In this online experience, I start by sharing about my meditation practice. Next, we’ll do two types of meditation together.

First is a chanting mantra for 20 minutes. This type of meditation allows you to go deep into your practice. Next we will do a 10-minute breathing-out meditation. Afterwards, you’ll share your questions and reflections on the practice.

I am also happy to offer other meditations, such as meditation with a candle or mirror, Qigong, Sutra copying, and counting meditation, one of the basic Zen practices.

I've been a Buddhist monk for nearly 20 years. I worked in Shitennoji Temple for 12 years as a monk, doing zen meditation. I have been doing guided meditations for Airbnb guests for six years, welcoming nearly 8,000 guests.

I believe meditation is one of the best ways for people to find a better life via a healthy body and mind.

A friend of mine gifted me this experience for my birthday and I’m so glad she did! The host was incredibly good at storytelling and also informed us with the reasons behind everything we were doing. I was very calm and relaxed after the meditations we did.

Held a mediation session for a group of co-workers and it was a great session. Kuniatsu made it a fun and interactive session in the beginning and then we dove into mediation. We did a 8am session during the work week which was great because we went into the day nice and relaxed. Highly suggest this experience for team bonding.

This was my first ever experience of chanting mantra and meditation with breathing. Kuniatsu-San vivid explanations, great verbal and non-verbal communication, friendliness and authenticity made the first experience magical. My husband and I had a wonderful meditation with Kuniatsu! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained the concepts and then guided us through two types of meditation. It was a unique and lovely experience! Highly recommend :)
