups or families. The space includes; • Undercover private parking bay at the front door for your car • Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, triple built in wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps. • Second Bedroom with a Queen size bed, reverse cycle air conditioner/heater, ceiling fan, double built in wardrobe, bed side table and lamp, and a wall mounted TV • Open plan Living Room with dining and lounge areas.     Dianella is a safe and quiet residential suburb, just 7 km from the CBD with good local amenities. It is a great location for families, with lots of local parks with play equipment, including a small one right across the road! A short drive or walk away (900 metres) is Centro Dianella Shopping Centre, with supermarkets, specialty stores and plenty of take away options. The Morley Galleria Mall and the popular Coventry Village Markets are both just 2km away (4 minute drive), great for shopping, supermarkets (including one open 24 hours), movies (Events Cinema), and lots of restaurants to choose from including, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Greek ect. There is a 24 hour Spudshed supermarket at the Coventry Markets, and 24 hour take away burgers (Hungry Jacks) on route. Alternatively, 4km away on Beaufort Street there is a 24 hour IGA supermarket. There are many fabulous restaurants, bars and pubs on this street also. The Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre is 2.5 km away, and has indoor and outdoor pools plus a gym. Or for those who like to run/walk Yokine Reserve is a Perth favourite and also just 2.5km away. There are local Halal options including Vrbas Halal Butchers at the Coventry Village Markets, and Charcoal Chicken Cafe at Dianella Shopping Centre.
  • Fantastic host. Kellie is very thoughtful to the slightest details. Everything you required is provided in the house from toiletries , cookies and coffee/tea. Car is parked literally at your doorstep. Very cosy homely feel. My kids and parents felt so comfortable staying in this house. Is near to a very big Morley shopping centre that has every shops you can think of. In conclusion, i will definitely stay here in my next visit again.

  • Kellie is a wonderful host, she is quick responding and does not bother to answer a lot of questions and also she gives me very good suggestions regarding my trip arrangement in WA. Kellie's place is definitely beyond our expectation, clean and cosy like home, and with everything you need, even a pushchair which is so helpful for us to take my kid on city tour. One day I told her there is not enough washing powder in the morning and she supplied a new box of powder before we get back in the evening. It is such a wonderful experience we will never forget! We came to the house early to leave our luggage even though it wasn't yet ready to check in but Kellie was really patient and welcomed us anyway when we were there. When we came back later, the house is really clean, fragrant and well prepared for our arrival i.e. the later proper check in was worth the wait. Everything was working fine for us throughout our stay. Kellie provided an carefully prepared exceedingly well informed set of instructions inside a file filled with things like maps, bus timings. recommended places to visit and even a bunch of takeaway menus from restaurants for us, which we thought was really well thought out and felt the personal touch. there wasn't any trouble in maneuvering in the house. There were tea and cookies provided and we really loved those, sorry we took all the cookies in the jar :P The house had netflix and it provided us a source for movie nights for our family. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable place in perth.

The coffee and tea range there is superb. Just like a 5 star hotel. Love it so much. We requested a rice cooker and Kellie get it for us. Just an incident of the aerobed was deflated but Kellie got it fix ASAP and she left a show bag for the kids which they love it. Her directions to get the keys was very clear. All the relevant details in the house was clear and precise. I highly recommend her place for family with kids.

I remember I was having some trouble getting connected to WiFi and he was so kind to reply me promptly and clearly. Also, self check in was convenient as he shared all instructions clearly for you to follow. You know that you can definitely count on him when you need assistance. The place is a convenient location as well. Walk a little and you get to a bus stop that brings you to the City. Walk further down you get to go to shops and Coles supermarket. This lovely home made my stay in Perth a lovely one. I would definitely recommend James cozy apartment. ♥️

