We will guide you through the health benefits of Cold Therapy (Wim Hof Method), breathwork and the power or our minds. Icelandic Style!

The Wim Hof Method is built on three pillars, which are breathing, cold therapy and mindset. Combined, these three pillars form a powerful method that is capable of changing your life. By activating a cascade of health benefits.

What you will discover:
• Understanding and excelling your mind-body connection
• Breathing for optimal health
• Cold Exposure. The art of letting go in tough situations.
• Using cold as a mental and physical health tool
• Mindful movement. Understanding how your body works
• The unlimited battery charge that Icelandic nature offers

We will start at our studio in Reykjavik, give you some background, explain how the body responds to stress, how to work with the cold and do the breathing exercise. Then we drive from Reykjavík to the secret location and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience, viking style, and learn the techniques to teach the body to relax into the cold. You will feel the authentic power within you.

Fantastic boundary-pushing experience. Didn't think I'd be able to go sit in the freezing sea, but once you go through the work it's not easy but it is possible. Go do this experience!

I was alone with Andri this morning and I really had amazing experience. I booked it because I was wanting something different, to open my eyes over something new and I wasn't disappointed ! Andri provides you a mindblowing, once-in-a-lifetime experience ! Plus, the secret spot we visited was really wonderfull ! Sure, the water is cold, especially in winter, but, no matter what, I'm pretty sure no one can regret that experience !

Amazing experience. Andri is very knowledgable and personable. To start, he teaches the Wim Hof breathing method. Afterwards, you are taken to a location with breath taking scenery where you swim and are kindly guided by Andri to greet the coldness of the clear blue water.

If you are looking to try something off the beaten path, do this. It is amazing and very accessible, a treasure hiding in plain sight. I admit that I was excited about going into Iceland's waters in December, but the price initially discouraged me. However, after a few days of exploring touristic spots (glaciers, ice caves, waterfalls), I craved something different and special. Tanit and Andri were very responsive when I contacted them and scheduled this with one-day notice. Andri is a great teacher and shared so much knowledge. The hidden spot was breathtaking, too. Honestly, this is an investment in yourself. I am so happy I took the plunge! I recommend this 110%.

You must do this. You will end up knowing how much power your mind can have over your body, feelings, and over anything really, in life - and not only will you get to know it, but you’ll get to exercise this power. It’s definitely something that will stay with me as a habit and not just a one time exercise. Andri just connects with people instantly, it feels like talking to somebody who gets you - he goes through the theory and practice in a really easy, simple way, you also learn about mind over body vividly and on yourself - just wait for the ‘ON’ and ‘OFF’ Andri does with a big (too big!) smile on his face :) The place he took us to was breath-taking. Many thanks for this Andri, we’ll meet again.
