My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Antique New England getaway . Recently renovated, but tastefully original. Everything you need is within walking distance; shopping, grocery, dining, lake, short drive/ride to beach. The space is about 900sqft; 1 bathroom, king bedroom, queen bedroom, queen pull-out couch, and an additional room in which a twin bed can be put (upon request). It will comfortably hold 4 adults, but will accommodate up to 7.

Walking distance to downtown with many restaurants/shopping/nightlife/theaters/walking trails/liquor store/grocery/gas/pharmacy/pubs/coffee shop/ice skating/laundry. Close by are beaches/boat tours and golf to name a few. The seacoast has much to offer. 1 hr. from Boston, 1.5 hr from White Mountains. This is a very friendly neighborhood and you'll just love the charm that Portsmouth has to offer!
