In this 3-hour class, you'll experience every step of the sourdough bread process. You'll mill your own flour in an electric stone mill, mix the dough, add the starter, and prepare your dough for fermentation. Because the bread rise takes a long time, we then go right into prepping the dough I made the night before. We'll shape, proof, score and bake the loaves, churn some butter and eat as much…

Do I need any bread baking experience? Nope, this class is great for beginners! Will I need an oven to bake with after class and if so, when? Yes, preferably within the 24 hours following class.