    Our large open plan apartment is filled with sunlight and lush plants both inside and out. We have good views across to East Perth skyline and beyond. The long balcony is private and has plenty of seating. You will wake up to the sound of a water fountain outside your room each morning. The room has both curtains and a privacy blind which can shut out 100% sunlight if desired. As there is only two apartments in the building, this means less noise and more privacy. Our neighbours in the other apartment are in fact friends of ours.
    Our apartment is located in a diverse neighborhood in central Perth. The area is home to many business, industry, and apartments. For shopping and sightseeing, either walk, catch a free train or bus into Northbridge or the city in less than 10mins. There are a few great cafes nearby if you need your caffeine fix.
  • Brian + Anthony penthouse is amazing, it comes with 2 cuddly pup. The very lovely warm friendly cherry and dudley :D... We extremely enjoyed our stay of 5nights more than Fraser's Suite Hotel at Adelaide Terrace with ridiculous rocket high price & amenities qualities that are not even anywhere close to Brian's place. At the Fraser Suites there are No electronic heater bed, the shower takes forever to heat up, there were no tissues at side table, no balcony, and they charge crazy for the beverages in the fridge.. While Brian's place has got all of these and they give guests all free of beverages in the minibar, the train&bus access cards, airport pickup and drop off (which would normally costs 35-40$ per way) and the location is crazily just 200meters to the train stop that all 3 main lines pass there. We could go anywhere with that station or also just a 150meter to the nearest CAT bus stop. The hotels (Hyatt, Fraser.. Etc) at Adelaide Terrace are far from any train station at least 1km or so. Brian and Anthony are very informative, helpful, thoughtful so much so that I believe every guests like us felt connected to them..which would probably ended up became friends. We miss them loads and especially Cherrie and Dudley. Definitely we'll stay over at Brian place anytime we go to Perth and totally recommended to any of our friends and family travelling to Perth..

  • Brian's place is very well located. Just a stone's throw from the Claisebrook Station. From that station you can go to Perth and Fremantle without getting off the train. It is also about a 15min walk to Northbridge where there is some good restaurants. The room itself is very clean and comfortable. Brian really takes the inniative to make it feel like home. A coffee machine and a mini fridge came in handy when we wanted a nice coffee or a cold drink. The private bathroom is also very nice and clean. And finally, Brian is the most genuine host I have ever met. From the minute he picked us up from the airport we were already have good conversations with him. He has 2 cute dogs (Dudly & Cherrie) that are absolutely the best. Be prepared for them to greet you whenever you get to the apartment. I will surely miss them. Overall my stay here was fantastic and I would definitely come back here again soon. Cannot recommend it enough!

This makes travelling around very convenient, easy and safe. Brian was very prompt in answering the questions I had prior to the trip so that helped planning my itinerary so much. To top that, their dogs Cherie and Dudley are the cutest, most friendly and hospitable dogs I have ever met. They were such a delight to have around the house.     This is a great modern styled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, air-conditioned ground floor apartment situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the heart of a great café district, Leederville. The master bedroom boasts a new queen sized bed suite with a comfortable pillow top mattress and a large closet hidden behind floor to ceiling mirrors. There is a pull out single bed for an extra guest to sleep on (available for $10 extra per night) a cot is also available on request. The second bedroom contains a homely brand new double bed suite with a pillow top mattress and beautiful art work. The living area contains the normal creature comforts and the modern and newly renovated kitchen is modestly equipped with plenty of tools for those with culinary talents. To provide the very best facilities for our guest we have installed a state of the art water filtration system into our kitchen tap. The bathroom has been styled in a contemporary fashion transforming it into a relaxing retreat, and the soft fluffy towels provided will make sharing this space with loved ones even harder than usual in the morning. You will also find a chemist, bottle shop and 24 hour supermarket (IGA). Lake Monger is a short walk away which is ideal for morning runs or a gentle stroll to watch the swans. Mount Hawthorn is a 15 minute walk in the other direction which has a Woolworths for a cheaper supermarket choice. Yokine Golf Course is a 10 minute drive away.

