Qué harás
Our practice will take place in a quiet corner of Lumphini Park, right in the center of Bangkok. We will start the session with meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises), moving on to asana flows.
During the retreat, we will be performing healing and strengthening exercises. Thanks to the small size of the class, the class can be tailored to individual needs and skills. Yogis of all levels are welcome to join!
The time of the yoga practice is approximately 90 minutes. We will finish the session with relaxation and time to enjoy some herbal tea together.
Yoga helps you learn about your body, how to fix posture, balance and pains, while making you stronger. It is not a competitive practice, and it should be lived as a tool for improving yourself inside and out.

Don't worry if you are a newbie or an advanced practitioner. We will adapt classes to the needs of participants. Please plan on being at least 5 minutes early to get set up for class. Please let me know if you have any injuries prior to practicing.

Hello, my name is Vipada, but everyone calls me Gift. I was born in Thailand and lived for many years in the US. I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) with a great passion for yoga and over 5 years of experience. My yoga practice has been in hot Bikram yoga, Vinyasa Flows, Hot Fusion, and Hatha. I love traveling and exploring nature. I wish for the participants in my course to experience the positive energy of yoga on mind, body and spirit in the green atmosphere of Lumphini park.

Lumphini Park is the largest and most iconic park in Bangkok. This park has beautiful nature and fresh air, with open green spaces and trees for shelter. Lumphini Park is among the best places to escape the hectic urban traffic of Bangkok. It is very easy to reach by BTS Skytrain (Saladaeng Station) and MRT subway (Silom Station).

A real enjoyable time near the river in the park early morning. I was watching the sunrise and hearing birds singing while doing the yoga. I felt great after the class and had a pleasant talk and enjoyed tea and banana with Gift and Sung after yoga. Highly recommended!

진짜...최고👍😊 저는 1:1로 수업했는데요, 선생님 너무 친절하시고 좋으세요. 많이 뻣뻣한데 계속 칭찬해주시고 격려해주셔서 끝까지 할 수 있었어요. 힐링하고가요💕 그리고 끝난 뒤에도 계속 필요한 지식 없냐고, 세심하게 신경써주시더라구요. 다시 받고싶어요. 공원에서의 요가, 어디서 해보겠어요. 방콕 최고의 경험이었습니다. 마지막에 누워서 향기 맡는것도 너무 좋았어요. 영어 잘 못하셔도 시범 다 보여 주시고, 보조 도구들 잘 갖춰있어서 걱정 안하셔도 돼요ㅎㅎ 완전! 추천합니다.
