Courtyard Cottage is a very attractive and beautifully restored, 17th century home in the heart of Topsham, just a few meters from the high street with its shops, pubs and eateries and five minutes walk from the historic quay and waterfront. You have all three floors of the cottage to yourself and use of a sunny bench outside in the quiet, cobbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. A stay in the country

The caravan is situated in a private location, 1 mile from the village of Exminster. The mobile home is sited next door to our house, we like to give you privacy but we are also there to help or ask questions about the local area if you need it. It has its own private decked area and parking directly in front of it. We live on a small holding with lots of great outdoor space in the countryside.