  • This is a truly lovely apartment. Kristin's information is extremely accurate. It is quiet, clean and tasteful, and very close to shops and cafes etc. The linen is high quality, the kitchen well appointed and the garden area great for relaxing. We were four people staying in this apartment and found that it accommodated us really well. We could even fit all four of us on the sofa to watch the news on tv! We headed off to Kristin's breakfast cafe recommendation and enjoyed it so much we went again the next day. The parking space was right outside the front door which made it really easy for us having hired a car for our stay. We loved this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Perth.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Don’t be fooled by the tired-looking apartment building. Carol thoughtfully provided breakfast (cereals, muffins and milk) and even a nice vase of fresh native bouquet on the dining table. There were 3 of us (myself and my elderly parents) occupying the apartment. This was our first Airbnb experience and we were pleasurely impressed. The location of the apartment is very central and accessible. We rented an SUV, and didn’t have any trouble getting a parking slot at the premises. All in all, we’d gladly recommend this property to couples and family.

  • Don’t judge a book by its cover. We arrived and were a little put off by the overall look of the apartment building, but once inside all our worries were gone. Great little apartment with a great host. Only rated 4/5 stars for things out of Carol’s control. The apartment can be a touch noisy through the night due to the highway in close proximity, and we were unfortunately woken on a couple nights by extremely loud domestic arguments from others in the building, one of which resulting in cops being called etc. Overall a great stay, in a great location. We attended an event at the Perth arena and was easily in walking distance, as was most of Perth’s nightlife. Would definitely stay again.

    259 From Behind, is a newly renovated space that is attached to the main residence. However it is fully private & fully self contained. It will accommodate two people very comfortably. The guest suite adjoins our home, but is only accessible through your own private entry (so, the apartment and the entry is yours exclusively) Come here to rest, to work or to use as a home base whilst catching up with old friends! When you arrive at our place, you have your own space to retreat and relax. Your private suite, has been newly renovated in February of 2018. It is tastefully designed and decorated by an Interior Architect. On arrival you will, no doubt notice the peace and quiet of this area. The bed is superbly comfortable, being 'not to hard and not to soft'! You will find that you can maintain a high level of privacy as your space is separated. A continental breakfast is included with your reservation. Other meals or snacks can be arranged for an additional fee. The guest suite is completely private and separate from the house - no part of this listing is shared with any other home users. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly between guests - including washing and cleaning of all bedding and bedroom furniture as well as the bathroom. In regards to public transport, Perth metropolitan public transport, including trains, buses and ferries, are provided by Transperth, with links to rural areas provided by Transwa. There are 70 railway stations and 15 bus stations in the metropolitan area. The rail system has recently undergone significant redevelopment, with a new railway line built between Perth and Mandurah which doubled the length of Perth's railways. Additionally, The Indian Pacific passenger rail service connects Perth with Adelaide and Sydney via Kalgoorlie. The Transwa Prospector passenger rail service connects Perth with Kalgoorlie via several Wheatbelt towns, while the Transwa Australind connects to Bunbury, and the Transwa Avonlink connects to Northam. The apartment has been renovated from top to bottom. Having used AirBnB ourselves during our travels we noted what was most important to us whilst we were on the road and endeavoured to ensure they would be a part of our apartment. There is parking available at the front of our home, but this may not undercover. Pre-arrangement for keys to access is sent to you, prior to your arrival. The apartment is entirely separate to our house, so if an uninterrupted retreat is your priority, then this space is perfect for you. However we will always extend a welcome wherever possible. We love how quiet our neighbourhood is. Getting to and from our house is very easy because there are many public transport options available, which are all located close to our home. I am a yoga teacher and I teach classes in my home, I will always let you know when the classes are on. But I want to reassure you that I do not operate early morning classes and if you feel the class may impede on your stay I can arrange for the class to be held elsewhere or I will run a very quiet class.

While the apartment is a part of their house it's actually very nicely separated and fells like you are on your own. The neighborhood is quiet and has a lovely park just about 200m down the road. We would definitely stay there again. We didn't had the chance to use their terrace, which is absolutely amazing!

