We will start with a welcome coffee and cookies to get to know each other a little bit. Then we will get right to the action by starting to prepare the filling for the Ravioli: I'll show you how to do a really taste filling with ricotta and spinaches, salt pepper and nut mag. Then we will start with flour and eggs and hands in dough! From the base of the dough you will do in first person, following my instructions, three different shapes of pasta. We will roll it out by hand and start making shapes for Ravioli & Tagliatelle, but not without a small aperitif with tomato basil “bruschetta” and Prosecco! It is already time to prepare another dough, the one for the Gnocchi with flour and potatoes. Our menu is ready: gnocchi with pesto, tagliatelle with special sauce and ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinaches, with butter and sage sauce. Together we will cook the pasta and prepare the table to eat together all the fresh pasta you have made! A cheer and buon appetito!
