What you get out of a cooking class with me, is an Afternoon of Awesomeness.

You'll discover all the various Indian Spices used in these dishes and what unique flavor each adds to a dish.

One of the coolest things about this class is that I cook a different menu every week. There are plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and once you book, I'll get in touch to figure out preferences, etc.

Here are some of my greatest hits:
Vegan/Vegetarian Dishes
- Dal Tadka - lentils with looks and money served with special cumin rice
- Baigan(Bringle) ka bharta.
- Thin Bread (Chapati or Roti)
- Khatay Aloo (Sour Potatoes)
- Indian Sweet-dish with Semolina(Grieß)
- Potatoe Curry
- Alo(Potatoe) Parahata, Moli(Radish)Parahata
- Fried Pakoras(Spinat, Potatoe, Onions, cauliflower) and Fried Samosas (Potatoe)
- Vegetable Biryani
- Potatoe Karhai

Chicken/Beef Dishes
- Chicken/Beef/Potatoe Biryani
- Chicken/Beef/Potatoe Karhai
-Chicken Tikka
-Chicken Tikka Masala
- Fried Pakoras(Spinat, Potatoe, Onions, cauliflower) and Fried Samosas (Potatoe, Chicken mince, Chicken Bbq)

Cooking is an art and I find it super fun - and it could be for you too and it can be quite therapeutic and a great stress buster! My food journey started when I was young, my mom is an incredible cook so I learnt how to cook well early on.

This all started as a hobby where every weekend we invite our friends and cook food for them. Luckily, we are surrounded by incredible people, food and grocery stores from various parts of the world. We love to see how food, ingredient travel through the world, take on local flavours, almost food anthropology. A mix of different flavours and spices is absolutely great.

We love to showcase all that we enjoy eating and cook.. and share with everyone that there is more than Chicken Tikka & Naan in Indian and Pakistan cuisine, cooking forward to hosting exciting people.

Sana is kind and ambitious, she likes cooking and baking.. I loved making bread with her. She explained step by step all details nd she was open to questions, asked me if I want to take food photos and write down ingredients. She is very welcoming and flexible to other choices.. I loved the food and I even had takeaway after :-).. We had nice conversation while eating and cooking. Thanks Sana!

Fantastic experience that covered the background of culture and the ingredients, tailored for exactly what we wanted with plenty of options to try new things too! Very warm host who was open and chatty and we hope to go back again to learn more! Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn new cooking skills they can impress their fam & friends with!!

This cooking experience was a lot of fun. I personally requested butter chicken, and found everything ready when I got there. Sana and her mom did their best to make me feel at home and involve me in the entire process. Learned a lot about teas and spices. Really nice experience with wonderful people. Recommended!

Sana is a really nice person and a great cook. The experience was great. It was a birthday present for a friend, so sana decorated for her birthday. We really appreciated this, thank you Sana! Es war ein sehr lustiger Nachmittag bei Sana, bei dem wir „ganz nebenbei“ 3 sehr leckere Sachen gelernt haben. Wir haben ein Linsen Dal, Roti Brot und ein Champignon-Gericht gemacht. Sana passt sich auch gerne an Sonderwünsche, vegan oder vegetarisch an. Dabei hat sie uns noch viele interessante Eindrücke aus ihrer Heimat vermittelt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war ein toller Nachmittag bei Sana und meine Mutter und ich hatten viel Spaß. Sicherlich werden wir das Gericht bald Zuhause nachkochen. Es hat alles sehr lecker geschmeckt.