  • My husband and I stayed at Sandy and Joe's home for 2 nights before leaving at 3:45am to catch an early flight. The room was perfect - extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed 5 star coffee and a homemade cinnamon roll for breakfast - such a treat! The house was a really quick commute into Fremantle and was less than a $25 can ride (10 min) to the airport in the morning. Sandy and Joe were fabulous as well - extremely warm and hospitable. The historic Guildford Hotel has just reopened after being gutted by fire several years ago Walking distance to cafes, as well as Pork's American BBQ across the road, Civic Hotel, Coles, laundromat, takeaways & 24 hr convenience store. Also ten minute walk ( or next train stop down) to Maylands, ( voted coolest suburb in Perth by Lonely Planet) 5 minute drive to Galleria shopping centre. Unfortunately Perth doesn't have a rail link from the airport yet, a taxi will cost you approx $30 from international and $20 from domestic terminals. Uber is approx $12-$16 from the domestic terminal depending on time of day. We also have UberEATS available in the area.

  • This was just a short 2-3 min walk to the Meltham train station which is very convenient. Lee-Ann left several items for breakfast which was fantastic. The unit was clean and comfortable. A bit dark maybe but you can let natural light in by adjusting the blinds. It felt like my own little home away from home.

    Suite 2 is close to public transport, 15 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth, 20 mins to beach. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, cinema, and lake. It is a suite with independent entrance, bedroom with high ceilings, own breakfast kitchenette, own bathroom, & own lounge setting on a shared front verandah. Please note that there is NO SMOKING in the suite, verandah or in the garden and those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.
    The space is newly renovated. It is a private suite, about the size of a hotel room, consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom, a breakfast kitchenette and an outdoor lounge sitting area on front veranda. This suite has an independent entrance. The bedroom has 1 queen bed, and if there is a 3rd person or child, there is a single sofa bed you can unfold. The room has ample wardrobe space, a desk and TV. The room is light and the french glass doors open onto veranda that overlooks the front garden.
    Neighbourhood overview Mount Hawthorn is a lovely, friendly, safe neighbourhood, with many parks, cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, bookshop within walking distance. Lake Monger is a favourite walking spot with many native birds including our black swans. Our neighbouring suburb, Leederville, is lively and has a cinema as well as many restaurants, cafés, bookshops, fashion boutiques and is also within walking distance or a 4 minute bus ride.

  • This is Cecilia's second but newer apartment! The amenities and room configuration are pretty much the same as her first listing and they are just located beside each other. We chose Cecilia's second apartment for our final night in Perth because we really loved our stay at her first apartment during the first two nights but it was already taken. The second apartment didn't disappoint as they are almost mirror images of each other. The apartment is clean and cosy, just nice for our family of 3. Cecilia even provided us with a column heater as the weather was pretty cold during the night. She also ensured that the pantry's well stocked so we wouldn't go hungry. In all, our favourite place to stay in Perth & would definitely go back and visit in future!

  • We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s quaint and cosy cottage! It was exactly as what the picture shown, the cottage has everything that you need for a self contained stay. The beds were very comfortable and Cecilia has also kindly provided fruits, orange juice, some breads which my 3 year old boy enjoyed. It is in a nice, quiet and residential neighbourhood and parking is free. We would love to come back to stay again if we visit Perth again!

    Location is the best . Nice and Clean room The apartment has 3 bed room , 2 separate toilet and 1 bathroom . The room has a good size for 2 adults . You will be staying with 3 Japanese girls in the apartment . They are very friendly and clean .
    Opposite the building is Red Cat bus stop. Walking to Shopping street is around 7-10mins walk else Take A Red cat bus is free and directly opposite the apartment .
    We are in the city so walking around city is perfect. Walk to shopping street is 7-10 mins. Walk to King park is around 10-12 mins

Balcony has comfortable table seating as well as lounge seating area, with BBQ. Perfect for watching the sunset. There is a washer/dryer located in the bathroom. Towels and bedding provided, including extra bedding for sofa bed. There is one car park space available with the apartment, and free 2 hour on-street parking.
    Beautiful parks nearby with a shared cycle/walking path winding along the swan river. Directly opposite Perth zoo, Hobbycat yacht hire, and several popular restaurants, bars, and cafes. Shopping and supermarket a 2 min walk on Mends street and 24 hour IGA supermarket 3 minute drive away.

