Qué harás

I’ll start things off by telling you about my background, my childhood, my passion for Taekwondo, and my journey as a refugee. And in doing so, I’ll explain how important it is to have fun in even the scariest of situations.

Then, we’ll get into fitness! We will do a 30-minute interval full body workout together, and try to have as much fun as possible!

As we start to warm up, I’ll tell you about some general fitness mistakes people make. In Taekwondo you need to stretch before being able to kick high, therefore we always need a good warm-up. But warming up is essential in every sport. It makes for a better workout and helps prevent injuries.

After that, we’ll kick things up a notch and get going with the workout. People often think they need weights to get a full-body workout, but here I’ll show you how to do a full-body workout using only your body weight (and it will be just as good as a workout with weights!). All you need is a towel or a yoga mat.

In our workout, we’ll focus primarily on perfecting your technique rather than doing as many reps as possible. This of course is key to any workout.

Afterwards, we’ll take a moment to discuss the importance of rest, sleep, and nutrition. Sleeping is just as important as the training itself. It gives your body time to memorize your workout and recharge.

My name is Ehsan and I have been living in Switzerland for 5 years. I come from Iran and I have been doing Taekwondo for my entire life.
When I was in Iran, I was on the National team for eight years. Iran has one of the best Taekwondo teams in the world, and I was the best Taekwondo player in my weight category. I fought in all kinds of competitions, including European championships, world championships and more. Basically everything except the Olympic Games.
When I had to leave my country, I flew to Switzerland. At first, I couldn’t train because I didn’t have a passport, but eventually I was able to resume again, and now I have my sights set on earning a spot in the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games.

What an experience! Ehsan is a real pro with a remarkable story! Hi story is fascinating. During the workout he keeps you motivated, is super friendly and knows what he is talking about. It was pretty cool to be in an experience and workout together with people from all over the world. I love Ehsan's experiences. I joined them already before, and I have to say, it's always different and always demanding, but in a way I really like. And I get fitter and fitter :-) Honestly people, give it a try! You won't regret it!

Das Training mit Ehsan war super. Er gibt das Training mit Motavation und er passt darauf auf, dass man das Training gut und richtig macht. Dabei ist es nicht wichtig, ob man topfit ist. Ehsan findet die richtige Intensität. Seine Geschichte ist auch bemerkenswert. Wirklich interessant. Man bekommt gute Energie. Ich empfehle es jedem das zu probieren!