  • Patricia's place is very strategic. Very near to public transportation. Train and bus stations are within walking distance. You can also walk to Perth CBD and shopping streets. Also have many eateries (including asian food) a stone throw away. Patricia is very friendly and allows us to check in really early. Daily breakfast is served (fruits, bread, cereal, milk/coffee/tea). Essential amenities are available. Patricia is a thoughtful host. We highly recommend this cosy place for a stay in Perth. The place also has many good books on the shelf.

Cool Northbridge dining options nearby. 15 minute walk into CBD or just take the free CAT bus into the center of town. Pat was a pleasure to deal with and there were no issues at all. Enjoy.

  • Pat has a wonderful place that is in a quiet, inner city street. The room is spacious and private with its own attached bathroom. Although I didn't need to, the laundry and kitchen facilities were there to be used. Pat also provided me a light breakfast every morning with fruit to take along for the day. It's an easy walk to the free cat bus and to several shops and restaurants. Pat and her cat Ben, were both welcoming and friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a wonderful stay! I would stay there again happily in the future and recommend it for other visitors to Perth. Thanks Pat and Ben!

    My house, my home, your haven :) A huge room and sofa to yourself (plus the only TV in the house) with private entrance, plenty of clothing storage and a work desk with fast wifi. The style is cosy, eclectic and just a little bit quirky! An excellent mattress, fresh bamboo sheets and french linen await your arrival where you can sleep peacefully down the opposite end of the house from me. Tea and coffee facilities, air con and yoga mats are in the room plus a rotating collection of greenery.
    A quirky 3 bedroom home filled with oddities and art. It's set back from the road so is super quiet and you're welcome to use the carport. There's a huge backyard for socialising and a BBQ you are welcome to use :) Having used Airbnb around the world to travel myself it's imperative to me that guests feel right at home, so please feel free to use the kitchen, put on a record, play the piano (please do)/guitar, have a bath etc! Probably not all at the same time ;) I just ask that if anything runs out you let me know so I can replenish it. Breakfast is available if needed (toast and spreads, muesli/porridge milk, and free range eggs). If you happen to stay over a Monday night please expect an invite to Crew Dinner, where a bunch of mates pop round to share food and stories on my back porch, or you're equally welcome to hide in your space which is separated by 2 doors from the living areas.
    A 10 minute walk from the train station (12 minutes to the CBD or Guildford historical precinct), 10 minute drive from the airport ($12-$16 Uber), 15 minute walk to *excellent* coffee and breakfast options and 10 minute jog to the beautiful river walks. Nestled between Guildford Rd and Tonkin Hwy you've easy car access to Fremantle and the South too.

  • Chloe is an amazing host. She’s extremely welcoming, warm and delightful. She made sure I was settled and comfortable and even went out of her way to ensure I got whatever details I needed. She takes the extra effort to ensure I was well taken care of. Her 2 little doggies are such a joy to be with and the apartment is stylish, minimalistic and in the perfect location. It was everything I could have asked for. I most definitely would come back here to stay during my next visit!

Letting us use the house's facilities and providing us with the basic necessities like Bottled Water. We were glad to have chosen Chloe as our host. Everything was perfect! We were close to a lot of good restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and just 10 mins away from Northbridge. I highly recommend you to stay here because it's WORTH IT!

    Reena was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. She provided useful tips and information on nearby eateries, how to travel around the city as well as things to explore and do in Perth. Her apartment was lovely, cosy and really welcoming! Similar to the pictures that she provided on her listing. Her apartment is well-connected via the bus routes and really near to the city centre which makes travelling so much easier. I would definitely recommend her place to those who are intending to travel to Perth :)
